My family was taking me to TR in Alcoa Tennessee. Upon arrival they stated 45 minute wait. They would text us when ready. After 50 minutes we went in to ask about how much longer. The hostess rudely stated “we texted you an hour ago”.

My daughter, granddaughter & I went to eat at Texas Roadhouse after we finished shopping at Hobby Lobby. (same Shopping Center). Instead of having to wait 30-40 minutes. We waited about 20. The service at the beginning was okay. It took the waitress a few minutes to get our order.

We love this place. The food is always good. Andrew has been fantastic and Scott is a great server! Trish, the manager on duty is absolutely obnoxious and has definite customer service issues.. She ruined our meal with her attitude.
It is hard to believe that the ownership of this restaurant would allow and trust someone to damage their business with a manager with a poor attitude. After visiting this restaurant for years, we will never be back.

I attended Texas roadhouse with my three children on May 4, 2023 and ordered ribs that were overdone. My macaroni and cheese was kraft, macaroni and cheese out of a box and was cold. We also had chef salad that was brown lettuce.

There have been multiple events of discrimination against staff by guests, but management continued to let the discriminators stay and dine in the restaurant. My wife and I frequent the Greensburg Pa. 15601 Texas Roadhouse and never a problem . Unfortunately this past Sunday we visited that location along with another married couple whom we invited and they were never there before. Our server was very kind but slow serving us from beginning to end.

We order a grilled cheese for third time coming here and should have been taken off bill but it was not we like to eat here but could do little better on complaints
I ate at the Bethel Road Texas Roadhouse in Columbus, Ohio and was very disappointed with the rolls. For the last two times I've eaten there the rolls have been half the size of normal. One of the reasons I love to eat there have been due to the rolls, but they were so small and they didn't taste as good.
Perhaps they've even adjusted the recipe as well.
