Target's return processing is hordeous!! I purchased a $50 item on line to pick up in the store. I cancelled the order within 2 hours and never picked it up. I received an email stating my refund was in the form of a Target gift card.

I called customer service to have it refunded back to my credit card instead. 20 minutes on the phone and I was told it would take 30 days to process. I will end up paying interest on this $50 item while Target is earning interest on an item I never even had possession of.

Target should also be refunding the interest I will end up paying on this trasaction. Terrible!

I'm beyond furious. This is the third time I received something I ordered that had no receipt. I spoke to someone in your "escalation" department who was not only rude but laughed at me when I was talking and not letting me tell what happened.

The first time I received an item without a receipt was a few months ago. It was a toilet seat. not a target receipt but apparently a receipt from the manufacturer. because I didn't have the receipt. They told me to get the info on my cell phone to shoe them.

i left it in my car a block from the store. It was incredible that no one allowed me to use their phone or computer or tablet to access my information. I had to trek to my car to get my phone.

The second time this happened was when I was trying to return a sweater just recently. No receipt…

I recently ordered two sets of blinds size 54 x 72 in the color white I received 24 x 64 in the color gray I returned and re-ordered again lo and behold I received the same thing that I was sent the first time 24 x 64 in the color gray what the hell is going on with this company it’s disturbing and

I tried to order a jacket online. You were out of my size (small) but offered if I paid in advance, as soon as it was back in stock you’d ship it, so I paid. Several days later the jacket arrives in a size Medium.

I have a broken leg and am in a wheelchair so I had to call on a friend to take me to the UPS store, where they charged me for printing the return label. The next day I get an email from Target indicating a replacement was sent and it appeared they sent another size Med.

Sure enough it comes today and it’s another Med. I call customer service and wasted a 1/2 hr. of my time trying to get this fiasco resolved. To no avail! You wonder why Amazon is taking over the world? When I order from them I get it the next day.

They include a return label and once the shipping is in process…

I was shopping for some clothing and went to try on in a fitting room. Shortly after, I smelt a strong smell and looked down to see that I had stepped in fecal matter that was on the floor of my fitting room.

It was covering my sock, ruining them. " No apology or offering a bag to at least put my socks in because I couldn't wear them. Really disappointed with the customer service I received and no help offered to me.

ordered a tmoblie refill card from target.com, on Sunday November 17, 2019, this process takes 4 hours to complete and send an email with the digital refill card. As of today Monday I still have not received that email. Now my phone is off and I have received nothing but BS from your online customer service.

You charged my card, and you still have not sent me the product. What is wrong with you people that you think you can steal from people and not send them the product they have paid for.

A fraudulent transaction was posted on my checking account from TARGET.COM dated 10/9/2019 IN THE AMOUNT OF $25.00. Id like to know how you can deny me employment when i have the full experience needed to perform the job in which i have applied?! This is twice I've applied to Target for the same position since June 2019 and now sits Two weeks before Black Friday.

I am a frequent shopper at Target in Memphis, TN who sometimes uses coupons when I make purchases. The security guard named Keanan or Kennon (unsure of the spelling) at the the Target on Spottswood harasses me everytime I shop.

He advised me on today that every time I come in there he's going to watch and follow me. I am law enforcement myself and have never stolen anything. Something needs to be done about this employee. He is rude, always attempts to make a scene, and attempts to embarrass me when I shop.

I am a paying customer, and I should not be harassed or degraded by a rude, disrespectful security guard. If the behavior continues, I am going to file charges against him with the local courts.

I called Target pharmacy to see if they carried a specific moisturizing cream. This cream is only available in pharmacies. I called and "Jerry" answered and said he doesn't think they carry it. I replied if he knew for sure and if he could go check.

If not, I would like to order. He put me on hold and hung up the phone.

For days now I have been trying to do online shopping with your store, each time it then comes up with "access denied", with Christmas approaching quite fast and often delays in delivery's. It would be great if you's could actually fix your website, so my self and many others can actually do our shopping online with your store, it's becoming quite frustrating and it needs to be fixed soon, at this rate you's are going to lose many customers.

I have a Target red card credit card, I have had it for months now and keep having trouble activating it, yesterday I went during my lunch to buy lunch and household items. I called to try and activate my card but was not able to, every time I enter my card number it kept saying it could not find my card.

I asked to speak to a representative, and a supervisor answered my call she was very helpful and explained how she could not give me a pin due to privacy and she would transfer me back as my card was now activated. I tried again and again and once again same problem it was not reading my card.

Target personnel doing inventory, but one person working check-out line. Employees could not help customer who was looking for a Thanksgiving platter because they couldn't speak English. Self-check had a waiting line!!! This is not the Target on Pine Ridge Road in Naples, Florida that I ever knew.

I have always preferred Target shopping to any other retailer. There are two Target stores in Rochester, MN. I live North of town and am only 7 miles from the North store. The South store is 18 miles away from my home. The North store is becoming notorious for not having supplies. I was at lunch yesterday with several other people that shop the north end. They said it's pretty well known in Rochester that if you need something from Target, order on line or go to the South store. "The North store looks like those stores on the news in areas where the hurricanes are coming. The shelves are empty."

Your bathrooms are dirty! You can see a quick wipe down but no deep cleaning. Toilets and floor are toxic. No toilet liners. Even Walmart has toilet covers! Im a vendor so this is multiple locations!

Target in Tuscaloosa, Alabama is extremely discriminatory against whites. They only hire black employees mostly and when my friend went in for an interview there, the person who was conducting the interview was very unprofessional and didn't take my friend seriously and refused to shake his hand but seemed to take the other black people also interviewing seriously and shook their hands.

On October 24th of this year I applied for a Target credit card and was approved. Purchased items that day. Came back a few days later and was unable to purchase on credit because the approval slip for credit was only good until Nov.

1st or when my card came in. The staff at the Hyannis, MA store were fantastic - they made many calls on my behalf to see why I could not charge since my credit had been approved - all we got was no, no and no.

I came in a few days later - same scenario even after they had called on my prior visit to have my card expedited so I may use it. Percy, Sara and Derrick were the staff I worked with and they felt helpless because they making calls on my behalf.

Long time, frequent shopper (2-3 times a week, same store) at Target in Milton, GA on Hwy 9. We went there on Saturday to use the additional 10% off for Veterans. As we departed, my wife and I were accused of stealing by a customer service representative.

We were treated as though we were criminals in the middle of the store. We were so embarrassed, we returned the entire $500 purchase of goods. We really couldn't believe this was happening. This occured on Veterans Day weekend.

I bought boarderlands 3 for Xbox one at target and it had the wrong game in the case. The store refused to return my item so I spent $60 on a game I didn’t want or even have the system to use.

Went to target to buy iPhone 11 pro and get my 200 dollar gift card, offer ends today. We go through the entire process have my phone ready to buy and everything and she tells me her computer won't work and she doesn't know why it won't go through.

She told me go home go online and ill get the deal so I go home and it tells me I can't order it online. So I call back and she says she doesn't know what to do and that the offer worked for the other customers.

So basically I can't buy a phone and can't get a gift card for literally no reason at all other then "they don't know why".

I entered the store at 10:30 perfectly aware that the store closes at 11. I noticed the security guard was following me. I didn’t pay him much attention because I was there to shop not steal. I proceeded to the laundry detergent isle(security guard still following me).

1oz Bottles of downy unstoppables(not a small item and I had 3). I put them in my basket was looking for my coupons I placed one of my Coupon folders on top of the bottles at that point the security guard rush over to me and

My complaint is the treatment of a front end person in the checkstand. I come to target all the time, especially since it’s opening in the city of Orange California on Chapman.

Today as I’m waiting for my cart full of groceries in line to check out in one of the two check-stands that are open, I noticed one of the checkers was extremely glum and unhappy, And as luck would have it she ended up being my check her.

During my experience with her, I was quiet and responded when spoken to.

Your renton location targets pizza is a constant disappointment. It's usually closed during store hours due to no coverage and your employees are always complaining to customers and in front of customers. Your employee Dot will try to discourage people from buying food by saying it will be over 20 min for pizzas or breadsticks.

Such terrible service and experience. Your team does not care about your brand or customers.

The store at Wes Peterson in Chicago is grossly understaffed. They are locking their fitting rooms, and yet they are not staffing them with enough personnel to open those fitting rooms. I have been waiting there in front of the fitting room after pressing the button multiple times for 10 minutes with store video evidence (I am standing right in front of the store’s video camera) with no staff coming forward to open their fitting room.

When I went to the front to complain about it, the lone employee in front of the store can’t even find anyone who will be able to help. Highly disappointed.

Front page Target ad for this week listed a 55 inch TV for $199. Store claims they don't have the item and no store in the area has it

They also stated they will probably never get them.

False advertising and poor customer service.

1. Service rep had no idea what was in the ad.

2.Did not make any attempt to contact a supervisor and find out what the problem was.

Flowood, Ms Target has a Racist black male manager and a black racist, rude, disrespectful barista in the Starbucks. Everyone else there is GREAT/Friendly/neighborhood Coffee place. Safe, clean efficient. For 1 and a half years, I’ve brought 30 plus families to Target and Starbucks each week by tutoring Math in the Starbucks. They LOVE IT!!!

Ever since those two people started working there have been issues. I complained of their racism before, and was told you would take care of it. Instead, I’ve been told I can no longer tutor there. This is my 2ns school year and 2 summers and NO PROBLEMS until they arrived.

Now, myself and my 30 plus families will go elsewhere to shop and will use the New stand alone Starbucks for our coffee. It’s really too bad you guys did nothing about this…

com. For two months I have been trying to get the number of detergent bottles received, increased from 2 bottles to 3 bottles. com customer service line in September and early October to request the changes. My September subscription was still at two and so was my October subscription which I received on Tuesday, October 29, 2019.

Today is Wednesday, October 30, 2019. I called again to verify that my subscription was for three (3) bottles. I was assured that it was but that I made the changes online too late, to affect October's delivery. I informed the customer service representative that I spoke to a live representative, just as I was speaking to her.

Found a really pretty sofa listed for sale for $655 I thought who knew Target had such pretty furniture at such a good price. Discovered this about 1 afternoon.

Finally decided to purchase at 7:30 in the evening. I had completed the entire process to check out and had a purchase price including tax and my red. Discount for $666. Gave to my daughter-in-law to review and when she went back to submit it was 908.

She followed up with customer service chat spent two hours with them they would not honor the price basically dismissed her and ended the chat. Red unprofessional and I'm not even sure this is legal?

I received an email about 10% off coupon. I inquired at our Target store how I could obtain the coupon since I do not own a smartphone. Employees informed me that the coupon was only for customers who owned a smartphone.

I cannot begin to afford a smartphone. I was very upset that I was not entitled to deals like others. I am also a Red Card holder. I only did limited shopping at your store. I only spent about 1/3 of what I normally spend.

I'm afraid that I will continue to do the same in the future. I will continue to take my business elsewhere. I believe I have been treated unfairly.

I shop at your Target, Hollister, CA store weekly (or have in the past). I have a critically ill cat and need to limit my time away from him. I went to Target this morning. It was a little after 9:00am when I walked up to the check-out registers etc.

There were no cash registers open but there was a long line of customers waiting to do self-check and there was a woman coordinating their access to self-check. I asked her if there were cashiers available, she said “No but go to Customer Service he can help you”.

I waited and waited for the young man to get a couple of items rung up and the lady was having difficulty for whatever reason. well she started checking customers out and the line got longer and longer. Me I’m still standing waiting for this young man to assist me.

Came into to target to return a kindle 7 that I purchased for my 4 year old, the associate needed a manager because of the dollar amount, so he was paged. 00. I’m literally in this target 4-5 times a week.

I live on the Lower East Side of Manhattan. A small Target store opened last year corner of Grand and Clinton Street. When it first opened there were small and large shopping carts but for the past couple of months they are not available anymore.

I saw only one in the store today (10/26/2019). Now there are just red baskets which need to be carried. It is impossible to shop for heavy items and walk around with these in the basket. I needed to buy some heavy items today but did not because of this.

I am a senior with back problem so that makes it worse. I have also noticed that a lot of time shelves are half empty and not well stocked. It just doesn't seem well organized and well run as it did when it first opened.

Would appreciate your help in arranging for this store to be provided…

I went to the South Bend, Indiana store today, Saturday, 10/26/19, and had a number of issues. The first was at the Starbucks at this location. Of the two workers, only one knew what they were doing. I had the misfortune of getting the other.

He did not have a name tag on, but had dreadlocks, and no hat or covering to keep it contained. He made both of the drinks I ordered wrong, after complaining about the first being difficult. He did not use soy milk for my daughter's drink as we requested, then used the same metal cup without washing it to heat the lemonade for mine.

I found after getting my drink that he had used the wrong tea bags as well, but it was not worth going back. We continued on through the store, not being greeted once by any employees. Half of the small grocery…

Terrible customer service they closed a target card account illegally without notification. Call center in Minnesota needs some serious investigation they are rude also over 45 min on the phone ! No empathy ! Target doesn’t care about customers of customer service !

Hello I stopped by the Wixom ,Michigan target today to pick up a few things. I returned to my car (actually my mothers car that I took out for a spin ) and it would not start. There were three men standing in front of the store, one which had a target jacket talking.

I asked them if they could give me a quick jump to my moms car. They declined to help. I then walked back into the store and talk to Alex and he said I’m sorry I cannot help now you maybe a nice customer could help you.

Was treated rudely at checkout by associate who had neglected to put bagged items in the proper collection area in the past, which unfortunately caused me a return trip in rush hour traffic to collect all items I had paid for. Today, one bag sat behind the counter in a bag area again and I reached for it.

Was then rudely reprimanded by a young gentleman; approximately 25 years of age, white, tall and with multi-colored hair (which in and of itself was not appropriate). I understand the need for security, of purchased goods, and perhaps even unnecessary procedures for items after they are scanned, but there is no excuse for the rudeness I experience today.

I made an order online #9052792614425 for 3x $500 Disney Gift cards in 10/22/19. The next day I was sent an email that the order was cancelled due to technical problem. 00 gift cards+ 2 bags of M&M . It goes thru , then hours later I get an email of cancellation.

Today I went to exchange 2 items. One was a ranch I could not get open and another was pajamas. I lost my reciet which I really don't know why they worker said I could not exchange it a with out a reciet but only get the lowest price it was sold for.

So I paid $17 and got $ 12 and had to go buy the pajamas again. " So he would not exchange them but refunded some of my money. This makes abosultly no sense at all. They didn't have the size I needed so I lost money.

I use the app and you can see I spend a lot of money at Target and that I bought the pjs and coat a few days ago. We do 90% of our shopping at Target but if I am going to be accused of stealing when trying to exchange a product I can go to Wal-Mart who will gladly exchange items.

I went to the Brooklyn Fulton street Target i ask employee for help who said he started working there 4 days ago and don’t know how to help.
