We made reservations a week ahead under Basso for 6:30 at Delaware location. My son is quadriplegic and his birthday. We wanted to be sure we’d be accommodated without a long wait. We waited an hour while others were seated over and over.

It was very upsetting for our entire party of 5. Seemed like little kids were running the front area and did not care we were uncomfortable. Bill was nearly 300 plus 60 cash tip. Food eh. Waitress was best part. Food eh.

I ordered a meal last night and could not even eat it. The shrimp were bad. Not only did the smell and taste bad they were way over cooked and hard. I spent $27 on a meal I couldn't eat.

I could not call or bring it back because I ordered online and they were closed by the time I called last night. I definitely would have returned it if I was at the restaurant. Disappointed they would serve a meal like that.

I went to dinner with 2 of my friends tonight, at the Cheesecake Factory restaurant located at the outlet mall on Charleston Boulevard.

First, we had a 47 minute wait to be seated. I u deter and being busy, so that is not my complaint, Once we were seated, our waitress (Alecea A. ) asked us for our drink orders. The Cheesecake Factory used to be a place we went to for good food and great desserts. But the quality of the food is going down every year. Tonight we had 2 steaks at their Irvine Spectrum location. They were both cold.

My wife had Carne Asada with brown rice. The rice was so cold it was like it came straight out of the fridge. The manager came to our table after we complained and said what can I do for you.

I didn’t want a discount. I just miss the quality of the food I used to have at the Cheesecake Factory. Probably my last visit.

I sent in a complaint based upon an order for Shrimp with Angel Hair Pasta last month. This was a takeout order and upon my arrival home, the pasta was an absolute clump with several shrimp located throughout the dish.

It's appearance was horrible and it tasted as it appeared. As a result, I sent in a complaint regarding my experience, subsequently receiving an email to call Taylor Kimball. I assumed this was an attempt to make amends and provide me with some form of compensation for $25 very poorly spent.

I subsequently suffered a fractured arm that delayed my call back.

However today I did so. After calling TWICE, and after speaking to someone at the restaurant and placing me on hold TWICE, I was left on hold for inordinate amount of time with absolutely no regard for me. Given these…

I recommend retraining your employees. My wife’s chicken Madeira was rubbery & lacking Madeira sauce. The manager Andre said that’s the way it is. This is unacceptable and upsetting giving the fact that we’ve been customers for over 15 years.

Needless to say we cancelled the order.

We visited the West Palm Beach location on 3-19-23. It was the worst experience ever. The waiter was absolutely horrible and Harold the manager was even worse. I had ordered the egg roll appetizer variety I asked that it come out with the rest of the dinners, it did not.

My son ordered a pasta dish and asked for NO mushrooms but it came with a lot of mushrooms. Our drinks took 20 minutes to come out, we asked for more bread which should have been a variety but all pumpernickel.

I have not been to this restaurant in a long time and this experience was awful.

When the hostess seated us she told me I couldn’t have the stroller by my table because of the regulations of the restraunt about having a stroller in the middle of a walk way.

She said they would safely and properly store my stroller up front by the hostess table. I asked her if they typically stored them in the front and if it would be well taken care of because I wanted to make sure my stroller would not be stolen.

We ate at the Braintree , Ma location after waiting 90 mins to be texted our table was ready , then waited another 25 minutes after being texted that are table was ready .

I went for happy hour ordered the factory nachos & roadside sliders. The nachos had a scoop of guacamole that was brown which I didn’t eat. The expediter didn’t notice that. The roadside sliders were ordered with cheese & when we asked the waitress she said she ordered it with cheese.

She brought us cheese to put on that was pointless since it didn’t melt. Not my best experience.

We had the slowest experience and awfuo quality food yesterday in Indy. Server was a sweet girl but didn’t want to acknowledge everything that went wrong, I tried to flag down a manager but no luck. It was so unfortunate because we have always been a fan.

I chose CCF to celebrate with my pregnant daughter who was turning 35 on 02/27 ) along with my 10 y/o grandson. We arrived around 20:45. I had to keep asking for our request of 3 glasses of water with lemon ,never received any refills our 2 Strawberry/lemonade, 1 Peach lemonade until requested.

I sent an email on the 25th about the horrible service my family received at the Thousand Oaks location but haven’t heard anything. 50 for a chopped salad that had one piece of chicken that didn’t even look like chicken breast and no avocado.

Not only was I reprimanded by our waitress but I was told I had to speak to the manager. I said no thanks just take the salad. 10 minutes later I have to deal with the manager??? Who is holding the salad??!!! Like I’m lying??? Ummm gross.

Very poor service I spoke to the manager rufio nobelza from Dulles va cheese cake factory and was only offered free cheesecake after such terrible service. this time we didn't even receive our drinks we ordered untill ten mins after we ate out appetizers and then had to wait over a hour for french toast meal which she forgot to bring out to us.

The whole experience was really not up to par and think we should have received some kind of discount on our meal because of the service

On Feb 14th, 230pm I placed an online order with the Greenwood, IN store for delivery to my home by 5:50pm. At 5:51 I was called and told the store was out of orange chicken. Upon reaching my girlfriend and getting her preferences I called the store.

I called back and some young lady said I had to submit my change through the delivery service. The 1-800 number did not get picked up. I called back and a female stated she was the manager and could not do anything for me.

I ordered through that store!!!!

Finally someone from the delivery service called me, I gave them the change. 2 hours and 20 minutes after I requested it. I spent $142 so this store could ruin the Valentine's Dinner I had planned for my girlfriend. Thank God I made a charcuterie board.

I visited the Easton (Columbus, OH) location on February 18th, 2023 with my daughter. It was a busy night, which I understand. I ordered an Appetizer Caesar salad to start. The salad was large enough to serve 4 people. It was delicious.

The trouble began when the table next to us had finished and paid, and a new family sat down and ordered. The new table got their food prior to the delivery of ours. We waited at least 45 mins. Our server never came to check on the order to make sure it was right, and it was not.

I did complain to him when he finally came to ask about dessert, but he didn't seem too concerned. I was very disappointed because I specifically asked for my dinner to be cooked in a certain way. It was over cooked and there was barely any sauce (which makes the dish).

I am writing regarding a reservation my husband made in advance at the Cheesecake Factory located at 5488 S. Padre Island Dr, Corpus Christi, TX 78411 that was not honored. When we arrived at the location, we were told that we were not on their system and would have to wait 85 minutes.

We decided to leave due to the unreasonable wait time. I am disappointed at the lack of hospitality being that we drove in from out of town and they didn't even attempt to accommodate us.

The Cheesecake Factory dolphin mall is a very unsanitary place the silverware plates and napkins aren’t wash properly.The managers are helping the older employees to steal undocumented money from tips allowing the staff including bartenders and servers to pay bussers what they feel is” a suggestive pay” that is horrible management , ontop of that they will apply pressure to the ones that work hard and ignore the ones that hardly work.

23 approximately 11AM arrived at the Cheesecake Factory in Orland Park IL for a day out with the girls. After being seated the wait staff came by to take our drink orders. We all ordered hot chocolate. definitely not hot.

The waitress did not offer to resolve the issue so we left it alone. We drank our luke warm hot chocolate without further complaint. When the wait staff came back to the table, we proceeded to give her our food order.

When the food was ready to be served, we had two different wait staff bring our food order to the table. One of the orders was correct the other two orders was incorrect. slightly uncomfortable for us. We explained what we ordered. All was good.

I went to Cheesecake Factory on 02/04/2023 with my girlfriend and unfortunately the appetizer was cold not once but twice... I had to send it back to the kitchen 2 times and then finally the third time it was hot.

The first 2 times it was frozen inside. It took over an hour and 20 minutes to get the appetizer. The waitress brought out the appetizer out with the entre that we ordered so we had to send it back...

The waitress also never checked on us and provided terrible service. The managers had to be called multiple times in order to get beverages and other requests like refills. The Cheesecake Factory we went to was at the Hackensack location in New Jersey.

I contacted CCF a month before my mother's 60th birthday. She has always wanted to go to this restaurant. Not only was it her birthday but on Christmas she found out she had a brother that never. I arranged for her and her 3 sisters to have dinner at the CCF.

I also invited some of her friends. I called two week prior to the date and I was told to call back when we get closer to the date. I called on January 27, 2023 and asked if i can have a table for 10.

On 01/28/2023 My son James, along with his wife, two children and Myself and wife did a walk-in at 4:45. They said it would be 60 to 80 min. But that was not to be. My granddaughter was to be seven on 01/29 and I was my 79th. on 01/25.

My granddaughter wanted the fried shrimp but after two hours we gave up. I would no go bacjk again. My son did not want me to make a complaint to them at the time and said he would leave. So I said nothing and in the end He did leave.

I just want to say I am completely disgusted with my order tonite I usually get this same meal all the time the Louisiana chicken pasta. I don’t know what this is but it’s not chicken! I spent over 60$ on this order and I couldn’t even eat my meal as soon as I bit into the chicken I knew right away it was different.

It was so chewey I could barely bite into it it was rubbery I couldn’t even rip it apart the texture was different it definitely wasn’t fresh or even real Chicken I’m not sure what it was. I want my money back.

I received an email stating if I made a purchase in December it would entitle me to a free slice of cheesecake in Jan. The computers weren’t working at our Dec 27 visit- our server told me to save my receipt to prove my visit.

We ordered kids corn dogs. Cacio de pepa with chicken. Crusted chicken Ramano. Took roughly 50mins to get the food. Didn’t bring the toddlers food out first. We were told it takes longer to make the sauce for the cacio and that’s what the wait was.

If that is true, another item would have been ordered in its place. But we were not told that at the time of ordering. The chicken on the cacio was inedible and was like rubber. I chewed my food to find a piece of wire in it.

Almost looked like a staple. My dish was taken off the bill and the chicken from the cacio was removed. A manager never came and talked to us about the bill or if anything could be done. He simply removed the items to “show” the Chef but he never returned.

I could have swallowed that piece of metal and harmed myself…

Poor service. Poor food. Ordered fish and chips. Soggy. Reordered club sandwich. Thought that would be fast. Took 30 min, my wife was finished eating. Ordered dessert, took another 30 min. Just really poor service all the way around. Waiter seemed overworked, too many tables.

Last time we were there. The Waiter was poor. Like he worked at a truck stop. Very street-like. Always been satisfied above and beyond before. Just so disappointing. Thank you.

My complaint is coming with patience, time to take in what happened and disbelief. My complaint is not about the food but the lack of concern, assistance and reinforcement. On December 18th, me and my two coworkers went to your restaurant in OakBrook.

We were doing our annual Christmas dinner and gift exchange. Dinner was great, in fact it was a perfect evening until we were about to walk out the door. My coworker, Angela Goss, looks at me and says, “ I don’t feel right” and collapsed.

We had a 4:30pm dinner reservation today (1/16/23) to celebrate my Nephews birthday & arrived on time we weren't seated until after 5pm & I'm not sure why that was because other people were being seated. We were told several times that our table was being cleared.

We visited the Cheesecake Factory at the downtown SLC Utah restaurant.

First we were told it would be a 30 minute wait which was fine and then they came over and said, but if you want to sit in the bar area, it will be a lot faster. So we decided to sit in the bar area.

The guy came and brought us our water and then we ordered our food. We ordered chicken tacos and a hamburger. We waited for our food for over an hour and then finally the waiter came over and said let me go see what’s going on so the chicken tacos were finally ready but not the hamburger.

I made a resrvation for four at 6pm Saturday, Jan 7 and received my confirmation. We arrived thru the mall entrance at exactly 6 pm and immediately asked a wait staff where I should go, she pointed to the front of the restaurant which is near the outside entrance.

There was a long line which caused us to be initially standing in the foyer area. When we finally got to the front of the line at 6:12 I was told there was a 5 minute window on my reservation and they could no longer honor my reservation.

Went to green hills Nashville Tn location for brunch on Jan 8. We were 2nd table seated after doors opened. After 50 min we did not receive order My husband approached manager who said. our order was taking a long time because I ordered an omlette.

No apologies and offer to improve situation. Service has deteriorated. We walked out.

I'm not sure if you are aware, but you have a current employee at the green hills location that goes by the name of Lashawn Howard... she has a background and a charge for kidnapping, my family and I later learned about it while she was working and on the phone discussing it with someone and we looked her up...

we have never felt so unsafe and disappointed before. I hope proper actions are taken on this matter.
