I called the Bossier location on Wednesday 2/22 requesting seating for 15 people on Saturday at 7. I was told to come atleast 2 hours ahead of time to be put on the list which I did. Still had an hour wait after being on the list for 2 hours and wasn’t seated until 8.

The ziosk at the table was not functioning properly and we were told that 2 tickets weren’t paid even after showing our bank accounts where you could see the funds had been taken. The manager never apologized and told us we had to pay the ticket again and if it posts twice to come back Tuesday and it would be fixed.

Went this afternoon (Tuesday) and all he took was the info still no apology nor was the money given back. We had to move our seats to accommodate a wheelchair which is fine and the manager offered an appetizer…

On February 26/23 We had our reservation time given to another party as we sat and waited to be call. We waited from 5:30 which was reservation time and didn’t get seating until 6:43 on top of that from 6:43 .

We didn’t get our food until 8:45 some of the food orders were uncooked had to be sent back. It was My Sister Birthday and the waiting and the food service was Horrible. My Sister was Sad that she pick your restaurant.

Here Birthday joy was ruined by this experience. She still upset this morning about the service we received waiting to be seated and to eat and those Around us were served and seated before us. We left there in disbelief on how we were Treated!

My family and I go to the TR in Camden De. since it was built. Recently, about 7-8 months ago my wife and I visited and I ordered a Dewars and water from the bar. Moments later I was told they were out and had no more in stock. I got the female manager to come over and she said they would have an order for my scotch as soon as possible. I stopped by about 2 weeks later and no Dewars had been ordered.... we got up and left. I've called the business twice since that date and , as of yet, Dewars is NOT available.

The franchise is close, that's why we began going to it BUT I've traveled way longer distances to get the cocktail I want.

Apparently your company can afford to lose the $80 -$100 I usually spend there so I will either travel a few more miles or patronize Longhorn Steak House or…

I was hired at the Texas Roadhouse company restaurant in Springfield, Missouri. I worked one day and then I had several days off and then I went to work another day and I explained to the manager upon hire that I have an e-bike and

that is my transportation to and from work and then on days that it's raining I have to find a way to work or I have that day off. They knew about all this beforehand get because I ride an e-bike to work and I'm not able to get there on rainy days.

They terminated my employment because of this because of me being a disadvantaged minority they've taken advantage of me. I also explained to my manager that for some reason Google has security issues with the Texas Roadhouse apps and my phone keeps uninstalling them to protect my phone.

We ordered online for our local restaurant here in Fort Myers , Florida. 30 min after ordering and 15 min till pickup time, we received a call informing us that the prime rib was not available but we were already charged.

We chose another meal that was less in price and not really what was wanted. Once we arrived at the restaurant 10 minutes early and waited for our order. It was 25 minutes past the the time we were given for pickup.

Meaning our time for pickup was 7:30 and we didn’t get our order until 7:55. Once we got the meals we went home and the order was incorrect. Croutons on the salad ( couldn’t eat because of gluten) ribs didn’t have sauce, and no butter for the baked potato.

In addition the ribs were dry and my card was already charged for the meals ( for the more expensive…

last night my family and i went to enjoy some food at the ralito location. we arrived around 9:30 and had a young child. they sat us in the bar area which i’m not sure why since we had a young child.

Service was ok until there was an out burst with a manager and a customer. it was a complete disaster the customer was threatening she’s going to light the place up. the manager allowed her employees to get involved and it’s was the most unprofessional scene i’ve ever seen.

i asked for our check and boxes since i have a young child i wanted to leave and take him home. a few servers came by and apologized but not once did the manager. when the whole scene was right in front of us.

On January 7th my grandfather turned 76 years old and decided he wanted to celebrate his birthday at what once was his favorite restaurant. We received the absolute worst customer service from every manager on duty including the man who claimed to be the GM.

My sister who has breast cancer, found the strength to come out and celebrate, she was told that she could not sit on an empty bench that was connected to my grandparents table, because only 5 people were allowed to sit. This restaurant separated the entire family scattered us all around Texas Roadhouse and every table received Harsh treatment.

We were placed in a booth that was blowing our napkins off the table. Rear booth. We complained server knew about it and tried to find manager. Food came we ate with cool air constantly blowing on us. We were cold complained second time.

My family and I went to Texas Roadhouse on Route 60 in Huntington, WV, on my birthday, February 22nd. We had to wait an hour and a half for our food, then it was burnt when it came. The fries were too salty, the meat was all burned.

The waitress was very nice, though. It was my first time there. Not a good experience. They did give me a $30 gift card, but I felt so bad, that I gave it to my niece, who had recommended the restaurant.

She was surprised at what happened. I felt bad, because she felt bad. There was 8 of us. The chicken that my niece ordered was so tough that you couldn't get a fork through it. They did give my husband a discount, but I just wanted to let you know how disappointed we were.

I dined in after waiting 30 minutes for doors to open. I requested seating in the bar section due to fans where cool and aggravating my arthritis in the other areas. I informed Waitress of my didability, but shesaid there are no servers for that area.

) whom said the area is closed. I informed the person seated after my party is sitting in the area, but the manager stated, we cannot sit there. I called corporate office and they made a report. As I consumed my meal, additional parties were seated in the area I was denied seating.

A difference is my party of two is African American and the three parties of two that were seated are Caucasian.

I needed to cancel an online order that I sent to the wrong location(even though I know I chose Richmond, KY). Anyway, I tried for 14 minutes to get through to ANYONE! The MANAGER in Richmond also tried to get through with no luck.

I had to place another order at the Richmond location. I'm trying to get my money refunded from Lexington. I am now on hold for the manager AGAIN, and have been waiting 18 minutes.

On 2/21/23 I ordered at Chicken Critter Salad with ranch from Texas Roadhouse located in Hunt Valley MD. Immediately after consuming the salad I felt sick to my stomach which caused me to vomit uncontrollably. I have ordered from this particular location before and I have never experienced anything like that.

In being that , this was my first meal of the day I’m positive that the cause was from the salad.

Service was very slow. Couldn’t get the drink I ordered, blender was broken. Ordered a coke took over 20 minutes to get. Waiter kept saying he forgot. No one ever asked if we needed a refill or wanted more rolls.

My daughter got her salad with her meal instead of before it. Her steak was dry. I asked for grilled chicken salad with no onions, got onions. Not a very good lunch experience

Visited your establishment today with my 2 children and grandson. We ended up adding another guest after being seated which required for my party to move, which was fine. The waitress Skylar was very rude and unprofessional which I responded to as asking her to be nice after practically ordering us to " Grab your plates and follow me while grabbing the bread from the table and walking off ian a huff. " Rudely.

We left the dishes on the table, if course and are reseated, at which time we could no longer stomach the attitude and left. We walked right next door and ate at Chilli's. Service was great. Very disappointed today. My husband and I frequently eat there.

We ate at Texas Roadhouse in Ashland I ordered 16 oz sirloin with onion and mushrooms with potatoes and brown gravy they brought me 2 pork chops and my wife ordered beef tips onions and mushrooms no gravy but came out with gravy and we never received our salads .

We were there almost 2 hrs without food . It was all funny to our waitress rude and unpolite to make us happy. And better yet when we first got there they were packed so they asked us if we would sit with the group behind us and was being prejudice and saod.

Went to the Oviedo, Florida location last evening. There were going to be 5 of us. 3 of us planned on arriving 15- 20 minutes before the other couple to finalize details on an upcoming trip. We were going to order a couple appetizers and drinks.

We were told corporate policy states that unless everyone is there at the same time no one will be seated. We are in our mid seventies and had to stand 15 minutes. There were empty booths and no one waiting.

My back does not do well standing so I was not happy.

Also they lost out on the sale of the appetizers and drinks. Other smaller issues occurred like the wrong sides being served and checks not being accurate. Sue Hess. com.

…I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH FILTH at a ROADHOUSE RESTAURANT before…The ROLLS were sitting ON the table COLD before my guest of 25 people were even seated WITH THOSE NASTY DEPLORABLE FLOORS! Besides that, OTHER PEOPLE were parading up and down the aisle near our tables going to the BATHROOM!!

I ordered on 2/19/23 Web order #51 Did not receive the Ribs for the 12oz. Ribeye & Ribs meal. The mushrooms and onions were black and mushy. Fries were cold and soggy, Vegetables were awful. Very substandard food quality and poorly prepared.

We waited two hours even with a call in which is fine because I can understand being busy but we were served our salads and asked 3 different people for silverware and after 20 minutes of sitting there looking at our food we decided they did not want our business’s.

We started this process at 5:48 and at 8:45 we still never had any silverware for our food so we walked out. Very dissatisfied. We have been eating at Texas Roadhoise for many years and it has always been our favorite place to eat.

We have never had that kind of service. I understand being short handed and busy but you don’t serve food with nothing to eat it with and leave your customer sitting there to sit and stare at it. Very very disappointed!

On Sunday, February 19, 2023 I placed an order at 16915 San Pedro Avenue, Hollywood Park, TX 78232. Order # 16350697408397312. I received confirmation that my order would be ready at 6:11 PM. " I received a response, "Sorry, your order is not ready yet," etc.

here we are again. About 1 week after the exact store (Westminster, MD) manager reached out to me personally, guaranteed this would never happen again, and giving me a free meal), we had our food come (carry out) with ZERO sides.

We went to the restaurant in West Monroe,LA on February 14th and knew that it would probably be busy but our experience was not good. We ordered our food and waited for an hour before receiving our food, during that hour numerous people came in ordered, ate and left before we ever got our food.

We ask several times about our food and the waitress said I’m watching for it. My husband which never gets anxious finally did and went to ask the head person about our food and she said she would check but never came back to our table.

I want to complain about your policy of not seating people until the entire party has arrived. There were 4 in our party and 3 of us were there and the other was on their way. When you have paying customers and you have already been waiting to get a table we should be able to be seated regardless!!!!!!!

I picked up my meal from Longhorn about 430. I requested medium well and this is what I live too far away, so take it back. Thank God I only use a gift card that I received as a retirement gift.

I spent $55 on 2 steak meals. It was my first time ordering there. I ordered my steaks medium and they were overly cooked. They were tough and burnt. My broccoli was not steamed well and I ordered a strawberry lemonade but got yellow colored water instead.

The meals were a disaster! I took them back and asked for a refund. The manager on duty said he didn't have the power to do that. I called the next morning and spoke to a manager and he said I'd get my refund in a week at most.

I checked my account and no refund has been issued yet. That all occurred on 2/7/23 & 2/8/23. I most definitely do not recommend the Tallahassee, FL. Location and I had heard such wonderful reviews about this restaurant which is why I tried it.

I'm going to stick to Longhorn and Outback if this is the service…

On Saturday, February 11, 2023, I placed an order for take out through the app. I ordered from your store in Lancaster, OH. I ordered 1 Andy’s steak meal, and 5 adult meals. I asked for A1 Steak Sauce, as I ordered 4 steaks.

Planned a Valentine’s Day dinner with my husband on Valentine’s Day and did the call waiting waitlist. We live 45 minutes from the place. We were on waitlist for 3 hours, then got a text to come in to be seated and as we walked into this business the manager began yelling that they weren’t seating anymore people due to supposed “plumbing issues”.

Basically pushed people right out the doors that waited hours to be seated. I understand things happen but the way he went about it was extremely unprofessional. We were expecting a great experience but instead ended up being pushed out the doors.

We ended the night having to eat at a fast food chain which wasn’t very romantic.

Excellent service (would hire ANJAE away if I had a restaurant!), staff worked as a happy team BUT what turned me off was the manager walking by and sometimes stepping on paper and debris on floor without bending down to pick it up. Even seated a family that stepped over a piece of fallen food from previous customer.

Granted very busy night, but take care of the obvious!

Store is in Elk Grove,California 95624, On Valentines Day the problem is I feel your staff wasn’t prepared to handle this type of crowd & there wasn’t a better system in place. As tradition we always go to your restaurant on all Holidays & regularly.

There is no problem getting service. I know things can come a bit overwhelming on these days but there was probably a lot of new customers/ & regulars (Roadies) that you lost. The hostess was turning people down about 3 hours before closing time.

We were disappointed with the quality of our service. We went there for our anniversary dinner and the one who seated us was rude and acted like she hated being there. It was very disturbing to have someone like that greet and seat us.

our server kept forgetting to replenish our water we had to ask 3 times and the manager ended up having to get her and when we got our food she kept forgetting to bring the steak sauce for my wife, that she herself asked her if she wanted it . When she finally brought it she just bought her a little cupful.

I joined the waitlist for the Texas Roadhouse in Mesquite TX at 5:26 pm and was given a wait time of approximately 90-100 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant at 6:32. I waited until about 7:10 pm to inquire about how much longer and was told the manager was working on clearing tables.

I placed an order online and called and spoke to someone and told them I would pay cash when I got to the restaurant. The girl stated that I could pay cash when I got to the restaurant.

However, when I got to the restaurant my order was not even prepared because they couldn't find it since I didn't pay with my card. I'm very disappointed because I waited 3 hours for my order because I placed my order at 6:30 pm and I got a picture saying it would be done by 8:45 pm.

Planned a Valentine’s Day dinner with my husband on Valentine’s Day and did the call waiting waitlist. We live 45 minutes from the place. We were on waitlist for 3 hours, got a text to come in to be seated and as we walked in the manager began yelling that they weren’t seating anymore people due to “plumbing issues”.

Basically pushed people right out the doors. I understand things happen but the way he went about it was very unprofessional. We were expecting a great experience but instead ended up being pushed out the doors. We ended the night having to eat at a fast food chain which wasn’t very romantic.

Came for a nice Valentine’s dinner . We knew it is always busy so we decided to come when it opened at 3 . When we walked in there were about 4 different parties waiting to be seated. There were absolutely no one sitting at any tables .

When I got in line to give our name we were told there would be a 25 min wait!! Now why even open up if you don’t have the people to serve ? This is ridiculous to be sitting in your lobby while all the tables are empty .

Not a great start to our valentines meal. I hope the rest of it turns out better because we chose roadhouse over going to The Abby .

The host 14870 Manchester rd St. Louis mo walk walked all around to every table except mine greeted all tables ask how everything was going and brought out more bread never said anything to me and I believe its because I’m black everyone else in the area was white then when I wanted my drink yo go I was told I couldn’t but when I called while still there I was told yes I take my drink to go

My family and I were at the restaurant to have dinner and our server was Will. Will refuse to serve us we were African who stated he needed to see our ID. Dina who is the manager on shift too was so nasty, lack customer service and her approach in talking to customer was below bar.

My family felt so embarrassed because we were not treated nice despite paying for the service.

Staff like Dina and Will are bad representation of Texasroad house.

I would not give them any stars but I had too my experience was at the Turlock CA restaurant we have been to many dinners at Texas Roadhouse and never had any issues until on 2/10/23 We we’re literally thrown out not by the manager but the owner himself so unprofessional My problem was that we placed our order and in about 5 minutes the food server served our meal I asked her wait where’s are salad aren’t supposed to get that first well she got defensive and

told me not to yell at her which I did not yell at her the manager profusely apologized and told us the Salad person was late for work which I totally didn’t understand so I didn’t want my Neal the boxed it up they did not offer us anything to make the wrong right so all of a sudden a man comes to our table does not introduce himself…
