Ate there Saturday and we were seated at a small table to crowded I got a drink split on me from the waitress and it almost ruined my new shirt and then a rude customer said it's only a shirt it was a chili bowl shirt I just purchased I was trying to enjoy a lunch with my mom and using my gift card from my boss it was a bad experience

Texas roadhouse on goodyear az was out of bread and would not compensate upon asking for something in its place and manager said it was out of her hands this is upsetting as this was not something I was made aware of and the way the situation was handle was poor.

My complaint regarding my recent dining experience at the Altoona Iowa location is in regards to the LOUD MUSIC!!! It is absolutly ridiculous to play the music so loud. We literally could not visit with the person across the table from us.

Do you nit consider that people dine out together th talk to each other? Looking at the other patrons it appeared that a vast majority were in the 55+ age range like us. We don't appreciate LOUD MUSIC! I know our waitress also was having a hard time taking our order over the noise. TURN IT DOWN!!

My wife and I ate at the Mansfield Ohio roadhouse for the frost and last time was by far the worst meal we have ate the rolls were cold no butter with them wife steak tips were cold when brought out I ordered steak and Fry's I ate my salad and steak before my fry's ever arrived at the table and the waitress brought our drinks to start our meal and never once came back to ask if we wanted refills. We gave roadhouse a try but we will eat elsewhere

We went to Texas Roadhouse here in Ft. Myers to celebrate a friends birthday. I ordered the applesauce combo for my dinner. The waitress didn’t ask which 3 I wanted. I too didn’t think of it at first. Everyone’s food came, but not mine.

They told me it was coming shortly. I watched everyone else eat. Finally my food came. The potato wedges were old, black, the boneless wings were hard, obviously the food had sat for awhile. It also looked as if it had been thrown on the plate, melted cheese, grease all over it.

The jalapeño bites were good. I sent the food back. A side note on this statement is that I have never sent food back at any restaurant ever. The manager came to the table to ask how everything was. We told him I’d not gotten my reorder.

My family has been celebrating my middle sons birthday at the muncie indiana road house for several years. Usually around 10-15 of us. I called ahead to get on the waiting list. The hostess told me a 45-55min wait. I got the text to be seated In 26min as I was just pulling in I told the hostess my family was just coming in.

With in 4min she gave our table away. After a brief back and forth she agreed to seat us after a 15min wait but didn't seat us all close together. There was a booth directly across the isle that was leaving I ask the waitress if my son and his family could have that booth she said she would check with the hostess that refused to let my son and his family set.

They told us it would be an hour to an hour and half wait We are now on hour two and still counting. When we asked what was going on the rudely told us it would be longer because. But people coming in without reservation was getting seated.

I just came back from Uniontown PA Texas Roadhouse and had the worst experience of my entire life. Teresa the waitress messed up our order and actually took the food off of the plate scraped it onto a saucer and took it away.

At that point I asked her please just leave it on the plate and bring us the correct order she insisted no the policy was she had to take the food back to the kitchen before she could actually get any other food to replace it that is the company policy? We came to the one in Newnan GA and they won't allow our party of 8 including 2 kids to sit because they have reservations until 830 tonight. They told us we could come back at 830 pm tonight. We were there around 2 to 215.

We try to reserve on line, it doesn't let you reserve upto 6 people. They wouldn't let us come in and we were already here they told us we had to wait on reservations even though we were already here!!

This is the only place I know of that will do that to you!!!

Went to the Texas roadhouse twice on portless army base ordered the same thing New York strip medium well and each time it’s come back rare I don’t know how you train your cooks or if they can even read or understand what they’re doing. I’ve had to send my steak back twice because I cannot get it medium well, the waitress brought a large beer when we asked for a small one.

Your service is really getting lousy back in Northglenn. Actually the managers there were really good with their employees. They cared about their job they cared about the people I could go in there and get a steak the way I wanted it with no problem.

Awful manager !! Asked for a steak rare done and the outside and allll the way to the middle was done. It was a well done steak and our server agreed with us. She then returned to Let us know her boss told her to tell us “it was a rare steak and we should order differently and the boss is always right “ I told her to tell the boss the customer is always right and

A friend and I ate dinner at The Texas Roadhouse in Kenzel Way, Knoxville TN. The table beside me found hair in their green beans and I just blow it off. After I received my steak and baked potato I found a hair underneath my steak.

I think the cooks need to be wearing hair nets while cooking. Texas Roadhouse is my favorite restaurant but I will not be going back to that location.

Don’t get me wrong the food is great. But on my last 2 phone in to go orders my smokehouse burger had no mushrooms No barbecue sauce no onion and no tomato I didn’t get my pickle spear either. My baked potato was hard like it was from last night.

I so love Texas Roadhouse but I hate when my order is wrong.

It was early restaurant half filled. They made my wife(in a wheelchair) wait for 10 minutes and then came up and told us it would be 20 to 25. Minutes we were the only ones waiting. When we asked why they looked at my wife and said that’s what they told me to say.

We have been coming to the belton location since they opened and for the life of me I don’t know what happened to this store. Wads it because of the wheelchair?

Increasingly feel rushed to eat and get out fast. Last night, within a span of 15 minutes, the onion blossom, the salad, and the steak entree and side were delivered. The table was full of food, which was overwhelming. We barely ate anything of anything.

The timing of the meal and clearing was nonexistent. Will think twice about going back again.

My family decided to find somewhere good to eat. There were 12 of us so we chose Texas Roadhouse Bowie since it is in my neighborhood. We arrived and there is a sign on the door stating they will only take parties of 8 or less and no splitting parties.

Since we wanted to eat locally, we were fine with not sitting together at all. I arrived with 6 people and inquired about 2 separate groups of 6. The hostess stated that the policy is no parties over 8. I explained we are 2 separate parties and was not interested in sitting together at all, we just wanted to eat.

I asked if I could put my niece's name on the list separately and she rudely repeated herself again and I said ok, the others will just have to put their name on the list when they arrived. Again stating that we will be 2 separate…

The music is ALWAYS way too loud. You can't hold any type of conversation. Our server also apologized.

Music to damn loud. If you have to shout your order, then the music is too damn loud. It also, makes it hard to enjoy your dinner and have a conversation with your wife. I did not take my wife to a bar: I took her to a restaurant.

I was in the parking lot after paying for my bill my waitress and I guess the manager came out to the car and told me I did not pay for my bill which I did I have my bank and cash app to prove it. I then had to pay all over again for my bill.

So I placed a to-go order today at 5:15 pm and was told I could pick it up at 7:15. I have been waiting for 2 hours only to get a phone call telling me that they just ran out of prime rib, 15 minutes before my order was due to be picked up.

Why does it take 2 hours to get a to-go order together?

Secondly, when an online order is placed wouldn’t the service line manager take that into account when putting numbers to the available proteins? This is totally unacceptable. Restaurant location: Edwardsville, Illinois.

Arrived at Texas Roadhouse in Palmyra PA to as a party of 4 that was on the wait list for half hour given 50 to 60 minutes of a wait for an arrival time of 6:45. Arrived early at 6:35 to be told it was going to be another 30 to 40 minutes and we were not allowed to sit inside on benches. I felt this was unacceptable !

Check the time stamps on the image. We waited for an hour and it was supposed to only be 35 minutes!

This is the first time I was told 11 people couldn't sit together at at table and booth they said they can't set 11 people together we were there for a birthday party and had 2 booths across from each other. I have been in Texas Roadhouse many times eating with my family this is the first.

Sat down waited 30 mins for service got food ordered. Waited an hour for our food table of 4 steaks were charred on the outside and rare/raw cold in the middle asked to fix it waiter was upset brought our steaks back burnt like black and said there you go and it was 108$

I visited the Texas Roadhouse today I was tired hungry ordered chicken fried steak I received the biggest chicken fried steak I've ever seen especially from there and then I cut it and the meat was literally paper thin I've never seen anything like in my 62 years of eating chicken fried steaks never have I ever gotten that chicken fried steak that thin it was utterly ridiculous so I told the manager about it I did not want another one and I was just very disappointed and I can't believe that they were serving that item like that.

We experienced the worst service ever at this location tonight (Sat 1/14/23). Our server (Tony) took our order and never asked us what we wanted to drink, he took our appetizer, entrée and side salads orders first and then I realized we didn't order our drinks.

I called him back as he walked by and we placed our drinks order (my friend and I both ordered margaritas). Shortly after 2 of 3 side salads came out, we asked about the other side salad and also at that point asked for more napkins.

The 3rd side salad finally came out and we asked if our appetizer and margaritas would be out soon, and he said yes. We waited and waited no appetizer, no margaritas. Our meals ended up coming out and we still didn't have our margaritas (just water).

Arrived at Texas Roadhouse in Monroeville pa. Checked in at 6:09 was told by the young man it would be a 45 minute wait. They were very busy. They were experiencing problems with people because they took someone's number down wrong then gave away their table so it messed everything up.

I asked my husband to go up and ask how much longer after waiting and hour only to find out he didn't have my name on the list. My husband was upset and said let's go. I went up to speak to the guy and girl and they were searching the computer for my name.

They said they would get us a table next. We stood there and waited a few more minutes after they called other people. I asked if we were getting a table to which the guy said we are putting you in bunch of a lot of tables so you'll have to wait a few…

We had very slow mixed up service. When using machine to check out it put a 20 percent tip on when I didn’t press that. Said couldn’t help me. This was in south bend Indiana. Very upset. Manager didn’t even come to help.

Why would you change the rattlesnake bites recipe. The cheese is gritty and not cheesy like it was. Those were our favorite, now they aren't even worth getting. Very disappointing.

I visited Texas Road house in Augusta GA. I called in my order making them aware that I was using the bar code for the free appetizer. I was heading out of town. When I got there I was told that I had to order more food and it would be a wait in order for me to get the special.

The manager laughed at me in my face. Very Rude and extremely uncomfortable bad customer service experience.

We was in Texas Roadhouse in Sherman texas when my wife and 4 year old day went to the bathroom where my daughter slipped and fell because of the water leak in the bathroom. There was not any signs posted and one of the female workers actually helped my wife pick her up from the bathroom floor. They came back to the bathroom and my daughter was crying because of what happened and we asked to speak to the manager and all he said was we will have some one clean it up that’s embarrassing to my daughter.

This restaurant always has a long wait, called to get in the waiting list and the employee was trying to convince me to go elsewhere. It was 7pm and she said they wouldn’t be able to take . She said they had too many people with large groups already.

I asked to speak to a manager and. She came back on the phone saying that they could sit Sis outside,but it would be an hour and 20 minutes. They never send the link to my phone and told me just to keep coming in a checking with them.

We left and took our service elsewhere

First I just to say My girlfriend and I are both over 60 and not tech savvy. We live on the opposite side of town away fro the only Texas Roadhouse. We like the call ahead and will call and get on the waiting and It takes us about 30min to get across town and pull in and text we’re here.

Twice now we have called and nobody picks up. both time they say they were busy. We eat around 8 to 830pm,not really prime time. So when I walked in because they didn’t pick up the phone,I saw 3 young girls just standing laughing and talking.

I asked if the phone was down and the one turned and picked it and said nope it’s working. I asked why didn’t they answer it cause I’ve been calling. They said they were busy I asked for the manager and she said she would make it up by adjusting the bill.

We love Texas Roadhouse we go faithfully almost every week! So for a late Christmas dinner my dad wants to take us to a nice dinner having a 13 year old she really would love for the family to go to Texas Roadhouse even tho we go very often grandpa gives in !

we tried to have dinner at your bowie,md and we were refused service because we had a party of 9 adults and they refused to even let us sit then said that this is the only location with that rule, and to add salt into the womb the manager a black female heavyset stated that if I didn't know you all were together I would've accommodated you all but since I know your all together we can't serve you. and this was around 315 on January 10th 2023.

I had called ahead. Got confirmation code. Showed up. Let Texas Roadhouse know we are here and waiting. 2 hours later, I finally called. Got told that they crowded and to wait another half hour. I call in again. Spoke with Manager.

on 1-6-2022 went to eat and for starters had to wait a hour half to be seated then i ordered porter house steak 12 oz did not have any so i ordered new york strip out of that one to,this was at 830 pm so i ended up ordering 6 oz sirloin with baked potatoe with butter and cheese onlytyhen i ordered onion for appitizer never got it got my dinnerhad to send baked potatoe back had sour cream on it also my sister hadto send her potatoe back for same reason.

In Cape for all day volleyball tournament Checked in for call ahead at 5 pm. Said 100 min wait. Arrived at 6:02. She said would be 7 b4 we could be seated. At 7:15 asked how much longer. Said 15 min.

At 7:45 my daughter had to go outside in the cold to lay on the bench bc she was getting ill. I ran in asked for a sugared drink. After she felt well enough to go in, we saw SEVERAL walk-in ppl that were told 2 hour wait get seated before us.

Well apparently you can’t order off the early dining menu and you a free kids meal ticket. The ticket says no restrictions other than “valid with adult purchase”

This was the worst service I receive at this Texas roadhouse location, 103 Moosehaven Rd. , to begin with our dinner did not come out for nearly 1 hour and a half that we were there, we were seated at 6:30 and our dinner came out at 8 PM.

There were five of us, including a child. the food was ice cold when it reached our table,Therefore it was impossible to eat . 2nd, when we asked for napkins, the server went into the bathroom and gave us napkins from the bathroom and stated “we ran out of napkin” and proceeded to place it on the table which was disgusting we were humiliated at that point.

We will not be returning and a bad review will be posted and our friends will be advised of the poor service and humiliation we encountered. We are Latinos with good morals. The service was horrible…

We went online and joined the waiting list around 4:30pm on 1/7/2023. We arrived around 5:10pm to stand in an overcrowded "waiting room", where people were super close to the rolls and butter being taken by the servers. We waited for an hour, then asked the young girl at the counter how much longer until our party of 6 was to be seated.

She stated they should be ready for us by 6:43pm. When 6:50pm came around, we asked her again how much longer, and were told that it would be 30 minutes more yet there was 4-5 parties of 6 in front of us.

Texas Roadhouse in Alexandria Louisiana has no customer service. We had gotten there at 5:15 they told us for a party of 7 it would be 1hour to 2 hours. A bus load of high school kids came at 6:15and they were seated way before us.

It was probably about 20 of them. We went to another restaurant and they texted 7:27 and said our table was ready they called and we told them we went elsewhere and they called another 4 times we had to tell them to quit calling.

We eat there a lot but now thinking we want ever go back. Taking a party of 20 before a party of 7 when they got there an hour after us was wrong.

We went today there was 5 of us we got there and checked in at 12:23 was told 5 to 10 minutes. After sitting there for over half hour and watching a party of 4 that got there after us who was also told 5 to 10 minutes get seated I asked guy at desk he said they had waited over an hour so

I said no they got there after us . He was very rude evidently he was having a bad day but that’s no excuse. I spoke with manager or assistant on phone and was told sitting 5 was hard which is odd because we’ve went there as a party of 5 before but again we were told 5 to 10 minutes and when I talked to guy he was very rude.

I will continue to go to a Texas Roadhouse but not the one in Avon Indiana

January 6, arrived at restaurant at 1:30pm took about 10 minutes before took our drank order. It was at least 10 minutes before receiving drinks. Took orders, was estimated time of 10 minutes before received dinner salad. In about 30 minutes received food.

Ask to speak to manager, no manager ever came to table. Explanation was the ticket got lost in kitchen. The reason I doubt that, we ask for extra dressing for our salads, never received. On way out, ask to speak to manager, a person showed up claiming to be manager, but very doubtful.
