I wanted to share my experience that I had at the Texas Roadhouse location in Westminster, Md. My family and I have frequented your restaurants quite often over the years and never had we been so turned off. The food in the service was adequate but what really turned us off were the glue bug traps full of bugs that were positioned right above our heads attached to a neon sign. My family and I were thoroughly disgusted at this which obviously was unappetizing to us having the bugs above our heads. Not sure who would think this to be a good idea but I assure you it was not. We live literally 10 minutes away from the restaurant and my daughter is obsessed with their rolls.

However, on our last 2 experiences of picking up through the take-out line they have given us either burnt or old rolls at the College Station location. My daughter went their maybe an hour after they opened and they gave her old rolls, so we stayed in the line and asked for fresh ones and in turn they gave us burnt rolls!

Not really sure what’s happening but they really need to do better.

My husband and I stopped at our Chambersburg Texas Roadhouse this past Monday evening around 6:15. I realize they were busy but I don't think it was that bad. But our waitress didn't do her best.

It took her several minutes to take our drink order and when she did go to fill them she did ours (2) along with about 10 more for a big table. And it took another 5 plus minutes for my husband to get his beer. In total it took a full 20min. to get his beer from when we placed the drink order. Then we placed our order for the Bloomin Onion and it came in a good time and it was really good. I had my 70th birthday dinner at Texas Roadhouse, Novi, Michigan. My family is out of state so I was on my own, but not for long. Your staff, lead by Bruce, embraced me and proceeded to treat me like their favorite Auntie. I called ahead and got my place in line to enter and when shown to a booth I asked for table bc I was physically unable to sit at the booth due to my size , I was then told I would have to be put back at the end of the waiting list and that u have to ask for a table when calling but was never told this.

In my opinion this is a case of fat shaming which is ridiculous when there was 2 tables clean and open right where we were being seated. This happened at the Chattanooga located at 7035 Amin Dr. Chattanooga TN 37421

Me and my husband eat at Texas Roadhouse all the time and we’ve always loved. Today 9/4/2022 we ate there and it’s was literally the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant! They had no clean silverware (they weren’t busy) so we had to use plastic ware.

I ordered a hurricane margarita and the glass had black stuff all on the outside and inside! My husband ordered a full slab of ribs and I ordered a half slab and his full slab was literally the same size as my half slab!

The Womens bathroom had no paper towels and there was an issue with plumbing on the floor which they had the door wide open while they cleaned it! This was definitely a poor management problem! It was not worth spending the $80 for dinner and if this was my first time you there I absolutely would not return!

Receptionist Krissy made me feel unwanted and was racist towards my family and I. On Friday September 2nd 8p After waiting 1hour we were sat, I went back to the front desk to ask if we could be moved from the outside bar to inside of restaurant because we had a 12 year old with us and it smelled really bad.

Krissy stared at me with elevator eyes and stated they couldn’t move us unless we waited in the back of the line again and if we wanted to complain that IT was ok. She assumed I would make a complaint to her local manager.

There was an error with my to go order at the Taylorsville Utah location. Somehow it was lost before I got there. I just wanted to say that it was handled by an outstanding manager. She apologized and got a new order started.

She gave me a coupon for an appetizer and when I got home we found extra rolls. Mistakes will be made but it is how they are handled that counts and she was outstanding!!!

Me and my girlfriend had a bad experience there once we went there and she dropped her money and the waitress saw it picked up up and gave it to the manager I don't remember his name but we told him what happen and there was nothing that could be done he said so we got upset and left.

We have been going to dinner at The Villages Roadhouse every Wednesday night. The problem is that 80 % of the time they run out of Prime rib. When we ask the management what is going on, we continue to get conflicting answers that after 6:00 they usually run out of prime rib. The question I have is that we have been going to the restaurant for the last year and why do I want to go back to Texas Roadhouse when the Ale House across the street has prime rib available. If the restaurant management were to be consistent with providing their customers with the desired experience, I would have assumed the problem would have been rectified over 10 months ago.

Went to celebrate a birthday at the Pearland TX Roadhouse. I knew I had a coupon and thought it was for a free appetizer or sidekick. I told the waiter I had received an e-mail for such and he said if I could bring up the e-mail he could take care of it for me.

Because my phone data plan is very limited I could not so he offered to use his Hot spot for me and together we finally were able to pull up the e-mail out of my junk mail. He told me all he needed was the scan bar which he took a picture of.

My friend and I both asked would the rib appetizer be one that we could get with the coupon and he said definitely. So everything is good - nope. We received the ribs at the same time as our meal and all the food was wonderful.

Went to the Elyria Ohio location as we have several times. It's my favorite restaurant ever I go at least once a month usually 2 times a month. 21 plus I left a tip ( only because maybe our server was just having a bad day) Our service was horrible.

828 in the afternoon my daughter and I and my granddaughter dined at Texas Roadhouse in Topeka. We ordered appetizer of cheese fries. Upon delivery the waitress and her trainer went past our table to a table of friends we were seated on the employee training section I'm assuming.

We received a text that our table was ready and then was made to wait for an additional 15 minutes before we asked why everyone else was being seated before us. After asking if we had been checked in, we were informed that we weren’t and the manager got involved proceeded to be very rude informs of our children.

He also stepped up in the face of my friend multiple times and began raising his voice to her. The young lady who failed to actually check us in, ignored us when she was asked why it was taking so long.

Hello, This is not a complaint on service, it is management at the Danvers Ma. location. Chris and Nikki. We were regulars every Friday night and sometimes during the week. We had many, many friends that would meet us there and also frequent the restaurant on their own. We met wonderfull staff over the years and were treated like family there. We also knew Chris and Nikki they managers. They would always check on us, talk with us, stand at our table and talk for a bit.

Texas Roadhouse in Henderson has good food but they don’t answer their phones 1421 West Sunset Rd Henderson Nevada . I stayed on the phone for over 20 minutes and no one answered. This was the second time we had this problem.

It took over an hour to get our food after we finally got thru. I know lots of places are having problems getting help but this is going to hurt your businesses here in Vegas , Henderson are because there are @ lot of restaurants in that area to choose from.

Went eat out with the family picked my steak out, it arrived to the table 50mins after we ordered (very busy). It was not the steak I chose and was well under cooked. Went back up to the front desk let them know picked out a different steak as mine was no longer there.

It arrived under cooked and over salted took 2 bites trying to get it down but couldn't. Sides as well were very salty. Kids hardly ate had too had to go home and fix something. Manager working that night said she would take care of the ticket. Well that didn't happen.

Went to the Dartmouth, MA roadhouse for the prime rib at 3:45 pm today. The hostsess told us there was a twenty minute wait even though there was no-one in the Reasturant. We waited 40 minutes and several people who arrived after us were seated.

My wife went to ask the hostess what the problem was and she told her “ they were larger parties”. We left and went to Olive Garden. We are regulars at Texas Roadhouse but won’t be returning for a while because of this incident!

On August 19, 2022 Friday night myself and my date Christina decided to pay a visit to your establishment in Houston Texas Katy location by I-10. We checked in at 8:05 with a wait time approximately 20 minutes. We checked in the front desk and our server took us in and seated us with the typical order of rolls and cinnamon butter.

After the waiter took our order, we never saw her again. We never received a check so we used the payment kiosk on the table which was very difficult to use. The keys would not respond to touch and it took several attempts to get it to work.

We tried to leave a Custom tip but the tablet would not take the amount that we entered. We gave up and pressed the 15% tip option. In addition, we split the bill and each payor had to use the 15% option.

00 tip on a $76 bill! Not right!

This was our first time trying this restaurant. We ordered take-out. A few of our items were missing so I called the restaurant direct and I was put on hold for 45 minutes!

Finally, someone came on the phone to disconnect me. I tried calling back a few hours later and again was put on hold again. This time I only waited 10 minutes. This is horrible customer service! I understand that mistakes can be made during the busy time however I did pay for items I did not receive and the least they could have done is talked to me so we can resolve the problem.

I will probably not return and I will let people know how little Texas Roadhouse cares about the paying patrons.

Texas Roadhouse Wyomissing PA. We went to the restaurant for dinner and sat at the bar. We had our chilly and a beer. Waited forever for our food. People that came in after us had to food and left. We finically said to the bartender what was going on with our food.

They checked and when it came it was undercooked. We ate our potatoes and waited for our steak. Finically we had our steak. We ate our meal in pieces when it was served. The really bad part we had to pay for something we did not enjoy.

I took my daughter to Texas Roadhouse in Florence, to celebrate her 21st birthday. I have waited tables for 25 years and I do not complain about service. I have never even contacted a company's corporate office but last night was so ridiculous, that I can not just let it go, nor should, your company want me to.

Placed order at 8:50 through website. Told to pick up at 9:45. Parked and lady gave us the wrong order at 9:50. At 10:10 I went in and was told my $86 order was given to someone else. Was given half my order at 10:20.

We ordered ribs for 2 of the 4 dinners we had. One came out with sauce, the other completely dry. The runner dropped the food at the table and ran while parts of our order were missing. Asked waitress for bbq and waited over 15 minutes.

Rest of the table was completely done eating when the sauce finally came and the manager came over with a not my problem attitude. Claimed they had been out for over 30 minutes yet 1 was completely sauced. Sauce came ice cold to put on what should have been hot food but was completely cold by that point.

I ordered an Arnold Palmer and ask if there was free refills, the waitress said yes. Then I asked can I get tea by itself on the 2nd refill she said no. Then I told her I don't want to order drinks and she laughed at me in a smirky way.

I ordered sirloin steak and every bite had fat in it. This was the worst steak I ever had. The mushrooms tasted bad, over marinated and over cooked. The Cactus Blossom said it was onion rings, this was not onion rings at all. just pure fat.

The hamburgers didn't taste good. The value of paying $125 was not worth it based on service and quality of food.
