We are repeat customers of Texas Roadhouse and visited the Texas Roadhouse several times during the covid 19 Pandemic. I have a $10.00 off coupon that expired on 6/30/2020. I was not able to use it earlier when I did Curbside pickup cause it clearly says dine-in only on the coupon. They finally opened for dine in so my husband and I went there for dinner today, when I presented the coupon we were told by the manager we could not use it because it expired on 6/30/2020. She told us we should have used it when we got curbside pick-up but the coupon says dine-in only. I truly believe we did nothing wrong and she should have honored the coupon, it is $10.00. I am extremely disappointed in the manager at the Hanover Texas Roadhouse. I would appreciate a response.

Been going here since opened . This was the worst experience ever ! the manager at the time was john ,and he told me if i had not made a reservation we were worthless and should go elsewhere ! We tried to call for 40 min.

and phone was busy and don't have a fancy phone to get on-line , anyway we waited 50 min. and at least 60 people ahead of us that john said had previously registered on-line and they mattered more than a walk up customer and that that was there policy !

He thought it funny ! Would you not let walkup people in at least every 2nd or 3rd supposedly registered guest and he said no , this is how it works ! Now we even had our County Fire dept meetings and meals here !

They met us at the car and the service was great in Columbus Indiana on April 10 around 4:30 PM. Everything was good except the ribs we ordered. I ordered a full rack and half of them were fine and the other half was black.

My brother ordered a full rack and most of his were black. In other words they were burned and I prefer not to eat anything burned. 00 on food. As a cook or a server I would never have sent out ribs that are burned. Thank you, Debbie Fleetwood

I ordered on line when I went to pick up the order I was told no order was placed. So I showed the young lady my confirmation. She went back in and came out and said they found my order.

I was told to park the car and they would process my order. I sat there for 1 hour. A young lady came and I asked about my order. She went to check and said they were out of the ribs but I could order tips or fingers.

Which I already ordered tips. What I am mad about I sat for 1 hour and NO came and told me they were out. The manager NEVER cam e to apologize. I had to find her. I know this i s hard times for everyone.

We went to the Jackson Michigan location on 1/4/20 for dinner and we were not satisfied with our service. We ordered a cactus blossom onion and never received it. That was our main reason for driving 35 minutes for dinner there.

Our steaks were very dry and we didnt even get asked if we wanted refills on our pops or the rolls.

The most horrible experience i have never have in my entire life, eating in a restaurant, that I would never have imagined in a restaurant. When we begin to eat, we find in a bake potato A TOOTH. Original we could not, really, recognized what it was. I call a person that looks like a supervisor, she took it over. We stop eating immediately. I keep asking, more than four times, for an explanation. Finally the waiter confirmed that it was a part of a tooth. It was the most disgusting experience. My wife and myself stop in from Christmas shopping. Waitress got our order my wife’s was just fine, l got the roadkill and it was just plain then l told the waitress it did not have any of the toppings, so she just brought a bowl of the toppings.

I ordered dinner using the online feature. I picked up my order and got home and they left out one of my husbands side items, green beans. I live approx. 20 mins + from the restaurant and knew that I would not make a trip back there just for green beans.

I visit the Texas Roadhouse Restaurant at 2810 New Brunswick Road, Memphis TN, 38133 . While visiting my experience was horrible, when the server brought a second glass of tea, and I take a sip and what do I see a roach floating in my tea. Texas Roadhouse in Killeen already decided not to do anything about their racist server in Ashley Sanchez who made racial comments about white people on Facebook. Then a year later I go into the location and guess how unlucky I was to get her as my server.

Well she greeted our table and as soon as she noticed me she goes "Oh Hell No" and walks away. Very classy. In my experience as a server refusing a table as well as walking away from it is grounds for termination but obviously racism towards white people is okay in Texas Roadhouse's eyes.

I was in port Huron Michigan restaurant tonight. The waiter we had was good but the young girls working were dancing and standing around singing. When people spend good money we don't come to listen to girls sing. The staff at this location is very immature.

I was at the Roadhouse in Lubbock off the loop. Once on the 6th of October I asked for a medium well steak it came back medium. Complete red in the middle. Than I was in there again on the 12th.

My daughter got a steak cooked the same way and it was medium it looked the same. The waitress never asked us to check our steaks. Like they have before. It was the worst steaks we have had ever there.

Terrible customer service and rude management. I came to your restaurant for my birthday and to watch the Ravens game. The manager Ross McDonald decided to perform maitenance on the TV in the fourth quarter of the Ravens game intentionally while we were watching. We asked could he hold off until the end of the game his response was have to get it done before the important game the Steeler game. He seemed to enjoy the fact that he was interrupting the game we were watching and smirked repeatedly while taking the tv out of commission.

Brent the service manager would not honor our coupon for a free appetizer and email that I received today, for use only today, for free shrimp with steak. When he came to our table he was very snippy and confrontational and not well trained in customer relations.

He treated us like children and at the end simply walked away from our table,very unprofessional. m. 10/5/2019. 1 miles from my job where I was located when I placed the order, which is approximately 7 mins away. I had a co-worker go and pick up my order. She was given someone else's order and when she returned I told her that they gave her the wrong order.

Texas Roadhouse in Deer Park, NY. My wife and I are usually regular customers at this location. On 9/27/19 at 9pm as we walked in and asked for table of two the hostess sat us at a table that was not completely clean and an extended table was not even removed when the hostess sat us.

The bread that she gave us was cold. We asked to be seated somewhere else and the place was not even busy and they couldn’t decide where to sit us. Went into Poughkeepsie NY restuarants Christy was at the counter she asked how many and I said 3 she said are you all here I said no the third would be there in just a couple minutes. She gave me a buzzer told me to come up when he got there and she would seat us.

I have been going to roadhouse for decades. This visit was the worst ever. The wait staff was truly uninterested in taking care of our party of 4. Not once did she ask if we needed re fills until we asked.

it was at least 15-20 min between table visits, and we didn't see her on the floor. we asked another wait staff to see a manager and her response was (ok ill get the manager). NEVER SHOWED! The restaurant had customers but not that busy as it only took 2 min to be seated. was 7 min.

Went to celebrate a birthday today 9/14 a birthday. Unfortunately my bone in rib eye was not served waiter got order wrong. They put in my bone in like i was supposed to get but was brought out a raw steak i ordered med rare.

9/7/19 we went to Texas Roadhouse in Rockford Illinois about 9:10 pm. Many tables were open yet we still had to wait 10 minutes to be seated. I have a hard time walking and they finally gave us a table to the farthest away from the front door.

at least once a week. We love everything about Texas Roadhouse. In fact, I've submitted compliments re several managers and service in the past. We have become friends with the managers and servers because we are there so often and do tip over and beyond.

The service is always great and appreciated. BUT, last evening surprised all of us. ) manager stopped at the table behind us and in front of us to ask how everything was and just skipped right over us as though we weren't even there.

She glanced at us the same way. I asked one of the servers and they said here name was Christy. The other managers, Jen, Casey and Lori are excellent and very friendly. I also understood from one of the servers that Lori was leaving which is a big disappointment to us.

my wife and went to the Texas roadhouse on Manchester in Missouri. we both ordered the full slab ribs, when i started to eat mine i found something back about 3/4 inches long(assumed bristle from brush used in kitchen. i called for my waiter and told him and showed him the black object.

he took my plate and said he would get me fresh ribs. about 10 minutes went by and the manger Jesse came with a plate of ribs same one my waiter took and said i was told you needed your ribs re plated and more bbq sauce on them.

i said no i had found a black object on my ribs, he pulled a small plate out from under the plate with ribs and said this is a brush bristle from a brush we use in the kitchen. he placed the ribs on the table and said you want these or want me to make new. i said make fresh.

I visited Texas Roadhouse a couple of weeks ago with my granddaughter and her friend. I ordered a Pina Colada with out alcohol trying to be a responsible adult. They refused to sell me one because I ordered with no alcohol.

I was willing to pay full price for my drink. I think it is terrible when you are trying to do the right thing but are refused. 00 dollars for our meal. This was in Valdosta Ga. Don't like this policy at all.

19 my husband a I were dinning at the Tx roadhouse Orland Park I. We dine there once a month, Today was special our wedding Anniversary. We had the WORSE DINNING EXPERIENCE!!!! Young guest about 10 sitting at the table behind us.

They were loud talking ,screaming ,and cursing. Very loud and disrespectful. The waiter didn't say anything the guest was using the F k word so loud. U know he wasn't going to say anything he wants a tip! He should have told the manager,he didn't,so I did.

The manger apologized but hedidnt check out the situation!!! Poor management! We had to pack up ours dinner to go!! He didn't even offer us a slice of pie for our inconvience.
