Target's return processing is hordeous!! I purchased a $50 item on line to pick up in the store. I cancelled the order within 2 hours and never picked it up. I received an email stating my refund was in the form of a Target gift card.
I called customer service to have it refunded back to my credit card instead. 20 minutes on the phone and I was told it would take 30 days to process. I will end up paying interest on this $50 item while Target is earning interest on an item I never even had possession of.
Target should also be refunding the interest I will end up paying on this trasaction. Terrible!
