On January 25th at approximately 9:23am I arrived at the Target in Anaheim hills, CA by Uberthru share a ride and with me was a gentleman I didn't even know except for the fact we happen to be going to the same place at the same time hence the word "share a ride" Uber.. ".

I asked him why and told him I've done nothing why is he treating me like this and he states " we just chased your nboy out of the store for stealing"! I told him he isn't my boy I don't even know him all I did was share an Uber with him and that was it.

The employee looked at me said " I don't care, leave this stuff here and get out of my store! ". After being humiliated, scolded and kicked out of the store in a uber. Now I know and I know you know that situation was definitely not handled properly.

I ordered a collectors tin of Yugioh cards online from Target. They sent it loose, no packing, rattling around in an oversize cardboard box. Needless to say, the collector tin was dented. When I called to get a replacement I was told it was non returnable because iit was a tin of trading cards & they are a non returnable product.

I told them I wanted a replacement & they could have the damaged one back. They refused. I pointed out that it is their fault because it was not packed properly. I talked to customer service on the phone as well as 2 different customer service people online.

They are still refusing to correct the problem. This was a Christmas present for my Autistic son. 00 item. No more shopping at Target for me & my family & friends.

00 Target Gift Card from my son on January 8, 2023. I did not use it until August 20, 2023. I went to the register to purchase what I bought and was told there was a zero balance on the card.

The cat food that we have been giving our cats, Kindfull, nearly killed our cat. There’s no taurine in the food, which is essential to cat and dogs health. It sent our cat to the vet with heart failure because she was taurine deficient from her food.

She couldn’t breathe and was retaining fluid. Until they checked her taurine levels and saw they were non existent. Her heart was working so much harder than it needed to just provide her oxygen and stable blood flow. Please take this off the shelves and reevaluate the recipe.

Taurine is essential to pets diets.

I am a target customer with an online account. I am filing a complaint. Today I received a backup battery pack that was ripped out of its package, the battery was dirty, had fingerprints on it and is absolutely used and/or returned.

This is the 2nd time in less than 6 months that I have received an online order in this condition from Target. Target has shipped USED and/or returned items to it's online customers. I will not order anything else from target from this day forward because of this.

If I buy something and pay the price for it, I expect a new product.

Target sold us a defective grill and refused to swap out the part. When I called corporate they told me to return the entire grill as an un receipted return. When we got there the manager Kyleigh tried lying saying they didn’t have the grill in stock and then the employees came rolling up and that’s when she started telling us that they don’t do in receipted returns anymore.

All they had to do was swap out the one single part.

NO stars are deserved. Been placing orders online(disability/injury), never had issues before reporting missing/rotten/expired food (via target app), until recently when I have been trying to report missing/expired/rotten items, I have been unable to and the system directs me to contact target. Why?

Its almost like target does not care to know about the rotten/expired items. I was at your Merced Target, employee used foul language on the sales floor. I filled out your survey and received a response from Robert Castillo. I replied to Robert that I would like to have an email conversion with his District Manager, this was 3/31/2023. I have sent Robert two more emails 4/4/2023 and 4/12/2023, nothing in return. I have been at your Merced Store and noticed Robert was at work and not responding to emails. I am still waiting so kind of response.

Last year I purchased 2 - 28 in Kante cement pots. They came w cracks in them but because I am 70 yo I chose to keep because so heavy for me to return! Not too long after return window closed and was told I couldnt return them the cracks became massive and the pots were crumbling apart at the bottom. I know it has been a year but I tried to return not too long after purchasing and I should have insisted since I paid $131.98 for them! Such poor quality and I went back and read reviews after I started having problems and saw product got poor reviews because of cracking. How can you sell a product like that and not stand behind it?

I would like a store credit please. I am attaching pictures of the crumbling bases and my order.

I contacted Target customer service chat @ 8;30 pm regarding an item that I didn’t get from a target in Philadelphia when traveling for bereavement. The chat agent was so rude and just made me feel like a bother and villain.

I worked for target and can not imagine this type of customer service. I would love follow up regarding this agent and outcome.

The ladies restroom was so messy , toilets disgusting , no toilet paper nor hand soap. Not to mention target employees just hanging around reclining on anything they can ,having they backs to customers ,not greeting anyone. Carts being sticky / dirty , overall a bad shopping experience.

The men's restroom was just as dirty we love shopping at target after this experience do not know if we'll come back to the poorly kept store.

My grandsons age 12 and 10 wanted to purchase $25 gift cards. We used the self checkout. I asked the African American female middle aged attendant for help. She told my grandson. " scan the small one and then the big one.

" not sure what she meant he scanned each one once. " We all looked surprised. she was extremely rude and not helpful at all! We were paying cash and she yelled. ". , or I would have called for a manager.

This was March 11, around 2:45pm at the Chesterfield Valley location in St. Louis. We won't no longer be shopping at this location.

I am a retired lady who no longer drives and must order online as much as possible. I ordered laundry detergent from Target, got 2 day shipping. UPS said delay, likely due to weather conditions, but never delivered. Called Target and received a replacement, which was to be delivered by FedEx in two days.

They also pleaded delay but I also saw that the item had arrived locally in time to be delivered on time. I waited two more days and all the sites said the same thing - delay - but they also said it was to be delivered on time, but still no package.

Neither FedEx nor UPS claimed that it had been delivered. So are they boycotting you or the area I live in? I received a refund from Target but that does not get me the detergent I ordered, which is not available everywhere.

The disturbing state of the Men's dept. , Parma Ohio, is what greeted me during my last visit to your store, on Thursday, March 9th. Searching under piles of tossed clothing or on the floor made it unsettling to look for what I was hoping to purchase.

This is not the first time I encountered the mens dept. in this condition. The last time was months ago, and when I brought it to the store managers attention there was a litany of excuses. Telling you that I will no longer shop this store may not make a difference, but take a look at this departments numbers....

I have stopped shopping at Target and advised everyone I know of my negative experiences with Target over the last several years. Customer service has been poor to non-existent from well before the pandemic began and has worsened. Target runs out of merchandise regularly. Target’s prices have risen to the point other stores - Carr’s, Fred Meyer and Walmart to name a few - are frequently less expensive to shop, and that’s saying something.

The final straw for me was an order I placed online for drive up delivery just before Christmas, 2022. 93 I purchased this for my nieces baby shower and today she was setting up the nursery. The monitor was not working. 00, therefore not returnable. 00. It seems to me that puts a limit on the buying power of a large section of the purchasing community.

I went to Target in McKinney Tex on Hwy 75, to buy some products for the Box tops for my grandsons school. I purchased 6 of the Pillsbury strawberry strudel packages. They were with the biscuits and cinnamon rolls in the refrigerator section.

I put them in my frig when I arrived home. I had reddish brown diarrhea from them a week later. Then I read the box that says keep frozen.

Target has been falsely reporting late payments to credit bureau ! I’ve been under distress trying to get these late payments removed after they mentioned to me it’ll take 30 days ! I am SO fed up, I don't know if I can even get my thoughts in order. My problem has been two defective $50 VISA gift cards, which were purchased at my local Target store. I have literally spent hours online and on the phone, not to mention in the store, trying to rectify the situation.

It got more complicated when I tried to use one of the cards at the store for a purchase. I told them that the cards weren't reading at checkouts. I had the receipt in hand and I needed to purchase items that night.

I bought 3 Visa gift cards at Target in Whitehall. Each card is $100 each. The cards were locked. The manager of the Target location was extremely unprofessional and very rude! She was not helpful and she stated that the store does not unlock the cards and that I can not get my money back regardless of my receipt. That is wrong!

An unfortunate fraud situation happened at the Target Store in Rolling Hills Estates, CA. 00 for Christmas Presents. When the recipients went to use them the monies on them had already been spent even before they were distributed to the individuals.

I have had nothing but constant wait time, emailed everything over on December 28th and to date I have to keep calling target to see when I can recoup these monies. I ordered a wrapping paper holder at the Joliet store for drive up. It comes in two pieces, but they were trying to give me one. When I told them, they said they had to go back in the store and find it.

After 10 minutes the girl came out and told me she couldn’t find it, but I could go to customer service for a refund. I did this for convenience and I should have just shopped like normal because I was still late for my appt.

Then I returned it and received my refund. I looked again and ordered it from Willowbrook. It’s not close, but showed stock. I called when I was on my way to make sure both pieces were together. I found out my order was cancelled and I wasn’t notified.

I purchased an Epson eco tank 4800 order#9180919299113 on 12/20 in the evening. Target circle said I purchased it from the San Rafael target. A few hours later my order was moved to Novato Target because they said it was out of stock now in San Rafael.

Then the Novato Target said they were out of stock. At this point I called the Novato Target and they said the Marin City Target was in stock. I called this morning to Marin city Target and they were also out of stock.

Worst service ever. I wanted to buy 4 small gift cards for a charity holiday program. I accidentally bought 4 e-cards which can only be used on line. ( I might add the way I did this was on the direction of a target employee).

so, this was wrong and I chatted with someone who could not help after about 30 minutes. she gave me a phone number of someone else who could not help after another 30 mintues. It is a small amount of money but I am so turned off I will not b shopping here after I use these 4 cards up myself (as I cannot give them to the desired recipients).

This was a ridiculous waste of my time and no one was even plesaant.

I made a purchase of two TV for my new house on 4/23/22. I did not open both TV's until I officially moved in, in either late July or Aug. When I unboxed one of the TV's I mounted it on the wall turned it on and realized there was a crack in the screen.

I wouldn't have been able to tell without the TV turned on which means it is an internal crack. The other TV that was held at the same location was perfectly fine. I got a huge run around with no solution to my problem.

I called Target and they said I only had 30 days to report it and told me to contact the insurance I bought. I contacted the insurance and they told me they couldn't help and to contact LG. I contacted LG and they told me to contact Target.

com. I have been using the account since 2009. com e-mail account (inactive account) the current email or my cell phone number with previously used passwords (2019). Requesting a new password does not seem to work and creating a new account states that I already have an account and I should log on.

I contacted customer Service and the two people I talked to have send an email with a verification code to either account, but nothing arrived here. The second person I talked to was unable to delete the account even though there is apparently nothing in it, in order to start fresh and create a new account.

I find this highly irritating, since this is the shopping season I and I am unable to shop online. Please have someone check into it and FIX IT.
