I bought a $100 Visa gift card at Target... Used it a few times until I had around $40 left. 84. Somehow... 84 showed as ringing up 3 times. 88. 00. But am not able to use the card and it's showing a negative balance.

I have phoned the Visa number on the card. Have spoken to 3 different individuals and their supervisor Jerry. They have all told me I need to fill out a dispute and have read my Yahoo email address back to me ( which I provided..

The first 2 individuals told me I need to contact Applebees about this issue. I did. They searched their records and found they had only been paid once not 3 times... So they could not remove charges they couldn't find.

I delayed all this information to Jerry, the supervisor and told him that I had not received the dispute form. I still have not…

Fraud gift cards was told it was stolen. I was on the target app and target sends me this response with no proof . Target app is not secure . They are aware of this problem and let gift cards to be transferred to another gift card with large amounts . They don’t investigate.

I order a jacket for my great granddaughter on 11/26 and was given a delivery date of between 12/8-12/11 to the store in Forestville, Maryland. On 12/12 I received an email that canceled my order. (1021974951723)

In the meantime I ordered the same jacket along with other items on 12/1 to have them delivered to a home in Lusby, Maryland. This order was received on 12/8.

I called to talk to some in Customer Service - waited about 20 minutes and someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up. I called again and waited about another 20 minute this time some answered the phone and as soon as I started to talk they hung up.

What is the problem having orders delivered to the Forestville, Maryland store.

well where do I start. I was hired in 2017 for Christmas at Bullhead city. I was Layed off in January that was fine. But at that time I was told that I was Re-hireable so I call back the next year for Christmas and was told sure I will call you tomorrow.

I called again a week later. Was told that HR is only taking messages. So I give a messages asking HR to give me a call back. I feel that one of the supervisors didn't like me. That is not a good reason.

And I feel I should be called back and told why. if I am re hieable. I love Target ! I worked in Redlands Target also for Christmas and they ask me too stay on. But we were moving to Laughlin NV.

Even though I did not receive all my 12 gift cards in the mail. 00. I was finally taken care of 28 hours after my first initial call. And now I only need to wait for the gift card to be sent to my email.

Now yesterday morning first chatting on line chat then finally phone number for someone else to take care of it the after all of that she said Some one will get back to you. No one got back to me!!

Today the same thing but it took all of the same like yesterday but now a additional 58 minutes on hold and dealing with other people and then THANK GOD when I finally talked to an American! Very disappointed in your service. 00 not to call!!

returned merchandise and received gift card for 11 dollars. then shopped store for more presents. got to check out and was told I could not use gift card after being told I could. cashier tried 20 times to make it work, then called manager.

after standing 15 minutes I finally left in a huff without merchandise or card. no one,i mean no one gave a care about the customer. I am 75 years old and will tell everyone I know about this scam. shame on target for cheating a social security old person out of 11 dollars.

I was looking for a weighted blanket and found that the best prices were at target. I did some research and found they are helpful for those with autism and comforting people. I went to two different stores in Denver to pinpoint this soon to be Christmas gift only to find that they were all sold out at both of them.

I ended up driving 3 hours to Silverthorne's location after calling to make sure that they still had some in stock and that it would be worth the drive. I was told that they had 8 left in stock and where they would be located in the store as soon as I arrived.

I keep calling the Mt Vernon NY store at the number provided 914-530-3000 to see if they have a certain cell phone in stock. Either no one answers the phone when you push the button for any of the options, or the phone call goes thru but someone hangs up before I can say a word. This is not good customer service.

Order arrived damaged- soaking wet as the driver who delivered must have either left box out in the rain or dropped in major puddle. Customer service did not believe me- really!! And they disconnected me after I waited for a supervisor. No call back. No return. No refund!

I placed an order on Friday, October 26th. The order was to be delivered by Monday, October 29, 2018. I went on line on Monday, October 29th to check status and saw where the order was cancelled. com number. To summarize the conversation with your rep: No one attempted to let me know the order was cancelled.

The gentlemen's response was the system cancels when the order will not be filled in time. I asked so when was I to be contacted. He hesitated without response. I then asked if my money was refunded to my card.

He said you will get it back within 7 days. I responded but, it took minutes for Target to take my money. so he stated, "I feel your frustration". I told him no what he hears is "angry". He said you can call your charge card, if you need the money sooner.

sINCE AOL gold replaced the blue, we have no ability to make folders, bold, underline, font change, trash, etc. our emails???!! WHY? We are paying you for our email account for over 30 years! com, and the order number is #102036313397. Upon receipt of the order, the Herr's BBQ potato chips were perfect, but upon opening the Herr's Sour Cream & Onion potato chips, there was absolutely no aroma of sour cream or onion inside the bag.

Upon closer inspection, I detected a somewhat rancid smell. I ordered seven 10-ounce bags of each, and I ended up throwing away the seven bags of the Sour Cream & Onion, as they were all rancid smelling. I would like to know if you would send me seven bags of the Herr's BBQ chips as a replacement for the ones that were rancid.

I ordered several items online (order #1020159816481) on 8/8/18 taking pains to make sure those items were available at my chosen store (in fact, I had to pass on several others, which were not available) because I needed them the following day. I happily went to the store after receiving a text stating my order was prepared.

However, upon receiving my items, I noticed that several were missing. The clerk was very pleasant about the mix-up, so I wasn't too bothered, despite the fact that I had to search the store for comparable items (several of which were more expensive than the ones ordered).

Every time I go to the Shakopee Target for the past 3 months, the shelves are bare. Every time I am there I have to have someone go to the back room for stock for a certain item or 2 or 3 or I leave with my list not being completed and have to run to your Competitor, Walmart.

You are losing business at this Target. Corporate needs to step in and make some changes, soon.

I shopped at your store on sept 20th around 1:40 and was having a good experience until I went to check out I had some formula that needed to go on my iowa wic card well cashier accidentally charged it all on my red card so she told me to go to customer service n they could fix it.

I went up there were the young lady gave me a not so friendly hello and I told her what happened and she stuck her hand out for my receipt. She got real annoyed and started resting my stuff n throwing my gift cards on counter n barely said a word through out this.

She seemed to think she could treat me like crap caus I was using wic!! Then I found she charged me for 2 of something when I only got 1but don’t think it’s worth the rudeness again to get that money back.

Very disappointed I usually love target.

The Market Pantry milk product goes bad consistently a week prior to the stamped sell-by date on the gallon milk carton. This is unacceptable. My milk is refrigerated at normal coldness, there shouldn't be such a short shelf life with wasted and paid for product

Went to the store in Rowlett, Texas to buy a cell phone and my husband was going to join Consumer Celluar. As soon as the clerk signed into his computer he kept trying to sign on for about 5 to 10 minutes so I noticed that it was the same screen for a while I asked him are you still trying to sign in?

He stated yes, I am going to try to change my password , that didn't work so he called support and they said that it would be about 25 to 30 minutes before he would be able to sign in. Needless to say we waited over 30 minutes he still was not able to sign in, we didn't get the phone!!

I have never been made to feel more degraded and embarrassed as the staff made me feel whilst my partner and i ATTEMPTED to shop in your wetherill park store tonight, to avoid any misunderstanding i emphasise attempted due to the lack of common decency and respect shown when we were followed,categorized, and unwillfully put on display as common criminals, all due to the appearance of my husband not being upto your staff's standards.

While shopping with my 2 kids. P. but 2. Then had an associate on the next men's pad watching us also. The most uncomfortable experience ever. Especially when I choice the garland texas location, because it's nicer. An to have a guy circling around us pretending to shop.

An the other just standing behind fixtures watching. Just shows me even though we didn't have big baggy clothes on nor I was carry a big purse. Our behavior wasnt that of a shop lifter. That just being brown was enough to be followed.

I would like to share my horrible experience with Target located in Huntsville, Alabama on University Street today Sunday, September 2. I pulled Target apps up on my phone to see what Labor Day specials were being offered. I see Coke products 4 for $10 being offered for Sunday and Monday only.

I rush to Target only to find there were absolutely no Diet Dr. Peppers up front on the display or on aisle where coke products are found. I push the red button and ask for help (perhaps they have some more in the back and need to re-stock the shelf).

The Target employee went to check and came back to see, "no sir, we are out of Diet Dr. Peppers". We ask him to check another local Target store also on University Street and he stated, "they do not have any either".

Recently I shopped here in Santa Fe, NM where I live. Santa Fe is well known as a dog friendly city. We are also well know as a tourist town all year long. I meet tourist all the time and many hotels and motels cater to their dogs.

So I have been sopping at target regularly at least 2 to 3 times a week as Target is in my neighborhood. I have been taking my puppy in with me always using her buggy. I recently noticed a noticed on the doors as you enter That dogs are not allowed unless they are service dogs.

Hum, I always shopped with my my dog as she cannot be leftmand leaving in a car is absolutely not acceptable. I passed many staff members including a manager and nothing said to me except a friendly hello and are you finding everything.

73 on 7-19-18, I received all of my items but my 2 pk of Cat & Jack pull on pants gray and blue both in one bag but were 2 different sizes an 8 I needed and the others a size 10 too big for the grandson. Today's Target ad (July1) had several Harry Potter Legos advertised. I went to Target store at Quincy and Buckley in Aurora, Colirado store and after a. store employee checked she found they none in stock. She sent me to a second Target 10 miles away at Havana and Mississippi in Aurora Colorado.

At Guest Services a very nice young man Andy found they did have some of them but nothing was out on the shelves. He went to the back and came out with several sets in large quantities but no Hermine Brickhead or Harry Potter w/ owl Brickhead.

He checked again on his device and it said those will not be available until July 8. Why do you put an ad in the paper when you don't even have the items. Andy was excellent but I am most disturbed at the corporate level.

I went into the Target on Riverside Blvd in Sacramento Ca. on Sunday July 1st at 8am and purchased some grocery items. Along with those items i tried buying 20 $5 gift cards. The lady at the register informed me that i couldnt use a Visa gift card to purchase them, because thats what i was using to purchase my groceries.

Bought a small buffet and put it all together only to find out the doors are the wrong size----no one will pick It up because it is not on the box .I was told to put it on my front porch any way and UPS would take it -----they would only take the box the wrong sized doors were in. I had my eyes tested and bought new pair of glasses ( No problem). I then lost them while walking dogs ( Not your fault) I bought new ones within a month. Went into Clermont target to have glasses adjusted, and saleslady found crack in frames and recommended that I have them replaced as was under warranty. Agreed to that.

Went home and frame broke completely and lenses fell out and were lost. I threw away frames, as no hope. Today I went in to pick up new glasses and was told by manager that they would not honor my warranty, as I did not have broken glasses to prove my case.

He wanted to start whole procedure again, which would have been 3rd time I have bought the same glasses with lenses costing $400 ( approx) within 3 months!! This is very upsetting to me as I keep buying the same…

Recently my mother in law and I were in your Newburgh, NY store. She was looking for curtains for a den room. She saw Nate Berjus natural stripe sheer. After inquiring about them we were told they did not have them. So I told her I would order on line For this product it said it would not ship unless 100 miles from the shipping address. Then I looked to see who had them and the store in Voorhess, NJ was one of the stores. My daughter lives in Voorhees so she offered to get them. They were not in that store either. I went to the Midletown, NY store and they didn't have them either. Yet in each of the stores it was on display. If this is not availble, why show it? Target is the second largest retail store...well I must say not if this is the way you run your store.

I have been going to target for numerous years and have always had great customer service. I deeply regret having to make a complaint but my experience last night changed my thoughts about ever shopping at Target again. I went in to 695 S. Green Valley Pkwy, Henderson, NV at approximately 6:45P to purchase a Phone for my daughter. The Target employee (James) was assisting a customer. I had a question about if I purchased the TracFone if he could assist it the activation process. He stated that he didn’t know but would check after he was done with this customer. on 3/19/18 @ approximately 12:00 noon, I went to Washington, PA 15301 Target Store to purchase Floral Napkin (4cdt) Hearth and Hand with Magnolia. The ad just came in Sunday paper and the store had none. I asked an employee about this and he advised me to go to Customer Service and they would order it for me.

I proceeded to Customer Service and a young lady did place my order and I entered my email, mailing address, phone number and used my MasterCard. I love Target I always go for my two younger kids and purchase the cat and jack jeans for my youngest and oldest boys. The quality is terrible and I will not be purchasing them anymore. I don’t allow my Kids to play in them and their not ruff on them on a 30 min recess.

Every pair I have bought gets holes in the knees. For the 12 and 5 year old. All the other jeans thAt are not cat and jack don’t have this issue. Quality is terrible.

no limit specified in the Target Weekly Ad. Jazelle, Store Manager was at the register and informed me that I couldn’t buy more than 4 (12 packs) at a time ( I had 8 in my shopping cart along with about $50 of other Target items).

I questioned her since I have purchased 8, 10, 12, or more Diet Coke 12 packs on sale on many occasions in the past. this is our policy response, and I was shocked that a Target store manager would be so unprofessional.

I left that store and drove to the Flowery Branch, GA Target store where I purchased 12 (12 packs) Diet Coke’s and several other items with no questions or issues at all. I was at the Cicero ny store on Feb 28th I was purchasing a ninja coffee maker the sale price said 125 dollars when I got to check out it range up 169 dollars the check out girl called over a super visor she said there was Noth she could do. I own a retail store and the policy that is carried out in any other retail stores selling you I've the price that I on the merchandise.

horrible experience with purchase online. I ordered a bakers cart online and given an approximate delivery date of 2/15. Then on 2/10 @ 8:51 I received an email stating the product had been delivered. I was home all evening, so I knew I had not missed the delivery.

Upon calling I was told they showed it had been delivered and that I should call back in 2 days if I still had not received. Thus I called back and was then told that I had to wait until 2/15 since that was the date of to be delivered.

I called back on 2/15 and was told I should contact the police department since I hadn't received and it showed it was delivered indicating it must have been stolen. How in the world could I report something stolen that I never received?

Hello, I was employed in November of 2017 with the Aberdeen SD Target store. It was a fantastic experience. The store and the people are great!! They asked me to stay on past the holiday and I said yes but things took a turn for me and I moved to Sioux Falls SD.

Tried to access the Target website, but was not able to do so because google wanted me to use "their" internet browsers. Not a fan of google or their ads. Guess I'll not be shopping at Target, either on line or in their stores. Joe

I had a very bad experience at the Target Starbucks in Hayward ca. I always like to buy a cup of hot mocha and browse around the store. Mocha is my only beverage to go to when I buy coffee from Starbucks.

I have bought so many mocha over the years, I could own a Starbucks franchise. I usually buy my mocha in San Francisco on my way to work. So I went up to this girl at the counter at Target Starbucks, I ordered an ice white chocolate mocha for my daughter and a tall def mocha no whip extra hot mocha for myself.

The drinks were done by the time I finished paying with my credit card. I thought to myself that was awfully fast. We walked around the store and I tasted the mocha, it was awful. I couldn't taste the coffee and I couldn't taste chocolate either.

Tale of two target stores. , great store, clean, laid out well, and good customer service. 99. This store is about 20 miles from us. Wish all your stores were this nice. Farmington Hills, Mi. store close to us and we decided we liked the place mats so much that we wanted two more.

Farmington Hills store, not maintained as well and a bit dirty had the same place mats but were not on clearance nor would they honor the price for my other four. Offered no discounts like veteran or senior and said that was final in a very derogative manner like take it or leave it.

Asked if I brought the other four back they replied they may not accept them if there was a price difference. I asked if each store was independently owned and they replied no, we just don't move things between stores. 00.

Poor inventory control. At least the last three times I have been to your Willowbrook store I have been unable to purchase generic Benedryl Allergy Tablets in bottles of 100 or 300 tablets. I had to settle for a package of 24 tablets. This last time I had a few minutes after check out so I waited in at customer service so I could ask the person when do they get the shipments of 100 or 300 in. The answer I got was "I don't know.", not "Let me check" or "Let try and find out".

So today as I was preparing to fill my medicine dispenser for the week, I sat there scissor in hand cutting them out of the bubble pack. As I feed them, plop into the generic Benedryl bottle. I don't have the finger strength nor dexterity to push them out on the package.
