I HATE only having one cashier so your forced to use self check esp when you need a cashier. I do not work there I do not get a discount to self check. I will now think twice before I go to target now.

I went in 3 stores far away from my home because they closed up the one on Commercial Blvd in Broward; all those stores were without the marchandise I was looking for and it is not the first time that it happened to me. I understand now why your business is not so good!

my shipment was damaged by fedex apparently and returned. its over a week later, no shipment, no refund. i have called 4 times ,each time i talk some unqualified rep through the problem, give them MY CALL BACK NUMBER, the line drops 20 min in and they never call back.

Even more useless service on the chat. The 2 times I tried that they got all my details looked into the issue then told me their system was down so they couldn't do anything.... i completed my registry and spent 1,000 and no one cares at all that half the items never made it.

My trip experienced 3 flight cancellations. I was unable to obtain any help with my flight info. Your custom service department could not find where I had booked through y’all. I am still not home and will miss another day of work.

I also was double charged for 2 flights. I am very upset and angry that Expedia took money from me that I could not spare. I will never book through y’all again!

I have shopped at Target for many years, and always liked your variety of products. I especially like that you now have several organic products. Now I've moved to a different town in NC, I have to travel a lot further to go to the Target store.

I have been out of the organic Simply Balanced berry mix--cherries, strawberries, and blueberries that I always buy at Target. Two days ago I went to Target to purchase those, but you no longer had that Simply Balanced brand in the berry mix.

The brand you had for that berry mix is Good and Gather. At least it had all the same berries, so I figured it would be just fine.

However, the berries in that new brand taste terrible. They almost taste like artificial fruit. The berries truly have no resemblance of taste to the berries they are supposed…

I had bought a bag of hostess donuts at Target and on the way home I had gave my 2 year old son two of them. He had eat 1 and a half and gave me back half of the second one I had gave him, so I ate it.

I notice a funny sour taste to it and it was hard, so I checked the bag expiration date and notice they were expired. So I looked in the bag they were blue/green with furry mold all over them. So nasty.

It was night time so I hadn't seen the mold on them before I had give them to my son. I went back to store filed a complaint and took pictures of everything. I also filed a complaint with Target over the phone, because the store just took down my info on some random sheet of paper.

I had a bad experience with someone carrying a gun at Target, Tuscaloosa AL. I usually go there with my kids, but this is the second time I see someone with a weapon there. I don't feel safe anymore (and more, considering all the recent shootings).

You should enforce your no weapon-policy at this store. Having people walking around Target with unconcealed guns contradict your family-friendly environment.

I have been a regular customer of Target in Tuscaloosa, Alabama since I moved to town in 2002—for over 17 years. On October 2, 2019, my friend and I were meeting at Starbucks in Target for a coffee and then planned to shop together after that.

She arrived first but noticed a man enter carrying a gun and contacted me to say she didn’t feel safe. ) Your corporate policy is to not allow open carry, but the first customer service rep we spoke with was belligerent and said that this was Alabama’s law (to allow).

We pointed out that this contradicted the corporate policy, which we looked up and showed her, but she was dismissive and rude (she was a white woman). The two black women also working with her at customer service were much more receptive when she consulted them, after we persisted,…

Good Afternoon, This is the second time I have felt very frustrated at the Davie, Florida Target. I don't blame the employees but yes, the rules you don't impose on allowing dogs in the store.

First of all, I understand that service dogs are always allowed to accompany who may need them but a non-service dog in a shopping cart should NOT be allowed! I put food in that same cart, children, my personal belongings.

With the "allowing pet" criteria will it make it okay for people to start bring in all kinds of pets, I will bring my cat and the neighbor their pet snake! - that I nor anybody else should have to deal with when shopping for groceries.

Return no receipt which is fine but then they damage the product so I can’t even use it. Then they say they can’t do anything to help to contact you guys.

I wish to register a complaint as a father for my 17 year old son. He is an honor student, very hard working and is an ambitious person who has had nothing but complete disrespect and irresponsible behavior from our local Targets Human Resources personnel.

He applied for a position while he’s a senior and has had several interviews. He never received any follow up calls or emails despite several meetings and promises of obtaining a position with Target for the seasonal roles. He politely requested to talk to Managers and HR personnel over the past several weeks, each time receiving more promises of contact within 48 hours.

He has spoken in person to at least four employees within HR to follow up after the interviews because he really wanted to work forTarget and was told they couldn’t…

I purchased a TV that was on clearance. I purchased this TV believing there was a 43 " television inside. ) On first site I noticed that the remote control was not in a bag and sealed just lying on the/top.

I then took out the TV to find no screws for the feet stands. Then when I took a close look at the TV It appeared much smaller than my other 43" TV. I measured it and it was not the 43 " TV that I was led to believe it was.

I called the store and the managers explanation was it must have been packed wrong. 1st this was obviously a returned item but was not sold to myself ,the consumer, with this disclosure. 2nd If your store does not know what is the box they are selling than they are misleading the customers.

Well let's start with the fact that a redcard team member sent a new card to someone in a different state. He was able to change my address, email and phone number. REALLY!! That was easy and no one notified me.

Yet it was my bank acct which he cleaned out. Did everything Target ask me too in record time. It was quick for him to spend all my money but took forever to get my money back when this was Target's fault.

13 working days, 6-7 calls to redcard services repeatedly checking on status. Took 7 days to get questionire to me??!! 10 days to get refund in que for 2-3 days processing. Wow thats not an option when I have to pay my bills.

I had a job interview scheduled for 10/17/2019 at 11am I showed up at the store at 10:40am and checked in with guest service as the email stated to do. Could not believe the additude of the employee after all I said was i was here for an interview.

Second thing I checked in with guest service she’s talking to whom ever management they acknowledge women comes down same thing additude like I’m inconvenience them third thing was having to wait only when I asked if I was getting interviewed she radioed up to management again they replied no not doing interviews no one qualified to do it. That’s real professional hearing that over the walky talky.

I purchased 6 bottles of propane gas (16oz each) online. Either at the end of the order or after it was submitted, I don’t remember which, it was noted that a $1 bag fee was applied to the order.

However, the bag fee would be refunded by the store on pickup. I picked up the order at the store at Grossmont Center in San Diego, CA. I brought my own bag that cost me ten cents, and it was exactly the same as the target bag that contained my order.

However, the cashier told me that I could use my own bag, but I still had to pay the bagging fee of $1 because she had no way of overriding the charge. So I was stuck with a $1 cost for a 10¢ bag which in turn increased the cost of the items that I purchased.

Isn’t this akin to false advertising? I will never shop a Target again.

The target located the Throggs Neck shopping center has awful service. Everytime I go in there,there is only one Cashier at check out with one huge line meanwhile they are employees on the floor doing absolutely nothing. When complained to their costumer service about the lack of cashiers they just told me to go to self check out and I am strongly against self check out and am not a store employee I shouldn't be expected to be one for free,especially when I many items.

As a customer I expect a service and I am tired of these stores expecting customers to bag their own items while employees on the floor and doing absolutely nothing. Target needs more cashiers and less self checkouts or I will stop shopping there.

I wish to file a complaint against the store manager at the Bloomington Indiana location. I was shopping in your Gainesville store on Archer Rd. I needed some help finding some clothes in my size when I asked the young lady was very short and rude with me, she seemed more interested in talking with the other coworkers her name tag said Angela .

I ended up not buying any clothing at all I was so put off but the way she treated me that I bought the few things I had in my cart that I needed for dinner. I told the cashier about my experience and he informed that she was the manager on duty .

I shop at the E. Lake Street/Minnehaha Store in Minneapolis, 55406. Last month I went to grab a half gallon of skim milk. I wanted the generic because it is cheaper. They had the generic in whole, 1% and 2% but not skim.

Today, I went to grab a half gallon of skim (I was there to shop for other items). There was no 1/2 gallons of generic skim and only a few 1/2 gallons of Kemps skim milk - which were dated to expire the 21st of this month. Today is the 15th. That store was charging full price for milk that would expire in a week. When a store is consistently out of an item or does not care enough to check expiration dates for their customers, it shows how much they do not care about the community they are in. I was unable to purchase a prepaid phone card with my gift card. This was not disclosed in the product description so I found out at the checkout when it was too late. Now am stuck with the useless gift card.

com. This umbrella was for use in a second home - since April, we’ve only spent 5 weekends at this home. The umbrella was used in April and May twice, and it was not used again until last week. Today, the umbrella wouldn’t crank open.

Upon inspection, it is clear the rope that runs inside the pole is broken or unfastened. I called Target customer service to discuss the situation and was informed that there is a 90 day return policy. I explained that this expensive item was only used a handful of times and it should last longer.

I bought $2300 worth of Disney gift cards for an upcoming Disney trip through the target website and had them shipped to my home. When they arrived 10 of the cards were not activated. I called customer service and spent an hour and a half on the phone the call was disconnected twice and they did not try to call me back despite having my phone number.

After the third-party vendor was contacted and it was verified with them that the 10 cards were not activated I was told I would be refunded on my target red card in approximately three days that was on 10-6-19, on 10-11-19, I called again because there was no refund and was told that it would have to be escalated to a team that would then make the decision about whether my refund would be approved.

I went into the Fort Dodge, Iowa Target Store in the morning and used the bathroom before I started shopping, there were not one paper towels in the holders, the bathroom was a mess! I called the Roseville store on Douglas today 8 different times to try and see if alit of leggings was in stock before driving all the way out there. On 6 attempts i was hung up on. The other two attempts i was left on hold for 28 and 15 minutes before they disconnected the call.

After over an hour on the phone in attempts to find out if the leggings were in stock i still have absolutely no idea and don’t know if driving out there is a complete waste of time. I understand things get busy but find it very unlikely that they are so busy that they can’t help me out once in over an hour and 8 phone calls.

I love target but this makes me want to start shopping elsewhere

The La Habra Target has always been the nicest store with the most helpful employees. It has always been a pleasure to shop there. When they started the changes recently, they started playing loud music in the store. It is too loud and not family friendly.

Target advertises as a family friendly store and this is not acceptable. I would give 5 stars if not for the music.

The target in the Washingtonian center in gaithersburg md is disheveled and dirty. Merchandise is piled high on the dressing room counter and carts are abandoned with merchandise all over the store. In the shoe department, merchandise is strewn on the floor.

There is dirt on the floors in the cart area as well as the dressing rooms. The target in Lionville PA is one of my favorite stores. Let me tell you- this gaithersburg store is a sad state of affairs in comparison.

Today I went to the Target in Marina California and I had the worst experience ever. When I got done shopping for my items and started to proceed to the door to leave, the security approached me and asked me to see my receipt.

I found it strange because he had not asked any other customer before me to show them their receipt. A Caucasian women left the store before me and he did not even worry about checking her receipt.

However, me being a hispanic women he approached me and asked me if he could see my receipt and asked me I had taken hair scrunchies with out paying for them. I did not even step foot to the aisle where they have hair scrunchies.

Very poor staffing at customer service counter at Hilo, Hawaii Target today. Only 1 person helping customer w/multiple purchases. 2 other staff persons going in & out of back room. At one time both talking to each other. Not pleased to be ignored and irritated while this was going on because had to wait quite a while for the multiple purchase person to be done.

Purchased two Roomba vacuums at a listed price of $45 a piece. We received an order confirmation and were shown a pending charge on our account. Target cancels the order after the fact because they were going to lose money over their mistake.

Made calls to the local Target and corporate but nothing could be done. The local Target management lied and told us it was because the item was now out of stock. Own up to your mistakes.

The Target in Pleasant Hill, Calif is out of stock in the grocery area all the time. It’s ridiculous. I am going to stop going to this target even though it’s convenient for me and just go to the one in Fairfield, Ca after work.

It’s very frustrating to try and shop weekly and the stock is never fulfilled. I don’t know if it’s lack of employees buts it’s very frustrating for your customers. I would hope this changes soon so I can shop locally.

It’s mainly the frozen section, milk and dairy, lunch meat, cheese, eggs, butter. It’s ridiculous.

I shop at your store in Kalispell. Ever since you remodeled your store, your service and selection has really gone bad. You installed self checkouts and laid off employees since then and your service at the checkstand has created long lines at the checkout because of this.

I was your store Saturday evening and ended up in a line of 12 different customers waiting in line. This not uncommon in your Kalispell store now. not anymore!! I came there to buy a watch awhile ago and was totally disappointed because all you had for watches was a little stand back in the mens clothing with maybe 8 different selections of watches and that is all.

You got rid of your entire jewelery department and devoted an enormous amount of space for make up etc.

Hi! I’m reaching out to inform someone of how terribly the store in Towson Maryland is, on Putty Hill. I’ve consistently shopped there for the last 3 years, and over the past year it has gone extremely downhill, so much so that I will go to the Walmart around the corner before I go to this Target.

The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting, the floors in there are always dirty and the toilets usually look like they haven’t been cleaned in days. In fact I don’t feel comfortable taking my 3 and 4 year old to the bathroom at this store because it’s always filthy.

My son got a 15 dollar gift card for his birthday along with cash.He was so excited to use them. We were extremely disappointed to find out we couldn’t use the gift card he received for a few Xbox gift cards. I have a very very sad boy. We don’t understand because it is another form of cash, it’s very ridiculous, who cares as long as you get your money...... wth.... I use to love Target but after today I will be finding elsewhere to go and never supporting Target again.
