Our service was amazing. I just have to complain about when we arrived. We had a party of 7 and they tried to sit us at a table with only 5 chairs and said they could squeeze in 2 more chairs.

It just wasn’t going to work, it would’ve been a very tight fit and one of those chairs would have to be for a baby. When we asked if we could possibly have a bigger table the person left us standing there and waited for about 5-6 until I went to the front ans asked what was going on It felt very awkward since my family was just standing in the middle of the dining room not knowing what to do.

Eventually after a few more minutes they found us another table and then I asked for a sling to put the car seat in and he told me we couldn’t put the highchair upside down becuase it was a hazard. I told him…

I called the Texas Roadhouse in clermont at 12:15 and asked if the had the early dine in . They said said yes until 2:00. Since I was shopping across the street, I went over, waited for a table, sat down and ordered from the special menu.

The waitress said sorry not on Saturday. I said I just called and they said they do. So I left and went somewhere else to eat. They could care less that they made the error.

Poor service waited 20 minutes for a server after we were sat. Took our drink order and food order because we waited so long. Everyone got their drinks except me. I asked again when the salads came server said he would be right back with.

Waited and waited when I was finished with my salad I got up where a group of servers were and asked why Kenny had not brought my beer. Said I want to see a manager. She said she would get it.

Brought it and never said she was sorry. How long does it take to get service a bottle of beer? Awful service. Manager did not comp it off the bill either.

Texas Roadhouse in Lufkin Tx. Charged our account $95 on a $33 bill when we had a $25 gift card. Our account was knocked down to $5 and we were told it was an “honest mistake “ and that if it overdrew from anything else coming out there was nothing they can do.

My husband ordered his steak medium well. When he went to cut it, a puddle of blood appeared.

We ordered a blooming onion appetizer and it was soggy. It needed cooked longer.

We are frequent customers and are usually satisfied but this visit was highly disappointing.

Tried to phone in order & get put on hold . Nobody answers . Call back & tell them tht nobody answered & she said there was only 1 person for take out , she transfers the call again & this time I wait 10 minutes . Nobody still answered .

Call back a 3rd time to speak to a manager & NOBODY STILL PICKED UP THE PHONE WHILE I WAS ON HOLD !!!! Wht a joke !!! I should be able to call in an order if I want to !! Get it together !!!!

Met a friend at Richmond Rd, Lexington, Ky location this afternoon around 4 and left around 5:30. We met to talk as her sister has cancer and trying to comfort her. 64 ticket. 64. 64 ticket was also paid in cash.

She didn't say if they also paid with $100 bill. My friend had taken a picture of ticket so I can prove my ticket amount and she also saw me hand the waiter $100.

Also $100 was on receipt. after finally getting manager on phone I was told there was nothing they could do as the waiter was a great waiter. Well, even great waiters can make mistakes. I realize it was my fault for not catching this mistake when he returned with my change.

As I said we were both upset with her sister's cancer. I'm also frustrated over the fact a 'manager' didn't really want to listen, just kept…

1st. Savanna was an excellent server. My family & I ate at TRH @ 2620 S. Shackleford, Little Rock, AR on Sat. March 25, 2023, @ 4:54pm. (That's when we left). We started out with 8. We waited outside for almost an hour, then called inside for seating.

Then we were told 1 table wasn't ready. Then other people were being seated before us, 1 person left our party left, then a party of 7 was being seated before us again. (Now we all understood we would not be seated together, there were 16 all together).

My son & his wife left after waiting so long inside & as other people were being seated before us. He tried to speak to the hostess & she was rude & had an attitude. So they left. Ended up with 4 adults, 1 child.

To make matters worse, after we're seated, ordered our meals right away, 3 tables…

Ashton apparently was the service manager and when i questioned our status on the “on deck” she was snappy. I went back to wait with my husband and grandson and share a quiet conversation when Ashton challenged me. I was shocked at her comments as I was specific to my family - quietly.

She threatened to ask me to leave. I have never been treated so disrespectfully. Ashton needs some additional training is she wants to be in a management role. I will never be back to this location.

We went to the new texas roadhouse in Clovis NM. We had to wait a long time to be seated. We also ask the waitress if they had a military discount and she said no. Clovis NM is a military city.

I don't understand why this one doesn't offer one when the other ones do. They all should be uniformed.

Texas Roadhouse #2110 Phoenix, Arizona We did a takeout order on 12/18/2022 for the amount of $306.73 and 2 of the meals were missing their chili.

We did another takeout order on 03/05/2023 for the amount of $175.95 and we received no rolls and also one order was missing their baked potato.

The 1st time we ignored but when it happened again it was very disappointing. We did not go back to the restaurant to ask for the items because we wanted to enjoy our meal and family.

ordered a margarita on an empty stomach upon arriving and was feeling pretty warm before my prime rib came. I ordered another just before getting my overcooked steak.

Giant short bartender brought me and my dad well done prime rib when we asked for rare. Short-wide bartender said (excuse) "they only had this temp and served it without telling me tee hee". I was breaking a 48 hour fast and I wanted my meal to be correct. My dad ate his but I refused mine. She offered me something else, which meant I would watch my father eat his while I wait for something, then he watches me eat before we can leave. I asked her to take my untouched plate and go away.

Infuriating. Tried 4 times to place an order through the website- won't go through.

Finally just called and Said I'm having a problem with the website, can I just order over the phone. An order for 7 adults. A decent order. But they put me on hold and never come back. I finally hang up after 10 minutes 30 seconds.

Which is an absolutely ridiculous hold time (not that anyone every came to the phone) from a customer service point of view. Used to be one of my absolute favorite places. The 1960 location has been trash with customer service for years- now the Conroe location can't pick up the phone. Really disappointed.

On 4/19/23 I was at my local Texas roadhouse in Champaign Illinois, I hesitated to even go to begin with because it seems every time that I go to Texas roadhouse in Champaign, I leave angry! Well this time was no different!

00 for and when I got home I was even angrier! 99 cents but I also asked for a loaded baked potato and received a plain baked potato with no butter or anything! It wasn't even sliced open! I was also supposed to get a salad that was not in the bag!

Went too Texas Roadhouse in Burlington NC last Thursday at 5:30 pm for the Early Bird Dining. Seated then informed that this ended at 5pm. Currently have pictures from two websites that clearly state the early dining hours as 3pm-6pm, Mon-Thursday.

Looking for a place that will give you 4 appetizer plates for your party of 5? Do you desire to drink water from a styrofoam cup at a sit down eat in restaurant and when the table asks for morw water, receive one glass to share?

How about a restaurant that has your server forget napkins & flatware, when a 2nd server is asked brings paper cocktail napkins, and a 3rd that finally brings them? Do you ever want to wait 75 minutes for a meal only to have your chicken overcooked and dry?

Well, if you desire this and no apology from your server (when you finally see them again) then this is the place for you? Oh, and if you want the birthday person to feel ignored and let down then head on over to the Texas Roadhouse in Cranston where lousy service is their number 1 goal!

We were a party of 15 including 5 children & an infant. The server, Savannah, took our drink order then informed us that there was no ICE. We waited over an hour for our orders to be brought out. Two of us ordered salads & they weren't given to us early, nor were the kids' meals brought out.

And when we asked, we were given "attitude" by Savannah & ended up speaking with the manager. We were given a discount on our meals, but the service was terrible. And we had to ask for ice after seeing other tables with ice in their drinks!

Ordered a large filet - medium and it came much smaller than expected and burned on the outside. Asked the supervisor and she said it was just thick. Neither of the waitresses came back for nearly 20 minutes. The steak was burned outside and very well inside.

Finally talking to the waitress, she wanted to remake it but was too late. I had taken one of the pork chops my wife had and was finished. Waitress and supervisor agreed to give 30% off the entire order but after getting the bill saw it was 30% off the pork chop dinner and a coke - nothing off the filet, which was more cost.

Gave her a 25% tip as I didn't notice the discount until I got home. I'll go to Lonestar or Outback as I know the filet at Lonestar is tops!

I went their for the 1st time I was so excited to dine their. I asked the server if the bar could make me a mocktail in a specialty glass. To my surprise the server said no I thought this doesn't seem right can I speak to a manager.

The manager came over then said to me it's corporate policy that no non alcoholic beverage be made for any customer in a glass they serve alcohol in. I Said well that doesn't make sense I see 0 harm in asking for a non-alcoholic specialty drink in a nice glass as I am now 1 year sober.

I have ordered an online to go order coated to be ready at 7:36 PM. I got there and texted in the messages here and my parking space at 7:30. I waited almost 40 minutes before I went up to the window to ask for my food was, the girl at the window said it’s almost done and then gave me my food a few minutes later, I had to come back up to the window because I forgot my drink and

Everytime my husband and I go there weekday evening or weekend evening , we get very poor service tonight was the worst. sweet potato. green beans !! Complained to shift manager twice !! They admitted they had several complaints on cold food tonight !!

My family, a party of 9, went to the Texas Roadhouse in Manhattan Kansas. The next said to go to the host stand to be placed on deck 1. We did as it said. 45 minutes. We were upset. What is call waiting for.

We left and have no future plans to return.

Food was excellent, but our server was awful! Had to ask other services for refills and such. Our server seemed irritated when we asked for the missing items for our meal. We understood it was busy, and gave plenty of time.

We waited 20 mins for rolls, as our server said there wasn't any.

However, we noticed them seating numerous ppl at tables near us, and they had rolls. We waited 15 mins for the missing items for our meal. She did a terrible job!

I’d like somebody to explain to me how this is Well done steak . I know im not a 5 star chef but I’m also not an idiot. this is the fourth visit in a row. They haven’t gotten my steak right and I’ve had to take it home and cook it myself.

The last 3 times going to Texas roadhouse the service and food has been losey.

First the main meal came before the appetizer and the food was not cooked the way ordered and missing items. The manager really didn't seem to care just said there was alot of other complaints and will need to talk to kitchen manager.

The waitress never came back to see if food was correct had to track down another waitress for help. Very unhappy with the way things are handled.

Server Riley failed on so many aspects. Waited over 20 minutes for bread, as we sat around multiple tables receiving theirs. Refills were never given, even when asked for. Server never checked on our table after we received our food.

We got our own to go boxes. Had to ask another server for some things. Server waited and attended to her other tables, bringing refills, boxes and SEVERAL baskets of bread. Even when we asked for things, she failed to return with them. Servers name was Riley. Horn Lakes, MS location. Sunday 3/19.

Sat around 12:40pm left at 1:50. Riley never even brought our check to us. We obtained from table top kiosk. $65 bill for horrible service, no drinks refills and a server that was below minimal standard.

I am a disabled man with PTSD and I was forced to put my service animal in my car in order to eat here. I told the staff that she is a registered service animal and she needs to stay with me, and they did not care. This is illegal and unfair.

Texas Roadhouse is one of my most favorite restaurants. I am a Veteran and I love how TRH treats Vets. My most recent experience was terrible. I did not make an issue at the time of service because I was with a client and it would have been too embarrassing. My burger left a lot to be desired. Internally it was ok but the edges and outside were burned. The "Crisp bacon" was like shoe leather and the bun was hard as a rock. Had I been with my wife or family I would have certainly sent it back, but as I said I was with a client and I didn't want to make an issue. I am used to much better from TRH. David Lesnick

We went for lunch at 3:00pm on Saturday the 18th at Lima Oh store # 74. Our waitress was absolutely amazing unfortunately the kitchen lost or missed placed or overlooked our food order ticket. We waited for more than an hour and no food.

2 other couples sat in our section after us got their food before us. We finally asked our waitress about our food and she was very pleasant and checked on our food and the manager came out and said it would only be 5 more minutes unfortunately we were ready to leave.

She did comp our meals but we payed for an appetizer and our alcohol drinks. We ordered the Road kill and Salmon dinners. It shouldn't have taken an hour for those meals. We were very disappointed .

My husband, myself and a friend went to dinner at approximately 8pm on Saturday March 18th,2023 at Watertown, NY restaurant. We were told 10 to 20 minute wait. We proceeded to bar and ordered drinks. About 20 minutes later we were texted to be seated.

Our waitress asked us if we wanted apps. Told her I had coupon for my birthday for free app. The app we chose, she snapped wasn’t included. I said ok and ordered different one. She returned 10 minutes later with rolls and took order.

Husband and friend both ordered steaks cooked medium, one with shrimp combo other rib combo. Took forever for salads to come out by different server. Meals arrived by yet another server. Missing shrimp. Asked for A1 and soda and rolls, never returned. Steaks had blood dripping.

Never saw waitress until done…

Never saw waiter again after receiving food. So, no waiter except to take order. Never got refills on beverages. Had to ask another waiter for to-go box. Paid check using kiosk on table. Caesar sale was OLD!! Couldn’t eat it.

This is the second time we have been to Texas Roadhouse in West Monroe with bad food and bad service.

i give them a 2 . i orded the half rack of ribs that was over cooked and burnt , my swee potato was over cooked the skin was black inside and out tasted burnt. my salad was great and the rolls.

I ordered food for pick up. Set time for 4:45 pm 3/17/23. I went inside to pick up my food at 4:48 pm because I had not received my food is ready text. I walked in told them my name.

They said it would be a couple minutes. I waited for another 15 minutes. So they finally asked my name again. Come to find out my food had been on the to go rack. It had be pior to Me even arriving.

My food was Ice cold. l The lady manager said we don't do that. So then she asked me I wanted to be re cooked. That would of took another 30 minutes. So that would of been another 25 to 30 minutes.

We eat at your restaurant every week. This is an outrage you would let a manager treat a loyal customer that way. 00 is a bit much for ice cold food.

the server new things was messed up I do appreciate the voucher but it doesn't make up the difference of a night was disappointed it ruined because the food was not on point hopefully in the future this won't happen again but I feel I should have been compensated a lot better considering the amount of money that I paid...

Hi, picked up my order- first my filet supposed to be medium well i was very well done and cold also the salad I asked for everything on the side and it came with everything on it. Ordered a diner today in Cheektowaga New York--3/15/2023- I was told on line that my purchase was to be ready at 5:11 pm I made sure i was there for "to go pu " at 510 pm and called to notify i was there, after waiting an additional 25 min my diner was brought out to my vehicle I stated to the young man that i hope the food isn't cold because of the delay and

2 of 4 orders for our party were undercooked. My nephew’s 6oz sirloin was supposed to be medium rare but was rare. My country fried steak was to be well but was not! Although they re- cooked the sirloin and brought me another country fried steak, which was half the size of the first one, it seems that they did so grudgingly.

I also had to ask for new gravy. We just had a death in the family and so I did not feel like confronting anyone at the restaurant, but I was not pleased with our service or food. The waitress apologized, but I felt we could’ve been treated better by the manager.

Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter. This was at the Bridgeville-1155 Washington Pike location at around 630-700.
