I ordered a Nacho Bell Grande combo thru the drive thru with no tomatoes on my taco or nachos, and extra nacho cheese on the bell grande. Got home and realized they didn't put extra cheese on my bell grande and my taco had tomatoes on it.

Drove back to the store's drive thru and and showed them my order and the receipt and was approached my the manager asking what the issue was. I told her I paid for extra nacho cheese and didn't get it and no tomatoes on my taco or bell grande but still had them on it.

She began to argue that there was cheese on the bell grande and I kept telling her I paid for extra cheese and it wasn't put on it. Told her I didn't want tomatoes but they were still put on it.

Location in Ocean springs Mississippi on Bienville boulevard have tried to go to this restaurant four times in the past 2 days and neither of the four times were we able to get service reasons beyond no service is at capacity changing shifts or not having any products.

I am a lover of Taco Bell but the ones I will go to is shrinking! Service is getting past terrible. $ kicked area! I deliver for Doordash and I've just about had to write them completely off my route when I'm on now.

There is one in particular that I am not going to anymore because of who I believe is manager which makes it worse! So I hate going there to 4315 university Dr in Huntsville AL but I took a couple orders last night because I seen they weren't busy and well I know why but

This will be the 3rd complaint, I’ve received NO communication to this point.

When we went through the drive thru, while ordering there was multiple moments where the employee would go silent for 45-50 seconds. (No line, 5 minutes to take our order from the start).

Upon arriving to the window, we were not greeted for another 5 minutes. When the employee opened the window, she stuck her hand out (probably for payment) and looked at me, no words. Fast forward another 5 minutes, the employee working the window has her back to us the entire time. My girlfriend and I both saw the rest of the staff hustling, while she sat on her phone back to guest.

I come in for a job interview on March 7 2023 ,at the Hamilton store in Sioux City,IA ,my appointment time was for 2:30,I arrived around 2:10 ,there was one car in the drive thru ,I walked up to the counter and stood there for 10minutes and nobody would even talk to me ,there were 3 people there ,nobody even asked if they could help me ,if that is the way they treat there customers, I cant work at a place like that .

I was a breakfast manager for 3 years at another company and we never treated customers that way or crew . That is totally uncalled for ,I could have worked for your store and been a very good worker for you if anybody would have talked to me.

I walked in to store 29660 in Shrewsbury , Mo. around 7:15pm. I was told I would need to order from the kiosk. It was my first time doing so. I ordered a burrito Supreme with lite. onion,lite red sauce,guacamole jalapeños special ordered sides.

Got dinner at Taco Bell in south hill Virginia last night, our food was horrible, only a tiny little bit of lettuce and meat in the chalupa’s and tacos, I have pictures to show, this is upsetting cause the prices have gone up so much, 6.50 for one chalupa. Had worked a 12 hour day wasn’t about to go back out for a refund, have had many bad experiences there in the past, but this was the worst! I feel so ripped off!

Ordered the Mexican pizza combo with a Dr pepper. Absolutely no tomatoes on my order as I'm allergic. And I got a chicken quesadilla with two soft tacos. And a red slushie. Drive thru made me pull over thinking I'd was getting fresh food..

I wait over 30 minutes for my food. My slushie came out melted. Ice melted in my drinks. The Mexican pizza was absolutely horrible and with tomatoes all over it. It was melted to the top of a crushed box.

The inside beans were hard as a rock. And it looked like a catastrophe. My soft tacos had tomatoes all over them as well. The qesodilla had a sprinkle of chicken and globs of the spicy sauce. End story it all has to be trashed.

A couple of months ago I was in the Taco Bell in Dardanelle, Arkansas and I am a pastor, I heard the most vulgar language from an employee to another employee in everyday conversation and they did NOT even try to hide it. I have eaten at this Taco Bell ever since it was first built.

BUT I have not been back since. This is way to much, to have to listen to this kind of language when I am trying to eat. I walk out without getting my food.

The location on 30th and Busch in Tampa Florida 33604. It’s 8:07pm and the lobby has been locked for a hour. Unexceptable! Everyday it’s like this. If they not going to open the lobby why are they open. Who sits in drive thru was king gas whine lines are 7/8 long.

My wife, two daughters, and grandson visited T B 029491 at 3:39pm on Monday the 6th to enjoy a meal together. We all ordered and combined it on Order #052599. 69 for my wife's Crunch wrap supreme, the #4. 00.

Taco Bell. Blythewood sc. I went for dinner. Got home and my food was wrong. I ask for beef chalupas with no sour cream no tomato. They all indeed had sour cream and tomato on them. On top of that.

One of them was missing half the shell. And all of the food was COVERED in grease. I called the store at 7:09 pm. And I explained the situation. The lady I spoke to kept interrupting me before I even finished what I was saying.

3150 Sycamore School Rd Fort Worth, TX 76133 United States There is a man that works here that had an issue for me calling Taco Bell to inform him our order was wrong and packaging was literally horrendous. He told us we were in the wrong after I read the receipt to him no one in this establishment was in uniform which is besides the point, but we waited in drive thru for 10min with 1 car at the window.

When calling the man told us to “come thru so he can handle it” after thinking it over going there for a correct order to possibly get spit in our food is not worth it with such an aggressive attitude. We ordered a total of 5 items only to receive flour tortillas.

After looking up this store. 5 stars. Either management needs to be corrected or this store needs to be cut down.

Well I don't know what to say, me and my wife were humiliated during our visit to 426 west Dixie highway in Elizabethtown KY. Ok so my driver door won't open and window does not roll down. Power at home is out due to bad weather so we had went through the drive through in reverse, so my wife could order easy and be able to roll down her window.

We were not being nasty or rude and I guess the manager or shift leader just really didn't like that this was how I had to come through to get my food. He told me it was against the law and that if I wanted my food I would have to go back around the line.

I was a victim of racial abuse. On Friday, March 2023 at approximately 10:00pm I went to the Taco Bell at this location : 18415 Woodfield Rd Gaithersburg, MD 20879 United States. I was inside a white coupe car and I was received by a hostile young man.

When I paid for my order at the window the man at the register asked me for my name then the crew behind him came at the window and started laughing at me after I said my name was Luis. I ask that you investigate what racial jokes were made about my appearance.

I just got a cheesy rollup which was terrible. It wasn’t made properly at all. The cheese wasn’t melted, it was COLD and went all over the place creating a huge mess and leaving nothing inside. It literally opened up as it wasn’t melted together anywhere! It was horrible. This is completely unacceptable.

I was at your drive thru on 2/28/2023 at your store in Lapeer MI. There was a male handing out the orders and a female standing behide him, I think she was filling the drinks, with hardly any ice. Which was why I ordered a drinks.

I had to ask for a straw and my receipt when I did the female rolled her eyes. After I left half way home I looked for my cinnamon twist.. There wasn't any, I was going to eat them on my way home as I was hungry and had been shopping all day.

At 2:17AM on 3/3/2023, manager “Amber” (or “Ashley”) at Taco Bell location 1111 S Wilmot Rd Tucson, AZ 85711 claimed to have not received 2 DoorDash orders/tickets that I was picking up. Manager claimed their systems were not down, they ‘just didn’t receive them’.

I suspect this was a lie as they sounded very sarcastic. Several other DoorDashers were unable to complete orders because of their claims.

I went to tacobell in Ware Ma, tonight for dinner, I went through the drive through as I always do. I live roughly 6 min away by car. I had three cars ahead of me, I was in the drive through almost 30 minutes.

When I finally arrived at the window I am told there is no mild sauce at all available! 00 worth of food and I drive home. I go inside open the bag and pass out the food to my spouse.

I am a worker at Taco Bell for the K-Mac corporation a franchise company in Oklahoma City off of Western and 27th St. I was sent home because I asked to eat a bean burrito when there were no orders and everything was stocked.

The second assistant the daughter of the general manager was being extremely rude and kept leaving the line to go order food from a different restaurant as well as to go to the lobby and hang around with other workers while I was left alone at times to take care both dining orders and drive-through.

I don’t like to complain. I’m a very understanding person. I’ve worked fast food and know how it can be, but my order from Taco Bell was horrible. We were missing 6 items. I went through the drive through but noticed I didn’t have everything I ordered and paid for.

I went inside to get it straightened out. I still left with missing items. I couldn’t even eat my meal and my kids and mother could barely eat theirs. The food was soggy and was missing ingredients. The wrapping was stuck to out food. The quesadillas wasn’t cut.

The whole experience is unacceptable. I spent $40 on food that was so bad I couldn’t eat. I’m very upset. Please do better. I didn’t even feel comfortable feeding my children the food.
