Ever since contacting terminex, I have been lied to, and given the run around so many times, oh except when they collected the payment. Initially visit was rescheduled with no warning to me, when you call customer service you get different people and a different story every time.
Then they finally showed up said they would need to come back in two weeks, oh but you can't make that appointment with me. You'll have to call the terminex number, which is a call center full of people that haven't a clue what's going on with the drivers.

I have been using Terminix for about 3 1/2 yrs since I had unexpected house guest that brought “other’s “ with them. The problem had gotten better but then like everything the pandemic came and the issues got bad again.
When Terminix’s resumed service they came and treated and said they would be back in 3 months then I ask if it I could have them do a few in between visits to help. I was told yes however it Never happen so when I received a test saying they were coming for my June visit I called and tried to cancel my service but was talked into keeping it and June s service was free.

takes them seconds to enter your credit card , weeks to cancel from these turds . They have 3 rd party customer service which is 2nd to none , meaning none is great , they cant see whats on the terminex terminals.
They hire high school dropouts as there techs , they are supposed to come out and list what they did, they don't come to your house they just write that they did, there number 1 goal is to sucker you into the termite subscription , once there you cant opt out or you have pay the full amount, I paid $500 to get out and still they hold me in there contract , then they got there termite bait canisters (see the bait cannisters get termites that weren't at your how to show up, once you remove the bait cannister, you'll now have termites and

I had terminix come and do an inspection for rodent prior to me moving in I paid them prior to treatment and the man had me sign a contract that he said would be for the treatment of rodents. The next day a totally different man comes and is treating for everything but the rodents and said the man had me down for a package to treat roaches so I then

Miles in the woods so I called terminix to make sure I can get a tick treatment out here they signed me up for the complete package which came to $254 plus tax I went ahead and signed up thinking that my pet would be okay and the home would be fine would get all the pest control.

Was charged $500 to remove a raccoon from attic of a rental property. Terminix showed up as scheduled and placed 2 traps out. I was informed by my tenant that the traps were put outside the house, not in the attic of property and the bait was a honey buy in each trap.
Terminix returned a week later to retrieve the traps which of course caught no raccoon and now they are avoiding calls and when we finally go the manager, he promised to be out himself the following Monday and we're still waiting. Raccoon has now torn a hole in the ceiling of the house so I'm be spending even more money
I filled out an online request for an inspection and evaluation in April 2022, after seeing a single mouse in my house. They showed up the next day and hard pressured me into an unneeded, unwanted set of termite bait stations.
I paid several thousand upfront and signed up for their 12 month contract, which they implied was required. They promised to rid my home of any rodents, including cutting a hole into my foundation, installing a door, so that they could access my crawlspace and do extensive work in there.

I closed my account in March and I was told someone will contact me to come pick up the bait stations and fill the holes they made. It’s the end of May and I have called too many times just to get nowhere.

Terminix driver at the corner of Oella and Westchester at 12:00p on 4/29 needs to learn how to navigate 4 way stops. Nearly hit two cars, at separate parts of the intersection, who had right of way priority ahead of him.
So I've been dealing with terminix since at least 2013 with varying customer svc. I hit peak frustration, move to another company level 2017ish. And im back there now . I've not had an assigned tech since Nov 2021. Whoever they can get to fill in does the service.
They actually missed a month of service. I've been promised compensation &communication since 2/22. And yet I'm never contacted or informed of service date. I try working with them so I make the calls to the call center & follow it up with calls to the service mgrs.
Here's what it's like: I called Monday to find out WHEN I'm scheduled. Was told this Saturday. Ok.. explain I need certain apts serviced as well, explain what I need and since they are occupied apts I need a window of time so tenants can be prepared.

August 2021, Terminex came to my home for a rodent issue. I signed a contract to have the work finance by "SMAC". Terminex was supposed to remove the insulation in my attic & replace it, cover ALL possible entry places with screens (including inside my home).
They came out & put screens on 1s. They missed a few entry spaces so I called so they could come back & finish. It took a week to get it done. Then they come out to do the "attic work".
They remove the insulation & they replace it. When done, they inform my husband they can't reach the back part of my attic so there's no insulation there. I called to have the charges adjusted since they couldn't completely do the job.

I've been a customer for a very short amount of time and in that time I've received multiple bills but no actual service. There have been no traps set..no plans executed to solve the problem I contacted them about and no help from customer service or the local office to resolve the issues! A year ago I realized I had a termite issue and called Terminix. Someone came out and did an inspection and told me what the price would be for maintenance termite and pest control. I was not made aware of the different options for bundles but just given one.
I have been paying for the service for a year now and this week my termites are back. It’s taken multiple calls and chats online to finally get someone out to my house. The guy only sprayed and “dusted” the area for the termites he could see.

It took days to make an appt. Then once finally made , they NEVER. Showed ! I waited 3 hours . Tried to call and kept getting a runaround . No one ever got back to me as to why the technician never showed .
That’s so disrespectful to the customer . It’s such a corporate business and the local branch is very hard to get in touch with . I will never use them
Terminix is not supposed to charge for follow up service. There was no communication from the technician whatsoever and I was never notified that they would charge for the follow up service which was free of charge in the past.
The online scheduling specifically outlines that the follow up service is separate from the regular service and they absolutely must notify the customer if they are IGNORING the FREE follow up service request and moving up the regular service appointment instead, without even telling the customer. I would like my 99 dollars refunded to me.

Said No one was home. Not true. We were both home.

Truck 4299 on Hoover Hill Rd, Asheboro NC was horrible at driving. Safety hazard by backing out In road in front of me ( on a 55mph road), then going 20mph below the speed limit and stopping for no reason.

I requested service for yellowjackets in August of 2019. It was a one time request. I was apparently put on a year long contract for quarterly service. In November 2019, a techniciam performed a service and I was upset when I received the bill.
I contacted Terminix on 2-11-20, 3-17-20 and believed the matter was resolved as my contract was canceled on 4-2-20. I beleived the matter was resolved until I received another collection notice and I called again on 8-6-20, 8-7-20, 8-11-20, and 8-13-20 with no call backs in 24-48 hours as promised.

I originally requested to have a WDI report completed on Jan 22, 2022 at my home address which is covered by Terminix the technician did not show. I called and scheduled another appoint for Jan 27, 2022. The technician Mr.

I've spoken to a customer service agent on Monday but he informed me to give it 24-48 hours before I contact termix office again well it's been over 48hrs and to me I feel this situation isn't being addressed appropriately or have no concerns for their customers

I have had the exclusion service, it will be 3 years in July and the problem with the rodents is still not resolved. 00 and still the problem is not solved. The manager has yet to call me. The only reason I continue with my service is because of my pest control technician (ALTUNTAS,MASHAR).

I had Terminix out on 12/13/2021 for a termite inspection, I was refinancing the house, he didn’t find any live activity but he found where it had beef treated years ago, he told me that unless I signed a one year treatment contract then it would not pass the refinance so I signed it, after thinking about it and talking with the mortgage company I decided to cancel it, I sent the cancellation letter certified mail on 12/14/2021 to the address that was on it, it was received on 12/15/2021 and

Terminex failed to provide the service I requested after paying for 6 months. I canceled the service and they still charged me after saying the would not because of lack of service. Port poor company. Never trust them I have a legal file agains them for fraud and theft.

November 27, 2021 had an inspecter come to check my home for rodents getting in. The first issue was he came early didn’t call looked around sat in his car a while then left he never came to the door.
I called to see what happen he came back. We discussed a price he was suppose to set me up for financing told me my payment amount & the service date if Dec. 6 & punt due date only for my bank to be over drawn a few days later because, he didn’t put the correct info in.
After SEVERAL calls speaking with different reps to confirm if my service date was to be Dec. 6. Several message were sent to the inspecter & the branch mgr Mark with no response. Here we are on Dec 6 with no service person at my home nor a return call from the branch mgr for the 3rd time.

I have a contract with Terminix and they refuse to honor it, stating the representative had to right to offer me the contract he did. It has been 3 years and they have honored it until this year. I based my decision on the contract I was presented, and would not have bought the service had the contract been as Terminix now states it is.
I feel Terminix should have either refused the contract initially, or they should honor it as written.
I called for a real estate termite and pest report. The man that came out to the location was unprofessional and pushy and kept trying to sell us a $125 / month plan even though we had not purchased the house yet and told him so repeatedly.
He stated that he found termite damage in a landscaping timber 3 feet from the house and carpenter ants on a different side. He went around to the neighboring houses before he had finished with his "inspection" trying to sell the same plan.

On August 18th 2021 I call terminix for a one time service to spray for hornets I was charged $201. On November 4th 2021 terminix showed up to my house at 7:30 in the morning I had no idea they were coming.
First of all I didn't want my house to be sprayed again the hornets were gone then I found out that you cashed my check from August which I thought was already cashed I'm so mad because you over drafted my account which the money in my account was going to my electric bill so I don't get shut off.

In 2021, I paid $1200 to rid groundhogs from under my front porch. Your representative captured the ground hog and then came back and supposedly poured cement connecting the chicken wire that surrounds the bottom of my porch and deep enough in ground, to prevent the groundhogs from digging under my porch.
