Guest services is run out of the Philippines and they do not understand what you are saying and they do not comprehend. I was on the phone for 15 minutes inquiring about a canceled order I placed online. I asked the guy named “Mark” when I would receive my refund and he continues to tell me it was already refunded.
My bank has not been refunded and neither has my gift card I used. He kept reappearing himself like a damn robot!!! Then I placed on hold for him to get back in the line and say it takes 7-10 days to get my refund!! THESE PEOPLE ARE RIDICULOUS!!!!!!

I purchased a replacement pair of glasses from my son in college from a very pleasant individual (Scott) that was very helpful. Once receipt was emailed to my son he realized it was the wrong pair, I went into store and (Scott) assisted again I explained situation he stated would not be an issue would return and money would be credited to my HSN.

If I could I would give 0 stars. Unfortunately, Target has made it so it is not an option. Customer service is horrible on the phone. Lie! you wait a week for a reversal that never happens. A customer service representative recognizes the problem and puts you on hold, only to have another customer service representative get on the line and want the problem explained one more time.
They send you from person to person causing undue stress and aggravation. The confusion they create is more than one person should have to deal with. Taking hours to not get anything accomplished other than Target treating a long-time customer who has always paid their bill on time and in full like trash.

I ordered two boxes of Lego on November 29th, and received a delivery notification email on December 1st, after which I received only one box of Lego. The mail shows that the courier may be shipped separately, but I have waited more than two weeks and have not received the second box.

I went to visit target in solon oh as my son went to try on pants he was stopped very rudely by an worker who told him he is unable to go in the dressing room without an adult he is 13 years old why on earth do he need an adult for one pair of pants i was told this is policy that i never heard of then she took her name tag off so i couldnt report her, i asked for cooperate number and i guess she had no understanding of that as well.

I purchase a tablet online for my grandson on December 2nd for $30. I have been given 7 delayed dates for delivery since then. 79 and I was able to pick it up at the store. I do not understand where the rest of my money went and additionally I have yet to receive the first tablet.

I was in the Waterford lakes Orlando fl store today and a young lady by the name of Amber was so uncomfortably sweet and helpful when I could find a toy I was looking for. 4 or t other employees walked right past me and she stopped from what I'm assuming was her break to help me find the iteam I was looking for.
We chatted on our way to the Aisle. She told me that she was seasonal and I shared with her that I feel like more companies need to keep more employees like her. She is a true asset to your company.

Bought an office chair for wife on Friday and got email that night stating chair going to incorrect address (son). Called Target and left message to change address that night. Called again on Monday stating vendor was shipping chair and please help.

00 gift card and was happy to spend it. I decided I would get some staples, bread, dish detergent etc. I couldn't find either till a associate told me that the bread is by the freezer and dish detergent is in isle A.
I never saw isle A because of the crowd at the cashiers. I was so frustrated that I checked out and left not wanting to come back. I had money left on the gift card and gave the card to a family walking into the store. Happy holidays .
It took me over a half hour to check out of the store and I only had 2 items. One being ice cream and needless to say the ice cream was melting. I was not very happy along with others standing in line.

I have never been so angry with Target as I am today. I placed an order on November 29. All items were in stock. My card was charged. On Dec 5 I received an email saying there would be a delay of Dec 10, then an email on Dec 10 with a delay of Dec 17, than an email on Dec 11 with a delay of Dec 18, then Dec 12 with a delay of Dec 19.
Today, Dec 13, I received an email that the items would be delayed until Dec 20. I called to see what what going on and was told there was an inventory problem. They never stated that in any of the emails.
These were going to be Christmas gifts and I can not chance waiting until the last minute to possibly receive these items before Christmas. com again due this issue, and I possibly will never stepping in a Target store either due to this issue.

I visited Target at Rouse Hill a few days ago. On selecting an item I went looking for a checkout operator and was told the store no longer has checkouts only self service. There was one employee looking after the customers who needed assistance.
I think it is disgraceful that a reputable store offers absolutely no customer service at the point of purchase. As they say online, I am not a robot and like to communicate with staff. Where have all the staff gone?
I presume they lost their jobs in the process. Just be aware that I will never shop at this store again and have advised friends and family also.

Hello, I am upset and need Target to pull these frozen veggies off the shelf. I bought Frozen market pantry stir fry veggies from Hawley Lane Target in Connecticut. Tonight I decided to cook them for my daughter and saw a black frozen thing in them.
I thought it was a black bean in it. But when I looked closer I saw a shell. So I ran it under warm water to defrost it. It was a snail. I was disgusted and devastated. My daughter could have ate that.

Earlier it was showing Sat, Nov 30 and Tue, Dec 3 and now showing both item Sat, Dec 7 and online I can see one item in preparing status and another item sometime show in transit and some time no status.

Today, November 29 2019, I was shopping with my mother. We were there between 5:15 and 5:45. In the crackers aisle, there were two coworkers. One of them appeared to be doing inventory, but he was yelling at his older coworker, who had a cart with boxes in it.
Before we entered the aisle, I had assumed that it was a confrontation between customers because I have never heard a Target employee be so unprofessional. The other day November 27th, 2019 at about 3:52pm I was getting ready to leave the Target on Bloomfield blvd and Del Amo blvd in the city of Cerritos, Ca and I noticed that my bike had been stolen, I immediately went to a female employee and informed her on what had happened.
