On July 3 at 6:54am I finally got the Nintendo switch added to my cart. I had gone on the website and it said there were two available for pickup in Massillon Ohio. I continued added it to the cart and paid with PayPal.

I received an order number confirmation and it said it would let me know when to pick it up. I then received a message after an hour and said it was no longer available. It was NOT out of stock when I ordered it it was added to my cart.

I called the Massillon store and she said there were other orders filled before mine which was a complete lie because it would have said out of stock. I then called the 800 number and waited an hour to speak with someone that spoke broken English.

It's not fair that because I don't have a family member as a lead on target I don't get treat same as his mother or sister. I used to work at cascade station target in Portland oregon and it was never fair that I barely got hours but maria delgado and her daughter always had there 40 hours because of her son jose delgado. They had preferences for them that made me quit working for target.

com for my daughter and her wife for their birthdays. I was sent an email from target to forward to my daughter to open which was supposed to tell her about the gift and how to claim it. ) When I clicked on the link to forward it, a message popped up that said the URL was not valid.

There were two more links at the bottom of the email-one to check the status of your order and one to ask for help. When I clicked on either one I got the same message; The URL was not valid.

I have attempted to contact the "delivery company" by email and received and auto-reply that said they would get back to me in one day; they didn't. I called Target too and asked them to immediately re-send the rocking chairs.

This is in regards to my online order #1056-3131-99738 placed on May 4th, 2020 for in-store pick up. I ordered an ipad online and called in to pricematch to BestBuy (or any other retailer selling it for exactly $100 less that Target's price). After approximately 1.5 hrs of hold time, the call was connected to customer service agent who confirmed the pricematch, and offered to refund the$100 price difference, but no the tax (~10% state of CA) on the price difference. it seemed wrong, but csr insisted Target charges sales tax on the original amount of transaction. I asked to be connected to a supervisor, but the csr hung up the phone.

While waiting in line to pay for my items I got up to pay and The cashiers first words to me while actually leaning into my personal space were "why don't you get that removed' speaking about a mole I have on my right eyebriow that is big but. Until this day ive never been made to feel insecure about it EVER!!

I went into a Target store Uptown location in Albuquerque NM. I purchased 2 shirts which they wouldn't let me try on because of coronavirus. I thought to myself, ok I'll take them home and try them on. If they don't fit, I'll bring them back later today. So I did.

During these trying times you would think that someone with half a brain would be at the front checkout directing customers. I was at the Henderson SW store at 1:20 pm. I had been waiting in a line for quite awhile, all of the lines were long.

A woman walked up through the registers that were not open hoping to get in a shorter line, she had not been waiting in any of the lines, but there was already at least 7 or 8 people waiting for that cashier so the woman turned back but then an associate said that he would help her at a register that had not been opened so she basically did not wait at all.

Her cart was full to the brim with non essential sundresses etc. It made me very angry that someone who would have been next in one of the long lines was not called to the checkout ahead of her.…

I traveled to Target, the one nearest to me, which was the Oakdale store. I went in and bought a Total wireless card on April 1, 2020. I got the card and walked back to the only register with an employee at it.

She rang up the card, but upon leaving, told me to check the card was valid after I put it in my phone account, I discovered the card was invalid, I went back in the store, the same cashier called someone from electronics to come up, she once again rang a card up, while the tech guy o served her. She said she was certain the problem was fixed, so I once again went to my car and attempted to enter the card info, once again, Total Wireless informed me the card was invalid.

I tried buying 2 tubs Clorox Wipes. One employee approached my cart, reviewing my contents and just took 1 of the tubes from me stating that I could only buy 1. I told her I was shopping for my elderly mother and that I could give her the COVID 19 note that many companies are accepting.

She told every clerk nearby, traveling to each register to do so. But what unnerved me was the employee named Paulina, wearing a dingy security t-shirt, while walking fast and intentional, she hollered at me that no letter would be accepted.

Then she cut a quick turn to walk away but stopped and over her shoulder she looked back at me and told me that I should be saying thank you to her for her allowing me to shop during senior hours. It was horrible and cinematic.

Target in Manhattan Beach, CA would not accept my check for $175 in payment for my purchases. I have adequate identification and could easily cover the check amount yet neither the checkout clerk nor the manager would allow me to use.

A check for a mere total of $175 purchase total. It was embarrassing and stupid. I was told to contact the Target management at the phone number that the cash register printed on the back of my returned check. I spoke with a supervisor for 10 minutes and got no sufficient reason for this store policy.

I was told that it was my responsibility to “establish my check-writing worthiness” by repeatedly writing checks in small amounts over a consolidated period of time. This is supremely stupid for a major retailer! The young and ignorant. Supervisor suggested…

Your Target store in Montgomery,Al at EastChase parking lot looks like a large garbage dump. Trash, food containers, paper, cups, plastic etc all over the parking lot. Terrible curb appeal. If the manager does not care or obviously has no personal pride on the exterior, then I doubt he cares about the interior.

I will not be returning nor will I recommend this store to anyone. This looks like a 3rd world country parking area. Filth!

if i could out negative 0 , i would. m. sunday. when we went to check out ,all of the employees standing around chatting said there were no registers open ,that we could use self check out. i told my son no way, target doesnt pay me to check myself out,but they will pay employees to stand around chatting or walking around the store on their phones.

not only that , they dont stock the store. every time we go in , we have to go somewhere else ( walmart. b, etc ) & this has gone on for months at a time. i keep seeing the empty shelves & telling my son HOPE FULLY they ARE closing the dump.

Horrible experience for drive up service. I place a order on line. Received email my order was ready. Send email that I was on my way to the store. Once I arrived on in parking lot I received a notice on my phone that I had arrived.

Park in lane for drive up services waited for 30 minutes no one came out. I had a sick 6 months old sick baby in the car. I called the store directly several times from the no response.

Finally an employee name Michelle came out I told her I been waiting on my order. She replied that she came out and waited for 5 minutes and I was not there they cancelled my order. My immediate response was that no true I been here for 30 minutes waiting on someone to come.

She said to bad I would now have to go inside and replace my order. Never again to shop at target

I do a lot of Target shopping on line. It is extremely annoying to have to check inventory by going from page to page. Take example napkins. There were 50 pages on napkins. Great selection? I got to page 35 and stopped going through each page and ended up buying at another store.

A very rude manager at the Park North Target in San Antonio was very rude to me on the telephone on February 3rd. I told Angel the manager that I would contact corportate and he said he didn't and proceeded to talk over me and then hang up the phone.

Not a good way to treat customers. Will never shop there again. I would rate it 0 stars if I could.

I would like to be made clear on what the policy is regarding dogs in Target. I went to the Target in Tribeca, NYC today, Feb 12, 2020, at approximately 1. 30 PM. There is a small sign posted saying 'No Pets, Service Dogs Allowed".

However while I was waiting on line to pick up my items, a woman with a medium-large dog got on line behind me. Her dog was clearly NOT a service animal. What is even more perplexing is that no one at the checkout counter said anything to her.

This is a blatant disregard of the rule posted on your door, and no staff attempted to enforce this 'policy" either. Is this policy at the discretion of the staff? Is it an arbitrary rule, applied to random customers, or just who they feel like? I need to understand.

I have a gift card from a promotion in store which the cashiers have tried on two different occasions to read—-they cannot read the numbers. I tried to look up the number through your online help, cannot read the exact numbers.

Some 6 or 8 or 9. Illegible. I called the gift card number and spoke with a person who also could not figure it out based on the numbers I could legibly read. She told me that if I don’t have a receipt then basically it’s my issue. REALLY?

I was first in queue at closing time at Mowbray Target when the young male sales assistant looked at me with an angry look. When I got to the cash register I said hello to the young man. When he did not raise his head or answer me I said hello again and he still did not acknowledge me.

I said are you having a bad day and he still would not make eye contact or answer me. I felt like I did not exist and when the transaction ended I said well I’m not even saying thank you and he then answered I didn’t ask you to and still did not look at me.

I went to different store to have that returned, they said they can not return on the same day it as it has been purchased from different store and they are not able the data on the same day.

For the past several years while shopping at the Anaheim hills store in California the shelves are always empty. At times it looks like it’s going out of business. I have to go to the store in orange and The shelves are full and cheaper than my store.

I don’t like having to drive out of my area to shop at the orange store. When I inquire about the bare shelves with the store management I am told the inventory has tight controls and comes in when it comes in.

I am now finding myself shopping at Walmart which I really dislike. I know other customers have seen the same thing as we talk while looking at the bare shelves. Their response is the same as mine “time to go elsewhere”. What gives?

Went to the Target at Brier Creek, Raleigh NC. It was a Sunday, January 12, 2020. The store had lots of shoppers looking to spend some money. After shopping for about an hour. We went to check out. We had a cart full of items.

We went looking for a checkout. Only (1) in the store was open and it had about 10 people waiting in line for (1) clerk. The self checkout had over 10-15 people waiting there. It was crazy. So we walked the whole store to see if any other clerks or register were open. NOTHING. After waiting 15 mins.

We literally left the cart and walked out. When you have a store full of people waiting to check out and one (1) register open there is a BIG problem. This could be the reason sales for Target dropped during the holidays.

Our family will not be shopping at Target any…

So I was just at the South County Missouri location and I was in the school supply Isle which is away from the food / freezers.... 2 employees debating whether or not they should put a frozen meal back into the freezers... (she said it herself)..

she opens the Box looks at it and says oh it looks fine to me so from my understanding she's going to go put that frozen meal back in the freezer that's been sitting unthawed for over a week..... I did try to call the store I spoke to I guess a normal employee she was kind of short with me and said I'll get a manager I was on hold for over 5 minutes and hung up which resulted in me writing a complaint directly to Target.. but that's gross....

Target Red Card is almost impossible to pay on the go. Accessing account through mobile device is Impossible! They try to force you to set up direct withdrawal from your bank account. If you refuse to that, they payments a living a hell.

You must pay by check to use the automated system! Who carry’s check around! Then, when you finally get to the right area, and a real live person, they inform you “this will be an effort to collect a debt”.

I said, Well Thank God. So irritating! It took me 40 minutes to make a simple payment!

Hi, I would like to file a complaint regarding my visit on January 11, 2020 at 2005 Town Center Plaza, West Sacramento, CA 95691. I went in at 10:20 PM to purchase baby food for my eight months old baby.

I originally picked out 32 jars of baby food, but ended up walking out with ONLY 12 jars of baby food. Mind you, I am on the WIC program which all of the baby food is purchased on my WIC card.

Unfortunately only 12 of the baby food rung up, and the other 20 did not go through for some reason. (even though the items were labeled WIC on the shelves and brands were also WIC approved) anyhow I didn’t have a problem and asked the cashier if I can just go grab the ones that were ringing up instead.

The chat service people are rude, give you the wrong information and cut you off mid chat. They are usually handling more than one chat at a time and have no idea what you are talking about because they don't even read the information you entered.

One of them ended the chat midstream while I was explaining the issue I was having. Why have a chat service. It's just a waste of a customer's time.

Well it looks like you really put your foot in it this time. Returning a gift ( I had a receipt) I ask for cash and was told by a rude clerk, in no uncertain terms that I had to take a store credit. When I ask for a manager she said " I am the manager ". I ask for the store manager who said over the phone, I will give you a customer service phone number to call. It appears to me that your fall stock price and diminishing sales is well earned.

When i logged on to targetsurvey.com on 1/6/20 it indicated that my receipt dated 1/3/20 (ID 799969106987 Password 4568390 was beyond the 7 day limit, as you can clearly see, that is not..

In conclusion I will say that I will use my credit of $97.86 but you mat never see me again after that...

Problem resolution is HORRIBLE for customers dealing with guest relations/customer service. Came into store on December 31, 2019 at Target Store Bloomfield Towhship 48302. Danyelle and Melanie were both cashiers, and I was in Danyelle's line to purchase a harnessed car seat which was given to me by one of the stock boys.

He said I could have it since there was none in the back (after he scanned it), so I took it up front along with some other shopping I had done to pay for these items. While visiting the Hilo Target Store on several occasions, we went through the self checkout where one of the employees David was working. He was so funny. The first time he helped us we was having trouble with the app.

He told us the register was “voice activated” and all we had to say was “scan my wallet” and it’ll do it. So my daughter and I said “scan my wallet”. Nothing happened. He said “we needed to say it louder”.

Apple Valley South is never stocked well. Shelves are bare at times. So very frustrating and you are not giving people much choice but to shop at HyVee across the street. Purchased a speaker in Electronics. Went to put my number in for Target Circle snd was told that was only for Red Card. Is that true?

I have a 10 star complaint about your ordering website and reaching you to tell you about it.. I am angry and frustrated after spending too much time trying to place an order on-line. Your website refused to accept my information so I had to call it in.

When I went to check on it, I got the same runaround because the site wouldn't accept my phone number so I couldn't log in. When I tried to register a complaint, NONE OF YOUR OPTIONS WERE HELPFUL. You need to redesign the entire website so it is customer friendly.

In the future, I will search for similar product from another store that really wants my money.

In Your December 29 , 2019 flyer, ALL USDA Choice New York Strip Stakes were on sale ( buy one get 25% off second)(while supplies last). Great, if you even have had any in stock at your Spring Hill Florida Store or Brooksville Florida Store.

I was their when the Brooksville, fla store opened and their wasn't one in stock, called Springhill store, none in stock their either. How, can you advertise something when you do not even have the product in the store and NO rain checks.

I shop Target frequently and I find their Meat products to be the best around, but this isn't the first time this product was on sale and none available..

I received a pyrex baking dish for christmas i was baking dinner in the oven at 350 degrees when i went to open my oven the glass pyrex dish exploded inside my oven causing damage to my less than 2 year old oven Im very disappointed. I was very fortunate enough not to got injured.

I’m an officer of the law, I checked out at self check out and never felt so violated. 2. Security office literally stood there and watched me ring out my items, but watching anyone else but myself and my teenage daughters.

I never felt so embarrassed and singled out. I showed the security officer my badge and the lack of respect and professionalism this security officer showed towards my badge was horrible. A later left out and another customer says to me I watched the whole thing, and it was as if they singled you out it was horrible.

I thought at first it was just me but after another customer says it I’m convinced it was true. My cart was full, and I understand they must do their job but it was beyond doing their job. I felt violated as if I was raped.

I love shopping at Target and have never had any problems. But a few months ago I purchased a baby shower gift for my daughter. Unfortunately she received 2 of the same gift ( the Halo Bassinet) unfortunately I paid cash and can not find my receipt anywhere.

I brought it back unopened to Target in Milford explained my situation and ask if they had any suggestions for me. A store credit anything. They were not helpful at all giving me an attitude saying there is nothing we can do for you. I was very disappointed!

I normally don’t like to complain but I paid over $200 dollars for this gift and have no idea what to do!! Could you please help me! Thank you

I love target and their sales, especially the gift card promotions (buy three, get $5). Over the last six weeks, I have needed items that were part of this type promotion three times. I shop in Springfield, IL. All three times, a card reminder has not come up, but two times the cashier contacted a manager, who verified that I had items that should have given me this premium and a card was issued.

Today I purchased three items that were identified as “ buy 3 get $10” and we proceeded to the check out. My husband told the cashier about the card and she sent us to the service desk to deal with the issue.

We spoke to Rachel at customer service. She checked the add and our receipt and said it listed several brands and “other brands in store”. She said she’d do it this time,b it one of my…
