The Cheesecake Factory

On 5/29/22 (9:44 pm), I experienced awful service at the Cheesecake Factory Arundel Mills (Maryland). I entered the establishment at 9:44 pm and placed a carryout order (1 plain Chicken Sandwich & 1 Chicken & Avocado Club). 50 cash for my order.

At 10:54 pm, the wrong order came out and I requested the Manager (Stephon). most ridiculous!!! At 11 pm, the lights were turned off at the carryout counter, and I was still waiting. I never received my correct order, and I was not offered anything for the huge inconvenience/ time.

I did not get a refund. I left the establishment hungry and disgusted over an hour after placing my carryout order.

The food was good, the service was horrible. Our waiter , Shane, was extremely unfriendly. He appeared aggravated because we weren’t ready to order. After the food was delivered we never saw him again. i asked two different employees to send him to our table for a reorder. He never came.

I asked to speak to a manager. I explained the situation to him and he said he would talk to the waiter. Shane then came to the table and rudely argued with me that he had done a fine job.

He asked if we didn’t know he had other customers to care for. I explained that not only were we also customers, but that we had two small children. my niece left still hungry because we were unable to order her more food.
