I went to the Texas Roadhouse in Ocala Fl, which I have been there before. This time. It was the worst experience! Not only are we told by our server Isabela that they dont serve virgin drinks, the manager states its from CORPORATE.

Explain to me why a diabetic, a pregnant women, or a recovering alcoholic can not receive the same level of service as someone who can drink alcohol? Ill wait on this response… not only was a service horrible, to include no bread, appetizer and food brought out basically together, food bot all ready, food missing and never brought to us after asking twice.

It was as if they did not care!!

I ordered 3 items online for pick up and it wouldn’t let me order anymore. I got There and my food was ready but i couldn’t go home without a meal for 2 of my children. I had To leave immediately to pick my mom up from dialysis.

They told me it would be 30 mins. I askednif They could go back and let them know what happened and that it wasn’t my fault that i couldntnorder Everything at once. She said she out it in the computer and the other guests would have to get there’s first.

She refuses to go tell them my situation and made me wait another half hour. I wnded Up spending over 100 dollars and was late to pick my mom up from dialysis. She wasn’t happy.

We went to the restaurant to eat didn't wait long for table but our waiter was not the best we like to have never got drinks had already ate salad before rolls came no refills and then waited 46 to 50 min on other food and my steak was wrong and couldn't get drinks to go

The manager that came to our table did not even ask what the problem was but sternly said “You will use your veterans coupon” to my Dad “and you will use your coupon next visit” to my father’s friend. She didn’t take the time to ask what the confusion was or explain to them why. Although the manager was correct, it was her approach and abruptness to an elderly person that was wrong.

O. Ezell boulevard. Ordered a medium rare burger with fries. Burger was medium and fries did not come. Mentioned it to the waitress when five minutes had gone by and she brought me a basket of cold old fries. My husband ordered a medium steak and got a rare steak and cold potato. His salad was fine.

I spoke to the manager since I was really disappointed and she offered fries to go. I had wanted them with my meal. We used my husbands veteran coupon for a free meal and paid for mine. Did they not care because one meal was free?

We go there at least three times a month and have never ever had a complaint. My husband still left a tip but the waitress did not deserve it. Have to rethink going there again.

I called because website said party’s over six need to call a number. I spoke to someone who put me on hold said she was telling the host. She never answered. I called back spoke to someone who took the time I needed and my name.

Then when my party showed up they were told they couldn’t accommodate us. If they would have been honest upfront I would have been fine. But I was mislead. I had 2 birthdays to celebrate. I will never go back to this Texas Roadhouse. In Elyria Ohio.

After waiting 45 minutes for a bone in ribeye medium it was brought to me raw inside and that was discovered after cutting it off the bone and Manager asks if I want it thrown back on grill and told her no she then comes back and tells me they are making another but it will be 15 minutes more so needless to say I went home hungry after being there over an hour and not getting any steak

I visited the Texas roadhouse restaurant in Tupelo MS last night and the service was horrible.

First our waitress take our drink our the 20 minutes later came back to take our food order which she never brought back to the table a manager had to bring it because apparently she didn't have time to check on our table. Our to go order came out before our food came out, then when the food finally came out which she didn't bring everything was cold.

I order the steak and shrimp the only thing that was hot on the plate was my potato. I ordered my girls chicken strips fries and ribs all they food was cold. My friend ordered steak and it wasn't cooked right and her daughter fries and mac n cheese was cold.

Had to ask a manager to replace fries because our waitress never came to the table to ask…

The entire evening was a disappointment. Our online reservation was wrong - it did not show us even though we received the emails. The staff was pleasant enough. Our steaks were terrible - mine had no Seasoning and was overcooked.

My husband's had no Seasoning. Our waiter was pleasant and offered to get new steaks. Worst experience at Texas Roadhouse ever and we go about once per month. This was at the Fishers, IN location.

Went to your restaurant and had a steak dinner which I ordered all the time the same thing I pointed at the menu to waitress i assume she understood what I wanted she walked away she did not read back our order we played a game next thing I know when our bill came back it was over $50 a charge for a game and a New York strip something the manager was very rude he was very immature I suggest he should take some customer service classes and your employees looked unkempt and I just wasn't or impressed I'm very unhappy.

Hello I'm sending this as I feel that the hiring process in Springfield Ma is questionable. I had two interviews one with the owner(Beth) it was a lengthy encounter that I felt went well....was told upon leaving that the manager would call by Friday....as of yet no call...I havent a problem NOT getting the position just would have been professional business etiquette to let future applicants know the status not just NO RETURN CALL NOR EMAIL Thank you HAPPY HOLIDAYS

It was an atmosphere of a freezer in the dining area. Had to eat supper with our coats on , as well as all the customers around us. Waitress said she already told the manager about it being so cold, because there have already been several complaints about it already.

So I asked to talk to the manager myself, he tried saying there wasn't any insulation in the building because it was poorly constructed and that's why it was so cold, and that he already had the heat on but it wasn't working . But miraculously the air quit blowing and the heat kicked on once the complaint was made. Service was terrible.

Some steaks cooked improperly, some were made correctly. Manager didn't seem to care. Wait time to receive our meal was over an hour. Our food came out half cold , carrots weren't even cooked…

Both of our steaks were cooked wrong mine was so raw I took it home to my dog. The Ceasar salad was almost flavorless and the baked potato was ok. This is 3rd time my steak hasn't been cooked right they rectified it once over a year ago and now it's happened again 2 times in a row

I placed an online order on 11/28/22. It said that it would be ready at 8:28pm. I pulled up at 8:30pm and my order wasn't ready. I spoke to the take out person and she said that she was waiting on rolls and that it would be 5 to 10 minutes.

I said ok and patiently waited. Now it's 9 o'clock and I still haven't received my order.

Finally at 9:10pm she hands me my order. When I get home my food was cold and the sides were wrong. After waiting for an extra 30 minutes they couldn't get my order right. Thus is unacceptable I would like a refund for the horrible service a n d experience that I had in your Everett MA location.

When I spoke to Victor who is the GM about my order he said that it was nothing he could do about this. If this is the way that you treat your guests and paying…

I already submitted a review yesterday during the meal, then after the meal it went from bad to worse. I have been eating at TR for many years and love it. I ALWAYS sit in the bar because you dont have to wait and the TV’s are great.

I quit drinking but have been ordering a virgin slushy margarita for the past year. Yesterday the waitress told me that is against company policy? I asked then if she could just make it with the alcohol in a separate glass? Nope.

but gave in and ordered a soda. I was given the rolls and had to ask for silverware and napkins, then had to ask for a refill. It was obvious that the waitress was a bit agitated, but oh well maybe she was having a bad day?

This is an urgent! I’m an employee at Texas Roadhouse located in Rochester, Minnesota. Tonight my manager Jake took me to the corner and yelled at me for taking a little cup of ice cream. He originally thought it was another employees Ice cream (Scott) and told him have at it with a huge smile.

I budged in and said it was mine. Here are some of the words he said to me “Don’t ever take it without my permission or I’ll fire you. You got it”. The only difference between me and Scott is I’m African American and he’s white.

Ordered a family meal to go, went to pick up and the to go clerk was extremely rude. She was unable to use a gift card I had, said it didn’t have funds however it still has $50 on it.

I paid with my credit card and moved on. Next problem was with the food itself. The hamburgers were very good however I am not sure how 2 - 16 oz steak fries ends up being about 25 French fries.

We also ordered a separate meal and was missing his honey mustard. I am not one that usually complains however this is not the first time I have an issue at this Roadhouse.

I love Texas Roadhouse and on eat here on very regular basis, sometimes 2-3 times per month. I ALWAYS and ONLY sit at the bar and enjoy my sports! I order your roadkill or a ribeye always along with a slushy margarita. I quit drinking alcohol but just order the margarita without.

Until today.

Me and my husband went there to eat last night as a little getaway I ordered a smothered chicken no mushrooms , seasoned rice and the house salad . The the first time they brought the food out my chicken had no cheese the onions were sliced and spread across the top of the chicken not sauteed and my rice was cold so

the waitress took it back to the kichen they brought it out again onions still raw but sliced and they had thrown mozzarella cheese on the top and microwaved the plate to melt the cheese. With that being said I always get this meal when I come to your fine establishment and I know how its suppose to be cooked.

My husband and I visited Texas Roadhouse in Willoughby this evening. We arrived at 8:30 but didn’t get seated to 9 even though we did call ahead seating. After finally being seated our server came and took our order. Salads came she drop them off and took off without seeing if we needed anything, we had to catch her to get more dressing and the croutons that was missing.

When our entrees got there me(18oz boneless ribeye) was not cooked properly Him (porterhouse steak) was cooked properly but cold, manager told us she watched them take off grill and it was hot. Ask to get steak remade as it was a med/well she was not happy.

This year has been a bad year for our family and all we wanted was some normalcy in our lives. At the start of the year my wife had suffered from a stroke leaving the left side of her body very weak and almost paralyzed to the point of braces and walking devices.

It was my wifes' birthday and she wanted to have a nice steak dinner and loved going to your restaurant in the past, so she chose to go there again for dinner. But because of her new disabilities we called to make sure they were able to accommodate us being that she is no longer able to get into booths because she is no longer strong enough to push or pull herself in or out of a booth anymore.

Wanted to give a shout out to Chrissy the manager at Port Orange for totally going above and beyond to make my experience awesome after being frustrated that we can't hear bc its so loud everytime dining there. She took great care of me and the music was at a great level, where you could still hear it but it was in the background and we weren't yelling over it.

The best and most enjoyable experience I've had since it opened. Thank you Chrissy. We will definitely be back soon.

On Friday November 18th my friend and I went to your Ocoee,Fl location, we absolutely love Texas roadhouse, but this particular night there was a cockroach crawling on the glass and wood of the partition in between each table close to my head , I discreetly let management know and we Lost our appetite and could not finish the rest of our meal. Slow service,waitress came by once. My corn was salty and hard. I had a half of ribs, mashed potatoes, a whole sweet potato, half of steak and 3 breads packed in a Togo container that I forgot. Came back working 5-6minutes while I got my 7yr, 4yr and 1yr old in the car.

Asked the host to check for my container that I had left. She said they already cleaned that table and that it probably was thrown off. It took so long to get out food, didn’t have good service and I didn’t get to finish eating because the kids were cranky for being there too long.

It’s so upsetting that we had such poor service and basically no one cared that the food was just thrown out. I just lost my husband in August, this was his favorite restaurant and my bday was on the 16th so I decided to take the kids there…

We ordered food on 11/19/22 at 7:15pm for pick up. We were told that we would get an text message when the food was done. I got to the restaurant approximately 7:45 and was told by the drive up that the food was not done yet.

I waited in the parking lot and drove back up at 8:01 and was told the food was still not done. I know that if we were sitting at the tables that food would have been out within 45 minutes, you need to turn tables over.

While I was there the food appeared, I took it home with the heat on high for the 10 minute drive. We opened the food and it was ice cold! To add to the insult of having food probably sitting in the restaurant for who knows how long, it was cold!

Besides we hadn't gotten a text message. I was home by 8:20. WE RECEIVED THE TEXT MESSAGE THAT ARE FOOD…

On Nov 18 i took my wife to Texas Roadhouse in Oxford,Alabama. While there i had the worse bone in ribeye ive ever had, while i didnt finish it we had are drinks and paid are bill. While still sitting there we notice a cockroach walk across the bar heading for a mans plate, my wife got the man so he would see it.

We ate at the Texas Roadhouse in Quincy,IL. It was bad !!!!!! They didn’t have any rolls, no baked potatoes, no sweet potatoes. My son in laws Chili didn’t even look good plus his rice looked disgusting. Our steaks were good.

Our server I think was embarrassed when he had to tell us they were out of stuff. As we were leaving they had potatoes and rolls. We were upset because we like Texas Roadhouse but you need to fix this one.

Don’t know what the problem was but it was bad. We were there longer than it should have taken. We had to wait thirty five minutes to get in there then another hour before our food came.

4 days ago NEW Dine in | Dinner Individuals in the food industry need to be reminded that when customers come in they are there to create an experience and the food and service they receive is just a part of that experience. My wife’s family got together and decided to go to Texas Roadhouse as her one brother had gift cards he had to use and he had never been there before.

My wife and I drove an hour up, an hour back, and waited an hour to get seated. Then add the time waiting to place our order, wait for the food and for me watch others eat their food. As you can tell by the length of my review it was a horrible experience!

Today was my birthday. Our party was 8 people. We had gone to the Tuscaloosa, AL. Texas Roadhouse to have a nice dinner out. We were told it would be an hour wait which was ok, but we were told we would have to wait in our cars on a cold night.

Only the people with smaller groups could wait inside. I suppose I'm going to tell people who are there for my birthday to go sit in your cars for an hour. This was unacceptable. This is the kind of stuff that makes people not want to come back.

Well I already know the food is good because I frequent Texas Roadhouse in multiple states. In fact its mine and my team of traveling technicians go to for great food and service. But unfortunately we stumbled back into the 1950's here at this one in georgetown.

I made the mistake to ask why the waitress had sleeves and a mask when no one else did. But now I know the owner or head manager of this location discriminates against people with Tattoos me and my 5 employees will not be able to enjoy this establishment.

I would not want the likes of us tattooed up freaks to dirty up this locations good name! So unless the staff gets to be free of discrimination this location should get some of its own!

We went to your My pleasant Texas Roadhouse. We waited like everyone else 3pm. They tried to seat us at a small both we asked for a bigger booth,took us farther away to full booth,we said we like to see the TV She said this is it went past a bunch of empty booths.

My husband has health issues by the time we were ready to leave he had to walk way to the back had to do a treat with his nebulizer. We told the manager about it . She just is there anything else I can help you with.

This was the absolute worst experience in a restaurant in a long time. I was patient with the lack of staff but the miscommunication between servers, the kitchen, and management was absurd! I had a party of five for my daughter's birthday dinner.

We ordered all of our food, it came late and the server told me they were out of the prime rib I ordered. so my whole table ate without me, and what's worse is the manager could have cared less, he actually shrugged.

For the 4th time this year my take out order I made on line today at the Covington, La Texas roadhouse was not complete. Only received 1/2 rack of ribs and had ordered a full rack also missing 2 sides with my order.

Paid online picked up 11:30 am 11/13/2022. Order #14067204851712. Food is great if you can get what you ordered and paid for. Receipt show the correct order but did not receive it as ordered. Usually I'm missing sides but today also 1/2 rack of ribs

For at least the fourth time this year I did not receive everything i ordered online from the Texas Roadhouse in Covington, La.. I made the order online and picked up but was missing items that I had ordered and paid for.

I ordered a full slab of ribs only receive 1/2 slab, also on that order i was missing the brown gravy for my mashed potatoes and honey mustard sauce for the chicken critter lunch on the same order. I drive 20 miles to pick up the order but I did not find the mistake until i was back home.

The food is always delicious but that the last 6 orders I made something was left off on 4 of the orders.

My husband made reservations for my birthday 11/10/2022 at 8:30. We didn’t get seated till we 9:pm. We had 3 tables two of our tables got their food and my table never got our food. We ended up having to cancel our order.
