I’ve always enjoyed my time at Cheesecake Factory. Especially the happy hour. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who will listen. As of tonight that will no longer happen The Top Shelf happy hour Long Island Ice Tea has always be Recommend by my server when I order my drink. I’ve been told it is a nominal up charge. To go top shelf. Tonight I saw my bill. Questioned the regular charge for my drink. Explanation was given by manager Tauren (spelling questionable). As I continued speaking to her, she walked away.

Not sure if I’m more upset about being treated rudely at the bar, by a manger . Or lack of knowledge about prices of drinks .

My son works at the cheesecake factory in Hanover Maryland in prep Santiago I'm his mother he doesn't want no problems because he don't want to lose his job, but I'm bringing this to your attention a older lady Janeth Hernandez zaldivar been hitting on him hard he's only in his 20s and she's way older I told him that I wasn't going to put in a complaint but I'm doing it anyway because I'm tired of hearing him come home telling me that she keep on hitting on him at work

we went to cheesecake factory specifically just to have the famous cheesecakeOur experience ended up being ruined bc of the most horrible waitress awful service from moment we sat down she was irritated almost like we were bothering her that she had to wait on us we tried to make it work and overlook bad attitude but it just got worse we lost our appetite and didn't even enjoy or eat we left without finishing but still had to pay in full I just left feeling like I lost a lot of money 80 dollars in cheesecake I didn't finish it enjoy having a meal is more than food itself it's an experience it was ruined by waitress bad attitude we all list our appetites and

didn't even eat what we paid in full left very dissatisfied and it was only bc the waitress bad attitude

Hello, I visited The Cheesecake Factory this evening up Willow Grove, PA to pick up my online order. My order number was 21867212088623104. Everything was fine with my order, except the customer service that I experienced so badly. Upon asking if my order was ready, the cashier, went to the back to check the status of my order.

Upon the cashier leaving I realized that I would like to order a cheesecake. I asked the young lady working behind the counter if I can order a cheesecake, and she replied" NO, and that I had to wait". Instead of me acting in the same manner as she did, I remained quiet, and calm because behaving appropriate is not someone who I am.

I was shocked at not only her response, but her tone, stance, facial expressions and the bickering she shown upon delivering her…

I got food poisoning from the location of canoga park on 9/2/23 and then threatened by the manager Sara on 9/9/23 to never come there again or security will be waiting for me.. Sara is a bigot and she totally dismissed me and my wife getting sick at this location… this is unprofessional behavior and me getting sick should have been documented but it was obviously swept under the rug and dismissed by this woman Sara.

30pm at cheese factory outlet at Orland Park. When I made order online, I mentioned to write his name since it's his 50th birthday and it's a special event for us. Unfortunately, when I reached to pick it up the staff at bakery section informed me that they won't be able to write name since as per company policy they don't do it and there is no one to write anything on the cake.

Either they should mention about it on the website, or they should have informed us on phone that they won't be able to do it. We are really upset about it, since if this is the case, we could have ordered some other place where they could write his name on the cake.

Cheese factory is a reputed company, and we never expected such a service from your side. I am really upset about it. My order# 20888279488528384

We went into the Cheesecake Factory in CrabTree Mall in Raleigh NC. We went in to buy a two pieces of cake only. We was never informed that the restaurant was running 30 mins behind on dessert. Had we been informed before we would have not choose to wait.

We were never given any information on the backlog and had to stand around and just “wait,” it wasn’t until I asked a question that I received any assistance.

My wife and I spent approximately 23 dollars at a Cheese Cake Factory Restaurant today in West Palm Beach to split a serving of short cake with ice cream and strawberries. That had three scoops of ice cream and what looked like six hard biscuits covered with a lot of sugar on them.

We could not cut into the short "biscuits" with a fork and I did not bother to cut into them with a fork and knife. They were stale. I bit into a short "biscuit" and it did not taste very good, either! Maybe you should stick to selling slices of cheese cake. We left about two-thirds of that short cake on the same dish. We mostly ate the strawberries and some of the ice cream.

You serve too much for dessert on a dish, I guess to justify charging a lot of money for your desserts! You should serve smaller…

i am a member of Cheesecake Factory for many year. I was at the one in Short Hills NewJersey last Saturday with my family and had a negative experience. The wait for the food was longer than usual which was issue number one.

My son's dish was miso salmon which was served with a piece of plastic in it. It was sent back and he waited 15 or 20 minutes for a new dish. The second one was served AGAIN with a piece of plastic.

Needless to say, He did not eat DINNER and would not order anything else for obvious reasons. We were given a piece of dessert as it was a BIRTHDAY celebration... I have been eating at Cheesecake for year and have NEVER had an experience like this and felt the need to share it with corporate.

What happened to the portion of a slice of cheesecake? I could not believe the small slice of cheesecake I received when purchased. It’s HALF the size, but cost more. It’s ridiculous. service was incredably slow but that was not as bad as i pulled a long black hair out of my hollandais sauce showed it to the waiter and he didnt say a thing. no apology no talk of compensation nothing I had odered the eggs benedct and had finished eating one the hair was in the sauce on the other one . you need to train your servers better

Was very disappointed because I put my friends on to the complimentary cheesecake if they join the rewards and so when we got to the ch factory we all had our rewards ready in hand and we were each paying our own ticket so we each got drinks because the complimentary reward says W ANY PURCHASE but when we got to that point first the waiter said oh we can't combine because it has to be per ticket which we were fine w that.

Then he came back around and said you guys cant use it because you have to buy an entree w that. I had explain that no where in the complimentary reward did it say that. It only said W ANY PURCHASE, so we got a manager involved and insisted we purchase an entree w the reward otherwise they can't honor it cause cooperate will be mad, so that ruined our vibe for the night.…

Hello my name is Ashley Gutierrez, I am writing to express my discontent with the meal that I and my family had at your restaurant last night when I did an order for pick up on 7/23/23 around 10:42pm at the location 2402 East Camelback I ordered the sliders from the kids menu and the chicken strips with a side of dessert cheesecake and ice cream however the dessert was delicious but my food was cold and my fries were soggy I ended up throwing my food away because it wasn’t pleasurable to eat it after noticing how cold and soggy our food was.

I enjoy ordering at the Cheesecake Factory but it was such a waste of money having to throw my food away I would hope to get a refund or a replacement of fresh food that I had ordered last night. Thank you!

Ordered appitizer of stuffed mushrooms. Came out barely heated. Waitress asked if they could just reheat. Said ok since we were hungry. Took forever to reheat, 10 - 15 minutes. We finally got them and eventhough the plate was hot they were not that hot.

We then proceeded to wait for dinner- 3 of us. The table next to us was seated well after we were and were done with their dinner before ours came. When it was finally served only 2 plates came out.

Waited and waited and finally after everyone had finished at least half of their meal. The waitress came ad said they were almost done and it should be out with manager bringing it. Lots of I'm sorry's. Manager said they ran out of mashed potatoes and were making them fresh. Sorry.

She made no mention of any normal "customer service"…

On Monday July 3rd I ordered a catfish platter and a side of mashed potatoes. I did check my bag before I left and I thought these items were on my entree well they were not. My meal had no cole slaw, I did not receive my extra side of mashed potatoes.

The fish was nasty and the avocado egg rolls did not taste fresh at all. It tasteike the food was sitting around. 00 with my take out order. Food from willow grove pa location was just horrible. I did call and spoke to the manager.

She said because I paid online she would havr to research this matter. Therefore I'm coming to the corporate office myself with this matter. Customer service means everything and this was just horrible. I would like my money back.

I was excited for the interview and possibly working for your company because of all the good things i have heard. Such as its a family atmosphere, good management, inclusion, and so on. After shaking hands andnexchanging names with your GM though he told me " you work at sling shot for justin mang.

You know your not going to get hired right". In a serious tone. He then went on to talk about and gear the majority of the interview on justin and how justin" couldnt keep his dick in his pants". And other very inappropriate comments.

Left behind my hearing aid, I am hard if hearing and called 3 days later hoping it would have been found and saved but apparently it was "possibly"(according to the manager) thrown out when clearing the table, my expensive hearing aid, a medical device that was paid for out of pocket, that I accidentally left behind without realizing was "possibly" thrown out like garbage. I have had devices and other items left behind at my old job before and not once did we throw it out we saved it in the office.

I went to your Arlington restaurant at The Parks Mall at 1:45 - after the lunch rush. I was seated in that row of tables that faced the bar where one seat is a bench and the place facing is a chair.

Then your hostess seats a family of 4 RIGHT BESIDE ME! Loud!!! Why? The restaurant was fairly empty. So I carried my drink I had gotten and went back to the hostess to ask for a different seat. She said yes it will be 5-10 minutes. Why??

So I went over to the cheese cake counter to ask for a manager. These two young woman ignored me for a few minutes and talked. Then one finally came to me and I asked for a manager. She said ok give me a few minutes. Why?? They are standing talking.

I sat in the bar waiting she continued to do nothing and then finally she went to the back then came back and…

I love the food at your restaurants, however, I realize it’s been a struggle getting people to work again but i went to restaurant and more than half tables were empty. I was still told 45min wait. Most people don’t have that kinda of time and went elsewhere. This has happened twice.

If crowded I understand, but empty seems inexcusable. Willow Grove. Gotta fox this as business is just walking out the door.

I have visited your cheesecake factory store in Coral Gables, FL several times in the last year. In the last few weeks I have been in there two times, and each time from the time I placed the order it 1 hour and another time 45 minutes.

This is not acceptable as I have had lunch in other Cheesecake Factory locations, and this does not happen.. A 15 minute wait for your lunch from the time you place the order is normal.. This location is very poorly managed.

In addion;; after waiting so long, the food came out cold…… Management in the unit seems confused all about this. The servers are frustrated about the issue. I hope you can have this corrected, as I know you do not intend to run the store this way.

Cheesecake factory at Aventura mall what a scam trying to overcharge me three different times with one seating. My daughter orders to waxing side orders of chicken breasts, Romanos crusted style. Has been ordering this for years, and this is how we have been told in the past to order it.

First attempt, the breading is still raw -I finished my lunch, and still waiting for the second an attempt. 99 for a small dipping cup of sauce . Super unprofessional and not apologizing for the food have taken so long because the first attempt was raw!

Long time customer NEVER AGAIN!!!! We need to train our waiters and especially your managers with more professionalism, humility, and knowledge.

Had a bad experience with the manager Nathan Jennings on Saturday June 10th at Perimeter mall location in Atlanta, Ga. I didn't like the salad that came out and he was very rude in telling me that I can't try anything but I needed to make a decision on what I wanted because we're not in the business of letting you try anything here.

He circled back and was mote rude than before. I really didn't appreciated being talked to in a disrespectful and rude manner. I feel like he was intentionally rude for no reason. There were also others complaining on his rude mannerisms towards them.

My complaint is the quality of food that was served to us on June 6, 2023, celebrating my granddaughter’s Birthday at the Orland Park, IL Cheesecake Factory Restaurant. I am complaining most especially about the Skinnylicious Hamburger that I ordered.

I WAS THE MOST DEPLORING HAMBURGER THAT I EVER TASTED AND ORDERED. 00. McDonalds Quarter Pounder and Burger King is much better in appearance and taste. Foremost, I ordered my hamburger to be prepared MEDIUM. When it was served to me, I was WELL DOWN AND DRIED UP!!!

The salad that was with it was horrible and looked like it was 2 days old. The plating was was unappetizing and ugly to look at. There were 12 of us and 8 of the guest stated that their order of pastas were HORRIBLE as well.

I am complaining about either the policies or the personnel at the desk. We had wanted to go to cheesecake factory last night for my daughter‘s 22nd birthday and there was eight possibly going to be 10 of us. She called in the afternoon to make sure to see if we needed a reservation she was told by the manager that they don’t take reservations over six people which sounds insane to me And that it shouldn’t be busy so don’t worry about it !!!

so all eight of us showed up at 6 o’clock and then was told it’s going to be 1hour and 45 minute wait !!! What?? I’ve never been so mad, so then we had to proceed to try and find another restaurant to eat and celebrate my daughters birthday The fact that a restaurant wouldn’t except reservations over a certain amount of people seems crazy to me!!…

I ordered a meal for mother's day and went to pick it up only a few moments after time given of 148pm-158pm, I picked up at 205. It was only a 10 min drive home. I opened my meals and I had to reheat both, my Alfredo only had 5 chunks of chicken in it, The tomato basil pasta was also cold.

Poor slow service. Host didn't ask us if we wanted outdoor seating. We were sat in the bar of a not full or overly busy restaurant. Waited over 15 mins. for or cocktails and bread. The bread (brown) was stale and hard.

We then had to wait over 10 mins. for fresh bread. Spoke with the manager, he listened to my complaints but offered up nothing. The waitress never asked us how our meal was. Unfortunately for her she received a 0 tip.

Cheesecake factory servers go thru extensive training so no excuse for this poor service.

Was charged for multiple items and rude asss servers even the manager on duty was rude. The server came multiple time to our table if we need a container but only ask one of our friends that’s with us because they messed up her food.

Or when we ordered the food they didn’t tell us they don’t have anymore of it they just left it on the bill like we would not know about it. When we questioned about the bill we found out there is a card on file.

On Sunday, April 23 My wife and I visited cheesecake factory in Naples. Our entrées were brought out cold. Even after we specify put extremely hot on the temperature when we placed the order, the manager came back a second time with the same entrée and it still had no heat.

We drove 45 miles to get there and left with no dinner.

My wife and I drove from AVE MARIA to NAPLES, which is about a half an hour for an early dinner on Sunday. We specifically asked for the food temperature to be hot a Miso salmon with white rice and a fried shrimp platter.

The rice was absolutely cold the shrimp per room temperature and the french fries were ice cold is it they have been sitting there for 20 minutes server remove and took the entrée back and the manager brought out the same miso salmon on top of Cold rice again we were upset and left the establishment without eating any dinner

We got to the clackamas town center location in Oregon five mins after they opened today. It’s an annual birthday treat my mother and I do for her birthday each year. Today was the last time we will ever go back to a Cheesecake Factory ever again.

We waited 35 mins for our beverages, an additional 55 mins for our food, we were the first people to sit in a section that filled up quickly and we were the last table to be served. We had a five year old with us who was extra good but was hungry.

We saw our server for beverage order, food order and to go boxes. He did not check on us to see how our meal was, nor refilled our drinks, no apology for the food being extra slow and serving us last, our apps came out with our main meals, and

the pretzel bites had been left sitting out for so long…

Was not refunded when my order was made on January canceled by a manager it was told that it would be credited at the end of the month I'm still waiting I have a copy of my transaction and it's kind of ridiculous that I had to go all through these links to just get my money back I did like you guys but now I'm not so sure maybe the management there needs to be changed and

My parents took my young kids for an early dinner as we love your restarurant and had a great experience the day before. They didn’t receive their food until nearly 1 hour after they had ordered. Even their waters and drink came after 45 minutes.

They were all hungry and had been told the timing would not be that long. They finally scarfed back their food in 10 minutes when it arrived as we had to rush off to avoid being late for a cirque du soleil show.

My husband and I always frequent your restaurants in hawaii Seattle San Fran and have never experienced bad service like this. Hoping you can help my parents avoid having a bad impression of your restaurant too. Thanks for your time.

I am totally fed up with the service at Legacy Village Location everytime I order take out it is awful. The manager there is rude and none caring. My food was cold, alfredo with no alfredo sauce and 4 cubes of chicken for $27 amd a child's alfredo dry and 4 cubes of chicken and the salad contained everything i indicated not to put on with 5 cubes of chicken the salmon meal was cold.

I went in this Cheesecake Factory at Quakerbridge mall with a $25 gift card. Ordered 2 slices of cheesecake for take out. The bill came out to be about $21. So I decided to get another slice and pay the difference with my credit card( which is another $8) came home there was only 2 slices instead of 3.

I called the restaurant, I was put on hold for over 10 minutes to speak to the manager. He told me to come back to pick it up. I live about 25 minutes away. I’m not going to drive back and forth for a slice of cake, and it’s their mistake for not giving me what I paid for.

I asked the man to just email me the credit of what they owed me. Gave him my name, phone #,and email address. About 4 days later nothing was sent. Called back again, spoke to the same manager… I was told that his other…

Hello,

I had a to go order on Fri, 3/24 at your Dallas location on NW Hwy. I was disappointed for several reasons:

I placed the order online about 10 am for a 12:45 curbside pickup. I arrived at 12:45 but had to wait about 15 min for my order

We had 3 orders and only received one small loaf of bread. I feel like there should have been more bread with the order.

I ordered our Thai salad. It just wasn't very good. Definitely not up to my Cheesecake Factory expectations.

We also ordered a soup and salad. There was very little dressing on the salad.

After seeing a movie with my family at the River cinema location, I walked across the pramanda to buy some cheese cake. The tome was approximately 10:45pm. The doors of the Cheesecake Factory were unlocked still. I went to the bakery and n9 one was present, so I asked the bartender if I could orde from him.

He stated that I would have to ask the bakery. I responded where can I find an employee to ask. He said at the bakery, I said mo one us over there. he said to wait someone will come back.

A young lady did arrive and I asked if I could order some Cheesecake? S h e said no all the registers were closed. Mind you tgere were still people eating in the dining area and also in the bar area.

I asked her what time the restaurant closes because hours in the the restaurant door states 11:00pm.…

Hi. I want to start by saying that I LOVE the Cheesecake Factory. Always my go to when I’m able to go out. But I went to eat with my family Saturday night and we always order slices of cheesecake to go and we always get the same one. Cheesecake with fresh strawberries.

This time the strawberries were not good at all! They were super mushy inside and tasted strongly like alcohol. So we basically just ate plain cheesecake. I really didn’t want to make a complaint but at more than $10 a piece, I figured I should say something.
