I am a long time and regular customer who orders from your establishment at 11315 Causeway Blvd Brandon, Fl 33511 I had several items missing from my order to which I paid $43 for all of this to be delivered by your delivery service which did come. My order had no sauces at all which I indicated on my order online I proceeded to call your restaurant some person named Woody I mean he gave me like two different names.

Purchased a burrito supreme and a taco for lunch today at Taco Bell located on Holland Rd, at Shipps Corner, Virginia Beach, Va. To call the food terrible is an understatement. The meat in both was salty with an odd after taste and the burrito had no sour cream whatsoever.

I don't believe I have ever eaten such bad food at any fast food establishment in my life. I'd be surprised if you have never received any complaints from other customers concerning the food at this location!

I visited the store in Ottawa KS yesterday and ordered the 2 Burrito Supreme Cravings Trio and a Mexican pizza. There was a smidgeon of meat in all of these items! It was as if they took less than a teaspoon of meat for each item and didn’t even distribute that small amount on the entire surface!

This is not the first time I have experienced this ! I hesitated going back to this particular store, but thought I would give them a second chance!! They failed the second time around! I sure hope that Taco Bell is not chintzing with the meat in order as a general policy!

Or is it just this location who feels the need to save an extra buck, by limiting the meat in their product? Very disappointed in the product at this location! and will not visit here again!

They close their inside at 8 when online and on the door it says they are open until 10. The employees were laughing behind the counter on their phones when I tried to go inside to order and the doors were locked at 8:00.

Then I go through the drive through order a fiesta potato no sour cream and a spicy potato soft taco no chipotle sauce. When I received my order my potatoes had sour cream and my tacos had chipotle sauce. I had to wait in the drive through all over again behind 4 cars just to get back to the drive through window to tell them they messed up my food.

I placed an online order through Taco Bell website and it happens that my order got canceled because the order did not show up in their system. DoorDash on the other hand said that they will take full responsibility, however, since the order has been placed directly through Taco Bell, you have the authority to process the refund back to my card.

However Uber eats was not the problem, Taco Bell was! Once I was issued a second delivery person, I was then still in wait for my order! 00 order which I received no napkins, no sauces , etc. it’s ridiculous how I have to go here to complain, as my driver was very nice and I honestly have no issues with him.

I do however have issues with Taco Bell!!! I am appalled at the service and food! I’ll tell everyone I know about how horrible this situation was and has been conducted and you all think it’s ok for public service!!

I am a door dasher and every time I go to the Maumelle Blvd Taco Bell in North Little Rock, AR. I always seem to have to wait 30 to 45 mins for them to make the order which should have been done and ready to be picked up by the time I get there, but

instead I am not making my wages due to having to wait and receive my order after deliver time. I went there today 2/21 and the lobby was closed at 5:30pm and there was only 2 workers present that I know of.

I went to Taco Bell wanting to grab a quick dinner for myself and my family. When I pull into the drive thru there are only 2 cars in front of me with the line starting at the speaker. I’m waiting and after 15 minutes pass of not moving I decide to put in a mobile order to speed things up when I get to the speaker.

The taca bell I went too is very unprofessional, it took them a while to take our order and when we received the order it was messy and it wasn't the right order, they had to make my order 3 time and it was still not right, I got the wrong order for what I order, there was barely no sauce, lobby was very dirty, manager was terrible, she should be watching her employee instead letting them do what they want, this taca bell and manager is unprofessional.

I eat at the Taco Bell in cottonwood Az on 2/19/23 around 3pm. There was a guy that took my order inside the restaurant was out of uniform wearing a greasy sweatshirt and sunglasses on his head. On top of that he got my order wrong.

Went to the Sidney Ohio location, at 10:24AM and was advised they were no longer serving breakfast when breakfast hours are 7-11, when asked they said we don’t want to and we don’t have to… such professional employees you have.

Employees closed the store 3 hours early. I had ordered and paid for my food online. When i got there employees were leaving the store and told me i would have to come back tomorrow.

Your restaurant in Clifton park informed me that they didn’t have anybody there to run the register today. I can’t believe that all the other people working there can’t work a register. Terrible way to keep loyal customers! I left and spent my money elsewhere.

Hope there are people working to fix these problems before bankruptcy hits .

I just recently went to Taco Bell and was served food that had to have been sitting for days. The chicken was super hard and dry. I sent pics to my local news and lawyer to see what’s up. Plus the service was terrible.

We went through the drive-thru at taco bell in Houghton Michigan 49931. On Thursday February 16th at about 5:20 pm. I was served a flat, warm, Pepsi with no ice in it. This is not the first visit I was served a soda this way it has happened many times before, we even quit going for a while because of this.
