On a resent visit to the Texas Roadhouse in Rapid City, South Dakota, we ordered two sirloin steaks, two baked potatoes and two salads, what we were served was two steaks. We told the server that we also ordered two baked potatoes, she replied, they will be here in just a couple of minutes. Twenty minutes later two baked potatoes arrived. Our steaks are now cold! A completely ruined diner that we were charged $45 for.

When we complained the manger and server said sorry. We spend $45 for one of the poorest excuse of a diner ever and they say, sorry. Not good enough. Then we received the bill. m. to make an order to Texas Roadhouse in Kennewick. I went on line to make the order and submitted it after putting it my credit card information. The website did nothing and I submitted it again and it still did nothing.

So I called Texas Roadhouse in Kennewick, Washington. I pushed the number 3 on my phone to talk to a real person like the message on the phone said to do. It rang and rang then restarted the message, I pushed 3 again and it rang and rang and then started the message over.

The last time I tried the phone was picked up and then it was hung up on me. This happened all the time I was trying to find out if my order went through and if not so I could make my order.

Sadly to say my visit was unpleasant. Started off with the hostess rushing us through viewing the steaks in the case, stating “ you don’t want any of them , all the good ones are picked already l. There’s other steaks you can pick from on the menu.

We were seated, order was taken. We received our drinks & appetizer. Approximately 5 mins afterwards, a black bug was crawling on our table coming from underneath the plate of one of our appetizers. On this Saturday we got to the hickory location before 6 we was told it would be 20min then a hour and 45 min later our party of 9 got sitted in the bar area with 3 small kids we ordered our food took around 45min plus 3 out of 9 the orders was wrong didn't get a salad until right before meal.

Also didn't see our server for refills for drinks sent food back cause steak was tough we spent all evening in that place and wasn't happy at all a Manger did come out only to say I'm sorry I went there for my birthday usually my favorite place to eat. Not sure if I will go back.

This is not good business and needs to be addressed

I have been going to the Texas roadhouse on 8th Street in Colorado springs for quite a while the last time I went I was informed that this particular store only offers military discount on Tuesdays what an insult to me and my father in law I served desert storm and he served in Vietnam a serious problem so maybe you should step in and fix that before I turn this over to the local media that should end well for you picture this headline local restaurant refuses to offer military discount but

I called and wanted to order a dozen rolls and was told to come on and go to the window outside. We drove 20 miles and when we got here we was told it would be 45 minutes to get a dozen rolls.

I called and talked to a manager named Sondra she was trying to get out of dealing with the problem. I will never come back to here and will tell everyone I know what happened and got no help from the manager.

Called 3 times to place an order. No one would e ver answer the So I went to the restaurant to order. Got home with my dinner no dressing for my salad they had tartar sauce for my fish and no butter for the potato.

Hi, I am very upset on how I was treated with trying to apply for a serve job. I am someone that is understanding and levelheaded. I am a asst. General Manager with Panera Bread for the last 11 years.

I was hoping I could be able to qualify for a second job to do on the side. I applied at the location in Florence Alabama. I got a message interview will be from 3-5PM on 8/8/23. I showed up at 4:34pm.

I checked in at the host stand they asked me to have a seat in the 2nd booth from the back. After waiting over half an hour, I went to the host stand and make sure I wasn't forgetting. " I went back to my seat waiting about 22 more minutes.

When my food came to the table, I began to eat my salmon dinner. When I got half way to the salmon there was a piece of red hair IN the salmon; lost my appetite. Spoke with a manager I pointed out the piece of red hair.

Your Sierra Vista AZ location is so loud you have to scream at others in your party and the waitress. There is no reason for the music to be that loud I have a headache when I leave. I and my group of friends will never return because of this.

I have been to several of your restaurants across the country and Sierra Vista AZ is the loudest. I was told by the night manager and new proprietor that volume was the Texas Roadhouse culture and the volume could not be adjusted.

The hostess at Texas Roadhouse in Lawton are the worst. We arrive and went to check in. They directed us to sit down in deck four and a table would be ready shortly. After about fifteen minutes I went back up to check on our status.

The hostess asked for my name to check and it for us. I told him you didn’t take my name. We had been sitting there watching people taken back to eat who came to in after us. He took my name and said it would be another 15 to 25 minutes. Terrible service.

He had forgotten we were there after he instructed us what to do. Don’t go there unless you like to be treated terribly.

My sister and I ate at your restaurant in Wake Forest NC today. The food was good and our waiter was excellent, but the restroom was awful! We were there around 4:30ish and I believe the restaurant opened at 3.

I was completely surprised when I went in the restroom. The floor was wet, not damp like they had been mopped, it was water literally on the floor and paper towels all in the floor. I went in the first stall and the commode wasn’t flushed so I went to another one and it was just as bad.

I would have thought they would have been cleaner than they were especially since the restaurant had only been open for around 1 1/2 hours. I was just a little surprised. It was like they weren’t cleaned the night before or before they opened today.

Just a couple of things my wife had at store @ 3940 Plank Rd. Fredricksburg Va.my wife got 2 different knifes both dirty so she ended up using her water to clean.Other problem was her food ordered steak medium well it was well and the shrimp with the the steak where cold.She doesn`t like it if i complain about the food she did eat it just not wat was ordered.Just to let you know especially the dirty knives she said could feel the grease on them.

If I could give it zero stars I would this is the WORST place to eat at. The manager is HORRIBLE and my server was HORRIBLE!! I waited almost 29 minutes before I was even greeted, then it asked for a manger and he came 30 minutes after that, then the manager said he was going to comp my meal and the girl charged my card!!!

they all had steaks, cooked well done. I had a burger that was medium and pink inside. they gave me $20 off the next visit. Over the course of 2 days I got a lot sicker and went to the hospital.

I spent the night there on an IV and the doctor determined I had picked up a virus. I notified Texas Roadhouse a second time and they rudely responded "it's your word against ours, prove it"

On 22 Jul 23 I was in Buffalo New York to attend a church conference with my sister who was the guest speaker. After the event we along with my 83 year old Mother went to lunch at the Union Ave location.

Upon entering, my sister approached a podium and asked how long the wait would be. The representative RUDELY told my sister to go get behind the line. I was shocked at this unprofessional individual. As we waited another group of people entered and went to the podium, they were treated with respect, greeted with smiles.

I approached the podium and received an evil stare, I asked why were we treated different, she said we weren't. To prevent escalation I asked for her name, she said Emily and she was the Manager. Customers should NOT be treated differently particularly by race.

Very poor service, the waitress brought biscuits after we had to ask for them it no utensils she said none were wrapped. Than stated with a bad attitude that she would wrap some. Once she brought the utensils she never as us were we ready to order.

As many times as my significant other and myself have been to texas roadhouse and i have to say our server scott was literally the most amazing server we have both ever ever encountered!! He was so extremely attentive, kind, knowledgeable and the list just goes on with this guy!

My waitress was Kayla at the Plymouth, Mass. Location. It was after 8pm and business was slowing down. We got out seats right away, but that where the dining experience ended. Kayla took out drink orders, and appetizers, all I got was a cactus blossom for an app.

It took 20 minutes to come. After about 15 minutes, Kayla finally showed up with out drinks and proceeded yo gab with the table beside us for about 3 minutes before actually serving them to us. She then took out entree order.

My wife ordered a prime rib. I ordered ribs. Note, the cactus blossom still had arrived yet. Next Kayla comes and tells my wife, the prime rib was no longer available. Understandable but she pushed a 12 jz ribeye on my wife which she really didn't like.

Went for our 22nd anniversary (we don't go out often) they were out of ice tea, french fries, sweet potatoes, tater tots and rice and no rolls. And very little amount of mushrooms. Very disappointing. It ruined our celebration. Who runs out of ice tea and your famous rolls.

The parking lot at the Texas Roadhouse on Garth in Baytown Tx is EXTREMELY torn up, it's like driving on pot holes! This location is ALWAYS packed! So there's plenty of money, plenty of business made here to afford a decent parking lot to customers like myself and my husband who rest there 3x a week!

Please give attention to my complaints and make arrangements to make repairs. It's the right thing to do.

At one time Texas Roadhouse was my fav restaurant, as it was for many people in the area. Not any more, today I am using my last gift card and I am done. I done in and place orders to go.

It is extremely rare to get any answer on the phone and to order online is a joke. 3 times I ordered on both and came to find no order. I stayed once to use the gift card and like A LOT OF AREA People I AM DONE.

We have been going to this particular TRH for years , but our last encounter, which was on July 9th at 1:00 PM was terrible. I understand that places like restaurants are short handed, but the service and management on this day was ridiculous.

It took 10 minutes to even be "recognized" at the table by the waitress and once we were it took forever to get our drinks ( which was only Coke). Waitress then took our order and we then waited 20 minutes for our salads, which I had to ask for.

I placed a to go order on Friday 7/14. When my husband went to pick up order there was no available parking anywhere including the togo parking. I called the Tracy CA TR restaurant and on my 4th call someone answered my call.

The first 3 calls someone picked up the phone and hung up. Jasmine answered my 4th call. I told her about there not being any parking and she said "oh, people just double park and come in". Why is Texas Roadhouse allowing their servers to take customers paid for food in a to go box or otherwise and throw it out because they feel they should have gotten a tip or more of a tip then received. These people for whatever reason allegedly did not tip this server.

The fact that this server threw out food/property that was paid for obviously demonstrates this server sucks and has an attitude which is probably why she did not receive a tip. GRATUITIES are given based on SERVICE. Has where the term server comes from.

I placed a to go order on 7/6/23 for a salmon Ceasar salad and the girl confirmed that I wanted everything on it and extra dressing! I ordered a little before 9 pm and I didn’t get my food until like 9:27 pm and I understand you close at 9:30!

Me and my family visited your Flint Michigan location. Not only did we receive the wrong drinks, but the salmon was not cooked all the way. Actually it was hardly cooked at all. With the waitress not being present we had to call the attention of a different server.

When the Manager came out and spoke to us he allowed us to order a different meal. There was no kind of discount or any real resolution. There was no way we were going to have the salmon after being grossed out by the first order.

My mother decided she would like to order from the Roadhouse located on kinzel way in Knoxville Tennessee. So I placed a call and was hung up on. Not once but 3 times. I called back and the person who answered said I will get a Manager.

We ordered on line at 5:08. Pick up time was set for 5:35. I was in lot around 5:30. Based on their time I grabbed other food to be ready from other locations. At 6:00 I am still in the lot being texted that my food isn’t ready.

I put a call in to ask the issue and the call was answered quickly. Person on phone said she would transfer me to pick up and I have been on hold for TEN minutes while all the frozen drinks from other locations are ruined and melted since waiting over 30 extra minutes for my order.

m. There was no toilet tissue in the middle stall in the ladies' restroom, and there were 2 places for rolls, which means no one checked the restroom before opening. One stall was locked off, which obviously meant there were issues with the toilet.

This left only the handicap stall usable during my visit. Women were waiting to use the restroom. Being one of the first customers, we were served a basket of rolls that were so dry, hard, and cold, I can only surmise they were rolls left over from the night before. ).

The food, except for the rolls, was good. My table of four did have to wave the waiter down to get drink refills, but otherwise, service and food was good. I have eaten at this particular restaurant numerous times in the past without encountering any issues.
