I was at the target today(king of prussia) to buy some roller ball perfume. There were two items and one was open so I was hesitate to take one so put it back right away and took the unopened one.

" I said no because I didn't and you cannot even spray this one since its roller ball perfume. She took it from me and asking me if I used this. I already told her no and that point, she gave me annoyed and rude attitudes toward me.

I got really annoyed and don't want to accuse something I didn't know so I told her to smelled me since I used the test one "Apricot perfume" so she doesn't accuse me anymore. I guess we are not allow to use the sample or go near the wrapped box anymore...

I used to love this target but anymore so rude rude rude.

I am regular customer to target from almost 10 years and I buy $1000’s of dollars every month from target . I bought 3 skirts , 3 frocks and 5 shorts for my 8 year old 4 days back and one skirt is tight it did nit fit her which we noticed after going home and

today I came with that skirt and asked them for exchange if other size . Usually I keep all Receipts but unfortunately I lost my receipt and that I paid with cash so I do nit have any proof to show them and the customer service is so rude and she insulted me as I am Just making some stories .

I will NEVER shop there again!! I went into the Vestal, NY store to buy myself a bicycle. 00, and I decide Im going to write a check out of my checking account. Now, I dont use this account alot because I dont want to use this account alot!

I made 5 separate trips to Target to try to activate my consumer cellular service on a replacement phone. Three of those times the mobile techs were absent. neither in the electronics department nor in the customer care department. On all three of those occasions I had to drive back home, and return to the store when the techs would be present.

The electronics department should be manned at all times. but 3 times was very inconvenient. but this really pushed my patience to its limit.

My complaint is about a cashier in the Riverdale target in the Bronx NY. I was on the line getting ready to check out and there was a woman in front of me. The cashier would get on his phone after ever bag he bagged.

He was not being discrete and did not even apologize for holding up the line so that he can use the phone. After about the 6th time , I mentioned to him if he could maybe use his phone another time because I had to leave.

He proceeded to tell me that he needs to reply to his text messages. ” I then asked him if his manager was standing next to him would he be on his phone and he said of course not who would do that?

While attending a baseball tournament in Brighton Michigan, we stopped at target to pick up some Gatorade and snacks for our game the following day. We were approached by the manager of the store, his name was Stephen, he followed us around the store as we were looking for our items and later asked us to leave in a rude manner, we were respectful the entire time we were in the store and

did not deserve to be treated that way. I wanted to be sure to let someone know so that this doesn’t happen to anyone else. The next time in town we’ll most likely go somewhere else. We were paying customers and have always liked Target.

New Target store in Stockton, CA, Pacific Ave.

Have been to the tech desk 2X seeking to open a Consumer Cellular account for my husband's i-Phone. Each time we were informed that the clerk who makes these transfers would be in soon. Kept returning to the desk, but the clerk who knows how to accomplish these services never arrived.

In previous days when I made a transfer from T-Mobile to Consumer Cellular on my personal Android cell phone at Target, a female clerk was on duty and very efficiently performed this operation. What goes? Why is someone not on duty during the hours that the store is open? Surely Consumer Cellular would be annoyed to learn that they are losing accounts by selling via Target.

Bull Crap! I went to a store the other to only purchase items for business use, as this is the ONLY reason I use Target. I walked into the store and noticed a white middle aged woman being blocked from leaving the store by 3 men.

She was not drugged up, nor looked threatening in any way, at least from from what I could tell. They were grabbing her and trying to pull her to the ground. One guy yanked the bags out of her hand, the other tried putting her in a headlock and then the third person - a woman, tried grabbing the ladies feet.

The lady kicked, got a way, screaming and crying as she ran out of the store and down the street. I got a small portion on my cell camera. I approached these security people and asked them if this is how they always treat customers.

While shopping at Target the registers all went down and were not working. While I understand these things do happen the way management handled the situation only added to the stress of the situation. While people were waiting in line some of the cashiers just left and no one knew what was going on.

Some lines ended up being cash only, again not everyone knew this. Still, other lines were working at a hit or miss situation. Once more , not everyone was apprised of this. The poor communication only added to the nightmare of waiting over an hour in a line!

Went shopping today and the colors of the clothes were off, dull and very few. T-Shirts were limited of basic style and variety of colors. Not, gray,black and no colors like red, pink yellow, lite blue, white & other colors.

Styles were limited set up for all young people--teens. PJ's limited. Why long legs and not shorts with top and short sleeves. Lots in store but not much matching in clothing. All ages nd clothes not just teens. I shop at Wedgwood village in West Seattle WA.

I ordered an item on line for pick up at your Springfield East store, pa and it showed it was picked up but I did not pick it up, so I called and was told that the order would be canceled and my package which was for a baby shower on june 1st would arrive on the 30th of may.

com and not sure which is best. I had a disturbing experience with an employee at the Edina, MN super store on York Ave. May 29 at approx. 4:20pm. What it boils down to is that I was made to feel targeted/profiled.

I ordered a dress online, from an associate at the Blaine (109th) store. Was due to arrive in 5 days, prior to my vacation to Aruba. It was late. I return from my vacation, and what they sent me was a baby gate.

I had to return it. I then was told I had to order the dress online, as the store couldn't order it for me. So I did. I ordered one dress. When I tracked it, it showed that it was shipping to an old address that I haven't lived at for over 4 years.

I contacted UPS, they said to contact the store. I contacted the store, and they told me I had to call them back the next day, as it's only in shipping mode. com, the amount that is posted on the order listings don't match my Target Mastercard bill. This especially happens when more than one item is ordered and/or if the purchase triggers a gift card with purchase. Not only that, but occasionally, the state tax is wrong.

The way that they correct that is to place a separate charge of pocket change with only the date of transaction to provide a hint of which order it might belong to. I place an order for two items, then it turns out that they will be shipped separately.

The check out team member I had today was very rude and hateful, this is the second time I have had this from her. I go to Target all the time and have managed to go to a different checker all other times, just bad luck today that I did not see her in time to avoid her.

Mother's Day has not been a happy day for my Mom. We spent 3 hours on the phone and at the store trying to get this resolvedl. I am home from College trying to return an unopened XBox 1 system to the St. John, Indiana Target Store. I started this on Sat. evening with trying to return the Xbox system. I did not have the receipt at the time. The clerk and manager said that they would give allow me to exchange in the electronic and game areas. The clerk opened up the XBox 1 system. Today when I was in the target store, a very nice associate ordered a women’s top for me because they didn’t have my size in the store. When I reviewed my order via the email that came from target, I realized that the associate had ordered the incorrect size for me.

Within an hour of the associate placing my order, I called your customer service number and ask them to cancel my order. 99. 99 each. I called customer service on April 10th to request a price adjustment and was informed by the rude sales representative that I could not get the price adjustment. When I went to return the pillows on April 11th at the store the sale girl informed me I was within the fourteen day price adjustment time frame and should have been given the adjustment!!

Also on March 28, 2019 my online order had all missing items when I received it. The again rude sale attendant did not even apologize when I told him how horrible my items were just rolled into a ball and thrown in a shipping bag not to mention missing items!!

As a Christian, I find it extremely disrespectful that your target ad shows a picture of a tshirt for boys for fortnite on the back of your ad. In it, it has a picture of a skeleton in an Easter bunny costume.

I ordered a light fixture online on 2/14/19 (order #: 1050662308534). It was scheduled to be delivered on the 22nd by Fed Ex. There was an adult home all day but Fed Ex never knocked just left a note on the door saying they would try next day because a signature was required.

I waited all day with no delivery. On Monday received box with a random bulb from Target, Called was told to wait a couple of more days. (never received email). Called today 2/28/19 case # 50141707 was told to wait again two more days and if I didn't receive email to call back.

To date I have been charged for the fixture it has not been delivered and the only thing I'm being told is to wait. What is it that I am waiting for? I hve wasted to much of my time getting no results.

com password was reset and not by me. So I called immediately like the e-mail suggested to report. Had 1st agent the told me just to reset my e-mail. I could of done that with out calling. I asked if my account was OK and nothing ordered . He said yes.

Dear Sirs: Our local Target at 3333 Arlington Blvd, Riverside,CA just completed a beautiful, long overdue renovation. That has been a blessing. The issue is obviously in the management staff and scheduling of stocking shelves. I have seen complaint after complaint on local Facebook concerning how inconvenient, cluttered and lack of customer service from employees. The aisles are filled with carts needed for restocking which prohibits customers from getting up and down the aisles - you can't get at the merchandise. I have never seen restocking during the middle of the day when the majority of your shoppers are in the store. The employees do not seem to be bothered to help customers - just concentrating on stocking. The beautiful new store now is junky because of this stocking issue.

Received a set of "Bose" Earbuds from my son for Christmas. Initially they worked fine in early January but problems syncing them with my iPhone & Ipad began while on vacation the week of 2/9/18. Contacted Bose who tried to trouble shoot for close to 2-hours only to be told the Earbuds where probably defective.

I was also told that the Bose 1-year warranty expired on 6/20/18 (they would have had to be sold and registered on 6/20/18) which was a surprise as my son did not purchase these from Target until 12/18/18 (see attached receipt). them he finally w/ bad actitude spoke to me and move ,Them finaly I get what I want but I still was so piss off with the man n I cama back, I told to one of the employees, to call the manager, and get what, the one talking to the girl about poppy love was him the manager, can we do something about it hes getting pay good money to take care of the costumers, them he walk away from me. first time .

this is not a complaint about your coffee (your flat white is excellent) it is about the cleanliness in your store at Braehead Shopiing Mall Glasgow UK I dont know who you employ as cleaners but the table bases ,floor and along the ledges of the windows were filthy with food stuff caked on

Dear Target:

Recently we bought a storage cube, by Furniture of America, model HFW-1453-6. The kit has some serious problems.

1. The holes in the blocks for the long metal screws are too small. I had to drill them all out. They also should have been countersunk to accomodate the wider shank near the screw head.

2. You need to drill these holes, which are going into a plywood-like material, perpendicular to the grain. Because they were parallel to the grain, one of these blocks split and had to be glued. (I am waiting for the glue to cure.)

3. I can't imagine one Phillips screwdriver that would be sufficient for the job, as the instructions indicate. I needed a #3 for the cam connectors and a #1 (much smaller) for the cam bolts. Maybe #0 for the door hardware (haven't gotten there yet).…
