9339 Olive boulevard St Louis Missouri myself and man I'm with drove through this Taco Bell they service here was horrible we ordered a taco crunchwrap supreme in an iced tea then we ordered two tacos supreme and the five layer an two burrito Supremes which I did not receive the burrito Supremes I was charged 38 dollars an she said a few dollars less than that when I gave her the money 40 dollars what she gave me back was two dollars I never got the burrito springs and

she closed the window and I couldn't ask her why she didn't give me the correct change back worst place I ever went to and then the food was terrible terrible and she gave me no receipt

Yes I am a doordasher and I have a complaint to where when I have to pick up a order they make us part behind a pole so they're not getting graded how long it takes for them to cook the order cuz I know they have a time limit to sit there and get the orders out well they make us sit behind this pole so they can't get in trouble I'm not getting the order out in time I don't think that's right I lose money cuz I got to sit here and

How is it that there is a 5 dollar craving box with like 4 items in it online but I go in and order no one knows anything about it I walked out with a burrito supreme and chalupa supreme for 10 bucks I won't be going back to Taco Bell anytime soon what a rip off!

I went to the Taco Bell, in Plano, at Coit and Legacy. I went inside to order because it was raining and I ride a bike. There were several people in the store (employees) but no one would come to take my order.

One lady told me to use the kiosk. I placed my order, and it wouldn't print me a receipt. So I waited for the order, and when it came I was told I couldn't have a receipt because it was a kiosk order.

I checked my order, and it was incorrect. I informed the employee who then started correcting me that it was made as I had ordered it (on the kiosk). It was not correct (approx order $20) 2 bean burritos with sour cream on side, 2 doritos locos tacos, and a steak quesadilla (with sour cream on the side).

She refused to fix the order and walked into kitchen and ignored me. I was…

I visited the wintersville, Ohio location and it was awful. I was "greeted" by a very rude young man who treated me like I was an inconvenience for ordering. He made multiple rude comments during the order like he didn't want to be bothered.

I ordered 2 cheesy gordita crunches, 2 chicken quesadillas, and 2 chicken chalupas w NO tomato. I sat for 10 min waiting. I was then asked to pull up to the carry out parking where I sat for another 10 min. I said no tomatoes.

I then went into the location and waited AGAIN for someone to approach me. I let them know the issue. Waited another 10 min just to hear the rude employee yell out, hey you got those 2 w OUT sour cream right? , to another employee.

I them had to flag another employee down to say, i WANT SOUR CREAM, NO TOMATOES! all the while…

I have been to the Taco Bell located at 1108 Morrisville Carpenter Rd, Morrisville, NC numerous times and every single time the service is terrible. Every time I’ve come to this location it’s taken at least 15 mins to receive my order.

If the store were busy I would understand, but it never really is. While sitting in the dining area I can hear the employees laughing and joking. I sat here one time for 30 minutes when there was 2 customers in the building.

I would have been able to see if the drive through was backed up. It was not. There were no employees visible that I could’ve asked to cancel my order and issue a refund. The only reason I’m writing this complaint is that this kind of thing happens every single time.

On February 27, 2023, I placed an online order for 2 party boxes and 5 burritos at Taco Bell at 921 West South Boulevard, Montgomery, AL 36105 45 minutes prior to my arriving to pick it up at 3:35pm. I chose to place an online order because my prior experience with the same order has left me sitting and waiting an extended amount of time; time of which I did not have this time.

When I arrived to pick up my order, I still had to wait at the minimum 10 minutes for my order to be completed. I placed the order for my grandchildren's dinner before I left work so that I could just pick up my order and keep it moving because I had to turn around and go back to work after a quick nap at home.

The waco and Hewitt Texas locations lately have bad service.. missing items.. no ice.. sloppy with food.. rude employees Today we asked for an incorrect item to be fixed and the clerk rolled her eyes at my husband. Pretty close to stopping our visits there.

I ordered 3 #1 combos all the without cheese. For a total of 9 tacos. I ordered from the kiosk inside and modified my tacos to say no cheese. As soon as I walked in, they were already in a jam because they had given the wrong order to a customer, another customer had been waiting forever for his order.

Come to find out they somehow skipped him and had to make it on the spot. Anyway, when I get my order only 3 of the tacos are correct. The fountain for the sodas was out of Pepsi on both pumps.

I tried telling 2 employees my order was wrong and they both asked me for a receipt. I told them that they kiosk gave me the option for no receipt so I that. So they wouldn’t remake my order because I had no receipt.

Now I’m sitting here with food my kids not I are gonna eat that I paid for.

Manger said everyone is on break so she’s not taking any orders. Then she proceeded to cuss me out with profanities when I ask why not. She said her name is nessa. And she’s the manager a she does what she wants .

Stopped there at 4:19 order 3 soft taco with sour cream and 3 hard shell tacos with sour cream told them no tomatoes my husband and I were allergic well get back to where we were staying at to find all of them with tomatoes and no cour cream tried calling the store all Day and night no answer I want something done about it!!!

Uber eats driver. On 2/26/1012 the attendant was as rude as one could be. The headset was out so a sign posted to drive forward, once there he gave ugly hand jesters to get the order, he then told me to pull around.

When he gave me the orders they were not sealed and all he stated was the names were on the bag (in very faint pen writing. I will NEVER accept an order here again. PATHTIC

I stopped at your teays valley taco bell located in hurricane wv. I ordered a #9 and 6 steak taco Supreme and I got the worst steak Supreme ever no sour cream no tomatoes and very little steak. I will not ever buy from there again.

I will also pass this alone to all my friends and post on face book how ridiculous the service was. I'm sure I will not get any feedback from anyone but im sure a bad word gets around faster than a good one. It's so pathetic.

100 words can not describe the horrible customer service given by the girl in drive thru. Order wasn't right. Given wrong drink knowingly. Slammed window numerous times as soon as handing me parts of order. Had to blow my horn to get any attention she thru her hands up at me like she was done.

I sent in a complaint for a refund for my order on 2/12/23 and received no response so I ended up submitting two more complaints and still no response even though I selected specifically to have them contact me. I then proceeded to call the Taco Bell where we ordered from and no answer.

So this is my last resort. I ordered a meal from my son and it showed up cold to the touch in the paper that I came in was all see-through from there was grease all over the paper and

they forgot his drink and they didn’t give us any sauce and they didn’t hand it to me like I had requested in the delivery because I always ask them to hand it to me so I can tip in person depending on if the food in my order is correct.

If I could do zero stars I would. Every single time we go here or order from here they leave food out. I had to drive to the store tonight to get the other half of my food they forgot this time.

I have again drive-through at 8:55 PM tonight at Dacula Taco Bell KFC stuck in line it is 9:42 PM to Corus still ahead of me and this is the worst service in the world and this store should be closed! I will never come back again if it is short staffed, put a big sign and close the store!

We ordered food from the drive through on 2/25/2023 at approximately 2:00PM. We ordered two "Number Ones" and a "Number Three." We were delivering one of the number ones to a friend who just had major surgery and has a sight problem. We asked for a separate bag to deliver her order to her house which was located on Kupuna Street which is less than 5 minutes away from Taco Bell's Kihei location. We delivered the other number one combined with the number three to our family member which was 10 minutes away from Taco Bell's Kihei location.

Hi just recently placed a drive thru order at the crawfordsville Indiana taco bell an I use to love taco bell but after spending $40 on tacos for my daughter myself and wife the tacos were so skimpy we had to go somewhere else to eat. This is the first time I've ate at this poticular taco bell since just moving to crawfordsville and I can guarantee taco bell has lost my business. I am disgusted. I fell in the parking lot first of all because they had cleared the area to go to the drive thru but the parking area was a total ice bed so getting out of my vehicle I fell.

Worst possible Taco Bell in existence. I hadn’t been in the store in quite some time, as tthe last experience years ago was also crappy. Went in to get food for a kids party and at in the line for approximately 10 minutes as multiple employees walked past over and over again.

No acknowledgement that they were looking at customers in front of them. My question is this? Where do you people hire the young people that work at this restaurant? Do they even receive any training or do you just pick people up off of the street?

My office tried ordering online which the system was down. We had one office staff pick up our orders. As she was in the drive thru she was told she could only do two orders. As you know once you are in the drive through line you are stuck.

She ordered two orders then had to go inside and order the rest of the orders. 88. She came back to the office with a receipt of $14. How did this happen? She had no help or customer service.

I ordered food for me and two coworkers Tuesday, February 21st at 11:50 am. I always order online because I only get 30 minutes for lunch which is enough time to go pickup food and come right back. That's it.

I went through the drive-thru and asked for 30 packets per burrito and I was ordering four burritos. In the Drive-Thru I was told by a manager that I can only get two packets per item and that it was coming from corporate and then he instructed me to go buy a bottle at a grocery store which is laughable because packets are my favorite so

Ocean beach highway location across from the ocean beach highway Walmart. Walked in and wasn’t acknowledged for over 20 minutes as the employees were only handling drive thru orders. I was one of 3 people in the lobby. The employees were laughing and cussing away.

As they were preparing a party pack they were adding tacos to a box and one employee kept repeating “that’s all of them” as in all 12 tacos and another employee kept saying “we need one more” finally this employee counted out loud the tacos and there were only 11.

They added the twelfth taco while they continued laughing and cussing.

On Burbank in Baton Rouge has got to be the worst restaurant I have ever experienced! Rude , slow, never has gotten my order correct. I’ll go out of my way to let people know how bad this place is.

10 people on staff, manager just watching. Drive thru is obnoxious waiting, so I go in. I’m upset I don’t even know how to describe the terrible service. The workers at this are STUPID. Overcharged and never got my full order or has gotten wrong.
