Today my son birthday, before we went to the place I make sure the Texas road house in Everett, Ma. Ask for reserved 10 peoples but they said no reservation. So when I get to the place see the sign call ahead for reserved.

So what is that mean? And I also asked the service desk pleased can he try to help us do two tables for 10 peoples next to or close to so we can easy have alls the kids together to celebrate my son birthday. no.

The waitress was sidetracked and pretty much absent the whole meal. The mashed potatoes were luke warm at best with a mere pittance of white cream gravy. The chicken tenders were like leftovers, my chicken fried chicken was the poorest I've ever had from your restaurant which is usually always near perfection.

The salads were even chincy, hardly any eggs, 2 croutons, and hunks of lettuce in our ranch dressing. WE were very displeased from what is usually one of our favorite places to eat. Thanks.

I ordered 3 individual meals today from Texas Roadhouse. I did not get any gravy for my steak tips. No utensils with none of my meals and I also ordered butter and sour cream for 2 of my baked potatoes and did not receive any of it.

If this is the poor service I will be getting from the Bowie,MD location, I probably will be going to another restaurant for a meal!! I would be appreciative in talking to someone about my complaint. My phone/text number is 304-627-9611.

The booth we were seated in was dirty and had used napkins and utensils in the corner of the booth.

Also an inordinate among of debris and peanuts shells on the floor underneath the table. We politely asked the server if they could sweep underneath the table and were told that it’s Texas Roadhouse and that you usually don’t sweep underneath the table unless asked too.

At this point our party could tell that the service was not going to be acceptable. We decided we would go somewhere else to dine and politely told the serving staff we decided to dine at another restaurant. I would not be complaining but as we vacated your restaurant we were told by one of your employees to enjoy Cheddars.

So my kids school or the city at parade gave out 2 free kids meal w purchase so I decided we would go for Valentine’s Day 2/14/23 in Camden Delaware so how about after being told we couldn’t use both one entree for each ok a friend was coming on his break I explained this I had no problem buying both ,this restaurant told me no w 2lil ones and

I dont even want a reimbursement. I just want you to know that my service on take out was bad enough, and the ice cold meal that I finally got even though it was incomplete. Have cured me of your Janesvile store and I will not waste another dime on this again.

I am both a senior and a veteran and cannot remember a time when I was so disappointed with the service I was given. Enjoy the money I wasted. Im sure this complaint will help nothing.

Went last night it was busy and we had a wait thats ok. We go every week sometimes twice. Last night the girl at the front took our name and number. So we said we will go sit at the bar and just wait for our table.

Nope she said ( No your are not welcome to stay inside you can wait in the car or go home we will call you, but you are not welcome in the restaurant to wait, it was 35 degree out side. I go hear very often even during the so called covid experiences and were never got treated like that.

If this is a new thing its not to smart bet over half, that she chased away never came back. The waiting area they turned into storage area and there is no place to sit and wait. Who ever came up with this crap has no business sense at all.

I ate at Texas Roadhouse in Florence sc with my boys last night and they had to wait on their sides for their meal for over 15 minutes (fries) and we never got served any bread in the beginning. No refills were given as well. Appetizers came with the entrees.

Terrible service and my mother don't like very many places this was one of the few well it WAS. Hair on inside of To Go container. Ceasars salad had literally 6 croutons few shreddes of pamesan . Now im not crying over this.

Just with prices Much Much higher now I believe I have every right...!!

We went in person a few months back. We were told 45 min wait, no problem. After 2 1/2 hrs, my kids complaining how hungry they were and being told several times it would just be a few more minutes I decided to walk around the restaurant.

I found 4 booths and 2 tables clean and ready. I went back to the front and questioned them and all of a sudden our table was ready. I get being busy, honestly I've worked food industry but that was just ridiculous.

Then another 1 1/2 hrs at the table . I just can't understand how 45 mins turned into a 4 hr experience. Fast forward to today, we decided to get carry out to avoid that whole debacle again. I ordered at 6:15 and was allowed a pickup time @ 7.

My husband gets there at exactly 7 and it's not ready, no problem. At 7:15 still not ready, 7:30…

On 3/11/23 we dined at the Roadhouse Palmcoast location. We ordered steak and salmon. The steak was ordered medium rare and sent back 3 times as it was rare. Instead of a new one they kept returning the original steak with the SAME issue ( truly believe they didn’t try to fix the steak) The salmon was overcooked and VERY Salty. This was returned twice.

I finally gave up and was unable to eat due to my hypertension issues. All in all the manager just didn’t seem to care stating “sorry for your experience here” in a sarcastic manner. it’s a sad world we live in these days. Janet Nield Jax Fla.

I called to book seating for my son's 16th birthday. I needed seating for 23. Upon calling I was told that I could not book ahead for my son's 16th bday. So I asked was there a possibility to put more than 6 on a wait list.

I was told I could put up to 12 on 2 different wait lists but the parties could not speak to each other or we would be thrown out of the restaurant. I was confused as to why and the person on the phone was extremely rude, refused to acknowledge my concerns and rushed me off the phone saying she had other calls she needed to take.

I'm very disappointed in this, as this is my son's favorite restaurant and we eat there quite often. I was extremely offended and my son's bday plans had to be changed because of this.

The way your company chooses to treat its customers is intolerable and unexscusable when a party calls to make their place in line the company should its best to keep within the time given instead of letting other party's that arrived after them go in first we were told an hour wait which fine it was a busy night. Falkenburg Rd. Tampa location. 1st complaint is every time I order curbside carry out, I end up having to go up to the window and pick up my own food.

Secondly, when I place my order I always mark that I don't want utensils, yet every time I pick up an order, there are utensils in the bag. The last 2 times I've ordered the little dillo steak bites for my daughter, they were so overly done that they were too tough for her to chew.

So today when I placed my order for the same item, I put a note in the special instructions box stating that I want the steak bites medium rare, not well done. Today I decided to check before I left the parking lot, and sure enough, the steak bites were well done.

I've always appreciated the discount given to veterans like myself. For years I received 30% off my entire bill which helped us financially to eat there more often than usual. In the past couple of years we only received 30% off of my meal, which was ok.

Last night I only received 10% off my meal (Cincinnati OH location). After asking why I was told all restaurants are different in discounts. Why is this allowed?? So only certain locations appreciate my status as veteran and not others?

This sends a bad message for Texas Roadhouse corporation!

I’ve been a regular at the Texas Roadhouse in The Colony, TX since early 2020 until recently. The reason I will no longer go there is quite simple, a new manager named Alexis Mendoza. Quite honestly I was there a couple of weeks ago for a good bar tender friends going away party when we had it out.

Let me preface this by saying I was quite tired of hearing her, who was new to this restaurant berating servers in front of us, who albeit regulars are still customers and that’s not what we come to hear.

We went on a tuesday night. Worst restaurant experience ever. Not only did our food get forgotten about and we waited an hour after ordering before finally receiving it cold. My husband's well done burger he ordered was completely rare as was my mother in laws ribeye l.

The roadkill chop steak I ordered was a huge disappointment as well, thought it would look and taste at least a little like actual steak, nope! It was a regular hamburger patty that was old and bland with very little onion or mushroom on top and it was COLD.

The waitress was no where to be found until we were ready to leave. We wont be ever returning to Texas roadhouse, what a joke.

We are regular customers with Texas Roadhouse my husband loves the rolls who doesn't but he's diabetic and could go threw 3 baskets. Any way it was his Birthday Sunday March 5th we went to York PA restaurant and we were with my brother his wife and our granddaughter.

We all ordered steak dinners. And a Blooming Onion. Well we all left but me and my brother had to go back inside and use there restroom. Then his wife came in. the only thing I can think of is the Blooming Onion sause cause it's the only thing that would of went bad cause of the mayo in it I been a cook 20 yrs and

We visited your Stow, Ohio location yesterday for my birthday. I am 6"11 and 300 pounds. As the girl who was seating us, I told her I need a table due to my size. She ignored me and took us to a tiny booth.

I could not get into it. I requested to be seated somewhere I could sit like a booth chair combo, which was available. She told my wife and me that she could not sit us there or anywhere else. She talked on her headset to the front that we did NOT want to sit where she had led us. This was not true.

It was because I could not fit into the booth. She then said we would have to wait another 20 minutes or so until something became available. There were several other booths and tables available. Very unprofessional and ruined the birthday celebration!

Not a way to treat coustomers!

Went Sunday 03/05… joined the waitlist online and got in pretty quickly….. but then it happened… it took 2 1/2 hours to get our food. I told the waitress to just charge us for what we ate so far (Salad, beer, and a margarita) and as I was saying that another young lady was walking up with the food… so we had to take it home because I had to work at 8.

We were no longer hungry from sitting so long and eating bread. We did not eat our food until the next day and it was horrible because we couldn’t eat it fresh. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

We spent 132$ and the couple with us spent 80$ on food that wasn’t worth eating. The sad part about it was people were getting their drinks, bread, and food they were seated after us. My grandchildren were restless, had their heads down…

We never got our appetizer or refills on drinks My son cut his lip on the glass and the managers response "well he doesn't need stitches"! Wth He mumbles something about a discount while he was walking away. He has a real attitude that he didn't give 2 shits Another female came over and asked what happened I assumed a asst manager.

I complained about the first one and she left. I got the bill and nothing. Told the server and he said he was only told to throw the glass away. We were finally given a discount but I am angry how my son's cut lip was just dismissed!

I have always ordered food from you and always recommend this place but after yesterday, never again! I ordered a steak salad. There was no bacon, no blue cheese no dressing and the steak was horribly gritty. In addition the salad was just old brown lettuce and chopped up hard boiled egg, which is not on the menu and which I cannot eat. It shouldn't have even been on there. Worse than the food is my attempt to reach someone at the Willoughby, Ohio restaurant. It took me 87 minutes to keep calling, listening to some horrible music on hold and then saying I would be transferred to the to go area where either nobody ever picks up or they pick up and hang up. I finally got a manager who could have cared less. In fact, all she did was give me an 800 number for customer service.

We went to Texas Roadhouse in Fishers, IN on 3/5/23. There was 9 of us. They told us there wasn't a table big enough, so they would have to sit us 4 and 5 to a table. When they went to seat us, 5 of them sat at one table, and 4 of us were in another room, with a wall between us.

We asked to sit us together and they wouldn't. Said they couldn't. There was a table right next to the table with the 5 of them, and they said we could not move, and that they didn't have a server for that table.

5 minutes later, they sat a family next to them. We asked if the 5 could move to a big booth next to us, they said no. They would NOT be accommodating to us at all!! We spoke to the manager Aubrey and she basically told us sorry, nothing we could do.

On Saturday 3/4/2022, Texas Roadhouse in Union City, Ca 94587. we were planning to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday with our family. It would be 19 of us. I called at 11am and you are unable to reach a person.

It stated to text a manager if you have a party larger than 7 and the wait time would be 1 to 2 hours. I texted (209) 350-0626 and no response. My mom and I went to the establishment in Union City and met with the manager around 1230pm.

She stated I she never got the message. I showed her my text and she said I texted the wrong number. I asked her if she could accommodate us but she said that they cannot accommodate parties larger than 16.

I went to Texas Roadhouse in West Monroe, Louisiana and it was the worst experience ever. I was seated at 5:27 and order an appetizer soon as I was seated at 6:48 we still hadn't received anything. I stopped the waitress after sitting 30 minutes and asked if we could just order our food because my sister was getting sick.

We were traveling through Joplin and wanted to eat at a Texas Roadhouse after spending 200 days in the hospital. We placed our order and when I received my order my steak was cold and I mean cold. The server who was very nice said he would bring me another steak.

He took my steak and I ate potato waiting for my steak. After a lengthy time my steak finally arrived with whom I assume was the manager. The steak was so tough I couldn’t cut it and expressed it to the lady.

I should have ate first steak that was a little tender. The rest of my party had finished eating and potato was cold when she brought the steak snd asked if I would like another bake potato. Several people around us had orders messed up.

Hello I was at the Texas Roadhouse in Williamsport Pennsylvania. I was at this facility numerous times and overheard the manager yelling and screaming at several workers. He was yelling so loud that it could be heard as I was trying to enjoy my dinner.

I'm not sure that yelling and screaming at workers like that is called for in any aspects. I visit several other locations throughout the state of Pennsylvania and have never seen or heard any other managers yelling and screaming as loud and careless as that manager does.

Due to this conflict I will no longer be visiting ANY Texas Roadhouse facilities. Hopefully something gets taken care of and resolved in this matter. Thank You

I took my family to the Texas Roadhouse in Walpole Massachusetts last night. When the entrees arrived, it was misssing my son’s meal. My meal and my wife’s meal were also incorrect. She had ordered the prime rib with mushrooms on it, but she got no mushrooms.

I had ordered the 20 oz bone in rib eye with sautéed onions and peppers on it, but it also came out with nothing on it. To make sure my son was fed, I gave him my meal. When we complained, the manager only offered us a coupon for $40 off a return visit.

I ended up paying full price for a dinner that was the worst dining experience of my life. 2 incorrect meals and one forgotten meal. And a horrible resolution by the manager. Complete incompetence!

I just wanted to say how disappointed my family and I were last night at this location. It was my moms 74th birthday and she loves The Roadhouse as she calls it. There were 10 people in our party we were told we could not be served.

Not even asking to sit together just be in the same area. No that’s not allowed. My mom was so hurt she cried. She only wanted to celebrate her birthday at her favorite restaurant with her family and that didn’t happen.

We ended up at a different restaurant got excellent service and thankfully the night didn’t end too bad. I wanted to say how disappointing that a restaurant didn’t give a crap about one of its patrons and treated us like crap especially on my moms big day. Thank you Texas Roadhouse.

My sister and I dined at your restaurant tonight in North Dartmouth Massachusetts. Upon entering the restaurant smelled like a raw sewage. We were in salon that there would be a 20 to 30 minute wait to be seated even though there was several booths open But due to staffing shortages they weren't available.

We were informed that it would be a 20-30 minute wait . Or we could choose to sit at the bar which we chose. The bartender was a fine young man named Mickey who was tasked with waiting on15 or so people seated at the bar along with providing beverages for the bar and waitresses ..

Prime rib was smoked. It was gross and should have said it was smoked on menu. It was artificial smoke flavor added, which causes cancer. Mashed potatoes were instant and inedible. Horseradish sauce tasted of nail polish remover. My daughter’s cheeseburger had burnt brown cheese on it that looked like leather.

Waitress never returned to our table to check on our meal but insisted she had. It was our first and last time ever in a Texas Roadhouse. How disappointing. The company should be ashamed of itself. I’d have been happier with literally Anything. Just totally gross meal.

On 03/02/23 we went to the location 8470 Northfield, Blvd in Denver, CO, Check No: 20063. We were a party of 12 and we are in town for a funeral. Our party was seated after 35 minutes of check in after we called ahead to get on waitlist.

We had one server named Ashley she got all our orders and we waited over an hour and half before we received our food. We watched as a table of 6-8 was seated after us and ordered their food and their food arrived before ours.

Once our food arrived every order was overcooked, hard, dried, as if it had been sitting a while and then put in the microwave. I ordered a medium steak and it was well done and I let the server know.

Corona location. while waiting a couple was there with a group of 5 and the group not together (Caucasian) they were allowed to get seated I obviously got upset. I always go to the Menifee location and have never experienced a situation like this.

On 03/02/2023 I left my wallet on the table where I was eating at. I called and ask if they found my wallet and they said yes I stated I left my wallet and it had money they said they had it with the money as well.

I went right away to pickup my wallet and the money was gone I asked the young man Justin he said I don't know what you are talking about. He was the one I talked to on the phone who told me that he had the money and wallet.

I'm a senior on a fixed income had just gotten my check and I can't afford to give any money away I'm happy they found my things but he didn't have to keep my money.

I called to place an order at 3:55 phone three times to get through to someone (no one answered the phone). At 4:05 someone answered the phone and put me on hold, where I waited for 10 minutes before being disconnected called back took nine minutes for someone to answer the phone. Almost to the restaurant when I finally placed my order now I’m sitting in your parking lot waiting for my dinner to go, very very poor takeout service!

We complained to a manager about our meals not being correct and cold. The mgr had refunded our meals however, she was flapping her hands on hips showing how mad she was at us! I feel like she was drawin unnecessary attention to us and she was not professional at all about the problem.

She clearly was upset a us! Never going to this location again. Manager name is Katrina.

We went to the restaurant and they said they had sold out of prime rib the restaurant hadn’t been open a hour Then we went back on Monday my mother in law was with us and they set us at a booth that you had to step up on and we asked to set some else and they said they didn’t have enough waitresses but about 5 minutes later they were sitting people at the other tables the manager lied to us about not having help she wa very rude us
