Order curbside food was never brought out had to go in and get it after waiting 10 minutes. Got home food was cold the steaks were ordered well done and were all pink in the middle. Baked potato was hard and crunchy.

We came for my daughters birthday their was 4 of us all together three of us got steaks both my daughter and her boyfriend wanted med-rare and theirs were raw inside then my other daughter orders a burger med-rare when she started to eat it she saw it was raw my steak was suppose to be med/well it was more med/rare the waitress was nice about it but

then a manager wearing a green shirt blonde hair no name tag came to the table and started to get nasty about my daughters burger saying when she pulled it apart it was well I asked to see it she comes out pulling it all apart being nasty and then had the nerve to ask her if she still wanted to eat it !

I ordered a medium rare 8 oz Dallas fillet. Cutting into it the server spoke about it being over cooked before I shared my disappointment. She walked it back to the kitchen. I am at the table now over 20 minutes later.

The rest of my party are in the car waiting. They were finished eating and miserably full. I told them they could just wait in the car for me where it would be comfortable. The picture shows me at the table alone.

The manager just informed me that they had cooked me a sirloin instead of a ribeye.

My husband and II went to our local Roadhouse at about 3pm local time. We ordered an appetizer with our dinner. The waiter Cameron came to our table with a mask on but with the music so loud I couldn't understand a thing he was saying.

But we managed to order our food and we waited and waited. We finally told our waiter that if the appetizer didn't come out before our dinner we didn't want it. It all of a sudden it was there. Our dinner came next but there was no salt or pepper.

Disappointed with quality of one of our meals that we ordered to go. It was the barbeque chicken. The quantity used to be two chicken breast and it only had one. The baked potatoe was small. Ordered a Ceasar salad instead we got a house with of ceasar dressing.

I ordered a sirloin steak dinner to go, (I expressed to have it cooked MEDIUM) I got home, it was VERY WELL done. I called & spoke to a manager, she offered to replace it, I was still talking when she hung the phone up, I was not finished telling her how I wanted it.

(I wanted extra seasoning) when I got the 2and one home, IT WAS MEDIUM WELL. They only replaced the steak itself. I stopped going there for a couple of years due to issues there and thought I would try it again, I went once before and it was good.

I can't even eat this, it's so tuff you can barely cut it! In my opinion, the whole meal should have been replaced, the rest of my food was cold. , picking it up. I'm very disappointed that an establishment of this size has such poor service.

This is regarding customer service given to me by office employees at store #310 in St. Joseph, MO. I manage a Section 8, HUD, apartment building. Rent is based on income, of my residents, and there are income limits. One of my residents was an employee at TX Roadhouse #310. He quit has job and reported it to me because it will change the rent he pays. I am required, by HUD, to do a Termination of Employment. I talked to an employee, at the store by the name of Katie, and she gave me the email to send the document. I sent it three times with no response. After I sent it the 3rd time I received an email back saying the following, "Please stop emailing us. Cody has the ability to go online and get all of this himself".

I ordered on line 4/24 order number 909/9090006 SEQ:012801 I placed my order on phone at 12:18 I was told it would be ready at 1PM. I was there they took money at 12:59. I did not get food til 1:25.

A waiters came out and said she promised that she had not for got me. I told her that this was unexceptionable I asked for a manager to come out. A manager came out with food at 1:25 and had about 7 excuses for the delay.

I placed an online order at 5pm for a 845pm pick up. At 820pm i received a call and was informed the kitchen can mot make me a prime rib rare. All they have is medium. I agreed to take that even though it was 2 hours or more after my initial order.

Then i waited and waited and 20 minutes past my original scheduler pick up and still it was not ready. So i canceled the order. So my children now had to wait wben longer for me to figure out what to do for supper.

Theoughout the entire ordeal staff was rude standoffish and nonapologetic. What a disgrace. I will never patronize this restaurant again. How disappointing. I can place an order and specify how to ne cooked and then 2 hours later be told its not available.

I recently visited Texas Road House restaurant after travelling all day from Atlanta to Connecticut. m. m. m. Up to this point the service was good. Unfortunately, the service went down hill from there. After about 25 minutes had passed Renee said she will check into the kitchen to see if our order is ready.

This evening we had taken a couple to the Erie Roadhouse restaurant and were highly disappointed. My husband said there is nothing worse than sitting down to a decent meal, getting up to go the men’s room and having it be totally disgusting !

Our waitress was not worth the tip that we left for her and we had ordered a blooming onion which we never received but yet it was on our bill. After bringing that to her attention all she said was sorry I will take it off but she was far from sympathetic.

We went to the Texas Roadhouse last night 04/10/2021 We have guess from Florida, party of 4. When we got to the restaurant they told us that it would be 50-60 minutes wait. So we sat outside in front of the restaurant.

After waiting for over 1 hour we went to the bathroom, we decided to have a drink at the bar while we waited for the table, by now its 1;30 hour later still waiting, lots of empty tables. So I went to check to see how much longer, I was told another 50 minutes or more.

Now remember we already have been waiting for 1;30. other people were coming in giving there name and getting a table in 15 minutes or less. We never got called, we decided to stay at the bar to eat, not very happy about that.

At your 1024 West Highway 192 location my wife and I stopped at 7 pm 3/4/21 for dinner. The waitress Hannah was very good but the steaks that was ordered was medium-rare and the other was medium. They came out medium and the other well done and very firm.

Hannah offered to take my well done steak back and havevthe manager return a properly cooked steak. My wife chose to eat her steak. My family and 5 coworkers went to Texas roadhouse in Hesperia Ca this evening (April 3, 2021) to celebrate a birthday. After ordering drinks the table next to us was cleared and the table extender was added. Leaving 1 foot of space between our tables.

My son was made to move, Leaving him with nowhere to sit. I requested to speak to the manager on duty Brittany. She put blame on the hostess. Even after pointing out the restaurant wasn't following county health guidelines with social distancing of 6 feet apart she was unconcerned.

Finally I said I was taking my family home and the least she could do was provide my coworker with a free birthday dinner. She refused and ended the conversation saying she hopes we return again soon.

We first started out ordering an appetizer. After about 30 minutes, we were then told a fryer wasn't working and it would be a few more minutes. 15 minutes later they came back and sad that they were out of chicken wings and potato skins and the rattlesnake bites.

So then they brought us fried pickles and loaded fries of which none of us wanted. The dinners arrived the same time as the appetizer. Four different steaks all cook wrong and three where ice cold. All the sides on the plates were cold.

Sent all the steaks back and they all came back cold again. We then ask for to-go boxes and proceeded to leave. I asked for a manager on the way out, and they refuse to let me see a manager.

This was our great experience at the Somerset Kentucky Roadhouse.

We were not allowed to be seated because my husband has a medical condition which prevents him from wearing a mask. We have dined in at this Goldsboro NC location over 15 times since the NC mask mandate and have had no issues entering or being seated.

My grandson got a 20 oz steak and wasn’t cooked right so they took it back put on grill even after he had cut into it several times to see how it looked and tasted . The waitress said it was ok to take someone food back to kitchen to put back on grill to be cooked again .

Made online order on 3/22/21 at 6:11pm. waited in lot, at 7:25 was advised by phone that they JUST RAN OUT. Long story short we never got food (bday dinner) and was hung up on by management. Now it's SEVEN DAYS LATER AND STILL NO REFUND.

We have been coming to this location for years and have always enjoyed its service. We arrive and was asked to wait 20-30 min to be seated. There were people waiting inside due to the rain and we decided to wait as well.

An associate by the name of Patina approached us and in a rude tone told us we had to wait outside bc we were not "On Deck" Customers. I understand this, but for one, There were others as well waiting that she didn't bother to speak with before and after we left t that she ignored.

Let me start with this place is horrible. Terrible food and terrible management. After waiting for two hours for our food. It came out charred. It was literally so burnt it was black and crispy. When we asked to talk to the manager he never came to talk to us.

After 20 minutes of waiting for the manager Joseph to come we got up to look for him. When we finally found him, he had no care in the world that we had a horrible experience. It's understandable if one plate came out bad but all five to come out burnt to the point you can't eat it.

I recently placed an online order at the London, Ky location. It wasn’t until I got home with the order that I realized three items were left out. I was missing the sides for all three dinners including two loaded baked potatoes and French fries for the cheeseburger.

The chicken sandwich was not prepared as ordered and the chicken pasta entree was very dry and tasteless. I called back to let tell them about my experience and was told by the manager that I would be sent a discount code to my email to make up for the mistake and I never received it.

My family has been going to Texas Roadhouse for many years.

However, due to the treatment we have received on our last 3 visits we will not be returning. All of these horrible experiences have taken place in the new restaurant located in Gainesville Fl on 12/24, 1/24 and 3/25. My elderly mother has been very ill and loves the Texas roadhouse, as I have ignored this horrid service to please her.

On 2 occasions I spent 45 minutes attempting to place a phone order. Both times I had arrived at the restaurant and nobody ever answered the phone. The manager was very rude at the Southport Rd location in Indianapolis Indiana. Told us we were liars and we never checked in with anyone and that we sat ourselves. Definitely isn't what happened and the front verified this information.

Our dinner at Texas Roadhouse was ruined by terrible service by your employee, Bel! The food was very good, but service was miserable! Things ordered on our original order with her, only appeared after repeated request. Steak sauce arrived as I finished my last bite of steak.

This Texas Roadhouse location is in need of some serious staff training. We did not leave a tip, as we felt the service was terrible, and we are usually generous tippers! Not sure we will ever do business with your establishment again!
