Hello my name is Sandie Ely I made an order for the 58 inch Television Element .. I went into your Atlanta Georgia store 1275 Caroline st NE Atlanta to pick up my order for the television upon getting to the desk the associate could not find my purchase.

The Manager was called and I heard them say my television was given to someone else .. I approached the manager asked where is my television he replied I don’t know but we can’t find it and we have to refund it ..

I asked well can you give me another TV he replied no .. I feel I should have been compensated for my lost television and it was for my children .. I have never had this issue as I have been trading with Target 20 years..

I am not satisfied with how I was pushed away on their error .. they had 2 television sitting on the floor…

Visited your Hadley, Massachusetts store today specifically to shop for girls/toddlers clothes. My Mother and I found the entire area a mess, clothes all over the floor, some in piles that had to be moved in order to push her wheelchair through.

It was a very unpleasant shopping experience. Too, when checking out around 1:10 pm, there was only 1 cashier available and the self checkout was full with a wait line as well. The wait to check out was 15 minutes and behind us there were at least 10 other customers waiting.

While we realize the time is considered lunch hour, trust you are aware than many folks shop AT their lunch hour. I am not likely to shop this store in the future. Sincerely, Peggy Battaini

I am done with this store. I live 30 miles away and have been a loyal customer for many years but this last month demonstrates a serious issue in the services they offer.

As I live a bit aways I prefer to use the drive-up order option on their app. In the past, they have been able to fulfill these orders in about two hours which is the advertised time frame when you complete an order.

Over the last month I have placed three orders and all of them took over six hours to fulfil. And they were only fulfilled once I called the 800 number and issued a complaint and the call center contacted the store. Today was no different except that I had not called customer service. Trash customer service. For a company whose app sends dozens of push notifications DAILY for items “you may be interested in,” the customer service and absence of reminder services for the Red Card due dates for that “trip to get more body wash” could cost you on your credit report.

The push notification I did finally get was from a credit monitoring service AFTER the account was past due. ” Because they understand life happens and people forget things. Not Target, they want that late fee payment, interest fee payment and have zero care for their customers.

Concerning Target at Rivergate in Charlotte, NC. Not the first time that I have seen this. Took pictures. Ready to show then to WBTV New if problem isn't fixed soon. Talked to Stephanie, weekend store manager, then showed her my concerns.

She asked if I had seen the mess in the fitting room and then she added that "I hate to see the mess at Christmas". She did not say that she was sorry about the mess nor that she would talk to the department manager.

This is a problem that could be fixed in approximately 30 minutes three times a day by either the store manager of the department manager. If they don't want to clean up the mess then they need to require the employees in that area fix the problem.

No other department seems to have this problem.

1. When checking out the machine would cancel transaction at the get cash. Had to get cash back to get transaction to go through. 2. Got home and was missing 5 items. 3. Called 3 times before someone answered phone, could not find my missing items at cashier, put me on hole for 19 minutes.

Called 2 more times while driving back to Target and no one answered. 4. When at store asked for cash back on missing items, they looked again and I told them I did not want frozen items and other missing items just cash back.

They could not do this and called someone named Patrick. 5. PATRICK CAME UP, HE WAS VERY CONDESENDING, WOULD NOT GIVE ME CASH SO I TOLD HIM JUST GIVE ME A GIFT CARD. HE ASKED ME TO STEP ASIDE SO WE COULD TALK.

I shop at the Target on Richmond Avenue in Staten Island, New York. I shop there at least once a week. I made a complaint to a store associate about this problem once already. I bought some items and the items scanned higher than the shelf tag price.

The girl said that the prices were increasing and they have not changed the shelf tags to match the price of the items that were scanned. It happened again today. This is against the law. I can report this to Consumer Affairs and you will be investigated. You will receive fines.

This is very unprofessional and a good way to lose business. I figured that I would bring it to your attention because if I see this happen again I will go to Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Borough.

Hello, I went to my local Target store to pick up a prescription tonight at 1628 Highwoods Blvd. After I got my prescription I picked up another couple of items that I needed. I also went by the clearance shelf at the end of the art/school supplies area.

I picked up a canvas with paints I had seen there before and there was no sticker. I walked over to another section and scanned the item. 00. I went back and got another of the exact same item and scanned it. 00. 00.

00 I assumed the person at customer service would sell them to me at a minimal price. In fact he said I could not purchase them. I walked away and then walked back and asked for the manager. 50 each.

This happens all the time I walk into a store and the security guard immediately tells me I'm not allowed in. I don't bother asking why anymore , the answer is always the same. That I've been caught shoplifting 9 out of 10 I never been in store before.

So now because i have a tattoo on my face means I can't get diapers if they just so happen to run out and Target is the first store I see. I have had target security follow me on the phone with the police, then trying to check out they say no.

I visit targets quite often as there are so many and I move frequently for work. I'm so sick of being harassed and treated like a subhuman.

I use the Cartwheel app and often the offers are not credited so I am vigilant about verifying if I received the discount offer. This morning I had to deal with a representative who wanted to dismiss me with the comment of “today is Sunday so the offers may have expired “.

First of all, I know how to read. I was helped by Customer Service to find that the offers had not been reduced. Target owed me more than $6. Poor customer service will save me money because I don’t have to shop at Target.

I placed an online order for a Dyson vacuum in Dec of 2020. It showed delivered but never arrived. When I called, I was told to give it more time to arrive. Making calls like this are very stressful. Calling back led to multiple times calling with over an hour waits while being transferred to agents who mysteriously dropped the call.

Today’s call to get the problem resolved included agents shaming me on waiting so long to call, even though I again wanted an hour while being passed around. The problem is still not resolved and I am again told to wait for an email or letter in the mail.

I made an online purchase which said it would take 2 hours to fill. After 4 hours I went to the Salem store and was told they were running late. I understand things happen so I went and picked the item myself and they told me I couldn't complete the purchase that way.

I would have to cancel my order on line and then go wait in line to repurchase the item. They were rude and acted as if my purchase didn't matter to them. I have never written a complaint out about service anywhere in my life but this was ridiculous.

I am actually standing in the store still waiting. If I didn't need this for my grandaughter I would have canceled it and left. I will never shop here again! I will also be letting people know how badly I was treated

Ever since Target has gotten a new computer system it's customer service has gone down hill. I use coupons regularly & I am always careful to make sure coupon matches item purchased. It is very rare that all my coupons are accepted.

U can use one & then next time u are in store, register will not accept same coupon. Then if you go to another Target, same coupon goes through like clockwork. I have had customer service accept coupons, but now I've been told your "system" will not allow that.

I ordered a package for delivery (birthday gift) 4 days ago (Tuesday) to arrive on my nieces birthday (Friday). I purchased a Starbucks gift card at a Target store. Receipt number 2-1351-1055-0017-0948-3 and gift card serial number 32760 305568 04019778 33547. The receipt says that the gift card was activated.

However, the individual gift cards (there are 4 cards of $10 balance each) are unable to use at Starbucks. Starbucks verified that these cards are inactive and never been activated nor a balance added by Target. Example of a Starbucks gift card number is 6184 0706 6879 7588.

So, I am left with $40 debited from my bank account, but I got $0 value in return. This is ultimate fraud. I was told by the store manager at Target on 12/22/2021 7PM EST at 100 Parsonage Rd Edison NJ 08837 that they cannot help and refused to troubleshoot.

My father and I went to Target, 11000 Stockdale Hwy, Bakersfield, CA 93311, on December 17 at 7:50 am and my father was chased by two screaming employees about not wearing a mask even though he has a medical condition that makes it hard for him to breathe with one on. Right when we stepped into the store one of the employees rudely told him put his mask on and when he went to go to the restroom they told him that he couldn’t hide in the restroom.

As we started to walk away they told him that they threatened to refuse to give him service.

On 11/30/21 I ordered VieOli Smart Robot Vacuum Cleaner OLIR3004WH - White online. This was a birthday gift for my mother. When I received it I wrapped in the delivery box. Two weeks after I received it I gave it to my mom on her birthday. When I was setting it up for her I noticed the brand was different. They sent me Mahli smart pro robotic MBOT3004 which made me mad. com. I went to the Target site. Basically, the Veterans' Day discount is nothing more than a scam to have you enroll in the rewards program. What is so difficult to ask any active duty or veteran for proof of service on the actual day.

I have a Veteran Administration that clearly states name, branch of service, purple heart and service connected disability and it has my face on it. That is not sufficient for a 10% discount on Veterans' Day. All the other stores honor that identification any day.

My local Hallmark shops give veterans a 10% discount everyday. Lowe's and Home Depot offer a discount for service connected disabled veterans all the time. Fred Meyer offers a 10% discount one day a month for the entire family of a veteran.

There isn’t any specific guidelines or rules when it comes to gift cards on the store or policies that are the same for each store they pretty much make them up as they go from the store to employee to manager and it only matters who and what store your at and what day or mood the person is in and then the management will back the employee no matter if they’re right or wrong and

I was unhappy with how frequently I was greeted in my Ames, IA Target.

This is strange to complain about, I know, but I disliked how much I was greeted with friendly "Hello's" this afternoon. I can think of 11 specific instances but the true number was closer to ~15. I was in the store for a little under 30m. I'm usually not one to complain but this felt very excessive and near the end I found myself hiding from employees as I made my way to the register.

This isn't the biggest problem in the world but I feed bad for the employees if they're forced to greet people so artificially often. I really don't want this to become the norm for shopping chains

I was in tonight and bought 4 items REC#2-120-1777-0173-4844-7 VCD#702-163-442. Diet pepsi, ziploc, clorox wipes and a bottle of shout. I drove home 35 miles away. When I went to pick up my sack off the seat I discovered that someone had screwed the lid most the way off the bottle of shout and it had emptied in the bag and all over the seat.

Someone probably thought they were being cute but I am now out a big pack of gallon ziplock bags, a bottle of shoult and I have to get my car cleaned to try and get the shout out of the seat. I don't know if it was emplloyee thinking this was cute or another customer, but I am one very unhappy customer.

Target in Ocean Beach does not have the magnet remover for the clothes. I purchased at item at another store that had the magnet attachment. I did self checkout and it didn’t trigger when I walked out. I took it to my local store in OB to be told they do t have the remover. That is crazy.

I just came to the Target Santa Clara and I’m sorry to say the ladies bathrooms were utterly disgusting. So filthy - looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week! It’s funny to think about all the precautions taken against the COVID spread and the bathrooms are left in such poor condition.

I feel I should a complaint County Sanitation Department but I figure I’d give you a chance to fix it first. Please let me know on this.

After three phone calls with three frightens agents, over a period of three hours, the last one finally placed my order - and not quickly either.

Here's how it started. Late afternoon, I was logged into my account and had two items in my cart. When I went to checkout I was told to log in, which made no sense, then told my account doesn't exist.

First agent simply told me I don't have an account AS I WAS LOGGED IN! Unbelievable.

Second agent found my cart, took my credit card information then dead silence. He wasn't heard from again. I waited. Nothing.

Third agent slowly helped and wasn't sure of herself. Finally, the order was placed, both for pickup at two different stores. An hour later I received two separate emails stating neither item is available.

I received a USED set of DVD's that were smudged. Okay, but I would have liked to know they were used when I ordered them.

Also, the inside of the case was broken; still not a deal breaker for me because I love the movies, and it was a good price, all in all. 99 and customer service kept saying I was NOT overcharged. With the same order, I ordered a sheet which it turned out to be a third party seller, so my order was divided in half.

49 had no explanation, so I deleted my account. I can't order items at one price and be charged another; I'm too darn poor!

Your shopping carts lock after less than 100 feet from your door. I had to carry my bags at least 100 feet to my car, including three very heavy cat litter bags. The signage you have up is discretely placed to make it hard to see.

The demarcation lines alluded to on the signage is nowhere to be found. I am disabled and this caused me great distress. Very disappointed. I am amazed that your complaint page does not assist me in listing the location. Hotel Circle in Albuquerque, NM.

My parents just found an unused $50 still sealed gift card that was meant for me for graduation. They were embarrassed because it was from 2006 and they lost it until now (my mom has Alzheimer's), but I chatted with customer service online and they told me the gift cards never expire or use value.

96, but my parents obviously did not use it right after purchasing it to give to me. The customer service associate basically said I was lying and that Target was not going to do anything about it. I worked in retail and we would have handled the situation in a much more considerate manner, and would have believed the customer and probably issued a replacement gift card to keep their business.

Now I will close my credit account with Target, never shop there again, and use my public media…

I placed an order for a mattress they kept delaying the first mattress so I had to cancel they kept putting pending holds on my account I had to get them released never received the mattress. That was the first experience with the mattress.

We ordered different type of mattress do Target delivered mattress this morning Federal Express this is a picture of how the box came to me I had to practically put the mattress back in the Box in order to return it to Target. The tape was all off look like it had been through a war I did not want that because of what's going on in the world today.
