Ordered a hamburger yesterday med well and all goods, ordered mushrooms on the side. When my burger finally came (20+min) it was just the meat on a plate, No bun and well done almost crisp. One little plate of lettus onion and a piece of tomato.

After waiting on mywatress to try to get bread, (bun) my meal was cold. I was hungry and ate anyway, Manager only took off the cost of mushroom price. My whole meal sucked. 00 and it sucked. Place keeps getting worse.

There are no good experiances at that resturant in East Knoxville, TN 5 years ago it was good, but now???????????????? Not going back to that one anyway..

Second time in a row! My husband ordered prime rib med rare they brought him an end piece well done! My food got cold waiting for them to correct the issue. Last night he ordered a 20 ounce rib eye.

They brought a thin cut of meat that looked like a pancake maybe 8 ounces. Again My food got cold waiting. They forgot his potato. Waitress forgot our drinks and it took 35 min to get our salads. I had to beg my husband to try again because of our previous experience.

I guess Longhorn will be our new steakhouse.

Last visit my husband ordered prime rib med rare they brought him an end piece well done. He said we would not go back because service was poor as well. Tonight we used gift cards given to us for Mothers day and Father's day.

He ordered a 20 ounce rib eye and was brought a cut of meat sliced thin on one side and looked like a roast on the other. They forgot his potato and we had already waited 30 min for a salad.

We had to remind our Waitress to get our beers and no plates were ever cleaned from our table. I loved your restaurant a time ago but will not be returning. I would not give you 1 star.

Few months ago we ordered a sangria margarita and it was pale, almost no sangria at all. One of the managers said that is how they always serve it which is not the truth (we have order the drink before).

Today 6/21, we ordered the same drink again and they told us they could not add more sangria, we talked to another manager again and she authorized adding more sangria. But the drink came below the full level (them making a statement).

We called the manager again and she was ok with this practice. She had an attitude as well. We are very sorry we even have to bring this to your attention but someone has to let you know… photos available upon request (the system didn’t allow me to upload because of the size)

We went to your Lakewood Ranch, FL location on 6/19/22 for Fathers Day. I used the online option to join the waitlist. I received my confirmation text at 4:36 that the wait time was 1 hour 50 minutes - 2 hours.

We checked in at 5:45. At 6:30 we went inside to see if we were close. At 6:45 (approximately) we were called in to be seated. There was 7 of us and we were sat at a 6 top. We were there long enough to get and finish a basket of rolls before we were told that we had to move and were sent back to the hostess stand to wait for a 7 top.

We were finally seated again, got our drinks and appetizers, and waited an hour for our entrees, minimum. One medium rare steak was burnt to a crisp, as was a cheeseburger, pork chops were too dry to swallow, the mashed potatoes were cold and one meal…

The salad was turning brown, the tomatoes were sour then we waited an hour for our food to be told that the kitchen lost our order. No apologies from the manager no real concerns from the manager. We would not have know if we did not ask as the waitress had disappeared for that hour.

When the food came it was not fixed properly- the sautéed onions and mushrooms were not done and the cheese was not melted or the correct cheese.

My wife and I went there for Father’s Day dinner and while we was waiting for our daughter to show up we was put on hold for 35 to 45 minutes and once we were called to take our table the manager refused to sit us because my daughter wasn’t there at that moment and while trying to explain this policy to us which makes no sense to us she was very rude and

Hello I live in Longview Texas. I ordered to go as usual and went inside for pick up. Upon getting home the dinner rolls I ordered 6 extra on top of the 4 given for 2 meals =10 I had 6.

I would have given our experience at the Texas Roadhouse in Aberdeen NC 5 star food great, waiter AWSOME the only issue that myself and my guest had is that the music during the ‘45’ second dance was WAY to loud so loud you couldn’t even hear yourself think and my problem with that is my daughter (4) and my friends son (4) months whom both have sensitive ears being so young started crying, my daughters ears were hurting so

Was at dinner with my granddaughters and a large group of teenagers was sat behind us, they started to become obnoxious and scared my granddaughters , then they started laughing at them, they are 3. Told the manager , she said she talked to them but the are customers also.

M. my family and I were at the Texas Roadhouse in Manhattan Kansas. Unfortunately, during this time a tornado warning was issues for Manhattan Kansas, and it was in the immediate vicinity of this Texas Road house. Now I completely understand that this is a very stressful situation for anyone to encounter, and individuals handle stressful situations differently.

So when the manager at the time of the incident was a bit frazzled, I completely understood, and truly felt bad for him. He is what I cannot over look, and I am completely shocked at the incredible poor decision making on his part in regards to customer safety.

Why do they have the building so cold? I just want to get my food & leave. My daughter & son who are younger than me felt the same. I understand employees are moving around but US as customers are not.

Food had to go 3 times all 3 for ice cold rice. Steak size kept changing and so did how well it was cooked. Management was very nice and gave us a coupon for next time. We came to use said coupon today and another same ordeal.

Waitress never filled out drinks once. This is at the Brooklyn branch in Cleveland ohio.

We are for the first time at our local Texas Roadhouse Cartersville ,Ga I ordered a filet with sweet potato and after arriving I encountered a piece of steak that could not be cut through. We had placed a Togo order online. We followed the protocols on what to remove or add on.

However, we didn’t get the regular or add one for the bake potato. When we called to ask for a refund, all they can say is we can add the refund for the add ons not the potato because you received it.

What they expect us to do? Eat a potato plain? It’s just going to get thrown out. They lost our business at this location.

I went to this Restaurant yesterday, 6/5/22 between 5-7pm, server was Natalie and Cashier was Jake.

The worst experience I have had at this restaurant. I was there 3 months ago with friends and service was par, this time totally horrible service. First they give us this new server named Natalie, her first week and she needed more training. James Bolton who is currently operating the Pasadena, Tx location has returned my phone call for a review that I posted online about my visit with Roadhouse yesterday. His demeanor was somewhat different. At first it was nice and kind, but after I was explaining what occurred his kindness went from kind to throwing accusations of me raising my voice which I didn’t!

My friends and I went in for lunch. The music was blaring so loudly we couldn’t converse over the racket. It was lunch. Not happy hour or later. We complained and asked them to turn it down but we were informed they couldn’t and it is all set up by corporate.

Just had the worst experience ever at Texas Roadhouse and was called a liar by the manager working as the “kids” running the place told my grandmother who literally just got out of the hospital no to a chair and that we could go outside and sit after telling us to come in because our table was ready.

The manager said she believed her employees did not tell me that and offered us a chair and that we were welcome to leave … so 13 of us got up and walked out! I realize that companies are short staffed but I have never been called a liar at a restaurant in my life and I’m really disappointed that Texas Roadhouse is now being run my arrogant unprofessional employees!

I won’t be back anytime soon I promise that!

I order from our Texas Roadhouse quite often. The last 4 take out orders have been missing sauces, sides etc. You ask for x tra dressing as an option and never receive it. Missing dip for rattlesnake bites etc. Employees need to read entire order not just the summary!

29 drove 30 minutes one way and parked in space 6 text the number and here and a young lady came out with what I thought was my order. Got home and I only had steaks, shrimp and bread. I went to the Texas roadhouse in Salisbury North Carolina on May 29 (30009) My experience from the time I walked in until the time I left was below satisfactory. The young lady that was greeting people at the door when I walked in to check in for call ahead seating just looked at me and didn’t speak.

I submitted my experience about a week ago but to no avail. The grease on the fried pickles and catfish was enough to write my name on the sidewalk. It was quite the experience, and I did not bother to eat the bread, as it was hard as a rock. Some days you can go there and the food is good and other days it is just simply HORRIBLE!!!

Ordered online at Texas Roadhouse in Hunt Valley, MD. We waited 40 minutes beyond when the order was supposed to be ready only for them to tell us that they were out of one the dishes we ordered. That would have been fine if we were told at the beginning but now we were looking at another 40 min to get any food at all.

We asked for a refund for all of the food - they said we would be. I never have been refunded and can’t get any communication back. $50 down the drain.

A few weeks ago I ordered a 6oz sirloin medium rare. I got it home and cut into it and saw it was well done. I called the store in kingsport Tennessee and let them know. The manager Dave said he'd send me a coupon in my emails for my next visit. I never got it.

Fast forward to today and I got another 6oz sirloin and the manager confirmed he had sent me the email with the coupon. I didn't have it so he said there was nothing he could do. I get home with this 6oz and it's the same thing we'll done. I am very disappointed.

I won't be back to a Texas roadhouse ever! I'm better off spending my money at the store and making it myself.

2 hr 10 minute duration. My husband's dinner finally arrived and was very good. My dinner arrived overcooked with burnt mushrooms. I sent it back for a remake. Server said manager would bring out the remake and he waited on a large group.

After 20 minutes, I went to the front and briefly talked to the service manager. She said she would find the manager we talked to previously and have her come to our table. When she finally showed up I asked her where my food was that I sent back.

Hello, My Husband and I love your restaurant and order frequently. Today was not a good day for us. One of our orders was a full slab of ribs, and, when we got home, we discovered it was a half slab.

I called the restaurant and talked with a Manager. She looked up the item and she saw we were charged for a half slab. We went back to the restaurant to pick up and pay for the other half. When we got back home, there was no barbecue sauce on it, or none in our bag.

I understand things happen and the person obviously misunderstood. And, from viewing the receipts, there's no way to tell what we paid per item which appears to be a couple dollars more than what is advertised on your webpage. The problem we have is we had to make a trip BACK to the restaurant.

The service was horrible,got order messed up, took them 3 times to get us sweet tea situation straight. It was grandson 13 birthday and he got so upset. The one on Oxford Alabama needs to close or get new management.

We had to sit at tow tables because we brought 11 people and that did not let us push the tables together and one table go there food before us but we where all together and the service was horrible the bill was $100 and it was not worth it at all.

First of all, this restaurant is the restaurant that accompanied me in my five-year study abroad career, and I frequent it and like it very much. But something very unpleasant happened today. 1. My boyfriend ordered two glasses of wine.

He brought one first and said that he must drink the first glass before drinking the second one. I asked if we could have it together. He said no, and I asked why? He said it was Arizona law. I said can you show me?

He said yes of course very confidently. Then I waited not for state laws, but for managers. The manager said the exact same thing again and again, and didn't show me the relevant laws. I didn't talk to her any more, so I opened the web and searched about AZ's alcohol laws.

5-10-22 code fxd013 Myself and 2 friends eating in bar area We had a lengthy wait and gobbled up the 3 rolls. Waitress came to the table took our drink order. I asked for more rolls. ”when I have time” We had no silverware no plates no way to put the butter on the rolls. No plates.

I placed a curbside order at the Tupelo Mississippi Texas Roadhouse and I order 2 orders with the Fort Worth 14oz steaks well done. When I got home they were so raw on the inside until it almost made me sick.

My husband had to recook those in which he shouldn’t have after we paid almost $50 dollars for supper to keep from cooking but we still needed up cooking. I love Texas Roadhouse but when I ask for my food to be a certain that’s what I need to happen.

Also it took more time than I was told to pick up. It took so long for me to get my change back I just got out and went in to get it. My experience was terrible. I would rate my service a 0 if 0 was on the scale because that’s what it was.

You offer call ahead seating which is great because this way you can wait at home if the wait is 2 hrs. Especially with Covid, but no one will ever pick up the phone. When you finally do get there and are sitted, I ask the manager why no one is answering the phones she says there must be something wrong with them.

There has been something wrong with them for 2 months now. I think they are lazy and don't want to answer the phone. When you go in there are about 6 people around the front desk including the manager on their own personal phones!!!!

My fiance and I went into Texas Roadhouse - Chapel Hill Road, Douglasville GA on 4/24/2022. We chose to sit at the bar. There were only 3 people at the bar. It took bartender Taylor at least a good 5-7 mins before she ever ask what we wanted to drink.

Was waiting in line for over an hour and called for reservations and was told they don't take reservations. While we were waiting to be seated there was about 4 more groups came in and chatted with the hostess and they went ahead and kept seating them.

That is why they did it to disguise the peace. No extra butter or sour cream for my potato and no butter for our rolls. Must of gave out butter to their friends. I told the manager that you never put sides in containers over the main meat and he just looked at me.

So tired of the carry out window freezing to death and so tired of never getting all of my food right. Really need to give us gift cards to make this right. 00 for two dinners and that was a tip too.

My fiance' and I went to the Texas Road House restaurant, in Sheboygan Wi. last week and arrive very shortly after their opening time. We were told there would be a wait up to 25 minutes before we could be seated. Wow!

We love this place and the food but this seems out of line to us and for friends we talked to about this. We went to the bar and talked to the Manager about what we thought was a very poor process for first on guests.

The manager was very nice.... She explained to us that they have issues with getting help at the right times.... a hiring issue. We are suspicious about the 25 minute wait time. They could have seated us, let us take a drink to our table and get on with it.
