Went to Texas Roadhouse in Bountiful, Utah for my birthday 7/15/21. We tried repeatedly to make a reservation via phone or get on their waiting list but could never get through to anybody. Tried several times throughout the day. So our party of 5 showed up at about 7:15 pm.

They told us it would be a 45-55 minute wait and they took our phone number to send us a text. The hostess (Haylee) was very rude and condescending. No people skills whatsoever. She stated that we couldn't wait at the restaurant and said that we would have to wait in our car for them to text us.

The whole time she made us feel like we were putting her out. We live 5 minutes from there so we went home. Since it was supposed to be so long to wait, my daughter put a cake in the oven.

I spend 75% or more on the road every year for business, staying in hotels and eating food from restaurants. I've been doing this for 23 years. My preference is to order out for delivery or order take out and bring it back to my room. Although not always perfect, Texas Roadhouse has been one of my "go-to" restaurants for almost 20 years. That's because, overall, the staff is always friendly, welcoming and I know what to expect when it comes to the quality of food...better than most large restaurant chains. Tonight I had an experience that was less than friendly or welcoming and I didn't get any food although I tried my best. Longhorn Steakhouse ended up with my business tonight.

Didn't receive extra rolls due to not baking anymore for that evening. We had 4 adults and 2 kids celebrating a birthday at our favorite restaurant. Well, it use to be. Had to ask 3 times for utensils. Served one basket of rolls when we got there.

No plates, no butter, and no napkins. Empty glasses and no other refills. We had to grab other waitresses to bring us things and we had to keep repeating what we wanted and she still got it wrong. Not a happy customer.

We waited quite a while for food to come. We were wondering where our appetizer and salads were. When the food came it was the main coarse. We had to remind the server(different than original) that we hadn't received our appetizer and salads.

When he brought it to table the blooming cactus was cold. We didn't want to let our steak and potato get cold so we tried eating a bite of salad in-between bites of steak and potato. Not what we desired.

We ate a little of the appetizer. But it is not good cold. Needless to say not what we expected from Texas Roadhouse. There appeared to be plenty of staff unlike other restaurants we have been to. We commented when we arrived that we should have a good evening due to plenty of staff.

But we were very disappointed.

I met my son and his fiance at Texas Roadhouse in Joliet, Il 7/10/202 for my sons's birthday. When I arrived to get a table I was an hour wait, after standing at the reception area for 10 minutes with 3 young girls looking at computers, not one of them addressed me!

" One of the girls then took my name and phone number to text me when a table was available. I went to the bar. The bar was dirty with dishes and glasses as were the empty tables in the dining room.

The food was excellent, the service was great, but because it was so cold in there we did not enjoy our meal. We were there to celebrate our 55 th wedding anniversary. Not enjoyable. While waiting to be seated we had to go buy sweaters at a near by Walmart.

By the time we left my sinus was acting up and had a terrible headache. As much as we like the food, we will not be going there again

Texas Roadhouse Steubenville. Last week stopped in on Sunday my wife and I ordered a drink and rare prime rib. Was brought one and told they were out of Smirnoff, then told no prime rib under well done. Called tonight 07\10\21 and was told they only carry one bottle and if they run out it was my problem.

Complaint about manager on duty 7/8/21, evening. Location Columbiana Drive Columbia SC. I ordered Country fried steak and it was so salty that it was like eating a spoonful of salt. She said to bring it back but i explained that i was handicapped and the person that picked up my food was no longer available.

Her response was, what do you want us to do about it if you can't bring in food. Very unprofessional. Yes I got angry at this point and asked for her name and she hung up on me. It's a shame i have to even write this.

I was visiting Bossier City, LA. Placed an on line order. y husband went to pick it up. Ordered a bone in ribeye and Catfish. My husband gets back to the hotel no eating utensils he went back. We got no bread I ordered a loaded baked potato all I got was a potato.

On a visisst to the restauarnt on Wednesday, July 07, 2021 I had a pleasnat experience, but for a manipulative server. Service was initailly great. I noticed that toward the end of the meal the server walked past three four times without comment.

On 7/4/2021 we called and secured a reservation for 7. We arrived and the manager would not seat us He said it was because the whole party had not arrived. One lady in our part was coming after the rest of us, but she was in fact on the way.

We explained this to the manager to no avail. We had a couple of old folks that needed to be seated but he refused. With a reservation he forced us to wait fo 30 minutes and the table was unoccupied!

The most ridiculous thing ever. Very poor treatment on his behalf.

I placed an online order and they were out of Rattlesnake Bites for the third time. When I showed up for the order they wanted to replace them with something else. I did not want something else. I wanted my money back.

They gave me a free entree instead. They should not have them on the online order if they did not have them. Then my food should have been done at 8 and I had to go in the store at 8:15 to see if it was ready.

So I left and wanted a refund for my order. The worst store ever.

We went to the Columbia MO Texas Roadhouse. We both ordered the 12 oz steak with shrimp, baked potato and salad. As I took a bite of my potato is was extremely salty. I could see all the sea salt stuck to the skin.

My girlfriend had ordered mushrooms with her steak and they were burnt. Her shrimp were extremely salty. Someone obviously missed the potato. When we told the waitress about it, she looked at us like we were trying to get a freebie or something.

I don't want someone seasoning my baked potato for me, way to much salt. What will they do next put hot sauce on my salad.

My and my girlfriend went to the Columbia, Mo Texas Road House. We both ordered the 12 oz steak with baked potato and salad. As we started eating she had mentioned that her mushrooms she ordered extra were burnt. I had taken a bite of my potato and it was extremely salty.

I noticed that the sea salt was stuck all over the potato skin. My friend also noticed that her shrimp were extremely salty, apparently they missed the potato on her order. I had family visiting from out of state and we decided to go to the Novi location of Texas Roadhouse I realize we had a party of 12 and that we could not sit at the same table we arrived at opening time and ask for two tables we were told that they could not sit us back to back or close together however they said another party directly behind us where we had asked if our party could sit then

we asked for other seating and they told us that they didn't have a server then they started sending people in that area as well we asked again what happened and they told us that we had to sit on opposite sides of the restaurant and if we didn't like it deal with it or leave that was very unprofessional of the manager who was a female and not good customer service

On July 3rd I took my daughter out to Texas Roadhouse in Florence SC for her birthday. The waitress Kiersten was awesome until the end. 99 for the free appetizer. She apologized and went to correct it. 81 for a refund. 99 plus tax.

She gets the manager Andrew to speak to me. Andrew tried to belittle me and treat me as if I'm illiterate. I'm inform that I can read and do math. Andrew was rude and dismissive. Andrew gets a 0/5 and I will not patronize Texas Roadhouse again.

I tried placing a online/app order as I always usually do but it wasn’t working. So I called to place a To-go order and asked if they were taking to-go orders and was told that they can’t take order over the phone.

So I came in to place the to-go order and was told that they can’t take my order but I can stay to be seated but I can’t stay. So my complaint is that when I called, they should’ve told me that they were not taking to-go orders and I wouldn’t have came in and wasted time or gas.

At approximately 1705 hours on 1 July 2021 I phoned in an order for your 8 ounce salmon dinner (sides = baked sweet potato and steamed broccoli). To put it bluntly - this meal was all but a total disaster!

The salmon was raw - not just underdone but salmon red raw. Only one side looked as if it had been in contact with a grill. The broccoli was ordered double steamed so as to soft with no crunch and came just as crisp as if it had just been picked up from the grocery store produce counter.

It also came with some very unwelcomed vaguely warm carrots that were not ordered. The sweet potato, while heated all the way thru, was not cooked all the way thru. The rolls were a long long way "from what grandma makes", more akin to what Wonder Bread might make in taste and texture.

On June 28th 2021 took my mom and sister to dinner at the roadhouse in Downingtown Pennsylvania. We got seated they brought rolls and butter took drink order. We asked 5 different people for silverware and were told server would bring it.

They brought my sisters salad and I ask how they wanted her to eat it with her fingers.

Finally I used my fingers to butter my rolls server thought it was funny said break the bread and dip it in the butter excuse me I don't think so bring me some silverware. It took 18 minutes to get one cup of coffee.

This was the worst service ever. Due to this i don't know if we would return again.

My complaint isn’t about the service, but about a service manager named Rett. He is at the Savannah Georgia location on Montgomery cross road. I have been in there on occasion and have heard see yhe way he handles the staff.

He is rude, and very unprofessional.

Also, I have two daughters that work there, and one of them were sick with a sore throat and vomiting Ritt told her to take meds and come in anyway. Normally that would fly, but during this pandemic it is irresponsible.

The staff there are very good, and he is driving them to quit. Please handle this situation..

Food always delicious. Problem is getting full order in “to go “bag. Hot, tired snd a busy parking lot… I did not check the contents of the bag until I got home. I live too far to go back and complain.

We enjoy our Texas Road House. Lately it’s been a hit and miss on service.

Last night at Naperville location our waiter Floyd forgot to put our order in. Came back and was like my bad I’ll take off the appetizer ($6.99). Hostess went to seat us at a two people booth, I asked for a bigger table. She looked at me with an attitude and said no. I know it was only two of us, but if I’m going out to eat and spend my money I wanna sit and be comfortable.

I ordered online for curbside pick up. After waiting to pick my order up they told me they were out of the dallas filets that I ordered would I like to get anything else. Time was of the essence for me.

thats why I ordered ahead . I let them know I could not wait so reimburse my credit card. They charged my card. I called and talked to a manger and she said she would take care of it. I had ordered for 3 persons; myself and my two grown children. My total dollar order total was $56.69.

We visited the Millsboro Delaware location on Tuesday 6/22/2021, we knew the wait was going to be long but that was ok, we’ve eaten in the Seaford Delaware location before and it was delicious. Well to my displeasure the Millsboro Delaware Texas Roadhouse was a horrible experience.

Went to Roadhouse in Midland Texas. Been there lots of times, but the last couple of times have been horrible. I ordered a 12 oz prime rib. No pink what so ever was on it. They took it back and shortly afterwards informed me they were out of prime rib. Are you kidding me?

Last night we went to have dinner at the City Base location in San Antonio, Texas and when we first arrived as the hostess was getting our rolls for us I asked her for regular butter and she said she would come back with it and never did. We where on the wait list for Fathers day. We drove over an hour, my in-laws drove 3 hrs and my daughter was coming from Sacramento. She was running late and we were told we couldn't get seated till all was there.

Considering how often we have eaten there and the amount of money we have spent and how long we have traveled to this restaurant, I was stunned. The girl at the door was rude to me. Then I was informed, " we would spend too much time at the table and that's how it is".

Went to the new restaurant in Millsboro Delaware as a Fathers day celebration for me. Service was very slow and the waitress appeared to be not very comfortable with her job. She took our drink order of three ice waters.

She must have taken orders from other tables because she returned after awhile with a large tray of ice waters and proceeded to spill the entire tray of drinks on me. She panicked and ran away. Other employees ran to me with towels and attempted to dry me without success.

We have a blended family and my son and daughter in law wanted to take both the families out to eat for Father's Day to the Texas Roadhouse on 948 Airport Blvd, Morrisville, NC 27560. We called ahead to see how long their wait time was, which they said about 15 minutes and that we had 7 people in our party.

My kids took me to TR for Father’s Day. As we entered the greeter said how many, I advise 10, she said 10? As we were standing in line the greeter was talking to two different servers and both shook their heads no, so she spoke softly to another female server and she looked at us and gave a blank 2 second stare.

So she stated this way! As we got the back area she had split us up on two different sides of the room. I politely asked can you seat us together she said no this is all we have! I then asked her what about those two tables that we can put them together which was about 10-12 feet from where we were standing.
