We used a prepaid Net Spend card to try and make a payment. Cancelled once to get routing info correct. After the payment was posted but did NOT GO THROUGH, we find out that Target does not accept prepaid debit cards.

However, this transaction was treated as a debit BANK card payment that did not go through and a fee of $27 was place on my Target Red Card. In all the many years I've dealt with Target,I've always been treated fairly.

This time I'm not understanding a fee charged because I tried to pay with a card you don't accept. The customer service reps said they'd never had a case like this and I don't think they understand this is not a bank debit card.

It is prepaid and the money is there on the card. I feel the fee is inappropriate in this case and ask as a long time Target Red…

My rating is ZERO STARS. I believe that Target Baby Registry is fraudulent. It allowed me to buy a gift card to contribute to an expensive item. I did that. Then after I had made the purchase, Target e-mailed me and said the gift card would not be sent for A WHOLE MONTH.

I wanted it sent in a few days for a baby shower. When I called customer service they said my gift card would not be sent until the whole gift was purchased. Nowhere was this information given Upfront on the TARGET web site.

I called my bank to cancel my purchase. They said only TARGET could do that. They gave me a number to call. On that call a man at TARGET said he could not help me, but he would e-mail my complaint to Level 2.

I asked him for a phone number for Level 2, but he either could not or would not give me…

Purchased items and attempted to return them with receipt and within time allowed and the store supervisor refused to take the items back but refused to provide reason. It is me and my husband’s impression that the person we dealt with homophobic and prejudice as we are a gay couple. Very upsetting.

I purchased the Star Wars BB8 on 12/24/17 at the Culver City Store(2632). When my son opened it on Christmas, to our dismay it did not work. My son was very disapointef. I was given the run around when I went to return it.

I received contradictory information from customer service to supervisors. 00 gift card for the inconvenience which I yet to receive. Customer Service was Horrible! Hopefully target will improve the guest experience.

We went to Target this morning specifically to get the large grapefruit offered at 2/$1. There was none to be found at that price. I spoke with a produce person and he mumbled something about not getting any in. I asked about a rain check and he said Target does not offer rain checks any more.

He pointed me to some bagged grapefruits that were more expensive and NOT by any means large. BAIT AND SWITCH? that is beneath you! At least I thought it was. No offer to open a bag of LARGE grapefruit and offer them to me at 2/$1. No apology.

No sign in the produce department explaining that the grapefruit were not a available. CUB does better than this. Their customer service has been exemplary. Disappointed......!

My daughter bought a juicer for $63 and some change. Unfortunately, she left the store without the bag containing the juicer. I called several times and was told I could come in and get a new juicer, but it wasn't in stock.

I then asked them to just refund the money because my husband had bought the juicer at another Target store. I was finally told, that they couldn't do anything for me. The previous managers were so nice about it and tried to help me, but the last one I got pretty much told me I was out of luck.

My family and I shop at Target AT LEAST once a week and have never had an experience like this. We would like to be refunded for the juicer since we did buy it at another Target. I thank you for your time and consideration.

I ordered a item on 11-24-17, I didn't get a email saying it wouldn't get it until 1-3-18. Well it's 1-4-18 and I still didn't get it. Checked online (because I again didn't get any email) and it send I would get it on the 12th.

I get e-mails from Target, one of them offered 20% discount. I tried to order the sweaters online but it read that I could only get them at the store in Crofton,Md. I drove 22 miles and was told by a customer service girl that I wouldn't get the discount because I didn't have an app.

I have been a customer of Target for many years and have the Red Card Debit Card. I think that this is a terrible thing to do to a loyal customer.

Today, 30DEC2017, at about 2:30pm my son, my service animal and I entered the Harker Heights, Texas store of Target. We went to the electronics section looking for a charging cord for an iPhone. I was about to grab the cord and leave when one of your employees (attached photos; black shirt) who was helping another customer, directed her to "watch out for the dog because it might bite you".

I asked him to repeat what he had said to which he replied words to the effect of "I was just telling her to watch out for your dog". I asked him if he worked there and when he replied in the affirmative, I told him I wanted to speak to the manager.

Bought an item on clearance for Xmas, on xmas morning found item in package was not the one pictured. Waited in line to return it, waited for manager for 5 mins, Jenni, only to tell us she couldn't do anything, but maybe discount another one.

Found one, waited in line, and for her to show up again, so she could give us a pitiful $8 off, original one was almost half off. So we left feeling ripped off twice. We won't Xmas shop there again.

We even bought my daughter a gift card there.

Just called the North Olmsted store to found out if a product was in stock. 1st call I was hung up on. 2nd call I was given a BS answer, then passed on. Then I was hung up on. Another reason why Target is just another box store.

I visited your men department on West 95th street. There's this young lady there that was very rude to a co-worker. It is obvious the young lady is expecting and she was moving as fast as she could to get the job done.

However the lady (Lead worker) continued to harass this young lady. You need to take a look at these ladies you hire to lead the employees under their watch. These ladies are so rude and disrespectful there needs to be something you can do to help those people that are trying to make a living.

They do not deserve to be treated like horses just to complete their jobs. Where is the compassion for expecting mothers that work for your company whether it is seasonal /full time or part time hours.

On November 23, 2017 I ordered (online) a Nikon D3400 camera that was in the black Friday ad. It was scheduled to be delivered December 5, 2017. On December 7th I still had not received it and when I tracked the package it showed the last scan being on November 29th in transit to my town of Madison.

My granddaughter and both ordered an Xbox on line. We both had a terrible experience!! She placed an order on December 8th for an Xbox and after a week and it had not arrived, she found out the order had been cancelled. On December 17th, after she advised me that the order had been cancelled, I called your customer service to try to determine why the order was cancelled and to order another XBOX. It was determined that the first order was cancelled due to it not being picked up on time, but she was not notified until she called the store on the 17th.

order number #9018002799218, was the wrong chair, The chair was sent back with instructions that we could not re-order until they received the return chair. The next day we saw that there was a chair coming, which was the wrong chair again.

They have received the chair back that was sent to us, but refuse to give me a credit back because I am assuming the other chair was sent out. We finally got them to stop that chair from coming and I have no idea where this one is.

I have called every day and receive no answers except I will receive an email in 24 hrs with my credit. There has been no credit and no email. I don't feel I should be punished because your people sent out the same chair with out us ordering that.

Tonight I went to the Target store on Nolana St. North West Mcallen Texas. I had to interrupt two lady employees in the clothing department to ask for direction to the clocks. They were just yaking away having a good time and when I asked them if they could tell me where the clocks were they looked at each other completely dumb founded.

I asked again where could I find the clocks. They looked so stupid I could tell they didn't understand a word I was saying. I asked do you speak English and they replied something in Spanish. I walked away to find someone else to help me.

Thanksgiving evening I ordered 2 vetech activity & learning desks online. They were advised buy 1 get 1 50% off. I received one! I called the 1-800 target number & waited over an hour to speak to a costumer service person!

Then the guy didn’t understand what I was saying; kept putting me on hold. It took about a half an hour to get him to say he would refund my money because target had no more in stock. That was a lie! I checked target. 99!

There is only one Target in our small town. I went with the hopes of purchasing bath rugs and towels and several gift cards. I saw the bathroom products were on sale for 15% off. At the register, the products DID NOT ring up with the sale amounts.

I pointed this out to the cashier. She then asked a supervisor about this. The supervisor told me, " In order to get the sale price for the bathroom items, I would have to download the Target app. " I replied that I do not have that type of phone can't do that.

I was unsuccessfully looking for a specific sized Denizen jean at the local Target stores (44x30). Unable to find the size at retail level I went on line to Target, found the exact size needed and ordered 2 pair, one black and one blue.

About a week later one pair arrived (back ordering the other) but is a different size (44x32) than the ones ordered. I was aware that I could exchange or get a refund at my local store but chose to call first to inquire about the size switch and to be sure the back ordered pair would be the correct size.

To my surprise I was told the switch was made as a service to the customer rather than disappointing me with a zero order. Great! When the back order arrived, it was the same switched size – so off I went to Target for a refund.

I placed an order of 3 boxes of biz powder, bibs, burp cloths and a ubrands white board.

All they items were put in a box together. The biz leaked all over the other contents in the box. There was no bubble wrapping around any of the items.

It was a mess when the purchase was received.

I am very, very unhappy with how this was packaged. I have never seen such a mess.

Ordered a toaster oven online delivered to store . Unit was defective ,returned ,called customer service. They re-ordered it send it to the wrong place wanted me to re-order it again and cancel the order again would not have it overnighted to the store That it was supposed to go to.

I ordered two items online to be picked up in my local store (Federal Way, WA), and got an email saying one of the items was available. I received a text message a few days later saying the other item had come in, so I stopped into the store to pick them both up.

The customer service rep went to look for them, and I waited, and I waited, and I waited. I was just about going to ask someone to go search for her when she finally appeared with one of my items.

While shopping at Target in Bend, Oregon, on Black friday, I had about $85 worth of Christmas gifts for my grandchildren in my basket. but the fine print wasn't read by me. Thinking that because it was Black friday, that was part of the deal. I know.

I should have read the fine print. all that to say, I returned everything I had purchased back to the store today. I felt the sign was deceiving and preyed on the shoppers Black friday excitement, and blurry eyes from getting up so early.

I also wondered how much more the prices would have to be jacked up for the next friday when the 20% would be honored. I saved more today anyway on Cyber Monday at Amazon. Don't trick customers and they would be more loyal, and your ratings would get better.

Tried ordering a baby shower gift, & live on a border town. I live in Canada, shower in across the border in the U.S. I could cross the border & be at the shower in 20 minutes.

I order online constantly & deliver to my sister's address (in US), & go across & pick up my items. I use my Canadian credit card online at many locations.

On Nov 24,2017 at 6:15 am we arrived to purchased 2 apple 8+ phone, we were told at the time that they were making appointments and ours would be at 8:40 & 9:00 that evening!

Also told that was the only option.

however when we arrived there were 2 customers being helped and 3 more waiting. she finally got to my son at 10pm, told us it didn't matter if we had appointments!!! she finally got to me at 10:30pm at 11:20 we got asked to leave because the store was closed!!! Still no phone!!!

I was at the target on Albemarle Road in charlotte today 11/24/2017. I went to clock section of the store, I could not believe the clocks the store had. There was not one that was a AM/PM clock radio with an alarm.

I know the generation of today use their cell phones for everything, but it is not conceivable that the seniors who still use alarm with AM/PM clock radios are not even thought of today by target. I don't think I'm asking for a lot for you to carry some AM/PM Clock radios.

This is a growing concern as I have been to Targets clock section before but thought that it had gotten better, NOT. I am so disgusted with Target, to say the least YOU HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER. Thanks for what you do not do or carry in your stores.

As a middle class consumer who has a young family, I choose target for my household shopping needs and have always trusted that I would receive the correct items in a timely manner. I purchased a Christmas tree in October of 2016 when I received the tree is was missing a part. I called the store to let them know. They told me to call the company that had the warranty on the tree.

They mailed me the part ups or fedex lost the package. I called never received another part. Had to buy another tree. Put the tree in my closet and forgot about it until l took out my tree to put up for the holidays.

Called and spoke with 3 or 4 people trying to get a refund was told no. I have been a customer for many years place orders every month. Have been in retail for the last 15 years until I became disabled last year.

Did a Order on line and was told could return it to any store. Evertt Mall Wa store #0037 does not know the procedure. My order came direct from manufacturer w/ no packing slip and could only be ordered online since not in stores.

I went to target store in sycamore Ill this morning for a quick purchase. Found my three items went to check outs saw a line for the only cashier working went to the self pay register. Purchased my items only to find out none of them would print a receipt!!

Horrible customer service for a replacement of two items I purchased on line order # 9217234267639. This was sent as a gift. arrived smashed. I have a photo of it. I was on with a Target Representative for over 39 minutes.

English was not her first language. She continually confused phrases and words and did not know the difference between replacement and refund. She continually asked me for my email address and order number (over 5 times). I was on hold for more than 70% of the call. very very poor service.

What the heck are you doing TARGET? your on line services are awful! I order all the time. The shipment arrived smashed. two coffee cups. not packaged correctly and then to get a replacement form one of your representatives was a chore in itself!

I went into the target at machensey park, looking for the iPhone 6 that was in the sales ad this week the young girl working there was very rude. She told me that she didn't know what I was talking about and asked me if I had the sales ad I asked her if she didn't have one which she asked another team member who said it's usually on the counter, but

it was not there so she told me to go get the sales ad so she could see what I was talking about. She was not willing to go get the sales or even look it up in the system or on her phone.

I pulled it up on my phone and she said I have no idea why this is in the ad, and took a screen shot of my phone which she said she would email her manager to find out what that phone was in the ad but didn't bother to take any of my information.

Cartwheel app had a 10%off on an Xbox game. I purchased the game and when I went to check out they said it was not the right version of the game. I read and reread the cartwheel coupon and no where on the coupon does it state any particular version of the game.

It only states the name of the game. When I brought the facts to the cashier and the in store customer service personnel they were dismissive and rude. Will be sending a copy of this complaint to the BBB and will be spreading the information over every social media avenue at my disposal.

I have been a Target customer for many years and have overlooked many issues I have had in the past. But when I feel a company is trying to cheat me or use dirty tricks in marketing ; that company no longer has my patronage.
