Here is a specific explanation for you. We showed up with a party of nine, after calling ahead realizing how large of a party we had. Waited 20 minutes and left after not being seen by anyone. The bathroom that I used was disgusting.

Whoever is managing or working at the horseheads NY location needs to get their shit together because I will not eat there again. We chose to eat there because it’s never to busy. Now I see why. Good luck.

We were at Tgif last night in North Myrtle Beach. The watriess was slow, loud, and disrespectful. She came to our table with a message from her coworkers. She stated to my man that her coworkers said she needed a sugar daddy, just like I wasn't there.

We never got any refills. The host with red hair was the coworker that wanted a sugar daddy. They really ruined my evening and I will not stop here if nothing is done about it.

I ordered unlimited refill drinks at Bristol TGI Fridays. I had 2 cokes for myself and my friend then I decided to order a lemonade. No indication from the waitress that lemonade isn’t included if I started with a coke. The menu doesn’t state it, Paid for 2 drinks when I wanted refills

I then told the waitress it wasn’t clear and she dismissed it.

I went to TGIF fridays in green acres mall and waited about 20 minutes to be seated. The employees were rude and did not greet me. When seated we did not see a server even after another 20 minutes. I witnessed other parties get seated and served before I did.

I just stood up and left after. This is not how a customer should be treated at all. Not a great experience and a poor reflection on the company as well

Came in half an hour and a 1/2 to eat was sat down after a 10 minute wait.. Ordered our drinks and our appetizer and our appetizer when she came back to the table we ordered our food still waited for drinks.

10 minutes later finally got a drink . Are appetizers came out and as soon as they came our food was out which was cold. Needless to say we were there over an hour and a 1/2 they never made the food hot again spent over a $100 on food that was not good your service absolutely stinks

We have a party of 8 at TGIF on Preston in Plano on Saturday night at 5 pm. One of us did not get her chips and talked to the young white manager privately. The manager came out and announced they will not serve this table tonight because one of us was using profanity to his employee. This was not true.

It was just an excuse not to serve us. We feel we were treated unfairly and rudely. Is it because most of us are Asian Americans. In my opinion, It is considered unjustified discrimination. We will never go back to TGIF.

We left and went to Olive Garden for a wonderful party and tipped 30%. It was a terrible experience at TGIF.

My husband and I went to your Fridays Manassas Virginia. I'll order the whiskey chicken sandwich the outside of the chicken was so hard I couldn't bite the sandwich. Service was great, but the manager did not fix the problem, handed me another menu asked if I wanted something else.

Unfortunately i have to give a star as there is no option for zero star!! 30!!!! FIRST MISTAKE!!!! Was assured table was ready. " 2 of the guests had arrived from Greece!! 09pm and were greeted by this twit kid who blabbed about not being able to fit the 11th person and waited at least 2/3 mins before making it clear to us that we had to leave as the kitchen closed over 10 mins ago due to a gas leak!!!!

I yesterday at touchwood solihull. We arrived at 3pm. They took order quick drink came quick. Then after 45 mins our started did not arrive. I asked where it was . Everyone else around us who arrived after us were getting their meals and finishing them.

The manager came and said they were a chef down this morning but this is now afternoon. My grandson had a break down because his hot dog did not come with our starters as we requested. That then came after.

2 lots of fries were over cooked. I was not going to complain again. We were not impressed by this pint as it took 1 hour and 10 mind to receive our cold starters. We did not have dessert so after paying over £102 for 4 adults and 1 child we were not impressed at all.

I've ordered from TGI Friday's before without incident. On Saturday, August 7, 2021 I placed a delivery order. The order was a Family Combo.. Delivery was quick and timely but order was incomplete, incorrect and partially over cooked. With Covid-19 being an issue, is it worth returning the order to try to get corrected or take the financial lost.

How many delivery customers have taken that type of lost. How many customers stop using TGI FRIDAY'S services because of inferior service?????

Ordered a take out order, was charged for 2 appetizers and only received one and didnt notice until my husband got home with it because the server read it back correctly. Called to dispute the charge and was disconnected 3 times before a server finally said it was entered wrong in order and my charge was correct. Will NEVER give them business again.

Last night (2/13/2020) my family and I were at the TGI Fridays on Mary Esther Cut off in Fort Walton Beach, FL. My coconut shrimp was burnt, and my 3 year old and 8 year old's burgers were burnt. " So, for one, the way she put it made it seem like an inconvenience.

After that conversation she NEVER came back to the table until she dropped off dessert. My husband asked her for water, but she ran from the table. We all wanted water, and never got that. When we were walking out my kids were saying they were so thirsty, and in the car the kids said they were hungry, because I was trying to figure out why they didn't eat their burgers, and tasted them myself.

My colleague and I was set at a table that eventually allowed the sun to shine at our faces. I asked waitress for assistance to close curtains, which took about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, we received our food, which was hard to enjoy because of the sun. I asked waitress was there a General Manager I could speak to, and she replied, "no". I asked why not? I have never had service this awful. we waited for 30 mins before our order was taken. The restaurant was not busy at all.. then we waiter over 30 mins to get our food. I ordered tostada nachos and when i was finally served the tostadas were burnt black to a crisp.

Hi. I brought a colleague of mine to TGI Fridays in West Orange, NJ for a dinner meeting and was terribly embarrassed when the restaurant was so dirty that they couldn’t find a clean table and the floor was sticky and disgusting and the restaurant just looked very dirty from top to bottom.

the manager just said , sorry, they were short staffed smh.

However, if the quality of the food and cleanliness of the food was reflected by what Was visible in the dining area I can only imagine what was behind closed doors in the kitchen and so because of that we were too disgusted to eat there after driving all the way there and had to choose an alternative restaurant at the last minute because it was unsanitary.

I bought a bag of your potatoe skins tonight at a local gas station I usually love them, but I'm very mad right now I opened the bag and got a handful out and found not one but several pubic hairs in it. I am so disgusted right now that I do believe I'm going to call a lawyer first thing Monday morning, who ever they belong to could have any kind of health or medical issue this is unacceptable and disgusting.

I recently referred a friend to dine with Me at Fridays, on Nov. 15th. Service was ok until the END , when A manager came to close my check. 67 , the female manager split the bill (so i thought) . 00 a piece.

When brought to my servers knowledge he ignored my concerns nd served other guest. I had to physically get up and search for a manager. To find a another manager who attempted to fix the situation, yet. 23 difference). I am so upset how the situation was handle.

Not one courtesy card offered. No since of urgency. I am very upset nd will never ask a friend to join me there again.

Waitress took 15 minutes to come over. My burger was good but my son got plain salmon and mashed potatoes because of his health requirements. They brought both at the same time but... His looked like a kids portion. It was maybe 6 oz.

and 2 little scoops of mashed potatoes. while he nor I are big eaters, his was insulting. I asked for a manager and she said the fish comes precut. She tried to say they vary but when my son showed her the picture in the menu, it was like night and day.

She said she would bring over another piece and we said thanks. Now we chatted, watched some of a game on TV so we didn't eat fast. I was done and he got his extra piece over 20 to 25 minutes later.

Ate at #0660 McKinley mall location on Saturday 11/9. Worst experience ever and will NEVER return. Staff unfriendly and inefficient, food cold and dry, wait time way too long. Hostess just plain not nice, waitress clueless. you could tell our kids meals were under the warmer for a vey long time, dry and hard, fruit cup HOT.

Everything was awful but it would take too long to elaborate. With all the places to eat, we will go elsewhere to spend our hard earned money

Terrible service. Customers around us were getting up and leaving before their food ever got there. My husband ordered a chicken ranch sandwich it came to him cold terrible presentation and there was no ranch on the ranch chicken sandwich.

Manager never came around to ask everyone how they were doing. Unfortunately we still have a balance on our gift card which we will probably just throw in the garbage. Would not Recommend to my worst enemy. The restaurant was not even busy. All around terrible experience.

I travel 1-2 weeks a month. Fridays #0843 10/13/19 Bar staff is loud and obnoxious. Constanly yelling and singing for no apparent reason For some reason they must think they are entertaning, they're not. Most people are interested in apeaceful meal and maybe watch the tv in peace.

Waited to be seated for 15 minutes with nobody else ahead of us waiting. The person who seated us wasn't even on the clock, her shift was over and she was waiting for her ride and saw we had been waiting for awhile.

All we ordered was burgers and it took 35 minutes. Waiterss never brought us silverware, I had to grab from another table. The burger we were served was burnt to a crisp, the waitress never came over to ask how everything was, I had to take the plate back towards the kitchen myself to get any type of service.

We arrived at the restaurant and were seated promptly however, after 10 minutes waiting for server to come to table and had not yet, I went to host booth to ask about someone coming over. Was told someone would be right over.

After another, at least 5 mins, no one came. My husband and I got up and walked out. This is our second bad experience at the Princeton TGIF and we will never be returning. VERY disappointing as we used to like coming for a casual sat evening dinner.

The first thing I will comment on is that it was so cold in the restaurant that we were very uncomfortable. We asked the server to please turn down the air and she told us that the air was controlled by the casino.

I then asked if she could call the casino office and tell them. She said she would give the information to her manager and that many people had complained in the last couple of days but calling the casino office to ask would fall on deaf ears.

Then I asked her about the buy one and get one free meal and we were told to write down our code,,,,,,,what code? Next we ordered our meals. I ordered the tacos and they were about the worst things I had ever tasted.

Both the two diet sodas we ordered tasted funny. k. but then the broccoli soup came with crunchy broccoli pieces. My wife opened her sealed saltine cracker and it was stale. Then our meals arrived and french fries were cold and shrimp was pretty bad.

My flat iron was good but should have had glaze sauce on the side. Lunch could have been better.

My husband and I visited the location in Lancaster PA last evening. The Barbecue Chicken salad was horrible - several ingredients were either missing or substituted with something similar. The french fries that were served had to be reordered as they were old and reheated, like when they come out of the refrigerator and then reheated the next day.

The server even agreed they looked old - they clearly should not even have come out of the kitchen. I have ordered the salad in the past and have especially looked forward to ordering it when visiting a TGIF, however after the one I was served last night, I don't think i would be inclined to do so in the future.

Additionally, the floor was extremely sticky especially going into the restroom area.
