TGIF gets a zero for how I was treated on Friday, December 22, 2023, around 5:00 p.m. This store location is on Hendersonville Road, Asheville, North Carolina 28801. The three people who were rude and unprofessional I do not have their names.

I will make this short but omeone can call me back before I take further actions. I have consulted with my lawyer to find some higher than the General Manager that I can talk to you.

Here is the incident and facts:

The phone was out of service on Friday, December 22, 2023 at TGIF, and I could not get through; I tried for 30 minutes, and finally when someone did answer she was not pleasant, and yes, I was upset because I could not get through. She explained that the phones were out of service so I apologized because I thought they were NOT answering…

I was at TGIF Friday this Monday. There was nobody in the restaurant maybe one other couple I sat down and waited for 20 minutes and not one person approached me. I couldn’t believe it. I hadn’t eaten at TGI Fridays in a long time and now I know I won’t go back, I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a terrible customer service ever

We chose to go to sit down dinner on Friday November 3 which we don’t do. We picked your restaurant which was a mistake. We usually don’t go there but we did, No one other people there we should have just left then but we were hungry.

We ordered appetizers they were good. Then we ordered my son ordered salmon and I ordered the flat iron steak well done loaded mashed potatoes. Cut into the steak it was raw waiting for the waitress to come back she didn’t I had get up and bring it to her to show her it took forever to get back and it was not what I ordered.

I asked for the manager. No apologies nothing ended not eating at all payed the app and my son food. We will never go to Fridays again. This was the one in Waterbury ct the manager was so rude.

We visited your Fridays in Scranton, Pa today and I have no complaint with the service, my complaints are with the menu changes. Why would you think getting rid of fried green beans was a good idea??? Something that has been in the menu since day one is now gone, as well as beer pretzels and sizzling chicken and cheese!

We were not the only one asking for them , the people at the very next table were asking for them and were just as disgusted. Change is not always a good thing, some things need to be left alone.

We are very disappointed and I can’t honestly say we will be back.

I went to the restaurant located at 3502 W. 86th St, In 46240 a couple of Saturdays ago. The server, Gale, charged my card twice. 46 for my meal. I tried to get the situation fixed while still at the restaurant but no manager was available.

I went back the next day. The manager was there but still would not fix my problem.

When I sat down at the bar to order from ms Erin which I took her name from the manger Cameron. 10 chicken wings, salad and steak fajita. She was very very rude explaining about the chicken wings... she went crazy and demanded cash deposit. I am from Jordan.

Horrible service. I frequent this Hamilton Location. Have a bartender who did not even acknowledge me. This is a 4pm only 1 other customer. Took him 10min only after another waitress told him I was sitting a long time.

I ordered 2 appetizers last night and when I arrived to pick it up there was 4 people waiting at the host station to be sat . I walked over to the bar area where I have picked up take out before and stood there for about 10 minutes. No one acknowledged me!

The bar tender/ server walked past me numerous times!!! She didn’t say a word to me! I have worked in a restaurant for over 25 years and even at my busy times I always acknowledge the guest!! When I finally got back home and opened up the food I was beyond disappointed!!

I was furious that I just spent $33 on potato skins that had an overload of black pepper and rubber cheese ( almost like they were microwaved) and the mozzarella sticks were not cooked and the chicken tenders were dry!! So I pretty much threw my money in the trash !…

I visited the location in Turnersville, NJ and was seated in a section that was infested with ants. The manager was rude and minimized the experience which caused a panic attack for one of the people in my party. We were moved, but she refused to comp the meal and give me the photographs that she had previously said she would.

I called the police and made a report and I will be in contact with the local Health Department as she stated that this was an on-going problem in this establishment so I am unsure why we were seated in this area in the first place. I will also be in contact with a lawyer.

I am looking for a full refund! The general manager name is Catherine Rinaldi and the incident was handed by Officer Gorski on Saturday, July 15th.

Today I visited Store #0654 340 Cleeford tbl 43/1 After waiting an hour to be served once my food came I was starving I was eating my food and the server came over three times to ask me was I finished I wasn't into my mail 3 minutes when he brought me my check in to go tanners in a plastic bag I never even got to get my food I was so irritated and frustrated I had to walk out. Unacceptable unacceptable.

I feel like I was cheated out of my meal I paid $47 and I didn't even get to take the rest of my food home. And when I expressed it to the manager on duty he looked at me and had no response unacceptable

There appears to be a new strain of Covid in Manila. While having dinner at TGIF I asked our waitress why some of the staff were wearing masks, she advised it was a store requirement great ! Then I noticed several members of the wait staff wearing masks on their chins not covering their mouths or nose.

I looked into the kitchen and all of the cooks were wearing masks …great!. Only covering their mouths (not their mouths) and sever only covered their chins. So ii concluded that TGIF believes Covid in Manila is spread by chin contact.

Enffore your rule or set rid of it.

There was a miscommunication with my order that I placed on the phone because I spoke with 2 different people. I noticed when I got home so I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager carmine said I was wrong and he was right and wouldn’t even let me speak.

We went to TGI Fridays today 6-13-23 for lunch and this was the worst experience that I have encountered at the place. ' I ordered a unsweet tea and when I got it, I had to send it back because it was sweet.

" No apologies about the mixup. I ordered the potato skins with no onions and no sour cream and pot stickers. The restaurant only had maybe 4 other small tables occupied but it still took 40 min to get my food.

she placed the food in front of us and walked away without any words. The Pot stickers were luke warm and the potato skins had extremely limited cheese on them. It looked as if someone took 3 shavings of cheddar cheese and 2 bacon bits and threw them inside the shell.

We unfortunately had a really bad experience yesterday at the Robina Australia TGI Fridays yesterday. We were out with a group of friends for a birthday celebration before the NRL. We all ordered within 5 mins of each other about 3:30pm but everyone other guest got their dinner within 30 mins.

We eventually got ours about 4:35-40pm. I had to complain three times before the food eventually came out. Given the match started at 5:30pm we had to eat our food very quickly and didn’t really enjoy it with everyone else having to wait around and watch us eat.

Given the delay we missed the fireworks at the start of the match. The only compensation we received was a free pint of beer and cider which we barely had time to drink by time it came out. Two of the waiting staff were rude when I asked…

All the year's I have gone to this particular establishment just down the street from home, I would never in all my year's be rejected to serve my family last night. So after a beautiful day of running around Disney all day, there was nothing more everyone wanted then TGIF by our house next to the Tyler Mall here in Riverside,CA.

We showed up at 940 pm and came in to what looked to be a relatively half full dining and bar area. For what ever reason the young lady proceeded to tell us that there was at the LEAST an hour and a half wait because of the two large parties.

Store #2625 in Kissimmee,FL Manager was very rude on 5/14/23. Ordered a carry out Steak and Lobster special. I walked to the location from Star Island Resort down the street. Got to my room and the lobster wasn’t their. I called and the wait staff and bartender admitted they made a mistake.

After not going to tgi fridays since we left upstate ny... we found one in Orlando. We decided to go and walked in and sat down. After that we was not approached for anything. The place was more then half empty and the time was like 6pm on a Saturday.

Hair wrapped in my food (pasta to be exact), waitress was careless, rude and nonchalant, waitress would not let me order something else other than what I ordered at first, waitress refused to send a manager over. I called and a so called Manager was just as careless, Offered a free dessert and I declined because what kind of make up is that when when long human hair was in my food?

I was a customer at Friday's located at 8330 Benson Dr. Columbia, MD 21045, Friday March 3rd. I was with my two children and a friend. We ordered 4 cheeseburger and soft drinks. The orders were incorrect, not once but twice.

We had to send a burned burger back and then we received one that was almost raw. We finally received the correct orders and were jovial with the waitress Kayla. After we finished our meals, we received the check and noticed the it was incorrect.

We were charged for 5 burgers totaling approx $80. We asked for the correct check, Kayla went to get her manager Kaitlyn. The manager told me that she was taking so long because she was correcting the check. 10 minutes later, Kaitlyn presents me with another check for $64.

M. Before I proceed I would like to state for the record that we have dined at this location before as well as many others over the years countless times as they just happen to be one of our favorite establishments to eat at!

Myself and 3 of my coworkers visited the TGIF on Mt Zion Blvd in Georgia on 1/27/2023. We arrived about 11:30. Once our whole party was seated it took 10-15 minutes for someone to even come to our table. We had to be back at work by 1:00.

The restaurant was not busy, but by 12:45 we still did not have our food. This confused us because a party of more than five that arrived after us had already received their food. Once the food arrived, we had to ask for boxes and our checks because of the time.

I ordered on the TGIF App on 1/16/22 from the Willowbrook Mall, Wayne, NJ location. Ord Order # 15558802862587906 for Curbside pickup. Pickup time was for 3:37PM on the email confirmation. I arrived at Curbside Pickup at 3:40 and pressed the "I'm Here" button.

The service was so terrible. We had to wait to get a server at the bar ! The one girl who worked the bar ignored everyone around her and just cleaned up the whole time it was ridiculous. Then when I asked her if I could have another drink she just looked at me and ignored me.

We are owed a deposit refund as this was not taken off our bill! We visited tgi's in Garston on the 10th December and we are still waiting for our £70 to be returned to us! ( the booking is under the name Andy Sissons but with my account details) We have spoken on numerous occasions to the store manager but unfortunately he is unable to help as he has stipulated that he has no contact with the deposit company other than by email by which there has been no response in 4 weeks! I am absolutely livid!

Waitress didnt mention anything about this special, My husband wanted to try them because hes never had them here.. we got our lunch, they were pleased with the wings.. 99 for 12... Now this day in age going out for lunch is a huge treat..

Incident happened 01/02/2023 there was no option for this new year… approximately 1:45 I walked into your Fridays location and the gentleman told us it’s going to be a 15 min wait so I asked him if we can sit at the bar he said no one was working the bar we said ok we will wait which he came back to get us about 8-10 mins later .

I have come to the restaurant 2 days in a row my first day I ordered three white Russians first I had to teach the bartender how to make a White Russian second I was charged 75 Peruvian soles for three drinks that the bartender didn't even know how to make. m. m. m.

Had my daughter 8th birthday today 3/12/22 when’s to the restaurant early to ask if they could put some banners at the table witch we suppled said not a problem when we got there no banners or balloons as we’re are the forgotten to put them out waited 40 mins for starters they come we had nothing to use to eat them with so asked for knife & forks waited another 15 minutes still no cutlery had to eat starter with fingers waited another 30 minutes for main meal all I can say this not the first time this had happened really bad experience so

I went into the TGI Fridays in Poughkeepsie New York on route nine. The restaurant had no heat. Apparently their system was broken when I asked the staff they said it had been broken for a few weeks. It was 25° outside and everyone in the restaurant had jackets on, the poor staff were working through those conditions.

They had two small space heaters by the front door that we’re doing nothing. two tables near where we were sitting had dirty dishes on them that sat there the entire time we were eating. One of the dishes that we ordered came out cold, and the cheese wasn’t even melted.

The Friday’s on Route 22 Springfield Nj, Is open today 11/22/22 with only 1 worker and she’s behind the bar. We was a party of 6 ready to eat after coming from a funeral. We waited in the lobby for a good 4 mins before we asked us anyone working.

There were two people in our party. We both ordered the chicken tender dinner. The chicken was hard and dark. The order was remade. The second order was not as dark, but definitely dark and overcooked. The fries from out first order were on this plate instead of new ones. They were not hot.

This place is the absolute worse! Namely the manager Tamera. Not only was I overcharged I was overcharged for a meal i never received. Your store bought hot bone less chicken sucks. I like your brand only with bone in. The boneless taste like bread with maybe a little bit of chicken taste to it.
