SECOND WHAT IS THE POINT OF ORDERING IF IM NOT GOING GET WHAT I WANT? THIS IS A ONGOING PROBLEM AT THIS LOCATION! TODAY I ORDERED A BAKED POTATO WITH BUTTER, SOUR CREAM AND CHEESE I DIDN'T RECEIVE ONE ITEM FOR MY POTATO.

I WANTED LEMON BUTTER FOR MY SALMON DIDN'T GET THAT AND OF COURSE NO SILVERWARE. ALL OF THIS WRONG AFTER I PLACED MY ORDE ONLINE FOR A LATER PICKUP TIME AND WHEN I GOT THERE TO GET MY FOOD, MY FOOD WAS READY BUT I WAS LEFT TOT STAND AND

WAIT FOR 6-7 MINUTES WITHOUT ANYONE COMING TO THE WINDOW TO AT LEAST SAY WE'LL BE WITH YOU IN A MOMENT!!! I HAD TO ASK A WORKER THAT HAD COME OUTSIDE TO HELP WHEN SHE WAS ON HER WAY BACK IN THE BUILDING

There was a black hair in our cinnamon butter . And the steaks were cooked way over and we’re dry I expected the manger to atleast compensate my sisters meal due to the the hair in her butter. The manager never came to apologize.

I never saw the manager one time and my bill was over 125 dollars. Poor customer service for sure

Been sitting at the Ocoee TRH for 93 minutes now waiting for our entrees. Other tables seated 30+ minutes after us have been served and are eating. Waitress, mgr are apologetic but making excuses. Restaurant is not overly busy for a Friday night.

At the Henrietta, ny location we tried to call ahead and make a reservation for 12 people. They told us that they do not take parties more then 8. We asked about splitting into 2 tables and the man said he would put us on opposite sides of the restaurant.

We were trying to celebrate an 8 year Olds birthday and he was very disappointed he couldn't go there to celebrate and ruined his day.

Once we were seated we ordered drinks then our food. Fifteen minutes later a house salad for each of us was brought out, then fifteen minutes my bowl of chili came then twenty minutes my wife's prime rib came over cooked.

We arrived at 3 pm. I would say medium to well done cut of meat. We should have been the first ones eating prime rib. Five minutes after her meal came out my ribs came out mine came out. Mind you I ordered appetizers.

Our server was nice but offered no explanation. While we waited most guests left so there was not a lot of people inside. 16 bill. Really not impressed with this location.

We went to lunch at 12:15 Aug. 6, 2022. It was a party of 8 and 7 of us showed up. One had car trouble so so one of us left to get get her from the side of the road 10 minutes away.

We were told the whole party had to be there before we will be seated but after waiting 46 minutes we asked to be seated again so we can go ahead and order. The young hostesses were very rude and wouldn't seat us.

3 of the ladies sat at the bar and I asked to see the manager. The manager came 3 minutes later but didn't come to me but to the hostesses. They were whispering so I approached them and the manager said she's the manager in training she'll get the other manager.

5 minutes later she comes out and before I could say anything she babbling about their rules of seating the whole party only. This let me…

I know 2 young girls who work at Texas roadhouse in davenport. They have told me the manager, Maddie, was working while covid positive. Throwing up at work, coughing everywhere. And now I know of just 3 households that are positive and quarantined with covid.

How is it acceptable for a MANAGER to report to work and out thousands of lives at risk. It's total BS and no one I know will ever be recommended there again. I am also posting on FB.

Went to Texas roadhouse in Bloomington illinois, we all got sick with diarrhea and vomiting after eating. One of cook's kept goofing around with hostess, at one point she screamed out loud when he matchup and scared her. Sad experience.

I was in a party of 4, mine being the worse experience EVER at Texas Roadhouse. 2 others had issues too, the only happy guest was the one who ordered a cheeseburger! I want you to k ow this was a celebration dinner I did not want to create a scene.

When our server saw my ‘finished’ plate she exclaimed oh you had a fatty one. Yes, 80% fat, 20 meat…but at that point my stomach was disgusted and I just wanted the server to take it away…she asked if I was happy with my meal…NO, I wasn’t it.

She sent the manager over and she said it happens, TR cannot control the meat. Well, yes, a restaurant can…if a chef sees a prime rib with so much fat…DON’T SERVE IT.

When the waiter CODY at the Harrisonburg VA was disappointed with his tip he PROCEEDED to follow us into the parking lot at 5:45 pm on a Friday and scream at us as we pulled out of the parking lot. I went back in to talk to the manager who offered no apologies for his employee.

Sunday, July 24, approx. 3;30pm, I called in a pick up order for Chicken Fried STEAK. A very nice girl took my order. I chose 2 side orders of potatoes & gravy and 4 rolls came with the order.

I went to area to pick up my order. I told a tall, pretty girl , who was brushing her long black hair. I asked for my pick-up order for Diane Balding. She pointed to the counter and said yes, it’s is here. She kept brushing her hair. I finally asked her if I had to wait until she was done brushing her hair to pick up my order. She stared at me and continued brushing her hair and put it up in a pony-tail I waited until…

I went to my local to place, I wanted toplace an order to go. I went to the Togo order window and was told she couldn't take my order, I'd have to wait. I waited for a while (in the hot sun) I went inside to place my order.

I was told she couldn't take my order I would have go to th bar. I then said I'd go somewhere where some would take my order. I went to my car tried to place an order over the phone.

I did have you app Finally after a manager came on the phone said I disrespected her employee. And didn't take my order either. I have never complained to a corporate office . Never. I've never been treated so poorly.

All I wanted was an order to go.

It wasn’t recently brought to my attention that servers pay for the discounts you offer from their wages. Is this true?

Also I heard that if I go out to eat at your restaurant and I complain about my meal and a manager comps it the server pays for it also. Is this true? The later I can understand if the server caused the complaint.

In the other hand why should an employee get punished when you have professional scanners out there who do this.

Also if you as a corporation offer discounts the server shouldn’t have to pay for it with tips or hourly wage, after all they didn’t offer the discount the corporation did. If either of these things are true I don’t care how good your restaurant is I won’t be eating there again.

I would like to complain about the Texas Roadhouse in N. Smithfield RI. The waitress was Tanya. We went in August 1st for dinner. I ordered my steak well done and it was bunrt. Nothing was done about it. We asked the waitress for more napkins.

And later we asked for a spoon for my husband to eat his corn, she was annoyed and sad he has a fork. We said he needs a spoon. She came back with one and said that we should have asked for everything all at once.

Stated that she didn't have time to keep running back and forth to our table. I will never be dining here again. The food is excellent but expensive but with poor customer service I don't need. Very sorry we won't go back.

How sad and rude to make people wait with a party of people wait when only 2 aren’t there! Can’t make reservations and you make people stand at door and keep waiting and then can’t get a table!! Seen people get seated at a booth and then people joined them!!

On July 18,2022 my family of 11 made reservation at Texas Roadhouse in Henrietta,NY. When we arrived the receptionist said to give her 29 minutes. So we went outside waited 1/2 hour. When we went in to check. We were advised they couldn’t accommodate a party of 11.

Half of us would have to sit at one end of the restaurant the other half at the opposite end. 1). Why wouldn’t they tell us that when we called for the reservation. Or when we arrived at the restaurant??? 2).

At clarksburg wv restaurant. Regulars for lunch BUT. Lately the service has gone way way down hill. Mgrs just stand around Employee on phone. We normally sit in bar area and 9/10 we have to get up to get our own drinks cuz waitstaff doesn’t Check in. Food is great.

My self and my wife are both retired and Texas Road House has this specical 4-6 pm every monday thru fri. 99 easch. :30pm we were jusut about done eating and my wife showed me her baked potatoe it was it had a black corner portion of the ptatoes .

She quite eating after that . I am not trying to get any thing free but we showed it to the waitress. She ask my wife if she wanted another potatoe and she would say some thing to the cook.

I personally think she should have taken the bake potatoe off our bill. I think good service is pretty important . We like your restrant but if we get an other part of our dinner with a BLACK potion on any thing we want be back.

I made an online order. This is the first time some parts of my order were wrong when I got home. I ordered a plain sweet potato and when I got home I had a baked potato. I ordered my steak well done and when I got home it was pink.

I called the manager at the Montgomeryville PA Texas Roadhouse at about 7:00 PM on July 21, 2022 to tell her about the mix up. She said she could give me the correct order but I said I didn’t want to come back.

Saturday I went to Texas Roadhouse out of the 12 oz ribeye, green beans and broccoli. I had a 30 minute break so I'll call the head so my food will be ready I end up getting my food picked up and when I open it my my 12 oz ribeye which was supposed to be well done was fully pink in the middle and

We arrived at the Texas Roadhouse in Canton, Ohio on Dressler Road about 12:10pm. We were seated promptly - no waiting. Our server (Austin) greeted us promptly and took our drink orders - served them - then took our food order.

He came back to our table about 12:45pm and asked if we'd like some peanuts while we were waiting. We said "no" - just would like to have our food. He said it would be coming shortly. About 25 minutes later (1:10pm) we received our food.

He asked my husband who had ordered a 14oz Ft. Worth Ribeye (I had ordered an all American Cheeseburger) to cut into his steak and see if it was cooked okay. After being there for ONE HOUR before we received our food - my husband wasn't about to say it wasn't as he ordered it - didn't want to wait anymore!!!!

My family and I went to the Texas Roadhouse at 8204 S. Olympia Ave in Tulsa Ok on Sunday July 10, 2022. We checked in and we’re told there would be a 35 minute wait for our party of nine. We were told we had to wait outside in the 100 degree heat. One young person in our group is currently battling cancer and taking chemotherapy. He does not want the attention so we did not tell the hostess he had cancer but if you looked at him you most definitely could tell. Due to the fact we had to wait outside in the heat he was unable to even stay long enough to have dinner. Maybe he could have waited in the car with air conditioners, but he shouldn’t have to do that!

We advised the waitress what had happened and she let the manager know. The manager was very apologetic.

Your hostess staff are usually unfriendly and visibly upset if you tell them that you do not want to dine in the bar area. This has happened to me on more than five occasions. Management is never around or make rounds to see how your dining experience is going.

I dine out quite often but your establishment will be at the bottom of my list.

Last night 6 of us ate at the Texas Roadhouse Commack Road Deer Park NY. I ordered 23oz Porterhouse rare it came out cooked well done. I returned it to receive one cooked properly but it took 30 minutes or more to receive my steak.

By then the rest of my party was done with their meals. I felt very uncomfortable eating when they were all watching me . I ate quickly and did not enjoy my steak very much at all. I'm sorry but this is not an acceptable service and the manager did nothing to make me feel better about the situation!

Today July 9th, 2022 we were at Texas Road House North Charleston, SC at 11:30. We were first in line as we had a party of 13. We were told we couldn’t sit together which was fine but we were separated across the restaurant.

I’m was very disappointed as a vegetarian that the baked and sweet potatoes were brushed with bacon grease. I appreciate it being listed in the menu but I was left with vet few options for dinner. My daughter made reservations for 10. We were celebrating My grandsons birthday When we arrived they advised us if WE could wait 20 minutes they would be able to seat us all together. So we waited. When we went in to be seated they advised us that half of us would be at one end of the restaurant and the rest would be at the other end.

If I could give a 0 I would. Our server was awful, drinks has ZERO alcohol in them. Steak was wayyyy over cooked and I could of ate my belt in the parking lot for free. The chili was cold, baked potato sat in the window for wayyyy too long, biscuits were undercooked.

Yesterday, I visited Texas Roadhouse at 986 Illinois 59, Aurora, IL 60504. I ordered a ribeyes steak well-done. What I received was a pre- cooked steak that had been placed on the grille to make it appears as if it was freshly cooked.

I talked with the manager to inform her my steak was not freshly cooked. Her solution was to give discount on my meal. A discount was not what I was looking to get. I wanted to know if was a corporation change and the public was not aware.

We were there last night for my Son's birthday and we had ribs like we always do, and this time they were burnt, I can eat dark but these were burnt. On June 28,2022 my family went to Texas Roadhouse , Dyer, Indiana to celebrate my granddaughter's 9th birthday. We had a party of 9 guests. Upon arriving my son was told they do not seat more than 8. The hostess worked out to seat us.

Then the manager took over and was RUDE to all. Things went down hill after that. We were put in a booth that seated 8 tightly and in what the manager called a closed area. There was a small booth across the isle where some could have sit.

Visited the Mesquite, Tx. location on 6-29-22 to celebrate my granddaughter's birthday. We waited for 2 hours for a table to accommodate 14, we were seated in two(2) booths. to tell us that there wasn't any other tables available and that the table we inquired about was reserved for a party of 10 (only 7 people were in that party picture attached)and if we wanted a bigger table we would have to wait 2 more hours!.
