We used DoorDash to make an order for two value cravings combos, one of which we received. Everything in the bag was cold, specified details of the order were completely ignored and the drink that came with it was also wrong and flat.

We have made orders in the past to TacoBell through DoorDash but this is the first and worst bad experience we've had. While DoorDash has given me a small refund for the unarrived order, I felt that the service should be reported for the above reasons.

We went through the drive thru to order food for our family of 6. We were informed that we could not place an order if we were paying cash as they weren’t excepting cash at this time. Two days prior to this I wasn’t given my $3 change back and when I went back in to tell them this, the kid laughed and said ya right and wouldn’t discuss the issue further.

First how does an establishment not have cash? Very unhappy.

Taco bell used to be one of THE BEST fast food places in my book, but as soon as they took away the Frito Burrito, I was... unhappy. It was the best thing on the menu, but after they removed it, it was never the same.

I even tried to take a small burrito and ad Fritos, but it wasn't the same. I hope they ad them back soon.

Every time I go to the Taco Bell at 5797 commercial st se Salem Oregon they never have spoons or spokes in store. How do you expect someone to order pintos n cheese and expect them to eat it with a fork?

And also have the employees be a little more respectful to people that are older. Ooh by the why can you make the pinto N cheese much bigger like they used to be years ago instead on a child size one.

I went to Taco Bell in Raleigh NC last night,ordered a Mexican pizza. There was this very strong chemical taste to it that I couldn’t eat it .Reached out to Taco Bell ,not for a refund or replacement but to inform them something wasn’t right and KeeKee answered with a very dismissive nasty attitude.

To the bridgeport taco bell there is a red headed manger on evening shifts that is very rude to her customers. This is not the first time she has been rude to them it's been multiple times. I heard another customer right beside me tell her that she needed to go to manager training because she was crappy at her job.

I went to order my usual. I notice the manager I think his name is Adam Abbas is not very friendly. His attitude is horrible. I have noticed a couple of times. This needs to be addressed. HR needs to know about this managers behavior.

His customer service is terrible. Management -5 stars.

I went through Taco Bell drive thru and order 3 chipotle grilled chicken burrito I got home and there was barely anything on it I tried to reach the store for over 10 minutes to complain about the order I had gotten I could never get them to answer the phone so I called a different Taco Bell to see if they could get them to answer they advised me to keep calling or go there to complain about the order so I returned the call to Taco Bell on volunteer parkway Bristol tn a couple more times the manager finally answered and

seemed like he could careless about my issues

I'll give them two stars because the food was good, but the Taco Bell app sucks. :-(((((((

I get emails all the time and today they sent me one saying there was a 10 percent discount (once a day) from March 17-20 when you order on the app. Since I was near and wanted to try the limited bacon chalupa, I tried everything I could to get the app to give me the discount, but nothing. :-((((((

Yes, I know it's only $1.50 or so, but then I tried to call the national customer service number, and they're already closed.

So I got nowhere. (At least they got my order right and the guy at the window was sympathetic.)

At around 3:30 pm Friday, March 17 we were at the Taco Bell Drive through in Medford Oregon (1311 Center Drive). There were 3 cars in from of us and the were moving at a snails pace. After we ordered our 2 vegetarian items (grilled cheese burrito, no meat, and a bean burrito) and pulled up to the window we were not acknowledged in any way other than to take our money..

Rate a 1 on customer service. I walk in and go to counter to make a order. Girl standing by manager door looking at cell phone and talking to girl making food orders. Another girl cleaning up a floor mess in the back.

Another girl taking drive thru orders and done with orders and looking at me standing by counter with my money out. Just doesn't come over to take my order or ask the girl that was looking at cell phone to come and help me.

Finally after several minutes the drive thru girl comes by the register and states a name and I said no I, that i wanted to place a order. She stated to go to the automatic machines. I stated I had cash and she stated it takes cash.

Why is it that employees and stand and look at cell phones and cut the bull with other employees and not take manual…

I witnessed general manager multiple times be inappropriate in her delivery when addressing employees. She yells and cusses at employees. Sheri belittles employees and leaves. I have visited this location and witnessed her be rude on more than one occasion.

I inquired from different employees and was informed this is a re occurring situation

I’m a regular Taco Bell customer and In all my years I’ve never had a worse service than the one I had at store at the Taco Bell at 1709 merrick road in Long Island , ny. If you don’t speak Spanish everyone ignores you when you say excuse me for help when you come to pick up your order.

They have terrible service if you’re also not at drive thru you get ignored. Customer service needs to be addressed as this will only continue to get low…

There seems to always be a problem when I come here. Today no menu for drive thru. Come inside no one at the register to take my order. The guy at the drive thru looking at ne and says nothing.

1737 Sweetwater Road 91950 I was told today that I was only allowed ONE hot sauce packet per item. Was not given a reason just that , that was how it was going to be. I guess your company is trying to lose business at that location. Multiple people were told.

I filled out a survey for a Taco Bell here in my town and have even tried to call the store to get my order fixed. It’s been a month and I haven’t heard anything from them. I have never been so disappointed in my order this badly.

From food missing ingredients to hardly anything on them to being hard as a rock. I very rarely go to Taco Bell and I was craving the Crunchwrap supreme that day. You’ve lost my business because of how this 1 restaurant has responded well not responded.

Stopped by Store on 21st and Burnside in Portland. Short staffed so I was ordering with your worthless kiosks. Waiting in line so I asked to use the bathroom and was let in. Did my business only to find there was no TP or paper towels.

Called the store number hoping hey could hand me a roll only to be told they were out of TP. I asked why they hadn’t mentioned it, put up a sign, or maybe walked across the street to Walgreens to buy a couple rolls.

Your employee indignantly asked why I hadn’t checked for TP and I explained that the big giant roll dispenser makes it hard to tell. Although I usually get my lunch there 2-3 days a week, you’ve seen the last of me.

Simple problem solving on someone’s part would have been nice…

I had 2 separate orders to place. I told the young man that I wanted the orders in separate large bags. He told that to the cook he said they would be. 50. I ordered 4 Grch bur chip rn, also 4 in other order.

There was a 3 very small pieces of grch in all wraps. The grch menu bowl had a total of 3 very small pieces of ch. All the orders that was ch was no fixed right. The fountain drinks were flat.

I drove a very long ways to get these orders. I have had bad experiences with the Lithonia area one thats way I drove so far. Now I will have to find another place to order from. Thanks for reading and Thanks in advance.

I went through drive thru got 3 soft tacos. They were so soggy stuck to the paper I couldn’t even pull paper off to eat. If I wasn’t running late for work I would have turned around and went back! 3/13/23 at 1:44. Store 029680.

Most all of the times when I stop by this taco bell on elkcam Blvd in Deltona, fl, they always are out of meat.

First time steak, second time chicken. We went around 9am. What just ended my relationship with them is the other day at eleven am we went to drive through. Only 2 cars ahead of us, already ordered. No on greatest us.

I finally said hello, and I got replied back that she was shutting down orders so she can get caught up. REALLY????!!!! parking lot only had 2 cars in it. She was very rude and I believe unprofessional!! I will never return to a taco bell again!!!!

The employees do not give receipts. So I called and asked for manager to see if this was the norm now. She was no help and rude as I asked her a question about it she said she was confused, as asked if Taco bell no longer gives receipts.

She said,"you have to ask for it". Wow, really?!! She finally answered that, yes they still give receipts, but you gotta ask them! I said thank you and she just hung up the phone without saying ANYTHING!! Very rude! You should always be given a receipt without asking for it, WHETHER card or cash.

I paid with a card! This is the 3rd time, I didnt get one, last time, I had to go back through to get it. I was in a rush tonight and forgot as thought it would be in bag, but was not!

we got two bacon club chalupas about thirty minutes ago at the taco bell on sam ridley parkway in smyrna tn the chalupas literally had crumbled bcon lettuce and the chalupa shell i opened them and was like no way our total was 31 dollars too we spent a good but there on all our food the two taco supremes wee so soggy you could put your finger thry the bottom of the shell and

I wish that I could give negative stars here. There is one specific location in grand rapids Michigan, on the corner Michigan street and diamond street that has extremely rude workers, lazy, don't care about quality of even making decent burritos, tacos or getting orders right.

I've been to this location 3 times and every single time my order is wrong, the people on the speaker and at the window are rude and disrespectful. Everyone looks like they're just in there having a good time because even being the only people there and a simple order, it still took forever and my order was wrong AGAIN.

I went through the drive-through tonight was the Only Customer that they had when I got home I was missing a quesadilla. I tried to call numerous times. No one answers the call. Obviously they're just not in there doing their job at all.

The girl also handed the bag out to me and it ripped and she just close the window. She did not give me a receipt for my meal and then when I sat there and try to get her attention, she ignored me.

I want to be reimbursed for the missing quesadilla. We bought a burrito supreme two tacos and nachos Bell grande a bean and cheese burrito and a quesadilla which was missing. Worst service ever. This was the Taco Bell on Atlantic near Regency Square, Mall in Jacksonville Florida

3/12/23. 4p. Taco Bell. Chelsea, Mi Doors were locked, worker told us they did not have enough employees to run counter and drive through. There were 2 of us and another family behind us. We drove around and no cars in drive through.

We went to Culvers next door sat by a window and watched, 2 cars went through Taco Bell drive through the whole time we were eating. WE WON'T BE BACK.

We walked thru the door of Taco Bell/KFC on Prospect near Research hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. I was heading towards the restroom to wash up to eat and loudly heard bathrooms closed, decided not to eat there, this is to unsanitary.

Ordered food asked for honey mustard even offered to pay for some. Cashier who also said she was supervisor said no honey mustard, the hm was only for KFC customers. Requested cheesey fries, cashier said no cheesey fries. Without our request she put Kfc fries on the order.

Received order through plastic window. I stood there looking in the bag to make sure all items were there. I had to ask four different times for hot sauce before getting any. All the had out was the mild and another type but no hot.

Taco Bell located at 5031 Natural Bridge Av St Louis MO 63115 had customers in the lobby waiting for 20-30 minutes for their food that did not receive at all. The ladies in the hat and glasses told everyone in the lobby that they was NOT accepting cash at all, they was ONLY accepting cards. Again customers was waiting for 20 to 30 mins before being told this bazaar information. A customer did confront that issue and told the so called manager at this location what was told by the cashier told us and she started being nasty and rude and belligerent and told the customer THAT SHE IS NOT THE ONE in a form of a threat... Maria is the manager at sterns rd lambertville MI restaurant and we brought back our food that was messed up with the receipt and she was very rude to my husband. We tried calling 4 times and she said she didn't answer the phone because she thought it was her daughter calling. We spend $60 to $100 everytime we go there and I will not have someone talk to us like we are trash.

My two friends and I were in the drive-through at our Massillon Ohio Taco Bell. We ordered and gave them our money at the window. After they took our money- the bag of food was thrown into the car at my friend behind the wheel. Thrown!!

We could not believe what just happened. We wanted sauce. They said no. I actually got out of the car I was so upset! Why would anyone do that? Possibly they thought we were someone else but even still- that is NOT how any employee should be treating customers.

We were appalled at how we were treated. Every one of those kids should be fired or at least reprimanded. That is awful for any business owner to have these types of employees working for them. If they can throw a bag of food at customers what are they doing to our food?!

I just got home to find out that I was charged for extra sour cream in my crunchwrap (that I did order) but got absolutely no sour cream in My wrap. My husband got a crunchwrap as well ordered his with no tomato ...

and too late n take too long to re order/retry. not good. I mean, why would they? so, I the customer suffer, or have to go elsewhere for meals out.

I live in Wiggins,Ms we have a TacoBell connected to a Kangaroo gas station. Me and my boyfriend went to get TacoBell last night to get food for dinner it was around 6. Usually we go through drive thru but this time we didn’t because we had to go inside the gas station too.

When we pulled in to a parking spot that was close to the door there was a TacoBell employee bringing out someone’s food that was pulled up waiting and hurried back inside after giving them their food.
