Last evening at the Wilkin Township Pa location, my wife and our entire party of four were verbally abused by a server (Sherri) because we moved booths. She told us she did not care and we could leave. She came right at my wife in a very loud and abrasive movement towards my wife who is recovering from a hip replacement.

I then went to the front desk and spoke to an assistant manager who the went back and continued the verbal attack on my wife (threatening to call the police to have us removed) Finally Eric the front end manager came to our rescue knowing that we are (we’re) regular customers 4 x per month at least and intervened ( great guy) I unfortunately raised my voice to meet the loud attack from the female assistant manager and the server.

I have experienced the worst experience at Texas Roadhouse in Madison Heights, mi, on John R. I had called and made a reservation for a party of 12 for 4:30, and was told they we still had to wait to be seated then 3 more guest had arrived for the dinner and

I told the host and talk to the host manager over the hostess , she told me it was fine and I would have to wait like 10-15 minutes for a table to come up. I order a to go order got home it was the wrong item I called them on February 3 and the manger told me she would send something to my email . And it didn't happen. I spoke with another manger on yesterday and a manger told me she will send it to my email and I still haven't received it yet.

I order the steak and grill chicken. And I got home I had Steak and Ribs they was supposed to replace my order. I am very upset at texas Roadhouse I feel like if a manger says they going to do something they should have done it

February 10, 2023 Called and placed order online at 7:30 PM with a pick up time of 8:30pm arrive to your store at 8:30 and the order was not ready. They finally contacted me at 9 PM telling me they were out of the food that I had ordered.

I asked to talk to a manager, and he offered to do nothing other than to cook a different meal. Even though I had sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes waiting for my order. This store is consistently late when I place orders to go and nine out of ten times the orders when I get them home are wrong.

After this experience and the lack of the manager less than willingness to do anything for the inconvenience we had experienced, I can’t say that I will ever frequent one of the Texas Roadhouse again.

Absolutely terrible service at the to go station of the Bowie, Maryland location. The supervisor Demetrius AND the female manager on duty tonight were extremely non chalant and dismissive when we tried to reach out to them and explain we had been waiting and HOUR for our to go order.

I have never experienced such poor service in my life. We have always been frequent customers of Texas Roadhouse.

However this is the first time we visited this one and will be the last. This location really makes the other locations in Maryland look bad. After an hour longs time of my husband going back and forth with the window attendants once he spoke with Demetrius he was rude and dismissive about the whole experience and this is the main supervisor????

We are trying to have dinner at Texas Roadhouse in Kirkwood,MO.

We were told to wait for an hour and 15 mins. When we came to check after an hour. The receptionist said to wait for another 20 mins. We waited for another 20 mins on the second time and still not sit in.

We checked with other people who came after us and got assigned a table.

This is the longest waiting in my 33 years in dinner. It is not acceptable. It is not fair and the management needs to improve to serve the customer efficiently and effectively.

I will not come back to dinner at this place or recommend to anyone in the future.

The atmosphere and the experience is terrible.

We ordered two house salads and a chicken tender kids meal. They said it would be done at 5:15. At 5:45 they finally said it was ready. We opened the kids meal and the fries were completely cold and the chicken bites barely warm.

I took it back to the window, waited 15 minutes for a manager and he never showed up.

Finally someone came and said “Nick” would take the kids meal off our card. Wow! Great customer service. Never again!

The location on Mills Civic Parkway in West Des Moines Iowa. The bathroom was dirty and stunk so bad I could hardly stand to use it. We ordered rattle snake bites…apparently they had to grow the jalapeños and hand make them because we were told 3 times that it would be about 5 minutes.

They didn’t come out until we had received and eaten our meal 45-60 minutes after ordering them. Very very disappointed!!!

Time to be seat was grossly under under estimated. Quoted 40 mins was over an hour wait to even be called. The hostess Savannah was extremely rude and unprofessional, she literally blocked the entrance door requiring me to explain why I needed to enter the restaurant.

When My wife asked, how much longer it would be? Savannah replied with “it’s only been 30mins I told you it would be 40mins” Very unusual for the restaurant to have the most unpleasant person on shift greeting customers

On Tuesday Feb 7,2023 we were at the Prosper, tx location for dinner with our friends. Our night was going well until we heard a manager tell a young woman who had been eating her meal across the room from us at the bar that people were not comfortable serving her, a to go box was thrown at her and she was told to never come back there again!

The young woman who was humiliated is a young African American woman who arrived shortly after we did!!! To hear someone tell her “ people here are not comfortable serving you” screams racism and hate. These words were said loud enough for anyone in this area to hear it and it was done purposely.

I ordered our meal around 6:20 and was advised that our meal would be ready around 6:47pm. Our notification was received at 7pm that our order was ready. Well no one ever came to our vehicle so I went inside.

The young man behind the counter advised me that my meal was probably already delivered to another customer. In fact - that is what happened. He ran outside- was gone for a while and then came back and said here you go.

I did not receive an apology from him nor did he check with the other customer to see if they went through the items- opening the meals up So I had to walk outside to the other family to see what had happened before I decided if I was going to wait another 30- 45 minutes for them to remake everything. Employees are rude. Steak was overcooked. Watched a lot of untouched items picked up by waiter. but most of all how customers are treated especially disabled and elderly people. There is not a waiting area, we the customers are told to wait outside and if cold to wait in our cars.

On Feb. 4,2023 I visited the Millsboro Delaware location with family. I have been in the restaurant business for 45 yrs. Mostly in management positions. This being said I rarely complain as I understand that sometimes things happen. During our visit the first thing I found unacceptable was the behavior of a hostess who was obviously not happy with her job and was voicing this in front of guests.

Unfortunately, I do not have her name. This same hostess was twirling a broom around in the lobby as we were leaving and had I not stopped it with my hand the broom would have hit me in the face.

Always loved this place, been craving it so we decided to go yesterday, the foods great, waitress was great but ,I was so embarrassed & left feeling very sad. I have never had an issue fitting in your booths, yes I have gained so e weight but this was humiliating, my son also had same issue, couldn't eat comfortable due to being so tight and no room to move around.

Been to lots other restaurants with booths & no issue, I see there are many other complaints online for this reason. Yes I need to lose weight but maybe give table options.

I with dining there with my family and we had three separate orders. alshe said as far as she knew we could use them. After our meal she came to us and said that the system would not let her use them because they were expired, we asked to speak to a manager.

The manager came to the table and explained to us that we would have to pay for the appetizers that the coupons were expired and they can no longer do a manager override that corporate took away their ability to do a manager override. Ordered appetizer and was told plates would be coming and they never did. When we saw our server we were almost done eating the appetizer and I asked for plates and was told they do not have any clean plates.

Then she turned around and said here are some clean plates-and gave us the plates after we were already finished eating the appetizer. When dinner came the broccoli and the baked sweet potato were hard. I have eaten there before and enjoyed my mail and never had a problem like this before.

When the bill came we were charged for a game that we never even touched. 00 from her apron. I was very disappointed in our experience.

I broke down in pikeville Ky last night and decided to go to Texas Roadhouse for supper as I usually eat at Texas Roadhouse a lot back home and when on the road. Last night however was the worst experience I have ever had at roadhouse.

Service was horrible and food was worse. I got the 14 oz ribeye and it was so bad I cudnt take but 2 bites. It was cold and had no flavor whatsoever like eating cardboard. I ask them to take it back which they did but they tried to tell me it was because I had asked for it to be blackened.

The next steak was a little better but my mixed veggies was cold and hardly cooked. My sweet potatoe was only good thing I had. Once again I had terrible service. I had trouble getting server to my seat as they seemed more occupied talking to others.

After a sporting event we went to Eastchase Resturant in Montgomery,Alabama. We arrived about 8:30 and had a party of 10 and they said all their areas that woyld hold that many were closes for the night and that could not serve us.

Two much larger groups came out while we were talking to them. I love Texas Roadhouse and go there Every time I am in Montgomery. This was unacceptable to me when they claim to be open until 10. My granddaughter really wanted to celebrate her birthday with all four grandparents there but in the future we will know we are not welcome there an hour and a half before closing

My husband and I was celebrating our 25th anniversary and he took me to Texas road house in blue springs for dinner. Our steaks were sent back twice and our waitress was totally rude when we sent it back a second time.

The butler pa location is the dirtiest restaurant i have been in. From having our water served in a filth and scum crusted glass and dried food particles on the bottom side of our plates to clods of dust hanging on signs above the rolls that are served to customers.

We went in just after opening, 3pm, and the floors were dirty. The ladies room carpet and flooring we're covered in dirt, hair and debris. A crusted booger on the toilet tank, blood on the feminine napkin disposal lid, and so much caked on dirt on the stall door, i didn't want to touch it.

This restaurant has minimal effort being made to keep it clean. we were very disgusted by the condition of the restaurant.

The Texas roadhouse at Potomac mills location has a gang of thugs working there. 2 steaks were cooked wrong. Jay gave us 30$ comp eventhough it cost 50$ but I came back to claim. And was met with the rude smart mouth staff and Togo people you employ.

Texas Roadhouse 9085 SW 162 ave. Kendall, Florida. My wife and I ordered a steak dinner each and her order was fine. My order was given to the waitress correctly stating I wanted my rib eye cooked medium rare and Pittsburgh style like I also get when we eat out at various restaurants .

She keyed it in correctly to the order computer as verified by the on duty Mgr. It arrived no different than a normal steak not crusty / burned as that style is alway done. I asked the waitress what happen and she agreed it was done incorrect and let me take it back and have it fixed .

Waited a hour for 3 salads and a sweet potatoe. Asked the manager for a refund she stated she could not give a refund and hung the phone up on me. I called back to see who the manager was I spoke with she said it’s several managers there.

If I could give us zero, they would get a zero! Try to get on the waitlist for birthday party. Call two days before, they say call on Saturday to get on the waitlist for that evening. I go to the restaurant on Saturday to get on the waitlist for 6 PM was told to call back at 2 PM.

I called back at 2 PM and they told me to call back at 3 PM. I’m on hold for 22 minutes before someone answered the phone. Then they tell me they have no availability on the waitlist for 6 PM.

My friend and I dined at the Roadhouse in Jackson, TN. Food/service was great. 12. The ticket only showed the 2 entrees that we ordered. We both had water, but ticket did not include the water as if we never ordered water.

I paid with the kiosh that didn't show water charge either. I had my receipt send to my email. 00 for each of our waters. This is not an honest dealing. No restaurant charges for water.

Sixteen people from our church went there. We planned this outing two weeks in advance. , we would have seating in a section of the restaurant where we could be together. m. Jean let the staff know that we were there.

We had to wait outside, there wasn't room inside and my ninety-year old mother was one of the sixteen from church. and waited. Jean went to check on the situation. She came back outside and said that they will let us know when seating was available. and waited.

The service was good, and the food was excellent. My big complaint is with the paying method of the contraption on the table of each booth. I tried to use my gift coupons one for 37 and change and the other for seven dollars and change. Could not use.

The barre code scanner, did not work and entering the number it did not work either the waitress took my gift cards and scanned them at the register, she came back and said that the ones that had $37 had three dollars and change and she did not mention the 7dollar and change card that I gave her.

When the manager approached us she hand on her hips and said “you should have told me before u ate it” and walked away. Well we only tasted it and we threw the rest in the garbage That is not the way I was accustomed to being treated at that restaurant.

I was embarrassed the way she handled us and she never offered an apology at least. I called and spoke to someone in corporate but I have yet to hear from anyone. I go there regularly for lunch and dinner celebrations.

Texas Roadhouse at Rivercity Marketplace in Jacksonville, Florida just opened a few months ago and it is already going downhill! Service is not too bad but the kitchen staff can’t get it together. Last 3 or 4 times going have been terrible overcooked and undercooked meat when you send them back by the time it gets back to the table everyone is already done.

Got a chicken critter salad with no cheese and it came with cheese so it went back to the kitchen. When they brought it back my daughter moved the chicken critters there was cheese under them from where they took them off the original salad and transferred to the new salad to top it off they were cold and the menu says hot.

Your walk around managers I think are a waste they should be in the kitchen to make sure things are right!
