We had a party of 5 3 adults 2kids . We went today got checked in at 12:23 was told 5 to 10 minutes. I understand if you check ahead you don’t have to wait but we were there over 30 minutes waiting when I asked guy at desk why the party of 4 that got there after us and

was also told 5 to 10 minutes got seated before us he tried to say they had been waiting an hour and that it was a party of 7 I said no it was. a party of 4 and they got there after us he rolled his eyes and got an attitude.

The party of 7 he was referring to got seated as soon as they arrived because they called ahead. I spoke to manager on phone as we left and she tried saying it was hard sitting a party of 5.

Funny response seeing as how we’ve been there as a party of 5 many times and never had that issue . Really sad…

I want to be clear that I love Texas Roadhouse and the service provided at my local TR restaurant in Bloomington Indiana. The only issue I have I guess would be with corporate. About three months ago, I ordered a steak well done, and unfortunately it seems my order was confused with a different one, where the steak was ordered rare.

I received the rare one and because I was traveling could not return the item. I contacted corporate and they indicated they would send me a gift certificate so I could place a future order. Well the short story is I have yet to receive the GC.

I contacted corporate by phone but received the helpline that is only for employees. I believe the Gift Certificate I was promised was for $25. and I would so appreciate if they make good on their offer. I am a long time…

I absolutely love Texas Roadhouse and I will not let one server ruin my future visits; however 01/06/2023 I visited the fishers indiana location and I was not pleased. I asked for a drink and had my drivers license ready.

The waitress stared at my drivers license for quite a while . Tennessee’s license is pretty simple and our dob is in bright red. She proceeded to say “okay I’ll be back”. When she returned she asked to see my credit card or any other verification.

I have visited plenty of Indiana restaurants including this location and I have never been asked This before. Without a fuss I said sure and showed her my credit card and she said I’m sorry my manager told me to ask.

I visit this Texas Roadhouse in Southaven Mississippi at least 2 to 3 times a week. Here lately the service has been terrible. I always go to the bar, order my drink and place a to go order. y food and it was cold.

I went back today, took well over 1 hour before I got it, after repeatedly asking waiters if they could go check to see if my order was ready. It was cold I asked the bartender (which who took my order) if she could take it back to get it heated up.

I could tell she was frustrated that I asked. 15 mins passed and she bought it back, STILL COLD! The customer next to me, which came in at least 20 mi minutes after I did, and got his food before me, said he and his wife left the place 2 weeks before because a waiter never came to their table.

Hi, My name is Hailey, I work(ed) at the texas roadhouse in Asheville, NC. After this email I won't be employed there anymore. The management there is awful. Not only two of the managers being caught for having sexual encounter in the 500s.

The managers start drama, go out partying with employees who they "favorite". They made a employee work while he had the flu and while he was being tested for covid all in the same month. This certain employee is one of the hardest workers there and was treated so badly after he asked when he was becoming a server because he was promised 3 times.

me and my family went out to eat at the airport hwy location in toledo ohio it was a bad experience we waited 15 minutes no drinks no server my wife went to talk to a server which the manager was sitting right next to her complaining about our service it seemed like he didn't want any parts of the conversation so the server brought us out drinks and she said if your server doesn't come out I'll take you guys order which that was nice of her but that wasn't her table so

This TIME WAS A BIT TOO MUCH!!! We called ahead for seating at about 4:15, arrived early, wait time was almost 2 hours, went to washroom and observed at least 10 empty tables and wait staff huddled having a good time with one another.

On the way to bathroom AND INCLUDING bathroom, obvious not much cleaning had occurred on yesterday, others in bathroom were commenting as well.

In November 2022 I went to your Rockwall Texas, restaurant and I order a pork chop and when my meal came I cut into my pork chop it was pink inside not done, the waitress came back to our table I let her know that my pork chop was not done and I was told I have to let her know how I wanted it cook or it comes out medium.

Never in my life have I ever gone to any restaurant and had to tell them how I want my pork chop cook. Even your manger there was like yes you have to tell them how you want it cook.

We went and ate at the Gulfport, MS location on 12/30/22. Service and food was amazing. My first complaint is that restaurant location only offers military discount on Thursday. I have been to several other locations and they offer it any day of the week.

I work 99% of the time on Thursday because that's when my boss needs me at work the most. I suggest making the discount every day of the week because you have a Navy base in the city and then an Air Force base maybe 15 minutes away.

My second complaint is we ordered 2 dozen of your bread and butter for today 01/01/23. We live 40-45 minutes away. We get home and open the top box and ate most of them. Later on tonight, I open the second box and they were really brown and smelt burnt.

I ordered the combo appetizer, mozzarella twists, potato skins, and fried pickles. This was at 4:00pm. On New Years Eve. They were out of mozzarella twists so we asked for chicken bites. When the appetizer came I received jalapeño bites instead of fried pickles.

Our server did not return in a timely manner and di not ask if everything was ok. I ordered my steak medium well and it came out very well done. Again the server was no where around and did not return to ask if the steak was cooked to my satisfaction.

Texas Roadhouse in Anderson, South Carolina is one of the WORST restaurants in the area! We had okay service until we got our bills at the end of our meal. There was a simple mix up between 4 people that had 2 separate checks: our food on their ticket with their drinks and vice versa.

We told her about the mix up in tickets and then proceeded to give her $75 in gift cards as our payment. Our bill was $48 and she said there was nothing left on the gift card and threw it away, then proceeded to argue with us on how there was nothing left on a BRAND NEW gift card.

My family of 6 had dinner at the Georgetown, KY location. It was absolutely horrible! All of the meals were cold when we finally got them, the gravy on the chicken fried steaks was spoiled so bad they couldn't be eaten, one sweet potato had no marshmallows on it and the service was terrible.

We complained to the waitress and the gal at the check in counter. Neither said anything about our concerns. Terrible way to run a business!

Texas Roadhouse, Kirkwood, Missouri catering Service. We have used Texas Roadhouse for our Holiday Party Catering needs the last two years. Decided to do so again this year. Reached out beginning 11/9/2022, Melissa asked date and time which was forwarded to her 11/9/2022.

My husband and I were visiting the Texas Roadhouse out in Henderson Nevada about maybe once a week or every other week. I loved their salads with the Italian dressing. I ordered my salad and the dressing was terrible it wasn't the normal dressing that I'd had every other time I had been there.

I called at 4:50pm to place a to-go order. The lady on the phone said it would be ready in 25-30 minutes. I pull into a spot at 5:15pm and text the link that I’m here. It said my order wasn’t ready.

Trying calling to reserve a table for 8 people and was told over the phone we had to come in person and join the waitlist. One of the person from the party arrived at the Manchester location where she checked us in.

When I arrived the girl at the front was so rude and nasty even though the person from our group checked us in 15 minutes prior we still had to wait 30 more minutes because it was said 9 people where coming instead of 8. We waited almost 1 hour and 30 minutes.

People with the same amount of parties as us were been seated as we stood by the door. We felt outcast and racially profiled. Poor poor service I will never return to this Texas location ever.

On Sunday , December 18th my husband & I went to the Texas Roahouse in Greenville SC for dinner about 4 pm. My husband enjoyed hi favorite place to eat steak. The server was very nice the appetite was good as well as my salad.

I often come to this restaurant located in Queensbury ny, I am still here as I write this complaint. I ordered the 20oz bone in ribeye 29.99 I ordered it medium it came rare, I sent it back it came back to me well done and burnt on the outside . We often meet friends for a great meal at a good price at your Katy, Texas location, and this particular Friday was one of those days. The establishment was really busy and we took a seat in the lobby to wait to be seated.

On the bulletin board in the lobby was a sign with big letters for, "The Great Bread Give Away". After reading it I thought what a great opportunity for our Bible Study class to enjoy your wonderful rolls and butter.

I ate there last night and now I’m sick with diarrhea! The places was packed and we ate at the bar so faster service. The Cordova Tn location. The bar tenders were eating at the bar and a girl that worked there got fired so she was yelling F*** you to people and was escorted out.

I am serve safe certified and I couldn’t believe that ppl serving food were allowed to eat while working and handing me my plate. Long hair wigs and long eyelashes to serve guest are allowed there as well! Long dreads are allowed from same bartender. No cap.

I will never eat there again bc this the second time I’ve gotten food poison. The frost time was on Birmingham Al and I ended up in the hospital. 5 out 6 ppl that ate there that night all ended up in the hospital in the middle of the night.

I went online to add my name to the waitlist it said it would be 25-35 min. I kept getting a text saying to gather your party and you are on deck. Never did it say to check in with host.

We were waiting for our name to be called. I was trying to give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt since I saw they were super busy. When I finally asked I was told they texted me to come 30 minutes ago.

22, my husband and I went for our weekly dinner. We arrived @ 3:15, put our name on a waiting list as there where not enough wait staff for seating. That was OK, but the issue is the seating procedure.

, because we were directed there, and the customers who came in at the end of our 15 min. wait where put in line inside and seated before us. I have no problem waiting, but i did have a problem watching people who came in after us get seated before us due to the way waiting procedure was handled.

Maybe that needs to be looked at or revamp as to not shed a bad light on customer service. :(

I went inside wait a hour to get my togo order. When I finally get home with it I cant even eat it beacuse it wasnt right. I have a bad gulten allergy so order the steak koabos with out rice because I cant have the rice so I order a bake potato instead I get home and

there no bake potato and my food was put on a bed of rice which now cant eat it. I live 30min away from the belton mo location. I went and personally order at the bar so it won't get screwed up.

This is the 3rd time I have order to go food and screwed up. You cant say your gulten free friendly if you cant cant even pay attention to the ticket

Went there last night for birthday with 4 friends had the worst experience ever and I just bought my kids 500.00 worth of coupons for Xmas I had filet wasn’t 3/4 thick had to send back had to ask for drinks constantly and to get table cleared to have room to eat then all the bills got mixed up and never did get fixed properly we are regulars at one on so Kipling but won’t go back to the Arvada one

I called the Texas Roadhouse in Westland on Friday December 9th 2022 to get on the waitlist due to having a party of 9 the website said to call. After being on hold for a hour I hung up and called the restaurant directly.

A gentleman answered and took our reservation for 9 and I informed him we had two small children as well. When my family and i arrived at the restaurant they seated us at a booth with a small tale attached.

All of the men in my family are big guys all of them over 6 foot and they wanted us to squeeze in a booth and table that was only seated for 8 people. Our waitress was very kind and i hope not to get her in trouble but the lady who claimed i spoke with her on the phone(which i didn't) was very rude along with another server who was serving next to us and the manager…

i am a member of VIP Club and didnt get any birthday gift offer like any other rewards program.

Also I spoke with a SUPV named Rachel who was very rude and unknowledgeable about how the system works. She told me that the customer srvce calls ae NOT recorded. So there is no check and balance at thos company at all.

They can treat you any way that they want w/NO ACCOUNTABILTY at all!! And you cant reach anyone in the Corporate office by design its the same location in Louisville,KY as the general support center!! TOTALLY disregarding to its paying customer base so DONT do business w/ them.

We wanted a nice night out for dinner for my son in law’s birthday. It started bad and we should of just went down the road. This is at the wausau Wisconsin location on rib mt dr. We did the call ahead seating.

Send the text that we’re were HERE as instructed. It said 0-10 minutes we would get a text. After 28 minutes we went inside. They didn’t even have our name even though we had a confirmation number in text. Adam the manager told my wife she probably put it for another location.

We’ve been to this restaurant a minimum of 100 times over the years. So then our server who’s name was jacob and was great by the way that’s why I’m giving 2 stars. He told me I could order a 22 ounce sirloin.

I said great I’m very hungry and I’ll take that. I always get the sirloin cause it’s the lean cut.…

I order a Carry out meal. I get a text saying it was ready, before my requested time, so I rush to drive over there only for the cashier to say “it’s not ready they haven’t started making it yet” so

I have to sit in the parking lot for like 30 minutes doing nothing, and they went past my requested time. Complete garbage service. This happened at TRH at 2600 colonel Glenn hey, Dayton OH
