Attempted to place order online,kept getting sent back to start. Called Papillion store, got put on hold for 20 minutes. Clearly, they don't want to be bothered with taking orders over the phone. I will make sure that no one gives me a Texas Roadhouse gift card again.

There were two of us we ordered chicken fried chicken when it came it was the chicken fried sirloin. They took it back and remade it took about 10 minutes meanwhile we had to eat our potatoes or they would have been cold.

When they brought the new chicken there was not even an apology. Not conducive to wanting to go back there

Poor service by server and manager. My husband and I had dinner at this restaurant tonight and we ach ordered a different cocktail. Our server brought out 2 of the drinks I ordered and not what my husband asked for.

She asked if he wanted the wrong drink and he said no. She said she would pour it out and get him what he asked for. I said if you're going to throw it away could I take it. 75 charge for the drink she was going to throw away.

I only had a few sips of wrong drink. I was not told I would be charged for her mistake bringing wrong drink. Manager said he would discuss with server but did nothing about our bill. I feel this was poor service and should have been resolved with removing charge or issue of gift card.

We won't return to this restaurant.

I visited the place in Scranton Pa, i ordered the 3 steak deal, The meal came and the So called Steak was a blob of Fat, It was horrible, I could not even cut the So called Steak, i told the waitress which told the manager and showed them the mess i had received.

The potatoes were lumpy, The salad i received, was horrible. It was so cold that it dulled the taste of the salad dressing, I could not tell if i had salad dressing on the Salad. You must let the salad stay out to defrost , a little, You cannot take the salad from your freezer and give it too the customers.

My family and I went last night for a dinner to the texas roadhouse in San Antonio, TX in Cinema Ridge to surprise my brother since he is starting the fire department academy. We explained to management it was a surprise and the remainder of party was down the street but we would like to be seated first to surprise him and we had gifts for him.

Management was extremely rude and ruined the entire surprise. They threatened to push our 2 hour wait limit more due to the fact that the remainder 3 people were looking for parking. If i could give them a zero review i would.

their customer service was horrible.

My wife and i visited the morristown tennessee resturant yesterday evening, we had plenty of options where we could eat at, but we chose the roadhouse, "Bad Decision" I got the dallas fillet she got grilled chicken, my steak was cold when i got it and tough as nails, the rolls were also cold, her chicken was cold , service was great but the food was terrible, That was $48.00 dollars just blown, don,t plan on going back, next time it will be Longhorn!!

My complaint is that I ordered almost $50 worth of food tonight for curbside pickup. I got to the restraunt, which by the way has way too few to go spots. When my order was ready I received a phone call saying I had to come in the restraunt to pickup my food.

The weather was too much of a hazard for their to go people to come out. It was only raining. I find it extremely irritating that it is ok for the customer to get wet or be put in a quote unquote hazard condition but not ok for employees to do the same.

This sentiment was back up by the to go supervisor, I had to come in her employees where not coming out in the weather. The service at this location has seriously gone down hill. If I ever order from here again there will be no tip, because the to go people at this location…

Filling a Complaint for poor waiters’ service, due to bias of my age and race. , Spring Hill, TN 37174 I Didn’t feel good about being neglected and ignored by the server who was assigned to my table, yesterday evening at about 5:41 PM, I received a text message on my cell phone 918-606-6735, that my name Rosa was on the TXRH waitlist. At 6:00 PM.

On June 15th around 4pm my 2 kids and myself took my husband to your Columbus GA location for a early father's day dinner. It started horrible. We were taken to table that was surrounded so tightly by boothes it was very uncomfortable.

Before we even sat down I asked to switch to a booth as we passed several empty ones. The host was very rude and told us to sit down while he looked for one. We sat there uncomfortable for over 10 minutes.

I haven't had a bad experience at Texas Roadhouse they have always given excellent service.

However, today I experienced a lack of compassion, today 6/18 Fathers day my son and his fathers family dined at the Smithfield RI location for what should have been a day of celebrating turned wrong. You see my son has a retainer he takes out when he eats, he left it on a napkin by his plate and forgot to put it back in when he was done.

Unfortunately no one noticed he didn't place it back in his mouth, they all ate paid and left. Once his father noticed it was missing he notified texas roadhouse they took his name and number. Our family has been a customer of restaurant for several years. My family went to the resturant in Sandusky Ohio and was disappointed with the service. I realize it was Father's Day and the wait time was 1 hour or so.

We waited the time no problem. It took our server several minutes to take and get our drink order.

Finally we ordered our food and we waited another hour to get our food and refills until the food finally came out. I know it was over an hour because ice in my drink was melted. There were 3 tables that sat down about the same time got their food and paid before we even got our food.

6/18/2023- Father’s Day My family and I walked up to the host at the entrance between the door and the main hostess table (I did not get her name) and asked for a table for a party of 6. We were put on the waitlist at 2:19pm.

The hostess that sits in-between the entrance door before you walk inside of the restaurant specifically asked us do we have a desired seating preference. We were there on 5/24/2023 about 7pm my Brithday, my son left glasses on table walk back in restaurants within 5min your manager did nothing and l have picture. The glasses are prescription sunglasses about $500. He did even asked came out to my son and nobody found them.

My friends took me to dinner for my birthday at Texas Roadhouse in Parker Colorado on June 26 2023. We all ordered the house salad. Most of the lettuce was brown. After we discarded most of it, there was very little salad left.

When we complained to the manager, he told us it was because of all the recent rain. Very disgusting answer. I buy lettuce at the grocery store and it is NOT brown. I am sorry for such an unpleasant experience because TR used to be my favorite restaurant.

So sad to see it go downhill. Will not be back. I wish I had taken a photo of all the brown lettuce we were served.

I ordered a medium well new york strip steak and when I got it it was like eating cardboard, hard and dry. stringbeans had an awful taste. I thought they would change the steak to my liking and they said the manager could only give me a free dessert.

so I wind up not eating any food just the mash potatoes. and it was my birthday.. the steakhouse sause taste and smell like goatmeat (I think it went bad) everyone on the table agreed with me. was very disappointed that they couldn't change my meal to what I wanted.

Normally there are little to no issues.

However, this last time was absolutely atrocious! My brothers food was ordered and asked to be cooled before bringing it out to him. Twenty to thirty minutes after being told it was cooling, his ice cold nearly refrozen food was brought out to him.

My wife and I along with my in-laws and brother in law recently ate at Texas Roadhouse today in Marion In. We were seated at a large booth and it was right under an air conditioning vent. It was so cold and very uncomfortable that we could not enjoy our meal.

My mother in law even had a sweatshirt coat on and her lips were quivering. We asked our waitress if she could adjust the air and we were told no that it’s controlled by corporate and the temperature outside. As a new customer I was offered a “welcome” appetizer, served promptly by a wonderful server, Macayla. Unfortunately, I am not exaggerating, not more than two minutes later my entrée was served! Our location in Spring Hill TN has been open about 2 months. We went today at 3:00 pm when it opened. I was appalled at how dirty the floors were!!! All the aisles had stuff on the floor. Unless that is your decor and that would be a bad choice.

I didn't want to eat there, even before my food came. The food was very good, but probably will not go back. Every restaurant should start the day clean! This was not after hours of operation. and that surrounding was not appealing.

When paying with my credit card at the York,PA restaurant I was presented with a touch screen that had several suggested tips. Before I had a chance to choose one the screen changed and accepted the card as payment. I was concerned that the waitress would not get a tip since I hadn’t made a choice.

She returned with a printed bill that showed a 20% tip. That was fine but the tip was calculated on the total including tax. That is not standard practice. I always tip on the amount of the bill excluding the tax. What is TR policy?

I had a party of 4 came to the steakhouse at 9:25 pm. The sign on the door says closes at 10:00pm. The host told us they were closed and refused to seat us. We were very disappointed. I ask her why doesn't the sign on the door say 9:30 instead of ten.

We had a reservation at 4 the whole party was there at 3:50 and did not get seated until 4:46 you were out of dr. Pepper, sprite, Coke, and qe were told you don't sell unsweetened ice tea.. I know that was a lie.

First of all I dont leave bad comments for fun but tonight really provoked me. We joined the waitlist online and waited for an hour and we came on time. I got a message saying to go upfront so we did and spoke to the girl in the front that I got a message, she told me to wait at the deck for my name to be called.

35 min later we were not called all the people after us got their tables pretty quickly so I went back to the girl in the front to ask how many people are waiting before us. She asked for my name and she said I never went to the front!!

I went to her but she denies this! I asked for a manager and this manager spoke to me and apologized offered me an appetizer she said she will take care of it but at the end of the bill made us pay for that appetizer anyway.

My husband and I went to the one in a fort Smith Arkansas Saturday May 27. He ordered a steak well done. Food was brought out and he cut his steak as asked and it was almost raw even the waitress said uhh that’s not right.

She took it back, he shared my meal while waiting on his steak. The manager then brought it out about 15 minutes later (I was already done eating) and again he cut the steak and again blood was in the middle.

He told her it wasn’t cooked medium well and she said, “well I can take it back again” he said no because we were leaving and she said “you can either take it with you or leave it it’s whatever you want to do” then walked off. No I’m sorry no let me take care of that for you nothing.

When I walked in, we were never greeted. ) The server brought my son the wrong beverage and when I said something, she seemed aggravated that I brought it up. There always seems to be an issue when dining at only this location.

After leaving, both of my children became very ill and now I'm dealing with food poison symptoms with both. Sad. Great service, caring about your customers, and ensuring food is properly cooked and prepared should be top priority.

The worst experience ever. We went to dinner at the Roadhouse in Gainesville Fl on Saturday, May 20.

First they brought us our a Catus blossom that was cold and under cooked. The second on they brought was better. We ordered our food. Took forever and we got our salads. Then the nightmare began. Two people in our party ordered the catfish that was awful.

One was fried too hard the other had no breading on it ans it was awful. My steak that was supposed to be medium rare was well done. We sent the catfish and other items were ordered. My steak went back too.

We waited over 46 minutes for the new food to come back. So at that point we had been there for an hour and 45 minutes ans still hadn't eaten our entree. When the food arrived My steak was still over cooked and charred.

Visiting due to a graduation brought us out to celebrate with family and friends. We had a large party, which had to be set at 3 different tables. Each table had its own server.. My table consisted of 5 and the Time to be served was horrible!

Was at the stroudsburg pa Texas Roadhouse today. My one word about it was “horrible”. They no longer put barbecue sauce on the pulled pork. You need to put it on yourself. Pulled pork was fatty and pieces of bone in it.

Was told by waiter they no longer put the sauce on because some people complained of it being on the pork. So instead of not putting it on for those picky people then have some pulled pork with no sauce.

Don’t just take it away. A normal pulled pork sandwich has the sauce on it ! It was Very dry and no flavor without the sauce. They changed the pickles too to chips instead of spears. Never could find the manager to register my complaint Usually they come around to each table and ask you about your meal experience. Not this time!

We visit TR about 3 or 4 times a year. We enjoy watching them make rolls at the front counter while waiting for our seat.

However, on our visit on 4/16, I was very disappointed to see employee beverages on the serving line. This is unacceptable. It is unsanitary and puts everyone at risk for food poisoning.

I was employed as a crew leader and trainer for another steakhouse for over 30 years. I really enjoy TR and it is close to what I loved about my former place. However, I will not return to the Blue Springs location if I see this again.

We go to Texas Roadhouse in Joliet 2 to 3 times a month steaks are awesome the only reason that I would not give it a five is because of their onion the last two times we've been there has not been cooked early the onions were raw and it really breaks my heart because I absolutely love this place.
