The layout of the new target Ridgedale women’s Ware and accessories is the worst in the city! I ran into day to look for a scarf for a birthday gift for a friend, and after asking for staff people came up empty and the ability to find a scarf.

No one could find them in their computer, no one could direct me to where they were in a department. Eventually these for very nice people found me a manager who told me that scarves were now scattered here and there a monks the clothing department and they no longer have a scarf area for us to look at and compare and shoes thoughtfully for ourselves or others.

I told her I thought that was a poor Choice for shoppers, and that I had no interest in looking through the teen department, the women’s department, the children’s department to find all the…

I shop at the Hodgkins, IL Target In the Quarry Mall. I went there after work today 10/16/17 at 5:20pm to pick up milk, eggs and bread etc. There was no quarts of 2% milk, no eggs to choose from that were not broken and my coupons from target did not have the items I usually buy.

It's frustrating after working all day not to have simple items I need to cook with and have to go to another store like Jewel Food store to get the and pay more. This is not the first time Also, whomever, the buyer is they buy all the same kind of stuff and fill three shelves with the same thing so there is not choice for the consumer.

You may be loosing a customer that usually shops 2- 3 times a week at Target. Just an unhappy guest.....

I went to the target store in Clackamas Oregon I went to customer service to price match an item that was on sale at Walgreens, first I was told they would only price match one item then I was told they wouldn’t even do that because now the Walgreens website said sold out on line but still available in store.

When I asked to speak to a manager Brittany identify herself as the manager and said they would not price match. When I said that was not my experience with target and I was going to file a complaint she said go ahead.

I am done being treated so poorly at target. This is the second bad customer service I have received from target in the last couple of months. The first at the mall 205 store in Portland Oregon was so bad that I will not shop there again.

I went to return 2 items to the Woodruff Rd , Greenville SC Location and was told by the customer service rep that the value of 1 of the items was going to be put on a gift card but that the other item could only be exchanged for another item or items in the store of equal value.

The clerk told me to go look around and when I found what I wanted to bring it back to her and it would be swapped out. As directed my fiance and I looked around for about an hour and fifteen min until we decided on the merchandise we wanted to exchange for.

When we got back to the returns area and letting the representative know what items we wanted to exchange she scanned my ID a few times along with the items we brought up and then proceeded to inform me that I couldn't echange for anything. When I asked why…

I witnessed an employee step outside of this Target and light up a cigarette. I asked if he worked there, he said yes. I asked if they let him smoke right by the entrance, he looked me in the eyes took a drag and looked away.

I asked again and he said yes, they let him smoke there. I later followed up with Target corporate and they contacted the manager, whose response indicated that that was a smoking area, which is very wrong. It is against the law in MO to smoke withing 25 feet of a public place.

That was the end of the complaint. Corporate did nothing more and kept asking if that was all. This is wrong. Smoke was wafting into the store. Customer service seems to care less. I asked for a follow up and they said maybe. MAYBE? Really?

On Sunday October 1, 2017 at 8:30 in the morining. My sister and l went to the target at (2873 Richmond Ave. Staten Island). When we went in to get my sister (who is disable) a electric cart, we could not get one because there was a big machine in front of all the carts.

We ask one of the worker,s for help, he said he did the have the key to move the machine and he went looking for the manager ( Angela)who was out side on her brake. My sister waited about 6 minutes and no one came back so we left the store.

Consistantly I am using the food court and when I get to the dinning room, I always have a problem finding the forks and napkins. After experiencing this for the last 6 months I decided to complain.

Ask target workers to get condements..NEVER. Someone had to get a roll of restroom paper to use as napkins. BUt what really upset me was at 6:00pm yesterday I saw a worker pick up a trash can and place it on the serving area of starbucks and empty the can on this surface where people get served food and coffee.

When I asked for a manager, I was told there was none in the store. You better fix this problem.

Ordered a car seat for a baby shower and due to hurricane Irma, was unable to pick it up on time . Didn't have power or internet for several days. Showed up to get it and was refused the item because it wasn't picked up immediately after delivery.

I didn't even know it was there hence the email sent during lack of power/internet. Item was sitting at the customer service desk with our name on it and was told that I had to reorder it. Reordered it and still don't have it.

I emailed the CEO and his secretary with my frustration and never got a response. Called customer service again and was told that I would have to wait for it again again that I should have picked it up on time.

I had my small child with me, who has been sick and cranky, in the Target store in Conway, Ar. I frequent this store almost 3 times a week. I used self check and had one item left in the cart after checking out that I was waiting to hear back through my phone if the person wanted me to pick it up for them.

I grabbed a drink from Starbucks, then I waited about 5 minutes there, then took my daughter to the restroom. Struggling with all that I grabbed her up stuck her in the basket then was headed out the door. I thought it might interest you to know that the music the is played in the store on 29th Ave. in College Point NY is so loud and so obnoxious that I have decided to take my business elsewhere. That means that the five elderly people for whom I shop because they are unable to will also be taking their business elsewhere.

It is mind numbing noise that keeps you from focusing on the business at hand. The only people that seem to find it entertaining are your employees. It appears that I am not alone in my opinion because I took a mini poll of people leaving the store in my age group and they whole heartedly agreed.

I don't go to Target to dance, I used to go for the values you offered and the wide variety of merchandise and it is no surprise that especially for older customers the noise…

I recently purchased an item online and went to the parma location to return it. The associate was extremely rude and unprofessional, I don't know why they would allow her in customer service when she obviously hates her job and thinks helping people is a burden.

I wanted to return an item and was greated by a sigh and an eye roll and told that I'm giving information on how to return things online so they don't have to at the store. The item I was returning was the wrong size and was not sold I'm store for me to exchange.

When I asked her if she could assist me in helping me reorder it online it was the end of the world for her. She said she had no way of doing that and I was on my own and it was my fault for not getting the right size in the first place.

I went to the Target store today in Auburn California to shop with my WIC checks. I got every single item from the WIC allowed labels from the store. When I was checking out, one of the items I got rang that was not "WICable".

I was beyond surprised because I saw that the item had the WIC sign underneath it, it had exactly the same amount allowed by my checks. So, the cashier called someone to help.

Meanwhile, she rang another item that was also denied by the WIC program. So, at that point I had 4 people at my cashier trying to figure it out what was going on. This lady Denise had someone over there to check if I was lying or not, and the guy that went there to make sure I wasn't lying told her that there was no WIC sign on the items I've got.

There has been too many times now that I have gone to the highland Indiana location and the on line duty assistant manager a very rude. Couple days ago items were in the wrong place and they wouldn't honor the price that was on the item and yesterday my daughter were going to check out and the lady running the front came up to me to tell me I couldn't go to the register 6 because she already told another guest to go there.

I was stupid and allowed that but it will never happen again. Too many rude employees and very unhelpful and unprofessional. Please check into this matter so these things don't happen again. My little girl was very upset and even asked why the lady would do that.

Gold Peak DIET Iced Tea. Please stock it. I do most of my food shopping at Target. And yes, I do have the Red Card. I have always bought the Gold Peak DIET Iced Tea there. Then it just stopped showing up on the shelf!

I have never had a more difficult time ordering on line with you. I placed an order on line and paid for it. How ever you will not honor the sale if I do not pick up the order by this weds.

I am a senior citizen and disabled. I need to get some one 2 pick up the order for me. If I do not find some one 2 help me in that time frame I will not be able to get the items.

You do not offer shipping for the items or I would have chosen this method. I am so dissatisfied with Target, that I will never shop with you again!

I purchased a TLC television on October 20, 2016. Last week it stopped working. I purchased a two year warranty on the television but we were told that there is a one year manufacture's warranty. So we are only 10 months into having the television.

We have made multiple calls, visited Target, talked with customer service, all to no avail. We have been referred to phone numbers in India and the Philippines where we are told that we need to do so much before they can even consider our case.

I have sent for the visa paperwork where we purchased the television. We should not have to jump through so many hoops.

I live just next to a target store here in Knoxville that's why I come there very often. I ordered a coffee from starbucks and told the lady I have a free drink,I told her that twice. She rang my order and showing her my phone to scan from my app.

She asked me I still owe a $1 something. I told her I have a free drink. She told me she didn't hear me and I said I told her that twice. When I look at her face you can see that she was mad.

Everytime I visit starbucks at that Target branch and I didn't see her smiling to the customers. I had that experience everytime I went there and buy a coffee. That lady seems not happy that she's working there. She made me feel that I am disturbing her.

Called a local Target store to verify if an item I had received a rain check for was in stock because I was online and it said that they did have it in stock When I asked the clerk that answered the phone if they would check because I had been there 5 times in the past 2 weeks and

Each and every time I attempt to shop at Target, I fail. I am disabled with difficulty walking. Either there are no carts for the disabled or the batteries are dead or dying. It's embarrassing to be stuck in a motorized chair in the middle of an aisle.

I went to the Target at Rivergate in Goodlettsville TN on 12/15/16 and there was 3 registers open and 4 customers per register. After my purchase and a 5 minute wait I went over to the customer service desk and stated the you have 14 register and 3 open and 4 deep.

Shouldn't you open another register. the persons at the customer service desk stated " We are doing the best we can" and I stated they talk about Walmart not opening lines you have them bet and walked out. After thinking about this I'm returning my purchase.

I work part time at a retail business and when our lines get back up we call for other cashiers. But apparently this is not Targets policy.

I purchased a Keurig K425 on 11/28/16, Cyber Monday, and chose the site to store with standard shipping on my Red Card. 13. The estimated delivery date was for 12/03/16. Well I received an email shortly after my purchase informing me that there was a delay in my order and it will not make it to the store the date I received with my original order.

I ordered a toy from Target on Nov. 11. They had 29% off. Got an email confirmation. Then I got an email saying not to go to pick it up as it was only due at the Stuart Fl store by Dec. 5th. m.

I got an email saying my order had been cancelled. When I called they said they couldn't deliver by the 5th so it automatically cancels. But their good news is that it was in stock and they could send me one. The catch???

It was more expensive than the original price. If it is in stock why couldn't it be sent to the store? Where I come from it is called BAIT AND SWITCH. WILL NEVER SET foot in Target again and am spreading the word.

com. I ordered two items online on Cyber Monday, received the items Saturday, tried on the items and knew immediately I needed different sizes. I called Sunday 12/4 and talked with someone for 13 minutes regarding an exchange. The lady I spoke was very helpful, making the exchange process so easy.

She confirmed the items and new sizes I needed. She asked if there was a store nearby I could return the items to. I confirmed and said that I could return them as soon and tomorrow (which was yesterday). She mentioned that I would receive a confirmation email and expedite the shipping for the new sizes.

I purchased a VerizonSamsung S7 at target on 9/23/2016 based on a promo offer of a Target gift card and a 256gb sd card. I was not given the information about the sd card or the deadline information until 12/2/2016.

By that time the promo is expired. The store manager pushed me off to the mobile manager who blew it off as a missed opportunity because I waited to long. I purchased from Target in good faith and while I may have waited to long, in my defense the associate never gave me the rebate information or informed me that there was a deadline on the promotion.

We purchased what we thought was a Black Friday specially priced Sonic electric toothbrush. When we reviewed receipt at home, we saw we had purchased the wrong item. We easily returned the item the next day and found the correct item with some difficulty due to poor signage on the shelves and limited supply.

88 Red Card savings deduction. 99 purchase. I understand the Red Card deduction. But my $5 coupon was for any purchases over $25. 76 well over that threshold even with the return. I do not understand Target's process in this matter.

I never complain about Target, but now I have to, and is the worst ever store experience in my life. While begin our adventure for Black Friday shopping, we start going to Target store before it even open on Thanksgiving Day. Guess what, the nightmare just begin.

I shop at Target Stores a lot and tonight I was there and bought a pair of gloves (getting a little chilly out) The gloves were 30% off and when I got to the register to pay she rang them up at the normal price. I told her they were 30% off! She said that I needed an app on my phone to get the 30% off. I told her I don't have a smart phone just a flip phone. She said that I couldn't get the discount then. The lady behind me in line was nice enough to let me use her app an I did receive the discount but I shouldn't have to do that.

I am retired an on a fixed income an I am not getting a smart phone. There should be some way the cashiers can take care of discounts when customers don't have these type of phones. I guess that is what I have to say.

I applied for a red credit card today 11/28 around 12:30 am. I was approved, with a confirmation number. I reviewed a credit card # as I was going to purchase some Christmas items online Cyber Monday. This afternoon when I went to make the purchases I was unable to. Please be careful with Targets delivery promises. I ordered Christmas lights from them yesterday for store pick up the same day and waited all day for the lights to come in. I called the online orders this morning who told me that it was the stores fault and the store said it was distributions fault because they could not handle all the orders.

They said they will try to fill the order in the next 24 hours even though their website still says I can pick up the items today and even gives me an aisle number in the store. I asked to speak to a Supervisor who also is not available for 24 hours.

While I am extremely happy about the fast delivery and the overall quality of the kidkraft kitchen I purchased last week for my granddaughters birthday, I am extremely upset that the kitchen has missing pieces. This is my second purchase from this vendor and both times the item came with missing pieces.

To add insult to injury you can't call someone at Target corporate and have the parts replaced you are required by Kidkraft to fill out a claim. This is unacceptable. I purchased a brand new item I shouldn't have to fill out a claim to get parts that should have been included.

Missing are two of the stove knobs and the two over the dishwasher just below the sink. Please make this error right asap.

Today, November 23, 2016 I was at the Target store in Hanover PA - 31 Wilson Ave. I tried to purchase the Beats powerbeats2 wireless earbuds for the online sale price. I was told by the sales associate in electronics I could not do that. So I went to the customer service desk and asked if they price matched there online prices and was told yes they do. I visited the newly opened, small Target in Hyde Park on 53rd Street in Chicago. I am very disappointed that a section of about 5 feet with some shelving is all that has been devoted to pet needs. This is crazy - Hyde Park is filled with pet loving people, so you will be missing out on sales.

There were 4 options for cat litter on the bottom shelf. Tidy Cats Instant Action was not there and it is one of the most popular brands in larger Targets. Hardly any cat food.

Overall, the pet section is a joke. Please consider enlarging this section. I was so looking forward to going here and now I won't be.

I purchased a microwave from the Target Store located on 2701 Castor Ave. Philadelphia Pa. It was late when I got in and left the item I purchased in the car overnight. The next morning when I brought the items in. One of my staff opened the microwave and sat it on the counter. In moments she was calling me cause she saw roaches coming out the microwave. The microwave had finger prints and residue that allowed me to see it was not new. When I called the store I was told to bring the items back, I refused I was not putting it back in my car. I visited Target on Hwy 280, Birmingham Alabama on Oct 29 2016. I visited the restroom and the conditions were unsanitary. I went to guest services to make the store aware. Another lady went to report it as well. Before I left the store, I returned to the bathroom and the only think that had been done was one trash can had been emptied. On 10/29/16 at the Cheyenne, Wyoming Store we made a purchase and used coupon to get a $10 gift card for $50 spent storewide – a coupon we had received on the back of a Christmas Toy Flyer. We actually had $100 worth of items so we asked the cashier if we could split the order into two – Scott would buy $50 on his RedCard and Debbie $50 on her RedCard and then we could each get a $10 gift card. She said we could. However we didn’t have a second coupon.

I am complaining about how I had bought a new purse and a bed set plus some clothing items. Well I got home and Target had put my clothing in a bag with the chocolate pudding with white shirts. It was all over my stuff and they wouldn't give me my money back or give me replacements to the cloths that got ruined.

I was shopping at store #2441 at 10:30am. There was only 1 register open and a line of 9 people. Five employee walked by (4 female and 1 male) and no employee seemed phased by the length of line. One guest started yelling cashiers and then an employee radioed for back up cashiers.

3 registers open but still took me 25 minuets to pay for my items. Issue was all cashiers who open did not have sufficient cash and new cashiers had to leave registers to get cash. Poorly managed store by John Williams who was in store by never assisted his staff in customer service.

Because of poor staffing and inefficient readiness response at this location I missed my appointment and had to reschedule and take another day off. No Thank You Target.

I placed an order online for a car seat on 10/18. When placing order I put in my email and missed a letter. I called after receiving my order since no receipt was enclose and was assisted by a representative I could barely understand. I shop at the Chesapeake Square Mall Target located in Chesapeake Va. On 10-17-2016, I made a large purchase consisting of many different household items. The following night I went through the bags and noticed I was missing some of the items purchased. On 10-19 I called Target customer service and informed their operator Rachel. I was told to bring in my receipt so that someone could further assist me. Later that day I went into the store and had the most unpleasant experience with a cashier by the name Rachel (not the operator) she was unprofessional, condescending and sarcastic.

In my recent visit to Target, I notice that the full value of my coupons was not used. I purchased 3 Gillette women shaving gel for $2.97 and the coupon value on the receipt was reduced to $1.30(coupon was valued at $2.00. I'm very upset that this happen because I loose out of $.70 cents for each product and your corporate gains $.70 plus .08 cents for each product for a total of $2.34. The cashier told me that you will only get the value of $1.38 for each coupon.

Please enlighten me on how you will only get this amount when coupon is submitted to the appropriate company. I love shopping at target but Target is making it very difficult with new rules coming out every day and it differs from store to store. I shopped at Target Antioch Slatten Ranch, 5769 Lone Tree Way, Antioch, CA 94531. I purchased four packages of petite sirloin steaks (two in each pack), which had been marked $8.99, but were each reduced by $4.00 off (see attached picture). When the cashier rang up this purchase, however, they applied the discount of $4.00 to three packages of steaks, but then charged me the full price of $8.99 each for two more packages of steaks! I should have been charged only $4.99 for another steak package, not $17.98. I was overcharged in the amount of $12.99. I have also attached a copy of this receipt.

I am writing today because I had a very bad experience with my local target today. I am a loyal Target customer, but I was upset today. I use coupons from time to time, and I'm upset about the way this store handles problems with their coupons. I know it may not be a big deal to the cashiers if a customers coupons doesn't work because it's a small amount of savings, but for me I'm a single mother of 9. It does make a difference for me! Trying to purchase Target digital gift card for daughter's BD. Cannot purchase thru the web as Target site repeatedly dumps each effort. Called Target customer service, rep only speaks English poorly. Must literally repeat every single bit of info many times, each time rep fails to understand.

3 hours and order still not completed. Am utterly convinced that regardless the representative still does not have the correct info. After investing so much time and frustration the rep is still trying to ship a card instead of an email.
