Fort Worth office billing concern...called in to cancel before auto renew in july 2021... told would not renew but could switch to termite protection only at end of contract in Aug 2021. they cancelled pest control but kept termite protection and billed me more than I had been paying for termite protection. can't get it resolved with billing after several attempts to get refunded. today after talking with 3rd person concerning issue was put on hold which I've been for 1 hour. We have had 5 treatments for bed bugs and we are still finding live bugs. 00. I want my money back! The last visit on 9/8/2021, the technician took our curtains off the wall and threw them in the hallway.

He didn't bag anything, was only in our home 35 minutes. Left both front and back door open when they left, and we had the air conditioning on. We have called the supervisor three times, with no return call. We were guaranteed they would solve our issue. Terminex is a joke!

Your Santa Fe Springs office is no longer an office I want handling my service although I’m in their location area. I’ve been contacting your office since July 2021 regarding the partial service provided by their technician Alexander on July 28, 2021.

I’ve asked to have district manager/regional manager to call me. A Michael Johnson call, stated he would have someone come out from another location but has FAILED to comply.

We have been using Terminix for several years and have a contract where they would come out and check our house every couple of months. After the last service call, we noticed a wasp nest outside under our deck (my wife was stung by one). My wife called their number several times, got put on hold, and finally hit the number for them to call back. After about the 5th call, they did call back. I picked up, explained the problem, and was told the local manager would call within 48 hours to let us know when someone would be here. He never called.

I got online after 4 days and chat with someone using their service. He saw my request for a callback and that it had not been responded to. So I asked him to put in another request. And still nothing.

Why pay for a service if you can’t get…

I was a contract customer in Insight Pest Solution for 10 years and then continued with Terminix for the last couple of years since they took over Insight. Service was not as good as Insight but I stayed. I have had a wasp,bumble bee, and carpenter bees for last 3 years.

Each time they treat and it gets a little better but they are never completely gone. In May, they came out and treated but the bees were less but still here. I called on 7-23 and asked them to come back to treat esp by the diving board as my grandkids were getting stung.

They said someone will schedule a visit within 24 to 48 hrs. I called every 2-3 days since and each time I get the same response. I actually got an appointment on 8-6 but it was a no show and when I called to get a status, I was told there was never an…

The service rep offered me a full-house inspection by experts. The gentleman who came to my house proclaimed himself a "salesman", not an expert. He checked under my counters in two small places, proclaimed my problem to be mice, said some traps would be brought out by the service rep, had me sign a contract and left.

Two traps were brought out and after several months have not caught a mouse. I received a flyer via mail on about 11/15/20. The flyer offered me a free termite inspection. The flyer was from the Redding office. I called the Redding office on111/22/20.

An appointment was set for 11/20. No one showed up and I was not called with an explanation. The same thing happened on 6/30, 10/7 and 12/7. I called asking to speak to a manager on 4/13. I was asked to provide a callback…

Your driver parked his truck number 220517 in my driveway at 6:45 pm. I live at 7511 Bulfinch Ct. The house he is servicing is at 7509 Bulfinch Ct. when I asked him to park in his customer's driveway or in the public street his response was "I'm not walking that far" not the type of courteous behavior I think that Terminix expects from their drivers.

It certainly makes me think twice about ever hiring your company knowing that you employ such rude people.

I made 3 different appointments, after I paid for it.

First intital appointment got cancelled because we were told they would just lay traps. Come to find out we had to leave our home for 4 hours. So I rescheduled with the technician on the phone. I was told the next Friday. They never came.

Then I called to ask why they didn't come? They say the technician never made the appointment. So I rescheduled for April 19th, weird hours was given 5pm to 7pm... They never came. Now I'm going to call and try to get my money back.

But I will NEVER use or refer them to anybody. We made arrangements 2 times to be out the house so it can be exterminated. Wanted our money.

A driver in a Terminix vehicle with license plate 99282•MM today Monday the 19th of April was speeding up and slowing to prevent from passing and any time I was able to pass he would speed up and pass and did this to me a few times. Including a time where I tried to not let him pass and was driving 85mph when he passed me.

He was screaming at me when he did so as well. Honestly I would just like him to get some help with his anger and control issues because he was definitely having some road rage. I’m not sure if I did something wrong to him somehow to start it off but if I did I know I’m not a perfect driver and apologize for any inconvenience I may have caused him.

On 2/9/2021 your company serviced our home for rat extermination. The bill was $1500. For some odd reason many, many mouse traps were set in our house and garage, but very few rat traps. No rats have been caught in any of these traps.

In fact, we have a video of one being caught by the neck in a rat trap, and then being able to free itself. We were told it takes 3-4 weeks for the problem to be solved, but I cannot see much difference now, almost 7 weeks later and have seen not one rat in any trap in our garage, attic or anywhere else they were placed.

i not only got charged when i asked and agreed to pay once agent had seen the issue, but was charged SEVEN times yes they took the payment SEVEN times this caused me severe financial issues as you can guess. I spend several hours trying to speak to an agent only to get cut by the agent on three separate times.

We called Terminix for bed bug problem. The first guy that came out initially told us they had a 6-month guarantee which he later cleared up and said there was only a three-month guarantee. We ended up paying $1,200 for them to take care of the problem.

They scheduled several visits about a week apart first one lasting for a couple hours. At first we didn't see any bed bugs for about a week or two. Then we started to see a few here and there and we showed them as they often where seeing themselves that there was still an infestation.

Then on the last visit we even told them what about the bugs that you just found and the guy said he didn't know they would get back in contact with us. If you have to contact us back or say anything about coming back.

The only reason you have 1 star is there's nothing lower. My daughter purchased a home this past summer which had your so called traps throughout yard. We now find trap term is totally misleading as they're actually bait stations.

Son after moving in her 2 dogs were seen nibbling on grass close to so called traps and soon both dogs were dead. She didn't have vet examine them as cause of death was obvkous. she soon contacted terminex and asked that you remove bait stations asap and you told her she didn't have right to even request that.

The request had to come from former owner who had them placed there. I've sen low class companies before but you've go to be at bottom of list. Am going to recommend government agency who handles situations like this to penalize in every way possible.

would have given them 0 stars because a 1 star is way too generous. Scheduled to come out on a Friday between 3-5, so I had to take off work, didn't call or show up. called at 5:30 and they told me they were running behind and they would be there within a half an hour.

6:00 still no call or no one shows up. I wait till 6:30 and call again and they tell me that they aren't coming, but I would be first priority tomorrow (saturday). Still again no one shows up or calls.

In May of 2011, I heard activity in my attic and I called Terminix to come out and inspect because this was a new residence for me. At that time they said that I had roof rats in my attic and yard. The inspector told me that if I had installation blown into my attic that this would take care of the problem. They have me an estimate of 8,000.00 to have this service done. Fast forward - In April of 2018, I called Terminix out again to my home because of large amounts of flies inside my home. On June 20, 2019, I had scheduled for service for my home. No one showed up. When I called to find out what happened, they told me I was on the schedule for the next day, June 21. I was not able to be home, so I cancelled service.

On June 26, 2019, a service tech came to my house. I was not home, and he left his card. I did not schedule any service for that day. 00 for services that were never done. My bank was charged, causing me to become overdrawn, as I did not plan for the charges from Terminix.

this company "sprayed" for ants in my home two and half weeks ago. Im experiencing the same problem, ants all over the kitchen counters and adjoining room Terminix puts me on hold, Not returning to my phone calls of about 10 calls.

Believe this is a bogus company in the Wilson NC area and needs investigated. Terminix has DONE nothing to remedy the problem they were hired to do.

I fired orkin to save money. In 5 yrs never a complain with orkin. Less the 1 month with terminex and the service I was scheduled for on Monday never showed or called. When I called they said it would be Friday.

It's friday I have two severly autistic little boys once again I ckeaned oyt my cabinets to be told they arent coming bc I need a 250 dollar additional service. Don't care I was scheduled twice. Yoy have no idea what i have to go through to clean out my cabinets with my childrens disability.

I had terminex come out about a month ago to treat our house. We called about a week later, because we still have a problem. We scheduled appointments 3 times and all 3 were no shows, without even a courtesy call.

I took a half day of work off one time and another wasted an entire Saturday waiting, even called the company and was told to be patient. This is ridiculous. I never experienced such in consideration from such a well known company.

According to our paid Termite contract with Terminx they are to do an annual inspection of our residence in Honolulu HI. We received a phone call from Terminix on June 19, 2019 to set an inspection date for June 21, between 8-10 am.

Because of the last inspection by an inexperienced person who missed many of the ground stations I offered to help the Terminix inspectort as to where/and how to look for the stations. I was told that the inspector will call me before arriving.

Needless to say no one called or showed up. So I tried to call the Terminix office to find out the status. After more than 45 minutes wait and various transfers I was able to talk to a live person who promised to have the area manager call me to explain and set up another appointment.

This company is extremely unprofessional! Someone was suppose to come out and inspect our home for termites between the hours of 3 - 5pm, NO ONE called or showed up! We were told that TOMMY had a headache and they would have to reschedule for a third day. For two days people were inconvenienced due to the lack of professionalism! When asking to speak to a MANAGER on this issue they stated the manager was too busy to speak to me on the matter. I would NEVER advise anyone to send their business to this company! This is the WORST service I have ever experienced in my life!

I overpaid my account. Once on March 22nd and the other on April 15th. I have been calling since April 22nd to get a refund. It is now June 10th and I still have not received my refund. 5/21- Received phone call from a Terminix technician named Luis who said he wanted to meet with me to begin services to my property as Terminix had taken over our account from Applied Pest Management. I told Luis that I did not want to start services until I had a cost proposal for my property in writing. I made an appointment with Luis for 5/29 to review his cost proposal in person at my property. I followed up with Luis by text message immediately following our conversation to make sure he understood that I would need a cost proposal from him before I would agree to start any service.

5/29- Luis never showed up and never called me back for the appointment we made for 5/29 between 12:00-2:00pm.

Mr. Scott Weaver Tel 734-464-4601 visited the site on 5/30/19/ He estimated the cost US$500.0 I paid by credt card . He is supposed to be there on 5/31/19. I sold my house 359 Regina Avenue, Mobile AL. On May 24, 2019, I called to cancel my termite bond since I was previously informed that the bond was not transferable. The anniversary date of the bond is November 1, 2019, I was informed by Kim that I would not receive any refund of the unused bond since I was moving from the house.

That if I was still in the house and canceling the bond, I would receive a pro rata refund. Whether or not I am staying in the house should not affect my receipt of any unused money left on the termite bond.

This money was paid in good faith. If this is a standard business practice of Terminix, why should I recommend Terminix to anyone? Please refund the pro rata amount for the outstanding five months that was left unused on the bond.

TERMINIX has been the vendor of choice to protect the property (ADDRESS ABOVE) from termites for more than 6 years with premiums paid on time . In 2016, TERMINIX made AMBC aware of termite issues on property. At that time, a tenting was scheduled for Oct 2016.

Two days before the scheduled date, TERMINIX cancelled the tenting. The entire resort had been closed for this event. There was a loss of over $10,000 in revenue related to this closure. It was NEVER rescheduled after that cancellation in 2016 and multiple inquiries about it's rescheduling!

How they bill and the fact that I think I have paid the same bill several times and have asked to have someone sit down with me and show me where each payment I have paid is posted. The biggest problem is when you call in you get different people from all over the country.

Spoke with Debra from Arizona on 4-19-19 and she said a Bryan or Bret would get hold of me and as of yet have not heard from anyone. 00 and say it is past due. i have paid this amount twice and have no idea where it is being posted or if it is in someone's pocket.

All I ask is that I get this problem straight and then will look for a company with better customer service.

had an appointment on sat 4/20/2019 from 8-10 at twelve noon went on line to see the tech was already here. he was not. no call/ no show. called terminex and got the rn around sent me to tech's answering machine.

i called back to terminex... same routine. Terminex is expensive, techs generally squirt and go. I still have same issues. very disappointed

Your technician took advantage of and 80 year old lady, and did shabby work. I will include pictures. Please check last inspection date on 3/19. Terminix sold my mother on putting some protection under her house for moisture that was truly, because of water running back under the house.

Not only is the craftsmanship of the work is bad it's not the right thing to do. What was needed was gutters not something else to hold the water in that's getting under the house because of lack of gutters.

Since 12/18 my mother has past. So from the handling of my mother I'm TOTALLY PISSED OFF!! I've contacted Terminix every way possible. I've been past around. Ms Ruthie Bates was a customer of your for more than 40 years never ever late with a payment.
