It would be in the company’s best interest to retrieve your company vehicle driven by employee Daniel Soto out in the Pasadena/Clear Lake area. This individual uses the company vehicle for:

1.) Drug runs to go pick up, sell and deliver weed.

2.) Smokes weed in the company vehicle.

3.) Drunk drives REPEATEDLY! Weekly. This is the most concerning aspect and the reason for the report. The car is housed at:

m. I asked if I could get as far of a heads up of when the tech would be at my home because I had to coordinate dropping off 3 cats and 2 dogs at the groomer. It was critical as my pets and house have fleas.

I received a generic message in the morning from the technician, Victor Pazmino, confirming he'll be here. I called him later in the day to see if could get an update - no answer. Called again, he picked up and the call dropped and he didn't call back.

I reached out to the office to ask for their help in getting an update. They couldn't get him because he was driving so I called again and spoke w/him. He said he was running late but would be there at 5:22 per his GPS. m.

They did a walk through to make sure that things were bagged properly. Prior to leaving I-was asked were I wanted them to leave my house key. I told them on the counter or on the dining table. On September 16, 2023, at approximately 11:00 am I received a call from the PG$E representative asking me had the tent been removed from my home as he wanted to get an early start.

Our appointment was scheduled from anywhere between 1-5pm. I told him that I didn’t know if the tent had been removed and we agreed to meet at my home at 1pm so that he could turn on the gas. I arrived at my home at approximately 12:45.

Had a problem with bedbugs. My mother has 4 aides. They work 11 hr shifts. Night shift is NOT supposed to go in a bed. One did and started the problem. My mother is 93 yo with dementia. Called Terminix because of the name. Wrong move.

I was never told how to prepare for the treatment, such as closets and drawers being emptied and bagged. Threw the bed and the bedding in the garbage! They came back in a week and sprayed again. They NEVER STEAMED! Paid $1453. for your useless service.

Bedbugs were in my mother’s bed next. Called a new company who told me exactly what needed to be done to prep. I had to put my mother in a motel for 4 days so I could clean everything out.

Giving 1 star because I can't give 0. Started out with the "free" inspection consultation. I was required, on the spot, to fork over just over 100 bucks to ensure that a tech could get to our house that week.

I did because we had a rat problem (we live in the country and the farmers were in the fields. In 11 years, 1st time with stupid rats). The tech, hunter, showed up and put termite things in the yard.

I made sure to ask about if they would hinder my mower. 5) they would stay in the ground with no issues. That weekend, we mowed and 2 of them came up and my blades chopped the top rings right off.

Absolutely pathetic service from the local service and branch managers: Steve and Caleb. I needed a dusting done for Brown Recluses done on the 26th of July and when the tech came out, they said that they had no idea they were supposed to dust.

I sent the manager "Steve" texts he left on read. He did, however, answer the tech's call. During that time, I called customer service back and complained because I had to take off of work to even HAVE the appointment.

So, I am losing money and resources for a service that I did not receive. I rescheduled a dusting for the 31st and then the tech got off the phone with the manager. She let me know that he simply just did not want to dust, mainly because he had to do a dusting for some other client recently who had already had a dusting 3 weeks…

My parents were having some mice in their house. Terminix employee went up in attic to check it out. When he came back down he had taken pictures and showed it to us . He claimed that they had an infestation of mice and that all of the insulation would have to be removed and all of this treatment needed to be done. 00 dollars.

We got a second opinion and none of this was true. He was lying. I believe that he was trying to take advantage of my elderly parents and rip them off.

I had a problem with the encapsulation service on my home. Called the number on the website on Monday8-17 and they stated they would be out on Tuesday between 11 and 3. No one showed and upon calling they stated that it had been rescheduled to Tuesday 8-18 from 11 to 1.

Again a no show and upon calling they stated it had been rescheduled for Thursday 8-19. Again a no show and upon checking it shows a rescheduling for 8-20 for 11 to 1. Each phone call, I was told they would have the manager call.

Signed contract 1st provider did a shitty job on Thursday try to contact someone no one called me back finally I reach the guy who cell phone number I had from my appointment he sends message to manager to call me. Manager calls and comes back out on Monday.

We were told we had bed bugs by one of Terminex’s service men. After another technician came in he was heard on our camera telling the other guy it’s not bed bugs it’s some kind of wood eating beetle that was in our wicker headboard and if we got rid of that problem would be solved.

The other technician told him we already paid $2000 so they continued to treat as bed bugs. They also melted my comforter in dryer and big stain on carpet. No one is answering my calls or texts. We would like some kind of refund.

I contracted with Terminix in Nov of 2022 to help me get rid of Moles and Gophers that were tearing up my yard. I was told that they would be useing granuales that would cause the pest to leave the area. I was expecting traps.

But I decided they must know what they are doing. They are the Professionals. I was also told it would take about three treatments before I would see results. Of course by that time we are well into winter. The moles and gophers were not as active, but I still saw some mounds in my yard.

On April 12, 2023 I signed an annual mosquito/termite contract with Teriminx with $163.12 to be debited from my account monthly. It was correctly debited on that date. On May 2, 2023 I called and asked what the balance of the contract was so I could pay it in full and no longer be debited, I was quoted $906.49 which I paid. On May 11,2023 my account was again debited $163.08, I called again and was told it was an error, would not happen again and the money refunded. It was not refunded and on June 10, 2023 $80.69 was debited. A local Miami Terminix inspector(Daniel Perera Jr) claimed he did an inspection for drywood termites on May 30,2023 with me not aware of his visit. In his report I was given the green light. On that date I was home and no one from Terminix was here.

Daniel's report is false and I do have signs of termite dust in a particular area. Service agreement number is 1667459.

I have been extremely disappointed with my service. I don't feel like there has been any improvement. With the amount of money I spent on the YEARLY contract, I have only gotten 2 service statements explaining what was done on my property.

Today Olan from Terminix came to my home to complete a pest control service. I have been a customer of Terminix since 2016. They normally come and treat the parameter and my balcony. Olan comes in my home with a spray can and starts to treat.

I never scene that before so, I ask why he isn't using the truck treatment. he states the ladder on the truck is not for use and he can't reach the area. He then starts to argue "Manspain" with me over where bugs come from and why my deck doesn't need to be treated.

I have a Drywood termite bond with Terminex on my home in Orlando. I’ve had different technicians come to my house and treat multiple different areas of infestation in my house over the past few weeks. A manager was supposed to call me back to talk about the tinting process.

I have tried to reach out to Terminex numerous of times. Yes I did get aggravated with all the lies. They came and sprayed for 30 min and charged $1,051. I am trying to get my attic sprayed by a different tech than the ones who came out.

I paid the company to remove all attic insulation, and to patch all holes to prevent squirrels from returning. There are now several small nail holes in my ceiling, and squirrels are back. The man I signed the contract with had not responded to ann of my calls Or texts.

Terminix didn’t finish their treatments. They told me they would come out approximately 3 times, but they only came out once. I kept calling the gentleman & he would never answer the phone. I finally talked to someone about the guy not coming back out & he told me that he would make sure he fix the problem and see why he haven’t came back out.

I never heard from anyone again but now I’m left with a bill to pay. A bill that I shouldn’t be paying. I had to buy my kids some more bedroom suites when terminix told me I wouldn’t have to do that.

If they would’ve came back out & finished, I probably wouldn’t have to spent money on 2 bedroom suites

I have called the corporate phone line and spoke with four different people until I'm blue in the face. I never get any return calls within the 24 to 48 hours as promised. I don't want to do anything drastic but that's what it looks like Is going to happen .

One of the agents was just lying during the call she was asking to be patient because she was new, we been requesting a supervisor the whole call at the end she was telling us that because she was a senior agent she was technically a supervisor, 30 minutes on the phone with this agent saying she was new and at the end she says that, agents should be lying like that then she send us to another agent saying he was. not sure what manager but I think Mike Escobar My service is not being provided, the local manager Kevin is rude, prude, and has noted my account to not service. (which is fine because they did not provide service anyhow) I have had rodents, spiders, ants, bugs of all kinds. VIDEOS TO PROVE IT!

furthermore, I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR A SERVICE CONTRACT! EVER! if my account shows this I was not told this nor would I EVER sign up! I asked to discontinue service after a few months and he said it would go towards my credit and he refused.

So, I continued to pay on auto pay and give it a go to see if it would get better. Months went by with being dissatisfied over and over with the same poor service as I continued to keep paying and calling with the same issue!

We have been with Terminix for almost 7 years. We have always renewed our annual contract ($373.00) and always paid in May. We have sold our home and requested from Terminix a WDIR inspection as part of our selling responsibility. On Feb 8, the Pascagoula, MS branch sent Danny Hunter to do the inspection, he charged us $374.00 for the WDIR inspection. I have called into the branch and then again to the call center, both times, I was told the fee is up to the branch to determine the cost of the WDIR inspection. I have checked other businesses in the area to see what they charge for the same inspection and I have been told it varies but no more than $150.00. AND TERMINIX charged a 7 year customer $374, the same amount as the annual contract.

Promise a certain service and what they do to back it up and completely fail. Fail in getting rid of the problem. Failed to do it in the amount of time allotted. Failed to do the backup plan that they said would be done. Customer service is useless.

Told me all kinds of different things. Never backed up promises. Never returned phone calls. No communication to the field people.

Finally got a little response from two gentleman making more empty promises including staying in touch and keeping us informed. Promised a compensation that never transpired and now we are back to no return communication. Klint and John Reynolds have not fulfilled their promises either. Go figure.

1 is too good of a rating. Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with, EVER!

I have been told on two-three separate occasions that the exterminator would be coming to my house, the first time beginning in the month of December 2022. Due to a possibility of bad weather on the day of service in December, the guy called me to ask since he was in the area if he could just come by then.

Him coming by at this day and time was an inconvenience for me since I was working and couldn’t be there in the time he needed to allow him inside. They never showed up on the scheduled day of service, the weather didn’t get bad until that night.

However, the guy told the company that he had stopped by and we were not here. They then rescheduled him to come out to our house in February, my husband even took off work all day just to be there to let him inside.

I received bill in the mail a week or two ago for termite service. The bill shows it is due in April. I received an email today (2/9/23) showing the annual amount was already charged to my credit card. That's TWO early!!

when i contacted a customer service representative I was told since I'm on auto pay that is standard procedure. I never saw when I signed up for auto pay that I would be charged so early. As a senior citizen, this creates a problem.

What's next charging 6 months in advance??? VERY DISAPPOINTED

Has got to be the biggest rip off of all time. Tech came out and did absolutely NOTHING. Lied and said I has termites on my property and up-sold me termite protection... I had 3 other companies come out for an inspection and there were no termites.

I was suckered in to buying additional services that I did not need. I called to cancel and get my money back and they are refusing. Save your time and money and use local pest companies. Terminix is a huge pile of actual shit.

Hired Terminix for the treatment of bedbugs early in 2022. We removed everything from our home and did not bring it back it back in until laundered as instructed. The team was here for an hour put on mattress pads and sprayed.

We have asked them to return monthly and when they are here they spot treat parts of the house. We continue to have bedbugs in different areas of the house. There have been no discussions regarding strategy to eliminate the bugs.

I contacted Terminix and asked for help with a rodent problem. The initial inspection did not include these listed points. * thorough inspection to determine where and how rodents are entering your home. *report findings and develop integrated pest management solutions **rodenticides, tamper-resistant bait stations, and live traps to offer the best chance of success.

I was told that my situation did not warrant an exclusion policy. I did not understand that terminology. I realize now that the inspection was not adequate to make that determination. The technician placed only 4 or 5 sticky pads at obvious points of entry in the bathrooms and kitchen. They were completely ineffective.

I had a clear misinstellation of an EZ Breath unit and was given no warranty card or service manual for unit in question. I spoke to your Rep Rodney Mitchell and the E Z Breath manager Andre La Croix and they bith verified unit installed improperly at my home.

We purchased it last yr for 4 yrs to remove squirrels from our attic. All they did is try to cover up where they thought they got in. It states they will remove, fix and ensure they won’t come back. Covering the hole is the only thing done.

I have made numerous calls to get this taken care of, it’s been almost a yr and they brought wildlife cages and peanuts on Thur Oct 13. One was caught Sat Oct 15, and I called and texted the number but no response. By Mon Oct 17 the noise became louder as the squirrel had gone 2 days without food or water. I called and the tech says he was busy but would call his boss to see if someone could come over. By 5pm no one showed.

was refused each time I talked to customer service plenty of times and each time they tell me something different. ("I'm not on the account, they wont spray inside the home, my sons not on the account, a supervisor will call me, etc) and nothing

I called to address an issue I was having and was informed the issues I'm experiencing can't be controlled by terminix services. I stated I would like to cancel services since you guys couldn't help and then I was then spoke to in one of the worst manners before being transferred with the last thing the agent said, "And just to let you know it'll be over a 1,000 dollars for early termination have a good day". Completely uncalled for and totally unnecessary.

00 charges that I should not be charged. The manager at my service location has not followed up on the more than 6 six request that I made. I placed a stop on the payment that I made thru Discovery and TERMINIX disputed the change and they added in back to my account.

00 to my Discovery card as well. I was told that because they found no evidence of anything I would not be charged. After speaking with several representatives on numerous occasions I never received any reply or response from the manager that service my area. ignoring of my requests.

This has been a heartfelt venture that could have easily been resolved by management submitting a refund request in a timely manner. Please act on this matter immediately and contact me with a written response/telephone call.

I had somebody come out to my house on 26 August. They are supposed to spray for flea infestation. They were literally there for 10 minutes . i'm pretty sure you can't spray a 2 story house , with a basement in 10 minutes .

and my fleas are worse than they were before. called you guys multiple times to tell you what a crappy job he did and have something done . so we can move back into our house because my children are allergic to fleas.

and yet here i am again explaining myself to like the 10th person trying to get stuff done . they want you to attach pictures what a joke . can’t go in my house . they want you to chat , you get no answers but the technician will call you back .

ask for refund and still get jerked around . this is by far the worse service i’ve dealt with in my life .…
