After 19 days in the hospital, I have Myasthenia Gravis, I was looking forward to a PULLED PORK DINNER from the Texas Roadhouse restaurant in Avon, Indiana. Got on line early and placed our order. Two pulled pork dinners, one with two sweet potatoes and one with baked potato and sauted mushrooms.

Was able to pick the order up at 11:30 and drove home with it. We looked at the order in the truck but did not realize that what we got was really two pulled pork sandwiches. Just thought there was less meat.

A whole lot less meat. And an extra bun in the package. After closer examination at home I decided to call Texas Roadhouse to see what was going on. Spent 34 minutes on hold or getting cycled back to the phone advertisements telling me how glad TR was that I had called.

I have been eating Texas roadhouse here in Columbus Ga. This was the worst experience I have ever had.

First thing was men's restroom was filthy it looked as though someone just dumped a bucket of soapy water on floor and left it. Then when I go to order they are not prepared to serve baked potatoes so I settle for a sweet potato which I am informed if when my meal comes out also is not available due to not being ready when opening.

I watched multiple employees walk in just minutes before opening. Management really needs improving. It will be a while before I return after thus experience.

Contacted Texas Roadhouse in O'Fallon Missouri 3 separate times about a refund of approximately $55 due to a wrongfully placed order at their store I should have ordered from O'Fallon Illinois which I subsequently did they told me they were going to refund my card that was a month ago also said they were going to contact me which they never have the O'fallon Missouri store has all my information and has done nothing

My son and I went to the Texas Roadhouse in London KY for my birthday today. We each ordered a 12oz ribeye cooked medium. They came out the first time rare! Sent them back, and my son’s came back medium rare mine was fine.

BUT literally 3/4 of each steak was FAT and gristle! We had about 4 oz of meat each! My son couldn’t even eat that because blood was dripping! They discounted my meal $14 for a $20 steak that couldn’t even be eaten! LAST TIME!

Ordered a 6 oz. sirloin steak medium, steak comes out medium rare, the server takes it back and tells me a manager will bring it out 10 mins later, wife and daughter have already finished there meal, manager finally bring my steak back, WELL DONE, he could have cared less, if we had not had to be some place, and

being hungry, I would have told him to keep the damn steak . He needs to work on his people skills. m.

We recently visited the Sandusky, Ohio location and had the worst experience. When our entrees came out I questioned the lady if it was right because it looked different than the 100xs I had ordered before. After questioning the waitress she brought management over.

He then argued with me (I ordered filet medallions but it looked like a kabobs instead). He continued to argue by coming back with raw meat to our table, which looked nothing like what I received. I will never eat there again after him yelling at me in front of other people the way he did. I walked out crying.

We are dining at the Texas Roadhouse in Las Vegas on E. Craig. We ordered a steak salad MED WELL. And Steak Medallions MED WELL. Although Im WELL AWARE that they are BUSY and it takes the good time to cook, we waited 45 on our food only to get BOTH of our steaks DAMN NEAR RARE!!!

( picture attached) then I asked to speak with a manager. He comes to the table and says “ oh we can just THROW IT BACK ON THE GRILL”. I said “throw what back on the grill? That’s CROSS CONTAMINATION!!!

I work in the food service industry and ESPECIALLY WITH COVID, once the food leaves the cooking area and is brought out, touched, BREATHED ON , etc. you do DONT TAKE IT BACK in the kitchen with fresh food being cooked and throw it BACK on the grill!!!! ABSOLUTELY NOT! ” ABSOLUTELY NOT SIR!!!

I just stopped at the Roadhouse on M59 and Mound road in Michigan, horrible experience. Started with the hostess not acknowledging us, then finally said “come here” Was told to avoid the wait you can go to the bar. Was about to sit in the bar when a short Caucasian lady with short dark hair came and very rudely said “YOU CANT SIT HERE, TGERE ARE NO SERVERS FOR THIS TABLE” I said I’m sorry we were told we could come to the bar area. To which she replied “ you were told the bar top!” To which I asked how am I to know the difference and her reply while walking away was and I directly quote (I think she didn’t think I could hear her) “I really don’t give a fuck!” So I just left Doubtful I’ll be back to any Roadhouse anytime soon, if ever again.

Sept 21,2021 approx 4pm my husband & I ordered 2 16 oz ribeye dinners to go for his 72nd birthday.We got home to enjoy our favorite steak only to get VERY under cooked steak with copious amts of fat & grissle.We often go to the Camden location,usually dine in.The potatoes & salad were good.The server at the window was polite & respectful.The steak was the worse we've ever had.

My last two visits were not up to your previous standards. I ordered the 6 ounce sirloin, and it was tough. I have been to this restaurant many times, and raved about how tender the steak was. But not these last two times.

My husband and I dined in on 09/09/21. I ordered my steak medium rare, and my husband medium. As I received my steak it was completely black on the outer part, at that time I knew it wasn’t medium rare, in fact it was well done.

I requested to send it back to receive the correct temperature steak. As my husband cut into his steak it was medium rare. He asked his steak medium. As we asked for his to be cooked more the server took the plate, I apologize even though it wasn’t our mistake and she then rolled her eyes.

We got our order to go because at the time the store had closed. We get home and to our surprise the steaks were well done. I’m then baffled as had cut into the steak. We did not eat them as they do not taste the same.

We went into the Texas Road House in Nampa idaho, we have been going for years with no complaints. When we ordered our meals,mine didn't get my salad service was very poor,don't try and tell us it was because of the covid19, that is crap they had people standing around ,couldn't get anyone's attention. Over all service was terrible. Plus we waited 1.5 hours for this ,not worth it.Texas Road House is headed down a bad road. My husband and I went to Texas roadhouse on Saturday the 27th around 7:30 pm, we were seated quickly and they only gave us I basket of bread. After waiting for 20 minutes for a server to take our orders I finally asked another server that was behind us if he could find our server.

That person had clocked out for the night. The guy that helped us out his name is Jay which he was very helpful. He brought us our drinks and took our order. About 30 minutes later the manager came out and apologized and that's all we saw of her.

Finally after getting our meals they forgot one of My side dishes, the person that brought it to me was just rude, going to roadhouse is a treat for me and my husband and this is the first time ever that we were treated badly. We didn't see anyone until they gave us…

Today was my birthday and I took my kids out to eat and there was a total of 6 in our party. We was seated in a booth and that would of been fine if the booth was bigger but you can’t sit 6 people in that booth comfortably and have all your food and enjoy it.

There was no room at all. Our server was excellent but I was so mad that I didn’t even get to eat because there was no room. I just boxed it up and we left. This happened once before and mentioned it to the manger then and I was told that’s the way it is so I didn’t mention it this time until we left but this manager told me we should of said something and she would of moved us.

If nothing gets resolved by turning in a complaint then why have a complaint box. We like Texas Roadhouse but as of tonight I don’t think I’ll ever eat with…

Drove an hour to pickup my online order in Gainesville fl. Drove back home another hour checked my food everything looked ok until I went to scoop my mushrooms out of the container and notice a glass marble looking item in the mushrooms.

I called the the restaurant and spoke to a Amanda at 532 pm and explained to her I needed. To speak to a manager. She hung the phone up after approx. 10 minuted.

Recently applied for a position at Texas Roadhouse in Everett, MA. Got a call back from the boss (Agusto) when I wasn't around. When I was back around and opened the voice mail, I decided to give him call back to set up an interview.

I called back this Texas Roadhouse location at least 20 times throughout an hours span without anyone taking their thumb out their ass to pick up the phone. At this point I didn't even want the job anymore.

An hour later I called back and finally got through to the boss. He said some gibberish I didn't understand but then said "I'm all set with you" and hung up on me. Your call ahead seating is simply pointless, I am currently at Texas Roadhouse in Plymouth, MA. I called ahead at 5:15 for a 6pm dinner with 11 adults and 2 babies under 6 months. The call was very polite. I was asked if I wanted 2 tables or 3, or needed highchairs.

I requested 3 tables, a highchair and a car seat swing. I was excited at how easy and accommodating the call was. When we were seated, staff knew nothing of these requests. I understand this is a large group but as we waited we saw multiple groups of 6 seated.

I was told when we arrived there was a little wait, we arrived at 6pm and were seated at 6:55. Our children love coming here for birthday's to sit on the saddle. This is the 2nd time we have been here for children's birthdays in the last 45 days.

We ordered a full rack of ribs and it was way overcooked. As well as when we opened up the baked potato it was all black on the inside. the potato was completely spoiled and burnt. Paying 40 dollars for overcooked ribs and a rotten potato isnt nice. Totally ruined the experience.

Visited Texas Roadhouse on Sunday August 15 at the Grand Prairie TX location. Had a gift card for Texas Roadhouse with $58 balance on it. The waiter came back to the table and gave me a receipt that said balance not available at this time and he told me it showed $0 balance.

I ended up paying cash for the food and left there with a zero balance on my card. Not sure what is going on or how the switch was made but I was swindled out of my money. I was confused about what happened that I did not get a receipt.

Not looking for anything but wanted to report something shady happened at that establishment on Sunday. Thank you for your time.

There was four of us who went to dinner at the Watertown, NY, Texas Roadhouse at 4pm. The order was simple. Prime rib medium rare, sirloin steak Pittsburg style, chicken critters, Dallas filet. Baked potato with 3 dinners and 1 mashed.

2 house salad, chili, and corn. The sirloin came out as a prime rib, and prime rib came out as a well done steak. The critters were not crispy , it was like they were precooked and placed in a heating tray.

They ran out of mashed potatoes at 4 pm how is that possible. The gravy and corn had so much pepper you could not ear it. The final bill reflected no charge for steak and prime rib. This is poor and I will not go there again.

I went to the grand opening there and this is truly not the Texas Road House I know. Good luck staying open if this is you new…

A friend gave us a gift card for Texas Roadhouse. Using it with them this evening our meal was terrible. My husband ordered a prime rib cooked medium. It looked a strange red color and tasted weird. I even sampled it.

We told the waitress and it was replaced. My fillet mignon was a thin looking tasteless overcooked piece of meat. It looked nothing like fillet. The waitress explained that sometimes they look like this yet on the way out I actually took a picture of the 6 ounce fillet mignon.

They looked like a fillet should. And nothing like the thin steak I had. To top off the evening my granddaughter’s cheese fries were overcooked, heavily salted and hard to chew. We were totally disappointed and plan not to return to this establishment plus I will worn others.

We have been to your Panama City Beach store 4 times this summer. The first 2 times we went, we did not eat there because of the lengthy wait, even though there were many empty booths. Our 3rd visit was good, though we had to sit at the bar to avoid waiting for a booth.

Our 4th visit was last night. Only a 10 minute wait so we stayed and got seated on time. 99. what I received was a hunk of fat and gristle about the size of my palm (ladies palm). Less than half was edible.

I did not complain to our server because I know she didn't choose that for me. But I wanted you to know why we will not be back to your store.

56 on Amex Your Coram Long Island New York Store failed to give me half of my meal ie half of us aren't eating ! I came all the way from Brookhaven National Laboratory just for this on my extremely tight schedule only to be missing 1/2 of our food !

), then the manager offers to make me up the missing items fresh (what to be picked up after the wake is over and I get home from Deer Park at 10:30 pm), then he offers to remove the missing items from my bill (still doesn't resolve me eating or the anquish I'm going through - I am now putting a stop to the payment on American express (and post a negative review online) unless the entire order is cancelled by close of business on Tuesday.

Not only did they sit us down and have us silverware with no bread until king after the meal came to the table . They sat a party of 10 right next to us with Texas being a high state for Covid.

It was my birthday dinner and it was a horrible experience . The lady of the party of 10 was not even 2 feet away. I stop eating and out on my mask as they were waiting for us to leave so they could sit down.

They didn't want to seat me even though I call in ahead seating because I'm hadicapped. They told me since my party of 2 hasn't arrived to go back outside in the heat and sit! I felt unimportant when there was no waiting people yet and tables I could sit at but the manager again said we don't have enough staff so I need to wait I told her but

I'm thirsty and want to go ahead and order something until me party gets here. There wasn't any bar seats available but plenty of tables in bar area I could've waited! I felt like a dog and told to be thrown outside in heat!!

I was scheduled for an interview with Chad but he was not there. I was escorted to set to wait for a manager to speak with me about the application that I put in Monday! Chad was not there, so the white woman that was doing the when l arrived, she knew l was there that reason and nothing else.

A friend of mina and I ate at the TX Roadhouse on Kellog St. in Wichita, KS on Aug 3 at 4 pm. We both had the same dish which was fried onion rings, cheese burgers with mushrooms, and french fries. We both got sick.

My friend had to run to the bathroom twice to throw up. She said the meat was not cooked enough. Mine was not cooked enough. It seemed like our burgers were drowning in a mushroom sauce. We were both sick afterwards.

My family and I just ate the location in Belton Missouri and had a horrible experience. We waited around 20 minutes between getting our drinking and someone taking our order. The only refills given were water, and the food took 40 minutes to get to the table my dad had to get steak sauce and napkins.

My steak was under cooked and my husband let them know that we ordered mid rear steak and it was rear. The manager came back and let us know that we ordered our steak wrong and argued with us about what temp we ordered.

We sent it back and told them to take it off the check. My sisters steamed veggies were raw. We had to track down our server to get the check and when he brought the check the steak was still on it.

The server said that he didn't know anything about our steak so we waited…

My family and I were dining at the Texas Roadhouse in Hickory, NC on Friday 8/6/2021. The waitress dropped 7 drinks on top of my children from the overhead ledge. I understand that mistakes happen.

However, not one time did a manger come over to apologize or check on my children. My oldest got slammed in the back with 2 of the heavy glasses. Not only were my daughters soaked, there was glass all over them and the floor.

There needs to be some retraining of management. It is unacceptable that no one from management came to check on us. We were lucky that the glasses didn’t hit their heads and they suffer concussions! What is Texas Roadhouse’s policy and procedure when a patron (especially a CHILD) is possibly injured?

I hope that some education can be given so that when this happens…

Tonight I placed 2 different orders, totaling around $140. We ordered several salads as our sides and 4 kids meals (all tenders). Not only was the food not ready when I got there to pickup, even though I selected a 6:30p pickup time, but we were missing 2 salads and the dipping sauces for ALL the kids meals.

Needless to say the kids were upset so I called and spoke to the manager, and there was zero apology on her end and all she offered was for me to come pick up my 2 salads and dipping sauces and "call it even" - are you kidding me? 95 refund for each salad, but the sauces have $0 value so that was it.

" What a disappointing conversation. We have used TRH for numerous occasions and I will be ceasing that immediately.

I visited the Horn Lake, MS location on 8/3/21 and was very disappointed with the quality of the food and the atmosphere. Our waitress Aniya was not responsible for our experience. She tried to offer some resolve to this matter.

The quality and taste of the steak was poor. The steak was tough and challenging to enjoy. The veggies, broccoli and carrots looked and tasted old. The food was very disappointing. It was almost closing time however, I expected to have quality food.

Also, the behaviors displayed by some of the other staff members was very surprising in front of the customers. In my opinion, this is a management issue and should be addressed. There was one male staff waiter engaged in dancing provocatively and he could be seen by others.

Finally received our stake an hour later our waitress never came back to refill our drinks. We were served w a dirty glass the steak came out looking like it had sat in the window for a great deal of time, we couldn't eat it it was so tough.

It was very well done we ordered medium. The baked potato was cold and had no butter. They didn't seem to care when I brought it to their attention They remade it but this time it was rare. That took another 15 minutes of our life that we can never get back.

So there we are an hour & a half later, they offer to remake our food for the 3rd time. So not only did they waste all of that time but we left hungry and their solution was to give us some stupid coupon that we left on the table.

For a lousy $15 Which would not have covered what we ordered…

We had family visiting from Hawaii recently. Since Texas roadhouse is our absolute favorite steak restaurant we insisted that we treat them to a night there. We went on a weeknight so that it would be less busy. I found to be put on the waitlist since our party was more than six people.

The hostess told me an hour to an hour and a half wait time. After two hours I walked up to inquire as to how much longer it would be. The young lady first told me that our table was ready but the people that were sitting at it before us hadn’t left yet.

I took my wife, son and girlfriend out for dinner to celebrate our anniversary Friday 7/23. We decided to try Texas Roadhouse in Royersford Pa. for dinner. I ordered the 16oz Prime rib and it was very tasty. My complaint is the quality of the cut it was almost 50% fat and gristle..

Rest of meal was fine and everyone else satisfied with their meals, but I was really dissatisfied and irritated but because my sons friend accompanied us, I didnt raise a fuss, but i think we will try a different steak house next time we dine out. Thank you.

The steaks we ordered were to be med rare they were that burnt on the bottom we could not cut them. They took the steaks then as I’m eating my baked sweet potato there is a piece of a nylon string in my sweet potato.

The server tried to say it was a root from the potato. We were not compensated in any way for the terrible meal we had. And I was never offered another potato. I am very upset with this company. Someone should have offered us something for the terrible meal we just had!

Went to Texas Roadhouse in Rosenberg, Texas this evening. Had dinner with friends and my husband ordered me a drink called Kenny’s cooler. It was a pretty blue drink. It took a while for the waitress to bring the drink and after taking 2 sips I noticed something floating in it.

There were 2 bugs in my drink and one on the rim. I asked for the manager and spoke with Mikayla (not sure of the spelling) She said that it happens at all restaurants, like it’s a common thing and then offered to get me another drink.

I declined and she said well, I could take it off your bill. Of course she should! She made it seem like she was doing me a favor. She didn’t even apologize to me. If it wasn’t for Amber, the waitress who did apologize , I would’ve been more upset!

I ordered to go on 7/15/2021 at the Texas Roadhouse in Charlottesville, VA. The prime rib I ordered was so tough I just discarded over half of it. Just a week or so before the same meal was good but this one was tough as shoe leather and not cooked to spec.

(rare not medium rare) given when ordered. My ticket number is 9110004, the order was picked up at 7:05 PM. I would appreciate the meal being replaced. Thank you.
