Went to eat at TexasRoadhouse and it was Very busy. One of the waitresses bumped into my granddaughter twice and then on second time cussed about it under her breathe but loud enough for my granddaughter to hear her. We did speak to the manager and he said he would handle it but still it’s a family restaurant and no server should be cussing because it’s busy.

Then our waitress gave us our check and boxes before she asked us if we wanted anything else including drinks.

However, my granddaughter wanted another drink and so we asked for another refill. So in the end… swearing waitstaff and not so good service. Food was excellent though ❤️

I've been dining at the Boynton Beach location. And I do not want to use those stupid kiosks, but they force you with a card.

Also they sit you at these uncomfortable hard chairs then tell u that you have to wait an hour if you want a booth. Both of these issues are very consumer unfriendly. A lot of customers wee complaining around me about these stupid policies

I visited ur restaurant on i40 and MacArthur and it was an takeout order.. I had to stand at the window for about 5 minutes before I started knocking on the window and there were about 4 people on their cell phones not doing anything or acknowledge their customers ..

pissed me off and rude as hell.. I order a chicken fried steak and when I got home it was hard as a rock couldn’t even eat it and end up throwing it away.. I will never or my friends go back to that pathetic restaurant!!

To whom this may concern, My name is Sohn Langston. I am a fan of Texas Roadhouse the food is delicious! I am just tired of when I order online and pick up my food and get home there is always something missing!!!

On 3/18 around 8:30 I went to pick up my food which consisted of beef tip on a bed of rice, corn and a side of shrimp. I get home set up to eat for starters there was no eating utensils.

The biggest thing that was missing was the gravy with mushrooms. That's what make the beef tip!! I was very disappointed with my meal! This was very ridiculous!!

First time visit to Texas Roadhouse 2/27/28 at 6pm, Bloomingdale, IL and the experience was highly disappointing from a staff perspective. Party of 8 seated in a booth for no more than six. " She looked at me and walked away to not be seen again.

Overall, save your customers from hearing how many people there are on the waiting list (200 repeated five times); only 3 cooks in the kitchen, etc. " meaning Outback Steakhouse. This was supposed to be a birthday celebration (adults) and it was truly disappointing to be treated so rudely in addition to staff banter.

All this drama having occurred before our food order was placed which negatively impacted our meal experience.

I placed an online order on 2/24/2022. My steak was med well not med rare, my burger and fries we supposed to be without pickle and not only did it have pickle they were mixed in with the fries so

my mom could not eat the fries, I was missing my loaded sweet potato with my BBQ chicken so my poor nephew split his with me so I had more the a piece of chicken for dinner. 00 on this meal and only 1 of 5 people were satisfied.

So I bragged to my family as to what a great place this was and how excited I was that they built one in Ocala because in Gainesville it was my favorite restaurant to eat at and here I sit looking like the world's biggest ass for saying don't order longhorn order from Texas Rd House.

Truly dissatisfied other then the friendly and timely service my dinner was a bust!!!

My family and I had the worst experience ever from Texas Roadhouse located in Brockton Massachusetts this past Saturday; between 4 different households in the family some dined in and some ordered take out via the family members that dined in. I was one of the households that ordered take out and I just want to let you know of the food that was sent to us. So I go in and order a side salad and a side of chicken. 00. The service e was poor and when I asked to speak to the manager she said there was nothing that they could do about it. Such horrible customer service!!!! HORRIBLE. 99.

I work at a restaurant and this is definitely not how we treat our customers. 0% satisfaction guaranteed. Not to mention when they brought the draft beer 1/4 of it was missing from the top because of the foam maybe they should learn how to pour draft beer properly.

My dinner arrived, and my loaded baked potatoe was cold, waitress says I’ll get you another one, came back and said they have to see it, wow, you can’t see cold food, anyway. I ordered southern cat fish, the catfish was strips not fillets, you get three pieces that looks like 3 fingers, needs better looking catfish fillets, not strips, nasty dinner wasn’t satisfying at all. I would like to register a complaint with the Texas Roadhouse in Quincy, IL. Our party of 4 visited on Feb. 13th around 7pm. We had a reservation and still had a short wait to get our booth. It took a while for the waiter to get our drink orders and a longer time to come and get our food orders.

I would say a good 45 minutes went by before 2 of us got our food. One had to send their steak back for more cooking and my chili and baked potato were cold. My mushrooms on my steak were burnt and black.

The potato would not even melt the soft butter. The salmon was barely lukewarm. I had the ribeye and grilled shrimp along with chili.

I went to Texas roadhouse located in Durham North Carolina and I ordered medium ribeye with bone in yam and green beans the book I said at the bar the staff was awesome as far as in getting my my drink fast my order ran the manager she actually help me set my food back and came back with the same plate of food that was ice cold that I asked her not to because the steak has set out over an hour I got there at 8:15 did not get my steak until 935.

Saturday, February 5 went to Texas Roadhouse, Spartanburg, SC with a friend at 12:10 pm. Went inside and checked in, was told the wait to be 30 to 40 minutes and to wait in car, not allowed inside. Waited a total of 1 hour, 5 minutes, then received a text.

Went back inside, told us had texted 20 minutes prior that gave table to someone else and would have to wait an additional 20 minutes in which we left. Would rate a "0"!!

I've always had a great experience dining at Texas Roadhouse, I was very disappointed tonight when I placed an order to go, I requested a side of steak sauce to find they were completely out including bottles on the side for purchase, I normally don't complain, I usually just don't return but it's my favorite restaurant, the overall experience tonight including the product was extremely poor, It's not necessary to list details, the experience was pretty bad.

I think I could have been informed they were out of steak sauce prior to ordering, I would have made different dinner plans, good luck with your staff.

On Friday 28th I met two other friends at the Cape Girardeau Texas Roadhouse. We frequent this establishment quite often, and I will say the food was good; however, this is my complaint. I man and woman come to the bar where we were sitting and was standing by some friends waiting for a place at the bar and you could clearly see a small dog with its head sticking out of his coat.

I did bring this to the attention of the manager, I think he was the manager however he never introduced himself. He explained they could not ask questions in reference if that was a service dog or not. I am in the healthcare field myself and know if an animal is a service animal, no one can pet the animal.

Customer service was awful. From waiting in the car in parking lot waiting for text to come in to waiting for the food , for waiting for waitress. For salt and pepper water and returning cold mashed potatoes to get warmed up.

We, a party of 3, had dinner at Texas Roadhouse on Saturday 1-8 at the Shelbyville Rd location. The food was excellent as always but the service was lacking, which ruined our overall experience. We ask for more rolls and waited 15 minutes before we received them.

We constantly had to ask for more drink refills and waited too long for them. At one point, I had ate a boneless wing from our appetizer. It was spicy. I drank my all of my soda, my mouth was on fire because of the spicy wing, I asked for a refill & had to wait 10 minutes before receiving. These issues were inexcusable.

Also, her tip was given reflective of the poor service. We will not be going back to that location

This is about the Ashland location. I also am a front of house employee. If you look at the news in our area. The snow and weather are horrendous and they are telling everyone to not be on the roads and back roads are entirely horrible.

Yet when I go to call off because of road conditions and concerns over my personal safety, our service manager, Norma Beals, made me feel like I was scum. She made it seem like it was my fault and that there is no reason I should be calling off when I know half of the other front of house employees are calling off because they can’t even get out of there driveways.

My son took me out to dinner here Christmas eve as my present. The service was poor and I didn't receive the steak I ordered, it was overcooked as well. I had ordered a 16 Oz. ribeye and received a sirloin of 12 or 14 Oz. size.

Our receipt showed our actual order and was charged for that order.

Overall a very poor showing for the price we were charged. It will be a long long time before we come back if this is the best you can do.

Just ate at the Texas Roadhouse in Abilene, TX. Arrived around 3pm. Had to wait 30 mins. The Cactus bloom was half burnt half not cooked. The sauce for the cactus bloom was spoiled. The house salad had frozen eggs on it.

Looking at the plexi glass around the table it was filthy, disgustingly so. The bathroom walls are filthy. The cloth napkins stunk like mildew. The app to pay your bill did not load correctly on my phone. It was just a bad experience.

I would like to submit a complaint against the staff at the location in Bowie, Md. My family came to this location to celebrate my mother’s 72nd birthday on Sunday, December 12 at 2pm. We called ahead and even signed up our party, Chatmon party of 8 when we arrived at the restaurant. After waiting for an hour, we were astonished that our party of eight was seated, then they were escorted out the restaurant. This party of 8 included my mother who was turning 72, my father who is 71, my uncle who is 60 and my aunt who is 74. We went to Texas Road house in Parkersburg West Virginia. After waiting for 50 minutes for oir meal and having to ask a waitress what was going on with our order we was told that our food was taking so long because I ordered my steak well done.

Their was a table beside us and behind us that came in and ordered after us and they received their food before us. A manager came out and apologized for our order taking so long and stated that it would be just another minute or two and our food would be done.

We waited another 10 minutes and we never did get our food, we ended up leaving after waiting over an hour for our order and still never received it.

I recently visited your Marion Illinois location. I was asked to provide my cell number then take a seat in the waiting area. The host said I would receive a third text to let me know I would be seated at a table.

A second host tells me I’m supposed to wait outside the building until I receive a third text message. Standing in the lobby of your establishment a third host tells customers a totally different procedure. She tells the customers on the second text they need to come inside and wait to be seated.

We went to this particular Restaurant for the first time. While we were waiting for our table out on the patio the music was cranked up so loud my husband and I could not even speak with each other. He finally went in to ask someone to turn it down.

H e had to scream so the girl at the front door could hear him. We got our food and it was cold. My husbands steak was reheated 2x and we asked them to cook a new one as they should have to begin with.

We eat at Taxas roadhouse in Tupelo Mississippi very often and even bought 100 dollars in gift cards tonight before our meal. My husband and I shared a slab of ribs. When they brought the ribs it was as if they had been taken out of a refrigerator and put on the plate we talked to the manager who finally agreed ( after she saw we were upset ans she get the plate ) to bring some different ribs.

I don't have a complaint at all about my food but Nov 21st my family had reservations for dinner at the Yorktown VA location. We got to our table and there was not only a used dinner napkin in the aisle but food and other crap underneath our table.

I mentioned this 3 times to the waitress. She said she would have someone to come right over to clean but no one ever did. I honestly didn't want to put my shoes on the floor at all. It was horrible.

Order a 16oz ribeye and 12 oz ny strip. Both were not cooked to request. The ny strip was undercooked with too much blood in center. The ribeye looked like it was thrown in the microwave to look cooked on the outside but the middle was cold to touch. I understand that times are busy but when i spend my hard earned money i should be satisfied as every other customer. I was still unsatisfied when the restaurant attempted to rectify the problem. It will take a lot of time to earn your trust to visit in the near future.

I filed a complaint by contacting customer service with Texas Roadhouse and received by email a free appetizer. Although i appreciate the kindness and the quick response, what I am most upset about it is did anyone speak to the management team about my "terrible" experience.

I am a valued customer I go out to eat at least twice a week there, but I will no longer go and I have told others about my experience, in addition to the 20 plus people that were present when this situation occurred. We did the call ahead seating and got there around 5:00 and we did not leave till after 9. We had ordered our food and it was a party of 8, and they came back 2 times with the wrong order and the waitress kept writing down our order: it came out wrong twice.

I live in Bakersfield California. Me and my family went to the restaurant here in town. It was horrible. They said 25 minutes wait for my family. That changed to 65 minutes. Waitress took 15 minutes to even come by.

I had a reservations call in for a table of 12. I needed a table for 6 more , right on the side of our table it was empty . I eat here at least twice a week. I will never come back to this location again. They had a table on the side of us and In the back of us . No one was seated there and the manager would not let them sit at any of these table. They did not seat anyone at these tables until 20 minutes later and sat two people at a six table seat

Very upset about the entire situation. If the restaurant would have been full I would have totally understood .

My wife snd I eat every Sunday at Texas Roadhouse in Columbia, MD. Upon arrival we went to the front desk and were placed on a wait list. We were told it would be 5-15 minute wait. We waited 25 minutes and then I went back to the front desk and asked to see a Manager. The young girl, her name is Kalani, asked why I wanted to see a Manager. Tonight November 4, 2021 we had dinner at the Texas Roadhouse, 3015 SW 32nd Avenue, Ocala, Florida 34481

We were seated at 5:30p.m. Ordered with waiter Keefer, pleasant introduced himself plus person he was training. Took our orders

2 sirloin dinners 6 ounce with loaded baked potatoes and a salad.

Let me start off by saying I have been to Texas Road Houses all over the country. This experience was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a Texas Road House this particular one is located in Aberdeen, NC. To start it off the start kicked a family out of the lobby into the cold, this family also had a young child. When asked why the hostess explained due to COVID, mind you she was not wearing a mask herself and said it didn’t matter that she was not wearing a mask. I watched this go on several time throughout the night and it was a different reason each time, fire code etc.

Finally seated and ordered drinks. Everything else was fine up to this point. The second piece that really set it off was the disrespect from the managers, I’ll say it again “The Managers”. I overheard…
