On July 3 at 6:54am I finally got the Nintendo switch added to my cart. I had gone on the website and it said there were two available for pickup in Massillon Ohio. I continued added it to the cart and paid with PayPal.
I received an order number confirmation and it said it would let me know when to pick it up. I then received a message after an hour and said it was no longer available. It was NOT out of stock when I ordered it it was added to my cart.
I called the Massillon store and she said there were other orders filled before mine which was a complete lie because it would have said out of stock. I then called the 800 number and waited an hour to speak with someone that spoke broken English.
