It was about 8:10am Monday morning just after they opened. I went into the electronics/computer TV Dept. and asked the guy if you have empty boxes available. He turned slowly away with the most annoyed look ever, like he was in the middle of something extremely time sensitive or complex, and snapped back with a "no".

Some people don't belong in customer service and he surely doesn't. There is certain manner most people have whole with the public all day and I haven't exp'd this in maybe 30 yrs. I;m sure if Target investigates they can find me on the video tape trying to interact with this person.

I see that since I complained about being a customer for 20 years and never receiving an updated credit card you are being vindictive. I now have to show indentification every time I use my new target credit card. Good job target screwing the customer you must be very proud of yourselves.

I’m moving into my new apartment so i went to target to buy a brand new tv, i opened that packaging, the screen is shattered. I return the broken tv, i get a new one, it’s the same make and model as the last broken on.

i come home i struggle with getting it upstairs, i open the brand new box, i take the tv out. AGAIN, the screen is shattered. And now the target doesn’t have the tv i want. So i have to take this huge 55” tv back down to my car and the store and not have the tv i want. This is so frustrating.

At checkout I had to tell her how to package everything.

First of all she put both half gallons of milk in the same bag. It’s not that it will tear thru the bag, but too heavy to carry. I live in W Palm Beach. There are a lot of old folks here.

Then she put the package of hamburger in with other groceries, bot bagged separate. Then she put a greeting card in a bag with acetone, also not bagged separately. Who if anyone trains people. Someone needs to do a far better job.

I placed an order on two separate days and had it delivered with Shipt. The first order I placed was on 09-10-19 and it was delivered and everything was fine. the second order I placed was on 09-11-19 and the delivery was delayed twice and unfortunately I received a phone call at 10:00 pm at night telling me they were going to cancel the order.

com, Targets website on Friday, September 13th and Saturday, September 14th for a DVD or BlueRay for a Hallmark TV Series, Chesapeake Shores, season 1. I was attempting to purchase this as a gift. com said this specific DVD was "In Stock" at the Target in Rancho Cordova, California.

com website was wrong and the DVD was not available. I then requested to whom do I lodge my complaint with as their website says one thing and I have been highly inconveniced driving out of my way to be told "Its a mistake".

They directed me to customer service. I went to customer service to then be told they do not accept complaints and provided me with an 800 number to call. m. I called 1-800-440-0680 spoke to a women who was hard to understand, but did take my information.

Called the Brookhurst Garden Grove Ca. That is the one on Brookhurst St in Garden Grove, CA. TWICE to speak to a Customer REp. Both time the line hung up after numerous rings...there are only three options to select from. Pharmacy, get a specific department or service.

My wife and I had our baby shower 42 days before our son was born and many people bought us newborn and size 1 diapers. Now that he is 8 weeks old, we are transitioning him to 2's and wanted to exchange the 1's for 2's, however since they were purchased 42 days plus the 8 weeks, Target will not allow us to exchange them for a larger size.

Both boxes are fully sealed, nothing wrong with them, and I even had the gift receipts. Target should be well aware that some registries, especially baby registries, need extra time for returns. My wife and I are planning on having multiple children and you can bet we will NOT be doing a target registry.

Richfield Minnesota store. Jackie at the self-checkout refused to correct pricing issues and told me it was up to me to prove it was the wrong price. She refused to call and have someone check the price she told me it was my problem.

I placed an order for two items by Sterilite on 9/7/2019: Sterilite storage bin 160 qt. 29. 16 by using the Redcard, nice savings, order #1054503742298 for pick up at the Throgs Neck Target 815 Hutchinson River Parkway. Well, to my shock, hours later I received an email that they were not in stock and would have to choose another store.

Well, I chose the Pelham Manor Target location, another e-mail, that they were not in stock at this location either. Why should I have to drive to Queens or Manhattan to pick these items up. They were canceled because of the inconvenience.

Well, I went to the Targets at Throgs Neck location and they had the #13794506, but at a higher price which according to one of the workers they always had. I didn't see the other 160 qt. storage bin. Why?

This is regarding the store in Wilmington, Mass on Ballardvale street.

I live close to this Target as well as work across the street from it. I usually like to go here because its close but the last 2 weeks I have been going a lot as I am trying to find storage options. I cant honestly tell you that I have never seen a Target store in such a mess. You walk in and throughout the store there are pallets of boxes EVERYWHERE!! I am talking in every department and most rows have tons of boxes around and this is pretty much everyday. Shelves are empty so you cannot find anything when you go there. I just don't understand what they did from one day to another if this is everyday and the shelves are empty.

I have been trying to contact Target Red Card Customer Services for two days, and cannot get a call through the switchboard. After punching in my card number and my Social Security number, I get nothing but a recording that tells me they are terribly busy, the wait time is years long, and I should call back later.

I'm trying to contact them because they declined a charge of less than $25 three days ago. I can find nothing wrong with my account by reviewing it online. I have no current balance at all, and have paid my balance off in entirety every mi th for years. There is simply no reason for them to have declined the charge.

Now I can't even get through to them to find out WHY!

I just left the store at Providence in Mt Juliet. There were no check outs open none. The only option was self check out. I was told they did not have enough employees to open a check out. Which is not my problem.

I left my cart full of items I will never use self check out. When shopping I expect customer service. Sorry to say it seems Target has forgotten that concept. I will not be back!

Discrimination towards me, soon as I get into work always coming to me to see what I have on to send me home. Just to me writing me up for not having a red vest when I just started working in that position, never own one before that scone I been working there.

I understood the dress code, they ALLOWED me to wear leggings and black shirts when I started working there in January 2019. I could not fit my jeans and only owned two pairs, told them I couldn’t afford it. They finally wrecked me out a few pairs of jeans, those jeans started to not fit so I wore one of the only pairs I owned before and they had two tiny holes as one of the styles for the pants that I’ve always been wearing since I was an employee there.

And Brittni pulled me in the office that same day on 09/07/2019. Never signed…

My complaint" I feel cheated by Target. 47 cents per package when I had the receipt in front of her face she told me that it was policy for store credit policy "hea" so Target likes to rip people off they were already on sale, now you want them back pennies on the dollar and

I purchased Chinet 9 oz clear plastic cups for a small gathering. My friend, after taking the last sip from her cup, had to spit out a pointed piece of plastic. She almost swallowed it, which could have been quite harmful for her, to say the least.

She had actually pulled out several cups that she noticed were chipped and put them aside. My concern was for safety of other customers who might buy the same Chinet cups. I went to Target on First Avenue in Evansville, Indiana and asked to speak to the manager at 4:00 pm today, September 10.

I asked that she check the supply on the shelves. Basically her attitude was such that I felt she was not interested in my concern, nor did she want to be bothered. “They are plastic and plastic can break in shipping” was her answer.

I have been a Target credit card member for 19 years. Today I went to the store and my card was denied. After looking at the card it had expired 8/19. Why would you have not sent me a new card?

Instead I had to call and go through 20 minutes of recorded stuff to find a real person. The person was not helpful other then to tell me they will send me a new card. How do I know that you haven't sent me a card and it was lost in the mail and someone else was using it?

Why can't anyone answer my questions. I know you're a large company, but come on what happened to customer service?

On 9/8 your website said Halloween Succulents from the boutique collection would be available on line. They weren't. The Arvada Co Target does not have their halloween merchandise out . If it's in your advertisement , which it is, I expect that it would be in the store. The area where it should be they previously had back to school shop has been sitting empty for about two weeks now.

Some of the new changes to our Target are losing customers. Example. The picture kiosk. While people waited for pictures, they would shop. Now these customers are going to Walmart. Whoever made this decision has no idea of customers wants. Losing money, not saving.

On Thursday September 5, 2019 I was in my local Target store (Sierra Pkwy, Reno, Nevada) and saw a camera that I wanted to purchase for my granddaughter. 99. I found a store associate and told him I would like to purchase the camera.

After a couple of minuted, he told me the camera was out of stock but I could order it and have it delivered either to my house or to the store. I opted to order it and have it shipped to the store.

He had trouble ordering it so he called another employee over to help hip. After a few more minutes, I was told the camera was not available to be ordered on-line but I could get a rain check. I said OK and had to follow the employee to the Customer Service desk.

I worked for target in Chesapeake va target south 23022 for 4,years and then In came Hanna .. she never liked me because I’m 65 and white .. when she came in there my hours went down and down to where I was getting 4 hrs a week ..

I bought a beauty box in July 2019. I used the Acure Radically Rejuvenating SPF Day Cream on my face and neck and I got a rash on my neck. It was red and burning my neck. I went to Corona Regional Medical Center in Corona California and the doctor prescribed medication and benadryl.

I am an avid collector of funko pops. Mainly disney funko and was there this morning to obtain the haunted mansion funko only to find out that out of 12- 15 people that were standing there only six would receive the 3 pack of hitchhikers and only 1 person would be able to get the opera singer!

Also I asked the employee if they had ezra 10 inch funko available because the site said they had them available, to which I was told they prob never received them which I find ridiculous because it said the store had them. I also checked the location down the street cause i was told they had 2.

Hi,

Several months ago I ordered a monthly subscription of Feria Medium Violet Haircolor to be delivered to my home. The first month went swimmingly, but the second month, when I opened up the box, someone had removed the big bottle of white coloring agent from the package. Now, how is it that the person packing the item didn't notice this? So I got a refund.

The next month I didn't realize it was being sent by Fedex, so I missed all three delivery attempts, and it got sent back. Fedex is a real pain at my apartment building because I have to know in advance and block the door open so the delivery person can get in. I contacted Target and asked if my order could be mailed by USPS instead of Fedex, but they said no.

I had a bathroom emergency (diarrhea) and i really had to go and i went to the bathroom. It was bad enough that i had to leave my items at the register because i could not wait any longer. I was trying to purchase school supplies at the Target store on Hall Boulevard in Tigard, Oregon. I was mildly surprised to find various items were completely out of stock (not a problem; I know this happens when you shop at the last minute).

I was more disturbed when I found that at least 2 of the out of stock item shelves had been refilled with more expensive items that looked identical to what was supposed to be stocked (signs were still marked with incorrect price and item descriptions). Huge mouse infestations at target store 1809, I saw multiple mice run through the aisles. You can smell where the mice nest at, food/packaging stocked on the shelves has been eaten through.

I was shopping this morning at your Estero Florida store and went to self check out. As I turned into check out are I slid as there was a big pile of dog poop on the floor. I was able to grab my cart but I hurt my recently operated knee replacement leg ..

the front girl Jeannie did nothing to help me as I had to sit because my sneaker was encased in poop. It was another customer who helped me and got a manager who could care less. I had to fight for them to give me a pair of flip flops which I should not be wearing dud to my knee recovery.

As a long time Target shopper I am so upset that this corporation with all its success has such a poor customer service. Yes Target made great strides with their internet presence but let me tell you they have a long way to go regarding customer service and management skills.

I experienced a malfunction with a register on Sunday and the lack of care of ability to resolve the issue is very concerning. I can't imagine this store will last with lack of management skills. The story and excuses are to long to list.

I am still trying to get the transaction reversed as I was charged three times and the fourth charge on another register to purchase the items. Unbelievable hours and I am not exaggerating hours trying to get my money back.

My daughter was hired to work in the cosmetics part of your Tyler, TX store. She was so excited to be a part of Target, a store as a family we all loved. From day one, she was bullied and harassed.

She was given no training, just thrown out onto the sales floor but expected to succeed and know what to do and when to do it. One particular supervisor, Monica, was always aggressive towards her, talking down to her and making her feel bad for doing the best she could with the next to no training she was given.

Fortunately, I have never needed before assistance for the disabled. I now have a condition which requires me to use your motorized scooters. The last few times I have visited the Clark, NJ, Central Ave store the scooters are either all gone, not plugged in, and positioned in the wrong place to reach them. They should be in the front and we should have easy access. Your attention to this matter would be most appreciated as I am a valued customer at Target.

Appalled by the way I was spoken too by an older target employee. To have a go at me because my child touched a toy in the toy section and didnt buy the item was unprofessional and unnessary. The item was not damaged or dirtied in any way and was put back in the right place.

As soon as I saw her with it she was told off and she put it back. The younger girl at checkout apologised for treatment and said she was in a 'bad mood today'.

I am trying to order up and up diapers and have them sent to my Apo adress to Gernany I love the Target diapers and want to still use them for my baby now that we are stationed overseas. I know Target does not ship oversized items to Apo but even thej big fiaper box shouldn't be considered oversized. Went to the target in Staunton, ma. Wanted to buy a grill. None were in stock so I went to the customer service desk to see if I could order one. Was told by the male customer service representative, that I could not ordering there,I had to go online and use the target app.
