19 my husband a I were dinning at the Tx roadhouse Orland Park I. We dine there once a month, Today was special our wedding Anniversary. We had the WORSE DINNING EXPERIENCE!!!! Young guest about 10 sitting at the table behind us.

They were loud talking ,screaming ,and cursing. Very loud and disrespectful. The waiter didn't say anything the guest was using the F k word so loud. U know he wasn't going to say anything he wants a tip! He should have told the manager,he didn't,so I did.

The manger apologized but hedidnt check out the situation!!! Poor management! We had to pack up ours dinner to go!! He didn't even offer us a slice of pie for our inconvience. 19 Saturday. We dine there once a month. Today was the WORSE DINNING EXPERIENCE I've ever had. The young guest at the table behind us about 10 of them in there early 20s were extremely loud, screaming and cursing. The server did not say anything,but why would he! He wants a tip!!

Took my date to Texas road house in noblesville Indiana not only did I say medium rare it was overly done! My dates Super arrived to her 20 min after I GOT my supper. There forth my food was cold waiting on her food.

I work at Texas Roadhouse in Richmond Kentucky and there is a manager. Daniel Dunn who is the most rude and hateful person towards some employees. Besides the young attractive girls of course. He’s known to favor them more. Today August 5th i was in the andy armadillo suit he told a guest if they want to see him push me over knowing i can’t do anything about it.

he picks fights with me almost everyday he works and he’s disrespectful. that’s not even half of it.

This is the second time Texas Roadhouse Pensacola has given away our "call ahead seating". I don't know what front desk is doing but I'm guessing they are not verifying the code number they give out over the phone. Very frustrating to wait another 30 minutes especially when you do everything you're suppose to do.

We arrived at Clarksville Tn Roadhouse at 6:15pm on August 2nd..2019 and waited in line to get in bldg then when I told hostess we had a party of 7 she said "We are not seating any more large parties tonight" I was so shocked to hear this! I have NEVER heard of any eating establishment doing this!

I ordered a medium to medium well Filet Mignon, well done broccoli, and a tossed salad today at the Warsaw, IN Texas Roadhouse. My salad was brought to me maybe 2 minutes before my meal came. I told the waitress I did not want it since it was brought so late.

Second thing that happened, I received my steak and it was over cooked and my broccoli was under cooked. It was taken back to the kitchen to be recooked to medium, hot red center was repeated to the manager Dana and it took me about at least 15 minutes to get my reorder, then it came back once again over cooked.

I went ahead and ate it due to being so hungry. Dana made it right for our dinners to be paid and gave us a dinner for two, but this does not rectify the 2nd time of having a bad experience with this Texas Roadhouse.

We visited the Christiansburg, VA restaurant on 7/29. We go at least once a month and have always had an excellent experience. I requested my steak medium well, however when it was delivered it was very well done with the edges burnt and hard.

The steak was very dry.

However our waiter did not return to ask if our food was cooked right or if we needed anything for quite some time. When he finally came back I told him and he said he was sorry about that but never offered to do anything about it.

He did offer a Veterans discount to my husband which we appreciated. Thank you.

We ordered three meals. when I pulled into the driveway it was the restaurant saying they forgot to put one of the meals in the bag. Thankfully I looked in the bag of meals I did have to see that the country fried sirloin had no gravy.

My wife and I are visiting in Charleston SC... Our two friends an we decided to go to Texas Road house for lunch this past Sunday. Based on our wonderful experiences at the TRH in Palm Bay Florida, our home, I expected the same here..

We arrived there around 1:20 pm. We had to wait for a table for almost an hour.. There were many empty tables but no one was bussing them. We finally got seated.. our waitress was either overwhelm or very inexperienced.

We had to ask for water refills and rolls the entire time we were there.. The manager did come over before we were even served our meal and ask how everything was. He was definitely in a rush. After about 30 mins, the waitress came back and took our order.. Another 45 mins.

I came in and ordered 2 beef tip dinners. One over rice plain and one with mash potatoes with gravy over all. Because of other bad experiences wit my order not being right, I opened the top plate to check that the meat was cooked as I ordered. It was.

I put it back in bag, paid then got all the way home to discover there was NO GRAVY on my other order. This is like the 4the time in a month that my order was not right eating in or carryout.

As patrons for dinner tonight at Texas Roadhouse in Manchester, CT, we were very disappointed with our service. Our waitress took our order promptly but then seemed to get side-tracked seating other customers. She brought out our salads but mine was supposed to have 2 cups of dressing on the side and she only had one but said she would get me another.

Unfortunately, she decided to take the order of another table before getting my dressing and therefore my wife was done with her salad before I even received my extra dressing. Then when dinner came, my wife's baked potato had butter in it and she asked for it to be plain.

7/3/19 about 5:35 arrived at Dixie Highway location in Louisville KY. We ask for a table for two and was told it would be 10 to 15 minute wait because they didn’t have servers . 20 minutes later, We sat and watched while the hostess and about 6 servers practiced their dance steps.

There was one party waiting in front of us. Then the hostess activated all the pagers at once, so we were last to be seated, while 3 other parties were seated first. Then they took us to the back room and we asked to not to sit back there.

We walked us up front. The young lady took us back to hostess where she said if you want to be served you have to sit in the back! I then told her we gave had enough and would find another place to enjoy dinner.

Went to celebrate our anniversary at Texas Roadhouse in Naperville. We arrived there at 6:45pm and was told wait was 10 to 15 minuets. We were seated at 7:20 or 7:25pm. No problem with the seating we understand sometimes people sit and chat after eating.

Once we were seated the waitress came to take our drink order and since both of us were hungry we asked if we could place our dinner order at the same time we placed the drink order. She said OK.

My wife and I had dinner at Texas Roadhouse on Collier Dr. in Sevierville today. Upon arriving we were told its a 5-15 min wait. After waiting 20 or so minutes I noticed people being seated that arrived after we did.

I asked the hostess if she had forgot about us, no response! I watched 4 more tables seated so I asked again.

Finally we were seated, a manager did come by and say she was sorry for the confusion. We eat at Texas Roadhouse at lease once a week, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Sevierville, the food is always great. But being over looked and passed by left a bad taste in our mouths for the Sevierville location.

We will continue to eat at Texas Roadhouse because we love the food but no one wants to be over looked or forgot about !

I waited over 20 minutes for my food at 830pm when I ordered it. It comes out med well when I ordered it med rate. I wait another 15 minutes so I can comes out rare. I said that’s fine I’ll eat it.

Bc at this point I am starving. I come here Bc their rolls are amazing and I work for a local hotel and they usually drop off free rolls and coupons for our guest. I didn’t realize they were going to charge me for rolls to bring back to work.

We basically give you guys free advertisements when guest comes up and says where should I eat! Which happens like 100 times a day. Especially now it’s summer. I’m very disappointed. This has left a bad taste in my mouth.

I work 60 hours a week and I won’t be mentioning this place again... wow over 12 rolls for my co workers!

On Saturday May 18, 2019 at about 1pm to 2pm, we had a party of 15 guest at the Texas Roadhouse, at 1631 Westbank Expressway, Harvey La. 70058. I understand that it is graduation time, and everybody is busy, but that location was not understanding at all.

Food was late service was trashed. I ordered steak and ribs. Told me ribs wasn’t dropped 40 min of waiting and the place wasn’t packed. Brought me my steak out and wasn’t cooked right. Gentlemen/Madam: My daughter asked me where I would like to go for Mother's Day dinner. I told her Texas Roadhouse. I have eaten there many times. Every time at first I would have steak, but I was never happy with my steak so I started ordering chicken, which was always good.

On Mother's Day I ordered the Country Fried Sirloin. I thought if I ordered Country Fried steak, it would be tender, assuming that it was cubed or ground. When I got my dinner I took several bites which I had to spit out because it was so full of gristle that I couldn't chew it.

I tried to cut the whole steak and it was nothing but gristle. I ordered the mashed potatoes and salad for my sides, so that is what I ate for my dinner. I do have to say that the salads are good.

My family are frequent customers of your establishment Texas Roadhouse at the Alcoa, TN location and have been for the past 11 years for both dine in and pick up. Yesterday May 11, 2019 we arrived @5:00pm for dinner, it was busy so we were given the apparatus to alert us when a table would be ready, we were told about 20 min wait.

I just made my 3rd trip to this Next2Home enjoyment. I'm very pleased with this location and they are doing marvelous

I have noticed descripency with billing

They have wrong tax rate ..son I was charged more than what I signed for

On 4/8/19 my sister came in from New York after pickering up from the airport we decided to go to Texas Roadhouse for dinner over Longhorn. We were greeted and seated quickly.

However it was all downhill from there. We were seated at the furtherest table possible were no one else was seated. It was around 9 o'clock. The server took our order after a long wait we had to ask another server if we could get our salads.

We got our salads not two minutes later we got our entries. We didn't want to be unreasonable so we did not say anything. (I totally hate it when I do not have ample time between salad and entree). My steak was not cooked properly and it was so salty I could not eat it.

My husband and I went to dinner on Saturday March 30,2019 at around 5:45 and had to wait around a hour for a table which was ok. We finally got a table. Our waiter finally came to the table after about 10 mins.

My wife and I were planning on eating our weekly steak dinner at your Arnold Mo. location today. We waited for some time until a seat was available which is customary on a Saturday about 3:45. They sat us in a bench seat which is no big deal except the seat that I was sat at was deformed and felt like there was a 1 inch by 3 inch wide board under the cushion sticking up making it very uncomfortable to sit and enjoy my dinner.

Manchester NH Texas Roadhouse. Poor management and customer service. This has been our favorite restaurant since it opened at this location a couple of years ago. NO MORE! We waited more than 30 minutes after we were done with our salads before our meals were brought out.

I was at 1154 N Muldoon Rd. Anchorage, Alaska, yesterday. We arrived as they were opening for the day. We ordered pickles, Steak & Shrimp, and double Ceasar Salads. We received our pickles and we barely started eating those when our salads arrived.

We stopped on the hot pickles to start on the salads while they were cold and within a few minutes, there were the entries. Now we have to decide between hot entries, salads that were warming up, and lukewarm pickles.

On Saturday, 1/26/2019, my wife and I along with another couple went to the Roadhouse in Port Charlot, Florida. we were seated in a booth. When the waitress arrived we ordered our drinks. Upon receiving our drinks we ordered our meals.

We received bread but did not have any silverware to butter our bread with. When we asked the waitress she said they had non available, the dishwasher broke. My friends wife buttered her bread with a straw. we waited and waited and didn't get our salad, the waitress said she was waiting for tongs, she had none.

when we finally got the salad we still did not have silverware to eat it with. so we sat there with salad in front of us with nothing to eat it with. Now our food arrives, that is three of the plates arrive, not my friends, but still no silverware.…

This afternoon, Saturday, January 26, 2019, I took my family to the Texas Roadhouse in Middletown for dinner. Normal service, normal experience until it was time to pay the bill. Our server, Brittany took the slip and my credit card to charge for the meal.

After charging my card, she came back to the table and said that she thought she had only charged my card for half of our meal. She said she would return and charge my card for the difference. She came back with the receipt and when I looked at the new charges, she had charged my meal to the bill twice.

I asked for a manager and a male, I believe his name was Dennis came to the table, acted like this was nothing, and said he would just remove the catcus blossom. I feel that between the confusion and multiple charges, the double ringing…

My wife and I went out for dinner on 12/30/2018. We ate at the Texas Roadhouse Coralville Iowa. We had a gift certificate to use for 25 dollars. After a half hour wait we were seated and placed our order.

A blooming onion, porter house dinner and a new York strip dinner. the staff brought our blooming onion and two large teas. we were seated at a two person table and I was facing the door to the kitchen and that was only 15 feet away.

The floor was Disgusting and very dirty with food and liquid all over the floor. As we were starting to eat our main meal when one of the female workers came into view with a large bag of ice in here hands.

she went to the stainless steel bin that holds the ice for drinks and slams the ice bag down onto the dirty floor, picks it up and slams it down again…

Called ahead with 12 people for 5pm. 3 of party was there at 4:45. The guy at the counter gave our table away at 4:57. Then our party showed up 5:08. Then he told us its going to be 15 min more.

At 5:25 the guy at the counter called the manager. He told us he will look for som tables. He said the party was leaving then he left. Never again. Ill tell all my friends too.

I ordered the chicken fried steak. The temperature was just warm, the coating was very hard, and the meat very tough. " Well, it did not apply hear. The rolls were good, as usual. I don't believe I would ever trust them with a chicken fried steak again.
