My mother and I wanted to enjoy a nice dinner at the Cheesecake Factory in Milwaukee. We waited at the bar for 40 mins for a table and barely got served drinks because we weren’t being severed, after being seated at our table we waited 20 mins to get a bread basket and
once our food was brought out they mentioned that the food that I had ordered wasn’t able to be ordered. The experience was awful and I will never be returning again
My wife & I arrived at the Cheesecake Factory for dinner at 6:20 on 01/01/2023. The receptionist took my phone # and we were told that they will text us when our table was ready in about 20 to 25 minutes.
After waiting approx 45 minutes I checked in again after waiting on line & we were told that our name was called around 6:35 but we should wait probably another 10 minutes prior to being seated. We never received a text until 7:30 when we got seated.
So they had the correct phone # but never texted us. We normally enjoy our meals at The Cheesecake Factory but this was so unprofessionally staffed & managed. Right after we finally got seated my wife & I just got up & walked out.
This was enough abuse for 1 evening.

My boyfriend and I went to the Cheesecake Factory in Framingham, Massachusetts located in the Natick Mall for the first time. We approached the front desk and was greeted by a nice hostess who told us that there was a 40 minute wait.
She then proceeded to tell us to speak with the other host, who was in charge of sitting people. He was dismissive towards us almost automatically. We gave him my boyfriends number and name, and we were waiting for the text, so we went shopping.
After about 40 minutes we returned to the restaurant. At this point we haven’t received a text. We wait a little longer, and it was about at an hour my boyfriend goes up to the desk to kindly check when we were to be seated.

On December 20, 2022; While at Sawgrass Mall shopping I decided to order takeout at the Cheesecake Factory. On our way to the restaurant it started raining. My family and I which consists of 2 adults, 1 teenager, 1 child and 2 babies (6 months and 3 months).
We all went inside and I asked the hostess about a to go order and she then gave me the menu. We then went outside to sit down before ordering. After deciding with the help of one of the waiters that approached us on the outside.

At 5:32pm on Dec 18, 2022 thru Doordash, I ordered chicken madiera and lemon garlic shrimp noodles. This is what we found from the chicken madiera, 1 pc of METAL like a hard wire embedded in the chicken. It was good that my 87 yr old husband was able to cough it out when he felt something strange!

Over hour wait for food…food was ice cold when finally received. I think someone was given my order and they returned it back when they found out it was not their food. Everything all thrown together in container mixed together.
My order was list until I kept insisting someone let me know something. I ordered herb crusted salmon with asparagus and mash potatoes.
After receiving terrible service we got home and within about 7hours we were violently vomiting and couldn’t leave our restroom. We have food poisoning. We tried sending our meal back because we knew it was bad after we had ate only a few bites and we were told it would Be about a hour wait so we decided not to wait and to pay our $100( additional 20$ tip) bill and leave.
Between the service and the food poisoning I would truly like a full refund.

My food order (bang Bang chicken and shrimp. It was awful. I’ve ordered is many times. The sauce was not correct, flavor and color was way off. the veggies consisted of raw shredded carrots, straight out of a salad. My gosh the chicken were small cubes of frozen Tyson grilled chicken pieces. 3 small shrimp. All for $24.
Up the price, reduce portion size but bad quality will put you out of business

I arrived at the location at 2:20pm and proceeded to the front hostess to reserve a table. It was quite empty but I knew there would be a wait as we asked for a table of 6 as well as accessibility for a baby stroller. I also said we can accommodate a table of 8 if that was a shorter wait time as we could put the car seat on a chair.

My husband and I both ordered the fish and chips. It was absolutely horrible. It was dripping grease and several pieces were just batter. I was extremely disappointed since we always have a good meal here. I did not complain at the restaurant because I do not like it when the manager approach's the table and makes a scene.

I went to the cheesecake factory in Brea California. Ordered the Shrimp Scampi and in the Steak Diane and the potatoes were hard as rocks. It was my birthday celebration. The Cheese cake factory is 20 miles from my house. I ordered takeout. The management. Did seem very compassionate.
Please offer a sampler of your cheesecakes. I love them all, but u can't order more than one. A sampler platter would allow me to expand my tastes and I would more apt to try flavors I wouldn't ordinarily eat.
Terrible service. Waited for 45 minutes with a hungry toddler and then only one plate came out. Manager came to apologize and explain that the next plates would be out shortly. He asked if we wanted anything in the meantime while we wait.
We said no thank you. At no point during our visit we're our waters refilled or our old plates removed or were we checked on by our waitress. Got the bill, nothing was comped. Not one thing. Left a star because the food was good.

I dined at Cheesecake Factory at Freehold, NJ, and used my gift card. Couple weeks later, I realized that the gift card balance was taken out $15 as tip by the server without my consent. I raised my concern and complain to Cheesecake Factory. They don't care and just ignore. Please aware of using their GIFT CARD!!!

Went to the cheesecake factory in Lincolnshire Illinois for a special occasion after being seated and our waiter who was very pleasant asked if we were ready to order. I asked for Chicken piccata and my husband ordered steak, which they were out of both and several more items that we tried to order.

A woman employee asked me if I needed butter and I said yes but she threw the butter in the paper bag I was holding in.
