On veterans day,11,11,2022 I went to your restaurant in davenport iowa to get a voucher for an evening meal for a complimentary meal to be used by may of 2022. the restaurant was packed and I saw several veterans besides myself leaving because of the long wait.

As far as l am concerned I will think long and hard about going to that restaurant or any other texas road house. Thank you for your time

My husband made reservations for my birthday 11/10/2022 at 8:30. We didn’t get seated till we 9:pm. We had 3 tables two of our tables got their food and my table never got our food. We ended up having to cancel our order.

My mother, dad, husband, kids and I never got our food. Really made my birthday a disaster. It was so upsetting that they can just forget someone food like that. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Texas Roadhouse 731 in Rialto California.

I went toba Texas roadhouse in Plattsburgh NY. I'm local so I've been to this location among many others in all of Norther New England basically as I travel for work. Plattsburgh don't offer peanuts on the table, like the good ol day's lol.

They had no peanuts actually in the whole place. This is a big deterrent as Five Guy's burger place has them stacked almost to the ceiling. The roadhouse staff told me its because covid that they aren't on the table any longer, however the ketchup and other condiments are back on the tables that we once couldn't touch if another human touched them already.

Plus mask's are almost a thing of the past. So that's an excuse. I feel the 'no peanuts' is a local manager decision or something like that. Only because other Texas roadhouse locations still have…

I made a reservation for 15 at your Selden NY location. It was my first time at your restaurant. I live in FL and was visiting family to celebrate my brothers birthday (he has stage 4 lung and brain cancer and this is likely to be his last) we arrived promptly at 6:00.

We were seated in 2 separate tables and when we asked a manager why she replied “this is the best we could do” we only have booths. Sadly, our party of 15 had to be separated and we couldn’t be together to sing happy birthday to my brother.

When I made the reservation I should’ve been notified that your restaurant doesn’t accommodate a table Large enough to seat all of us and I would’ve given my business to anothe restaurant. Service was very slow and our food came out cold.

On Saturday Nov 5th we visited the Texas Road house location in Terrell Tx. It was around 2pm when my party of 5 came in. We asked to be seated at a table and not a booth and the manager was extremely rude and would not accommodate us at all.

Size wise there was not enough room in a booth for 5 adults I asked if we could wait and put 2 tables together and she flat out told me no. The manager than told me the bar area was open if we wanted to sit in there.

As my party of 5 was going into the bar area to sit in a booth and add a chair she came running up to us and said no that this booth was not a option. After being unhelpful and basically made us feel body shamed Infront of other people at your establishment we decided to go elsewhere.

We had a party of 20 people. So they told us to be there at 3:00 instead of 4:00. We all were there at 3:00 it was after 4 when we got seated. So we payed at the table. I asked for the receipt to be emailed.

I ordered take out and arrived at time stated. I stood there in front of the employees at take out for 15 minutes while a bag of food was there. I asked if that bag was mine and an employee said no.

I went inside and spoke with someone and low and behold the bag that was sitting there while I was standing there for 20 minutes was mine. The manager should be fired for allowing three employees to stand around while a paying customer stands there waiting for food.

They said they are giving me my money back (I did not take the cold food) but it will take three days and they did not give me anything to show I was getting a refund.

Upon my visit to the Penn state collage location, my steak was raw, not how I ordered it, sent it back and they re cooked my steak which made it hard as a brick, was told that was the policy, I have eaten at many roadhouse locations and never had such a horrible experience

My family went to Texas Roadhouse as this is a favorite restaurant of ours. As the waitress was delivering refill drinks to 3 of us, she spilt the drinks on my husband. He couldn't get out of the booth because the drinks were all over the seat and the spilt drinks ran over the entire table resulting in my son also having wet clothing.

We used all the napkins on the table, the waitress left to obtain more napkins,returning with another employee. This employee was extremely nice and asked if we needed new food due to the spillage. " We proceeded to help clean the table and the waitress came back with new drinks for us.

This a bit late due to the fact I was waiting for the man ( ? manager) that took my phone number to call me. He never did. We got there at 5:00 a home coming was going on at that time.

After 53 minutes we were called to the hostess station for one of the next tables. Well they gave our table away. I complained so they gave us to tables that we could NOT put a high chair and wanted us to use a booster.

We dined in on October 3 and used the table credit card kiosk to pay our bill. A few days later we noticed we had a double charge for that transaction. We tried multiple times calling and going by to try and get it resolved and we were always told they were looking into it because apparently there was a problem with the machines between the 1st and 5th.

We stopped by for the fourth time a few days ago and a different manager gave us 4 $15 off entree coupons. I didn’t notice until I got home the fine print that only one coupon per table a visit.

So we would have to come back 3 times to even get our money back. We paid $40 for one meal and visit. We thought it would have been a better idea to have been given an actual gift CARD or even a refund.

Texas Roadhouse is usually my favorite place, but on 10/22/22 it was not. My daughter wanted to take me to the Texas Roadhouse in Fredericksburg Va for my birthday; we sat without water, bread or attention for 20 min, actually we had to ask for the manager to get anything.

Then our food came, over cooked and at the same time as the appetizer. I don't think I have ever had such bad service or food and it ruined my birthday.

We had two top ribeyes at Texas roadhouse in rochester mn two days ago, both steaks were full of grizzle.. never have had this happen before and was very disappointed for the price. I made a complaint to our waitress and she didn't come back, poor customer relations and service.

The Texas roadhouses are limited to sending a message so that's why I'm sending to main headquarters. We tired of paying big money for bad meals, its getting to be this way everywhere.

For the second time in essence than 6 months my family of 7 attempted to eat at Texas Roadhouse and after waiting over double our original quoted time we were never seated. Tonight we arrived at 4:45pm, the two tables in front of us were quoted 15mim wait.

When I put our name in I was told 30-40min. I never received a text that we were added to the wait list so after 25min I went in to check where we were in line and verify they had the correct phone number.

They did have it correct and said it would be about another 20 min. After 20 min we went to wait inside and I checked again and was told they would have a table ready in a few min. they were cleaning it off.

Your Riverview, fl management and staff needs a review in customer service. I went the Riverview location today. Everything was fine until I ordered. My salad came out in time but 2 minutes later my steak arrived. I wanted to enjoy the salad, then the steak dinner.

I placed an Order # 13543448995037184 via online @ 6:47pm., Friday, Oct 21, 2022, Bowie, Maryland. Received response that order will be ready at 7:30pm. Arrived @ establishment 7:25pm. Called the number and provided parking space #. Response said it would be 20 mins. Received a text msg 7:37pm from TXRH - order is ready. Waited 5 mins. Walked into the establishment only to be told it would be another 10 mins. FINALLY, received food @ 7:54pm. Half way home realized that all the food order wasn't there. Had to turn-around and go back to TXRH. I called TXRH to speak with a manager. Waited for 10 mins and hung up the phone. This type of service is unacceptable. My son enrolled to be a member of Texas Roadhouse before his birthday, October 16, 2022! In return he received a voucher for free appetizer as a welcome gift! He ordered an appetizer of ribs to go. We did not received what he ordered!

We were celebrating so we totally forgot to remind our waitress for it, it remembered when we were already almost home that we did not get d appetizer! I called the manager about this situation and she said she will send my son another voucher for so we can use next visit!

Good afternoon My name is Ryan Holloway. My wife and I frequently attend the Coconut Creek location. We eat out 4 to 5 times a week at local restaurants in the area. On 10/19/22 at around 9:00 pm we went to the location to have dinner and set at the bar we were greeted by the bartender very quickly being there was only two more customers at the bar at that time.

On 10 12 2022. Was my anniversary. I am home bound so my husband wanted to get me my favorite meal from there. 90 dollars later, I was so disappointed. We had your potato skins NO SOUR CREAM OR RANCH.

Then my grandson had the grilled bar b que chicken with steak fries. HE HAD 5. I got my prime rib which was good. NO AU JU. I got a loaded baked potato. NOTHING ON IT OR FOR IT. Our dinner rolls were hard as a rock and NO BUTTER.

What a joke. Literally stole my money. Placed an online order and paid online. Got there waited 2 hours for them to tell me my food wasn't there. Asked for my money back and they said they couldnt because my payment was declined even though I proved they charged me.

A birthday lunch for my brother was ruined by the hostess,manager, and cook. The hostess miscommunicated, the manager refused to serve a party of 16 and the cook with a huge birthmark on her face threatened to beat my ass,as I attempted to understand the misunderstanding.

I was at the Texas Roadhouse in Monroeville at 6 pm on 10/03/2022 I had the worst dinner of my life. I ordered the smallest sirloin steak dinner with baked potato and Caesar salad. The steak was to be well done.

It was so tough and dry I nearly choked on it. There was soooo much salt I had to drink 6 glasses of water. The whole meal was terrible. so salty, dry, over cooked. It was very busy and I did not want to wait to re- order.

It took over an hour for my meal to come. I also ordered a salmon salad to go, and the salmon had nooo taste. My total bill was $30. I paid with a gift card. The waitress was good and efficient.

I was never so disappointed in a meal. After I thought about, I would like refunded in some form. Any customer service response would be great and appreciated. net

When we got there no one knew what to do. They took our name and 4 couples got seated before us. Our winters came took our drink harder we never received dinner rolls until we ask for some. One hour later we still did not have our food and we promptly left.

Hello. Last evening my husband and I went to dinner at the Cartersville location and it was our worst meal there ever. We visit the restaurant once or twice a week. They were extremely busy but we always enjoy our meal.

We tried to order the Prime Rib but everything cooked less than medium well was already sold. So we decided to order the Ribeyes, the 12 oz portions and ordered them medium rare. When we received our steaks, they were cooked medium well to well and were terrible.

Our waitress offered to have them redone, but we declined. We tried eating them but was very disappointed. My husbands was at lease one third fat and gristle. Mine also had lots of gristle to it. 92, I do expect a better meal.

Hello, All in all was a very disappointing experience. We love going to Tx. Roadhouse and we always go to the same location on 24020 SW Fwy, Rosenberg, Tx 77065. From the beginning we were seated, it took at least 10 minutes before the waiter Melton came.

This was around 7:15 PM. We first asked for drinks, bread and plastic silverware. Melton who is well mannered came back with only the water, we kept saying bread please and plastic silverware. Waited over another 10 minutes until the appetizer came and still no bread, plates, or plastic silverware.

I placed a online pickup order before I got there I got two text messages on my phone telling me it was ready when I arrived at Texas roadhouse I went inside to the desk where the girl gives you the menus and I guess she seats you and I told her that I’m here to pick up my order I attempted to tell her my name but she didn’t let me finish all she said was that must be it which she pointed to a little stand in the corner to the left of her never asked me my name or anything I could’ve been anybody there were three bags there I asked her were the three bags mine cause I only see my name on one she’s told me she didn’t know when another girl came out she asked her and

the other girl said yes never thanked me never came from behind the counter to assist me or anything I will never order…

The last 2 times my son took me to the marion illinois resturant the steaks were either undercooked or overcooked. For my birthday dinner my steak (rare) was medium well, my sons ( medium rare) was served to him almost raw.

Because if this we didn't return until this last Saturday. Where both our steaks were wrong again. Mine (rare) and his ( medium rare) was served seared on the outside and raw on the inside. My son a disabled veteran doesn't like to complain or cause any issues.

The resturant was extremely busy both times, but I just can't believe thus has happened 2 times in a row.

I needed a table for two, the restaurant was only about a third full, and I was told I could not be seated until the other person had arrived. If this is a corporate policy it's a stupid one. If not someone should contact the Ofallon IL store and stop this. I will not return while this ridiculous policy continues.

Food was great and the server was excellent
