Kitchen has no quality check for prime rib temperature when served as well as mash potatoes both where cold not Luke warm cold was offered by waitress to take an heat up not comfortable with sending food back for fear of something happening for making the complaint to the food. I feel that quality an serving temperature are a regularly checked.

What a waste of a hundred dollar bill. This is the West Chester, Ohio location off Tylersville Road

Prime rib was undercooked and cold.Service was bad.Husband steak was well done and ordered medium.We got no rolls.None.Had to wait forever for second glass of wine.Told server twice.Server was to talkative, chatty and not into serving us.We would like to be reimbursed 2 dinners.We took out a couple that is was there first time..food was not good at all.Salads were fine but prime rib and steak was not.

Visited Lawrence, KS location to celebrate our 40th anniversary with family. They refused to seat our group of 10 at tables, because they did not have a server assigned to that section.

However, these vacant tables were immediately adjacent to the three booths they expected our party to sit at. We explained our occaision, and the server supposedly spoke with management. She returned unwilling to budge. We walked out and dined at a Chili's next door instead.

My complaint is that this restaurant does not maintain their outside grass/bushes or landscape. A month ago they let the grass grow 3 ft. tall. This restaurant is an eye soar to the whole corner in Sanford FL. all other restaurant take pride in maintaining their property.

This property presently looks like a ghetto area with the overgrown weedy grass, trees following down on the ground and un-kept bushes. It is a shame that the company or the manager does not take anymore pride in this restaurant than it does.

This does not show a positive for Texas Roadhouse home office.

Went to Texas Roadhouse on Saturday FEB. 10th, ordered the house cheeseburgers and house salad. Our waitress brought our rolls and drinks, came back in fifteen minutes asked if everything was goood, we said yes. Waited another 25 minutes waitress said food would be coming soon.

Came back in fifteen minutes with salad and said the kitchen was slow, but then said she forgot to put in our order, but put a rush on it. Came back in 10 minutes, and said order would be out soon.

We said we just wanted bill for salads and drinks so we could just leave. She brought over her manager who convinced us to stay, and said she would get our food right out. 10. more minutes.

Finally brought out burgers, they were so salty they were basically inedible. We were there a total of 2 hours, not a good…

Hello I took my son to Texas Roadhouse on union road in Cheektowaga,NY he ordered the strip steak med well. Strip steak was cooked well done and server even agreed when he cut into it that it was gray inside.

My son didn’t eat it and server kinda of laughed it off like yea that def well done. She was to busy talking to someone she knew at another booth to car about us needing drink refills and some rolls.

I took my son here as he requested as a special treat for getting excepted into an asking highschool with a scholarship included. Pretty disappointed in the service and the steak being to overcooked.

I was in the Texas roadhouse in Waukesha Wisconsin last night Sunday, January 21, 2024. What we experienced last night at Texas roadhouse was out of control & absolutely unnecessary behavior. There were workers that were cussing and swearing and when I say cussing using horrible language, there were two or three of them that were fighting spit flying everywhere.

I don’t know who manages it, but I do know that the old manager had that place clean and in control of the restaurant. It has become nothing but a shit show in there. I don’t think we will be back to that one until they get it cleaned up starting with the management.

When you have to wait so long for a cup of sour cream that your steak if half gone something’s seriously wrong. Something needs to be done and soon. Go in undercover…

I went to lunch to the Mount Pleasant Michigan Location on Saturday January 20th around 11:50 am. I slipped on the Ice as I was walking to the building and it caused a severe shoulder injury. I am now going to be out of work for weeks with the chances of having to get surgery.

With medical bills and having to be off work, I spoke to manager Aarionna and she took down my information. I would appreciate it if someone would get back to me to see what my options are.

I want to share my recent experience at your Countryside location. Today, my daughter called ahead to reserve a table for a party of 10 and spoke with Manager Ken Antonacci.

However, when we arrived, we were surprised that the table provided could only accommodate about five people (please see the attached pictures). When we politely requested an additional table, Ken responded defensively and argued that he was doing us a favor by allowing us another table, evening making a rude statement by saying he could not accommodate us in the future despite the restaurant not being crowded.

Even though we offered to be seated separately, if necessary, he also commented that the restaurant is usually packed on the days the "Bears play,” which seemed irrelevant to our concerns because the restaurant…

On Saturday Jan. 6, my family and I visited your restaurant in Findlay,Ohio at around 4:00 PM. Our waiter was fine but the food was awful . Three of us ordered chili that was ice cold when it came to our table.

We told the waiter and he said they were making a new pot of chili and he would bring us all new ones once it was ready. Unfortunately when those soon arrived at our table they were just as cold as the first ones.

The other food we ordered was luke warm when it arrived as well. I asked to talk to the manger and all he said was he was sorry.. 00 for lousy food! We go to the restaurant quite often and have always been pleased but after this experience I think it will be a while before we return.

How hard is it to heat up the chili?

I had ordered online for 2-12ounce prime rib dinners.On this past new year eve.I am very upset with this order.I ordered 2loaded baked potatoes and received no bacon bits.Our rolls didn't have your cinnamon butter.We didn't get any napkins or silverware.My prime rib was absolutely plain awful I wanted it med well.I couldn't even cut my steak with my own steak knife.The meat was rubbery.And the taste was very salty. The manager allowed front seating staff to seat 2 people at a dirty empty table for 8 and none of the staff found this to be a problem. When requested to speak with the manager ( a young black man who refused to provide his name to us) he folded his hands and told us it was our problem and we had no right to complain.

We had already paid for our meal and left without getting our meal. Look at the video of the manager. No customer deserves this type of treatment.

I ordered 6 months ago or so and had a horrible experience and they the manager personally emailed me and apologized and told ne he was going to work on fixing the issues and bring back the quality of the food . We'll 6 month or so go buy I decided to try it and check out how he did on improving it and to much disappointment he hadnt accomplished anything nothing changed if anything it got worse.

I didn't get chili which was one of my sides or the extra gravy ordered . It shows the extra gravy ordered on my emailed order confirmation but not there oder confirmation receipt from the restaurant itself . Not mention the food qaulity still wasn't fixed either not even the cooking it was still over cooked and wasn't pleasant.

00 for our family to eat and EVERY item we received was ice cold and side items were left off. When we politley told our waitress, a manager came and offered to replace the shrimp. Once again, we were very polite.

When the shrimp came it was burned. We have never had a bad experience but the Knoxville, TN location at the Eas Town was terrible. Nothing was taken off of our meal even with half eaten food, but the baked potato.

Wish there is zero star for this. The owner is so rude and make zero effort to accommodate. We were party of 9 on Thursday night with elderly and kids, be seated at bench table of 6 ppl extended out with a small table that we were not comfortable with.

Asked to accommodate diff table as there were two unoccupied tables 6+4 in the open area. He said customer don't got to choose table. So we decide to choose different restaurant. Never again be their customer.

Went to the Texas Roadhouse in Salisbury NC. Besides the long wait my ribs were so tough and salty that I could barely eat them. My Moms shrimp was so salty she only ate a couple of them. We told the waitress and she told the manager.

The waitress came back and said the manager said she was sorry we had a bad experience but she could not do anything because we ate some of the food. It not so much about the money but the fact the Manager didn’t have the decency to tell us herself.

We eat there about every other weekend spending well over a hundred dollars. I will not be going back

So went Texas Roadhouse in High Point, NC tonight to celebrate my niece birthday. Everything was great until, my daughter’s steak came out incorrectly twice, she asked for medium well but closer to well and it came out closer to medium and red.

The waitress came back and seen how red her steak was in the middle while it was laying on her plate and offered to take it back and said she’d take it off the bill, so my daughter said okay. I’m informing you of an incident on (9/1/23) around 10pm at the Montgomery, Al location involving a supervisor/manager Ruthie. We arrived and was seated ~8:30pm. My husband and I were treating my sister and her husband for their 35th anniversary.

We had planned to dine at Longhorn in Prattville Al, but we decided on something that was closer to my sister’s location at the time, which was your Montgomery location. Within our party, 3 guests ordered Ft Worth 16 oz ribeye steaks with sides and I had the 8 oz salmon with sides.

It was my daughter birthday we had a party of 9 and we seen roaches on the wall we was sitting by the bathroom we told a server and he took the roach in his glove and then killed it. definitely made me and my party sick to our stomachs.

I went online to order some food and chose the pickup option. When I went to pay so the order could go in and I could pick it up the total I owed included a tip. There was no way to adjust it or remove it.

It was added to the order and you either paid or did not order. I did not order. I was picking it up and saw no need to pay a tip for your workers who were only doing their job.

I worked for 30 years and did not recieve tips for doing my job. It is absolutely ridiculous that you would expect someone to leave a tip for people just doing their jobs. Needless to say you lost quite a large order because of this so you might want to rethink the tip thing.

My family of 7 just walked out of the Texas Roadhouse in Sanford FL. We were told the only place they could seat us would be in a booth that was to small for 7 people let alone my family are all on the bigger side.

We asked if the could put a table with a booth and we were told that that server doesn’t come in for another 30 minutes. We asked to speak to a manager and she pretty much refused to come out to speak with us.

On 9/9 Saturday and walked into Roadhouse in Longview, TX at 6:20pm. They told us there was a wait and added us to the waitlist- the host said 30-45 mins. I work in retail and totally understood that Saturdays are a busy day for anyone, this isn’t solely about how long it took but more so the service.

We chose to wait in our vehicle for a text that our table was ready at about 7:15pm I had my boyfriend call and ask how much longer. The host told my boyfriend that they had put my phone number in wrong and had given my table away 30 minutes prior.

I have been eating at your restaurant all over the country for years now but the location in flint MI is the worse ever. I had takin my family last year and we had bad luck but thought it was not a norm thing.

I ordered two entries. Both were Road Kill plus cactus blossom. I know with each meal you get 3 or 4 homemade rolls, But I ordered an addition 1/2 dozen homemade rolls. When I got home I had the 1/2 Dozen homemade rolls I ordered BUT I did not receive any free rolls with the meals. the green ticket had Bread listed for each of the road kills. So what happened. This is the first time you have cheated me out of the rolls, I buy extra so I can have them on hand but NO extra rolls on hand this time. I ordered food at the Cedar Rapids, Iowa location order 9010002. on Sept 4, 2023. Ordered at 4:33 PM.

2nd problem. I went to contact and filled out the form. It would not send the form in, so that is a waste of time.

Waitress was not engaged with the customer. We asked for extra butter, my wife had to go up and get it. We waited a long time for our meal.

Finally it all came at once prime rib,salad, extra rolls. We had to ask the bu boy to get us to go pacs. He delivered boxes and lids for anus. No waitress she came finally with our bill - our military discount.

We love the restaurant, We travel from bath me to get there. The food was great but service left much to be desired. We also told the manager about our problems. We will come back but would like better service. Thinking about our needs.

Me and my family eat at Tx Roadhouse quite often. Great food and service. Only filed 1 complaint in all the years we have visited there. But the last 2 visits in August were not good. The service was good, just a little lengthy, but expected that with it being packed out.

The steaks we ordered were no where near flavored at all and were well done and dry, although we ordered medium. Smothered chicken was dry as well. We didn’t complain to management. Just wanted to reach out on here and see if we could be reimbursed for our meal.

We will go back and try it again because they cook some of the Best steaks. Just a little frustrating when you spend this kind of money and expecting a great meal. Thanks for your help. Richie

Ordered a 6 ounce steak with onions and mushrooms when I began eating it I realized it had a bunch of round cardboard pieces in it was told later it was from the boxes they come in I was pretty grossed out realizing I had put cardboard in my mouth and all I got was we are sorry I go to that Texas Roadhouse very often eau gallie Blvd Melbourne Florida was not offered any compensation so I doubt I will go back it's sad to me the waiter was great manager not so great

I had ordered take out on Sunday 8/28/2023 and paid with my visa debit card. I did not use this card anywhere else. On Tuesday, I received a call from Bank of America that someone has tried to manually put in my card number to get gas on RT 22 in Union.

They were declined since I have a pin protection. What kind of people are you employing? I never had my card number stolen in 30 years. Very upsetting since my family loved Texas Roadhouse. I will go back to outback from now on since your employees are stealing card numbers.

I go to the Texas Roadhouse on man o war in Lexington ky about 3 times a week. Always order the same thing 6oz sirloin and wife gets steak kabob. Today her kabob came out with no vegetables. It took 20 minutes to get vegetables and when we did they were almost raw.

Ever since Texas Roadhouse opened in Conway Arkansas we have loved eating there. About a year ago the steaks are not the quality that they used to be. We used to eat there 2 -3 times a month. Now we rarely eat there anymore.

They went from a quality steak to something you could get at a “meat glue” standard steak house. I just don’t think I want to spend that much money for this quality of food.

It was 90 degrees in the Texas Roadhouse restaurant in Decatur, IL. It was so uncomfortable I couldn’t enjoy my meal. We called 2 hrs ahead to request a table not a booth for a party of 9 and we are seated at a corner booth crammed in with another big party across from us.

They just added a small stable to the end of our booth and a rickety folding chair to sit in. When you are 4 deep in a booth it is miserable if someone inside needs to use the restroom. Our table was not cleared with dirty dishes so we were trying to eat around salad plates, etc. terrible experience.

I LOVE Texas Roadhouse but our experience in Wilmington NC was nowhere near your normal standard. We got seated quickly. Yeah. Waited on quickly. Yeah. We asked for butter for the rolls, got nothing.

Finally she could tell by us looking around she forgot something so she brought lemons. We again asked for butter and got it. I got a buttered potato rather than loaded potato. We asked for A1 sauce and got A1 and Heinz 57.

It was at the store in Big flats New York. We came in sat down she took her order people in the table near us finished left a new person come in like 15 probably 15 minutes later They got fed before us and left before we left.

The steaks weren't cooked right mine was a little cold My mother's chicken was overcooked. So not only was it 2 plus hour experience but we weren't Comped in anyway. Was really frustrating

The manger at the Texas road house in Taylor is rude and disrespectful, after my fiance quit because he couldn't handle being harassed anymore by the other workers the manger cussed at him and was completely unprofessional. He felt unsafe there and was basically bullied by other workers like it's high school there.

Was at the Texas Roadhouse at 4:10 pm 08/19/2023 . They seated us. We waited and waited . A table next to us a waitress came right to thr table after they were seated. We had been there for 15 minutes now.

So I told my wife let's leave. Got to the front and told the Hottess that it's awful we waited for 15 minutes and a table next to us. Got to be aware when they seat. I was in the business for 30 years and that's wrong what happened to us.

On August 5th I took my 94 year old mother for a nice prime rib dinner she’s been wanting at Texas Roadhouse. As we were eating, out of the corner of my eye I saw dog paws on the table, as mom was on a bench, leaning over to grab her prime rib. As I jumped, the dog took off under the tables in the Willie’s room. The owner got up all upset she couldn’t find her dog, but did as she took it back to her table. I said to the waitress why are you allowing dogs inside except service dogs. She said we didn’t know, I said well you do now and it almost got mom’s food and she shrugged her shoulders. I told the staff as I walked out that it almost got my mom’s food and all I got was sorry about that, not where is it, as they knew.
