3 Doritos locos supremes we're crushed to pieces, one of them had the sour cream applied to the sleeve and outside of the taco shell. Burrito looked like a lot of spit on it, threw it all away

The clerk refused to take my order because I refused to use their new kiosk. That was about two months ago I haven’t been back too that or any other Taco Bell and probably won’t be.

Plymouth Taco Bell is awe full. I drive for door dash and was there today (4/9/23). The yelling and screaming and the swearing that came out of her mouth just floored me. I had my daughter with me it was disrespectful and unprofessional.

It made me sick listening to that. I didn’t even want to be there.

Don't go to the Taco Bell location on Alma Highway in Van Buren. They just can't get the orders correct and that falls back on poor training. Everything is printed out for them on TV screens and they just can't read.

I get stuff I didn't order or I'm missing things. Plus I don't like sour cream on anything so I order without it but it never fells I get more Sour Cream then any other ingredient in my tacos. So I says BYE BYE TACO BELL, YOU WON'T BE MISSED.

We went through your drive-through and ask for 2 waters and they charge $6 No I know in California it’s pretty pricey but not in Las Vegas since when have you guys charge six dollars for 2 cups of water

Taco Bell, Marion oh, mt Gilead rd. Had their lights off at 9pm. Girl with short black hair at the window was rude. Didn’t give me a receipt, didn’t speak, didn’t give me my drink, when I waited she opened the window started at me then said what, I said my drink, then she hands me a drink, she didn’t give me my hot sauce, I politely waited she opened the window again, then

practically threw 75 hot sauces at me. If I didn’t drop my phone and put out both hands they would have been on the concrete. Then she didn’t even give me a straw. And my nacho cheese to my box has something floating in it, I hope it’s not mold, I threw the order away.

And I won’t be going back. Period.

I went with my 87 year old mother to the location on Navajo in San Diego, California. When we walked in we waited for a counter attendant to take our order. She told us we had to order through the Kiosk.

I asked why, and she said "we have rules". Well, that really upset me because my mother doesn't operate any kind of computer and she doesn't feel comfortable doing so. I was so mad that I got back into my car and ordered at the drive through.

You bet someone took my order then! If I am a paying customer, then I expect to receive some personal service when I visit your restaurant. If a person decides not to use the Kiosk to order, then there better some back up provisions.

This is unacceptable and it will definitely impact my decision on which restaurant to spend my money at in the future.…

My son ordered yesterday evening, the picture of delivery was not our front door. He called to let them know , they hung up. He called again was told he would get a refund, they turned around and made a complaint towards his card, his cash app card.

Why did they do this? I dnt think this is right. Please contact me and explain what gives them the right to close his acct . It was their mistake. Ty EM

Yesterday I went to Taco Bell in Butte Montana. The first thing I see is an employee squatted down outside the front door smoking a cigarette disgusting. When I went inside the music was so loud I just swear to God I went inside a nightclub and it wasn't even good music it was a rap.

When it comes to a business it should be professional.

Used the app go order food, the app stayed stuck on order received for 25 minutes, called the store they stated we would get it for free. When arrived at the store they denied my refund and told me to contact the app!

I tried to send a message through the app and it would not take my phone number! I am a very unhappy customer and unhappy with how the store handled this situation!

They stole money for me for an order they could not provide, and I have been waiting for over a week with no refund and no reply. When I got to the store, the fryer was out, so multiple items in my order could not be made.

I immediately canceled the order, but they took the money anyway and are not responding to any of the ways I have reached out regarding the refund I am owed. Don't ever order online or in the app from them, unless you like paying for things you can't get.

I was robbed in the drive thru by the employee working the window. I counted my money 3 times while waiting to pull up and then handed it to the worker ( a little red headed male twirp). he said that i gave him a dime less than what i actually did. i told him i was certain what i gave him and he argued with me about it and wouldn't correct it. on 03/223 my whole order from taco bell was wrong. then the cashier gave me some coupons for a free taco. how ever the coupons were expired on Dec of 2022 ordered a cheese quesadilla, no cheese in the quesadilla only sauce and it was burnt.

ordered 4 cheese roll up only gave 3 ordered supreme taco and got the regular. taco was not wrapped carefully it was all over the bag.

About a year ago I waited for almost an hour as they told me to finally pull up and when I finally got out to tell them they said they had forgotten about me. Today I've been in line for probably close to 25 or 30 minutes and I'm now 15 minutes late picking up my daughter

I questioned my food was more than the prices on the board. Manager came over and basically said oh well prices have gone up and the board still needs to be changed. Then he walked away. Its not good business to advertise one price and charge another.

He even admitted it was wrong and offered nothing, not even an apology. I also realized they did not even give me a receipt.

had. I order a combination of three tacos one hard shell and two chalupa tacos and this time the man heard me right confirming the #3 order. With a sweet tea. But,he decided to give me just what he wanted. 3 soft tacos.

W. one night recently with my grandkids and i could tell they were upset that i had the audacity to come in for service. They waited several minutes to acknowledge me and take my order. The tacos were not really tacos.

They had a little more than a spoonful of meat and some cheese wrapped up. Were very disappointed. Today i reluctantly tried again. Another disappointment. The door was locked. They were only serving drive thru. Is that the business model now only drive thru?

This store was at 580 Church Rd. West in Southaven. Ms. I will not be going back there again.

Seneca, SC My sister and I ordered at the kiosk, and the food was great as always, thats the only reason there's two stars. There were multiple issues while we waited for our food. Number one was the manager yelling at anyone who came into the lobby, even telling one man that she "didn't care if he was Jesus himself,he needed to get the hell out of her lobby".

Then, she kept yelling at her workers, making two of them clock out and telling one to go ahead and quit.

Thirdly, she had one of the workers lock both lobby doors, WHILE CUSTOMERS WERE STILL INSIDE. I will NOT be visiting this location for a long while.

I went thru the drive thru at 5pm and ordered online. My soft taco shells were stale and falling apart. I have never had a problem with this location (4300 Markey place way enola PA) before and I'm upset by this because I was looking fwd to having soft tacos.

Please make sure the employees are checking to make sure the wraps and shells aren't stale. Very upset

As a customer you shouldn’t hear anything bad or inconsiderate & especially any discrimination. One of the managers at this specific taco bell named Rosa yells and talks to her employees like dirt on the ground and hassles customers about filling out the surveys.

Another manager named Kayla said loud enough for people in the lobby to hear that she wouldn’t be hiring anymore “white people” because she would like to keep it only hispanics because there work ethic is better, WHILE THERE ARE CAUCASIAN EMPLOYEES WORKING. Not to mention out of all the employees only 4 of them are caucasian.

Ordered at kiosk Taco Bell in Kenedy they didn't have freeze drinks so I asked for refund just for drink employee said they couldn't give back my money I ask why not she said they just can't I told her thats like stealing from me she them began to tell me to stop being rude and them began to tell me that she doesn't have to help and ridicules me in front of customers and my family.

I wasn't being rude nor did I raise my voice I never been disrespected like that here. I've been coming here aleast every week since they've opened I hope ya don't think that's how customers should be treated.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The Taco Bell in Dubois, PA had to be the dirtiest Taco Bell I have ever been in! ALL the tables were filthy and it was only 1130am?! The food tasted horrible, and my husband got FOOD POISONING!

We ate the same thing except he had a burrito and has been puking all night long:( SO rude. We spend enough money there, we could buy a franchise, and thats the food we got?? So gross Taco Bell:/

Your employee/manager WAE VERY RUDE about a drink that I paid for with my combo I asked no ice she put ice in it and when I said I said no ice she grabbed it and said ok. Then she told me to pull forward because it was a line and everybody was waiting on food (never gave me my drink).

She bought my food out no drink still so I have to no go back though the line that has about 6 car's and 3 cars waiting on food. Taco bell at 9 n John r. I live right by here and used to buy food from here a lot. I have been going less because the food is terrible. It's undercooked and sloppily made. They don't toast anything (chalupas and grilled borritos) and can't seem to follow instruction as every order is incorrect.

Food is always spilled in the bag the pop is watered down and tbh it's very upsetting. The prices are way too high for this total lack of quality. The employees can't be bothered and are rude. If you complain or try to return something they take it very personally.

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would! I've been eating at Taco Bell since the first one opened accross the street from my high school back in '78. Always enjoyed the consistent menu items for a reasonable price until several years ago.

It doesn't seem to matter which store you go to any longer as they have ALL become seriously subpar. Just ordered three crunchy tacos and brought home to eat from the Wiles Road and US 441 store in Coral Springs, Florida.

Unwrap and pick up the taco to take a bite and all of the fillings fall out of the bottom before I can get the food in my mouth. Why??? Because the lazy ass employees that Taco Bell hires these days DO NOT CARE about food quality or service!

night and picked up my daughter and mines mobile orders in drive through. It first started off the kids working the window laughing cause they couldn't get my daughter's name right so by their actions I think they were high.

My biggest issue tho is they made my crunchwrap Supreme wrong as it was super thin basically only tortilla and lettuce with cheese very little meat as was awful. My soft shell taco wasn't the greatest but at least it had more meat than the crunchwrap which wasn't much.

It was a horrible experience. It was the Taco Bell on Marketplace in Rochester, MN.

Just went to get food after work. They said they cannot make any food bc the fryer needs to “reboot”. That it would be 45 minutes. It does not take 45 minutes for a fryer to get back up and that also has nothing to do with being able to make other foods that don’t go in the fryer.

It’s so sad that so many companies are being run like this. So much money being lost on a large scale. Please rectify this issue this is unacceptable.

Just came from your Taco Bell in Deerfield Beach Florida Hillsboro Boulevard to be exact horrible service on the preparation of the vegetarian burrito and rice and bean burrito absolutely nothing inside of it that's inside the tortilla I'll let the manager know I was very upset I told him I just want my money back not interested the manager insisted I'll make it better which they did they made it better by putting some more ingredients in as it should be I had it many times before that's the vegetarian one and

1. Every time I ask for one package of hot sauce I get from three to a hand full of sauce. I have a gallon container full of hot sauce at home and I stopped saving them many months ago. Please have your employees be more attentive to the request of the customer. This would also increase your profit margin.

2. I thank you for the senior discount you offer. I am eighty one years old and every cent helps. I think it is proper to give the discount with out declaring that I'm a senior. Anyone would know I'm a senior by looking at me. I have told the cashier I was a senior after he had entered the transaction. His response was, I had to ask for the discount.

I placed an order and only gotten a few things and my order was cold as well And what comes to mind is that the other night i had called my local taco bell to see what time they were open till it was like 3 am the lady said 4am so i called for a ride and when i got there they were closed and it was only 3:10 i was told 4 so i wasted my money on uber to get there when obvious they were closed at time when i called
