Ticketmaster is a whole lie and a scam !!!. P tickets on the main floor to Chris Brown’s 11:11 tour concert that will be happening on July 31st so as I was trying to purchase 2 of those tickets my purchase wouldn’t go through at all !!!.

Yes I reported this situation to “ticket master costumer service” but they was no help at all they just kept on telling me the same things over and over again, some of them wouldn’t even help me they would just ask me questions and tell me that they couldn’t help me in regards to my situation and the situation is that I got scammed and they wouldn’t even give me my money back at all !!.

So as I reported this to ticket master’s costumer service they was no help at all !!!. They would just answer the phone and tell me something in a hurry and then tell me…

I went onto the Ticketmaster site to purchase tickets to an event for this upcoming weekend. I tried multiple times for two days to make the purchase online, on the app and over the phone. The do not take phone orders and redirect you to the app or website.

I continued to receive an error message each time I tried to purchase. When I spoke to a representative, she gave me different troubleshooting options to no avail. She told me to call the box office with a number that she provided which was incorrect.

I google searched the box office and called, which was a third party site. They did not offer the add on features that is offered through Ticketmaster so I had a relative purchase and transfer me the tickets. The add on however is non-transferable.

There is not a disclaimer for the add…

I am writing about my experience at the Jonas Brothers Concert in Winnipeg Manitoba on Nov. 16 2023. I had purchased the "Wings VIP Package" which was very costly . I never reviewed an email stating what time I needed to be at the venue in order to receive the perks of the VIP package - that I paid for.

The only email I received was a general admission notice that the doors would open at 6pm. I was checking my email throughout the day as well as my junk mail, and nothing ever showed up . So I'm not happy that I did not receive my photo op in front of the stage, or have pre access to merch.

We bought Messi tickets for our sons bday back in July for $250/e (2 tickets) ATL vs Miami. We weren’t notified until the morning of that Messi is not playing and now can only get maybe $25/e if we sell them.

We are extremely dissappointed and angry that ticket master will not refund our tickets. That’s complete robbery to not refund when the star is no longer playing. Like a concert where the performer doesn’t show - we would get a refund.

Please consider giving us our refund.

The venue cancelled an event one hour after it was to start. My family took on the expense of traveling there on a Saturday and had to leave. They postponed to a Monday night and now no one can make the event.

I transferred tickets to my sons and they had difficulties transferring back to me with their site. I worked on this the entire day back and forth with customer service chat an now they said it's passed the midnight deadline.

The chats were not properly assisting me I needed to speak to someone on the phone and there was no number to call. Not everything can be handled with a customer service chat. I am furious as to my entire experience with Ticketmaster.

I should not have to take on this loss. They totally ruined an entire experience for my family.

Purchased tickets to sporting event with no indication these cannot be resold. Now getting message event coordinator (whoever that is) has not released tickets for resale. Ticketmaster does not answer phone, their chat does not work and no email offered for support.

Will never use them again.

I couldn’t log into my account it kept sending me to fan support . I have sent in chat and they give me the same stuff over and over . I have emailed by and forth for over a week now .

I did talk to someone but only thing they did was email me the same thing . When I log in with my new password it takes me to next page to put in my phone number and it is SUPPOSED to send me a code to put in and I never receive the code .

I have bought tickets and cannot get into my account to accept them . This is total bullshit . I want to talk to a human or send me a code to get into my account . It seems an easy fix to me but it’s like a robot sending me same thing over and over .

When are you going to do something about ticket scalping? You are sold out, however, there are tons of tickets for the show marked up by 2000%. This is ridiculous. And you corner the market. You should care that these people are making so much money on these tickets that they got from you that ordinary folks cannot now purchase. This is so wrong. m.

My event was March 25th. I ordered tickets off ticketmaster and they got transferred for some reason. The day of my event while we drove 4 hours to minneapolis, I went on my email to transfer the tickets to seat geek.

It kept giving me error for some reason. I thought maybe it was my phone. I tried for a good hour or so and then was at the event. Once I got to the event, I went to the help desk and they said there was an outage on seat geek.

Since I didn’t “transfer” my tickets over yet, they couldn’t find me in the system or do anything for me. I called seat geek and Ticketmaster customer service neither of them helped me. I was on a chat for hours.

At this point I was so upset and angry. It was nearly $200 plus we paid for gas, food, a hotel, etc. Both companies say the other is at…

J. on May 10,2023. I’m requesting a refund. The show started two and a half hours late, the opening act (Babyface) did not perform & Ms Baker only performed for an hour. There were technical problems before & during the performance.

I recently purchased a concert ticket from Ticketmaster, and thus far, Ticketmaster is telling me my mobile phone is my concert ticket. It appears Ticketmaster makes the assumption everyone has a mobile phone. I DON'T !!! The only use I have is via my computer (email).

If the use of a mobile phone is required for delivery of tickets purchased from Ticketmaster they should make full disclosure of this requirement prior to the sale of tickets.

To date, my requests to Ticketmaster Customer Service has been a waste of time since they are non-respondent.

Based on my experience, I can NOT recommend anyone purchase ticket(s) from Ticketmaster. I suggest you make your purchase from ANYONE else as long as you do NOT make your purchase from Ticketmaster,....very poor customer service.

I think it is pretty shitty that we were trick into thinking we were going to get tickets for u2 and even taking our credit card information which a totally shit deal plus kind of scary. Was so excited since we were making great plans for 60th birthday to go the concert with my husband and my sister who recently lost her husband.

It was always to go as the 4 of us. Received a wait list message but nothing since bad communication. I work 3 jobs and have saved up to go and celebrate. Hope we get tickets or at least an answer soon

Kings concert raffle. I was lucky enough to receive a congratulations claim prize at 12 01 this afternoon I immediately within two minutes tried unsuccessfully for two hours as your site kept saying no tickets. So within two minutes you had sold out.

Ticketmaster has a long history of manipulating ticket sales and controlling the market with shady business practices and “swinging their dick around”, so to speak. If you’ve never heard that phrase, it pretty easy to follow, given the context. Sort of like a fun way to call someone a bully. That’s my complaint.

I was gouged recently on a concert and it reminded me how many times they’ve done so in the past. I didn’t know this site existed until today, so I’m just generalizing my experience with them over the last two and a half decades. Hope that’s alright.

I tried to purchase ticket in 2 different rows fir concert in September 2023. When I git to end of purchase it said taken so I chose again and same thing happen. Chose different row higher up same thing finally on higher row it allowed purchase.

I went back later and row I wanted was available still. I sent through my account and basically was told pay more for ticket change. I have used ticketmaster since 1980s and never had issue. It was as if they wanted to sell worse seats first. I'm very disappointed.

Sir, I’ve been trying unsuccessfully to resell my 2 tickets ( # 3000-0558-2338- 5970-2) for the Red Hot Chili Peppers on the 12/05/23. Only after hundreds of attempts finally an assistant named Kathlene Bico said I could not do it because I don’t have a US or Canada bank account.

First of all, I think this is unfair and dishonest because ticketmaster is an international platform and accept all kinds of international credit cards! So I should be able to receive my money and have the same rights of an American to sell my tickets.

Otherwise Ticketmaster also shouldn’t sell tickets to other countries. I should not be forced to have an Account abroad.

Secondly, I also suggested to use my husband’s company account in the US or paying me thru PayPal, and also, as the last resort, Ticketmaster…

I attended what was meant to be an 18 + event in Cardiff CIA on Thursday. I was absolutely digusted to find the number of under age children in there who were drunk and some so heavily under the influence of drugs they were collapsing and having fits around me.

Not once did I see a member of staff come to help or ask these children to leave! It's clear that no ID requests had been carried out and I was so uncomfortable that myself and my partner left after only an hour of being at the event.

I pad £46 each for the tickets so I am at a loss financially and utterly disappointed that this was allowed to happen.

I wrote to Ticketmaster on Wednesday the 29th of March to say that I had been denied entry to the Cat Empire performance at the o2 Kentish Town because I had a work rucksack. They informed me that they no longer accept bags lathers than an a4 sheet of paper.

Needless to say I was highly dissatisfied with this outcome. I have checked and are aware that on the 3 screen of T & C’s it does state this I was disappointed not to be told more simply given I have been there a number of times when they had a cloak room.

The other element that was disappointing was that I lodged my dissatisfaction with Ticketmaster the same night and I have not had a response and I can see in my account that no one has responded.

I was delivered tickets for a different section from the ones I picked from the Ticketmaster site for an event occurred on March 21st. I have been told that those tickets were resale tickets sold by a third party. However, I have claimed to Ticketmaster customer service that I am entitled for full refund, and that they should charge their seller for tricking me.

I am attaching Ticketmaster receipt showing tickets for SECTION LEGEN SUITES 30, and screenshot for delivered tickets in SECTION 30. Two completely different sections in location and cost.

They will not refund me the money difference. if anything tickets prices should start low then go up with demand or closer to the date like plane tickets do.

Offering tickets in your list and then having them suddenly “disappear” - what is this? Over 20 attempts made - each single one unsuccessful because according to your site someone beat me to them. You deserve to be broken up - this is ridiculous.

You haven’t listed the concert as sold out, but 15 minutes after the sale began seats are available on scalped sites everywhere. And all you do is make more and more money on fees for resold tickets. Shame on you for being this bad at helping actual fans see your shows.

I understood when you naively thought you could handle Taylor Swift. That was 11 hours of my day and I thankfully was one of the precious few that got tickets. But this concert is NOTHING, they’re a minor band. But don’t worry the bots have figured your system out.

Tonight I reserved 7 tickets to Disney in Ice at the Giant Center in Hershey, PA for Sunday April 2 at noon. Section 124, Row S. Tickets were purchased online at about 7:45pm. I paid with my Visa card and hit submit.

It asked me if I wanted to see my tickets in the app or web. I hit app but didn’t realize my Ticketmaster app wasn’t on my phone. I went and downloaded it and then kept checking my email looking for an email from Ticketmaster but never got one.

Ticketmaster made no effort to contact us when the baseball game we had bought tickets for had been reschedule to the day prior. If we had known we would've gone to the newly scheduled day and time. We found out the morning of the game that it had been played last night.

I established an account/profile with Ticketmaster some years ago; then when I relocated here to Las Vegas around 2019, I started using them far more. There was no problem up until one and a half years ago. -But since that time?

I try and try to purchase tickets and the same thing keeps happening, even if I update my information, even if I use a different credit card - so I know that IT IS NOT ME. All goes well, picking the concert/date/seating - THEN I try to actually purchase the ticket.

I purchased $1000 of tickets for a concert. I received confirmation in the website at the time of purchase and my PayPal account was deducted.

I never received text or email confirmation with a link to my tickets and they do not show up in my account or on the app.

I have had several email exchanges with Josie B. In Ticketmaster customer service . I keep being advised to delete and reinstall the app, try several different devices, clear the caches. They say that they see the tickets and I should just show up in 5 months at the concert and go to a window that opens 1 hour prior and the tickets will be there.

I simply want to download my tickets that have been paid for so that I have them.

Very frustrating over several day and still no resolution.

Missed Keith Urban concert in Las Vegas on 3/15 due to over 6 hour flight delay due to wind in Las Vegas. I tried to resell tickets when I knew we would not get there for the concert. Option for selling and reselling was not available.

No I’ve answers the phone when I tried to call Ticketmaster or it rings snd then hangs up. Used the chat box and response is so slow that I didn’t see it when it finally came through. When I finally got an agent in the chat box, I was told there was nothing she could do because the concert had already started. What a racket!!!

I have sold four tickets for the Beyonce Tour on February 28 and March 1 (listing number P32DD0A7) on Ticketmaster. The selling price for all the tickets is over $650.00. While selling the tickets, I listed my debit card as the payout method since Ticketmaster's website stated that I would not have to verify it; therefore, it would be the quickest payout method. Also, as they requested, I completed a Tax ID form, which was verified within days of completion.

It has been 15+ days since I sold the tickets, and I am still waiting to receive payment. I sold tickets on Ticketmaster. I completed the payment options and tax forms long before selling. They promise payment 5 - 7 days after the concert. It is now 21 days and I cannot reach anyone at Ticketmaster. Nobody answers their customer service number.

I've left my number and nobody calls back. I have used the website and you cannot find help. 00 and I cannot get my money. Completely unfair and no resolution in site. I assume that I have to file a lawsuit to recover my money...

I went on Ticketmaster to order two concert tickets and the person I was speaking with told me to hold on she needed me to go to another site to fill out information for my tickets. I didn’t feel comfortable about it but I went on the site and I kept telling her I am uncomfortable as they were taking my information down and she kept telling me not to worry well seconds later, I got a call from my bank that they were scamming my bank for $306 twice and

my bank caught them, and now the lady that I was speaking with keeps trying to come back to talk to me about it and I want this to go to the ad corporate office to the corporate manager. This is completely unacceptable.

Bought tickets to Carrie underwood says 2 seats together. Our tickets had stairs in between them. Spent my Valentine’s Day present apart from my husband. You should not sell them this way. 206 row P seat 18,19 are not together.

Trying to buy concert tickets , was told no ambiant / disabled tickets left. I asked if all 98 disabled seats at the stadium are all sold out. He said yes . I go onto ticketmaster and see at least 4 tickets available I send the screenshots to customer service and explained there are tickets , he then said yes they are disabled but standing tickets , I told him I could stand for a while and that’s fine .

He still refused to sell me , I’ve never felt so ashamed and a pest in all my life . Even though there are tickets left you still won’t sell them to me . I’m not in a good place after this Im crying most the afternoon .

It is obvious that Ticketmaster does not wish to help someone via chat with questions on making a purchase. I am trying to purchase tickets for Bruins March 21, 2023 home game as a gift. It is next to impossible to obtain clear answers from your website.

I have selected 4 tickets that are verified for resale. It indicates that delivery is only via Go Mobile. Does this go to the number in my account and if so how do I transfer to person who tickets are going to be gifted.

In addition, I noted in one article that if ticket transfer is grayed out you cannot transfer. It appears that you cannot get help until you place order. How would I know if I can transfer these tickets? What should be the easiest task ever – Ticketmaster has made extremely difficult.

This company is absolutely terrible. We bought tickets to a show in San Diego 5 months from now and right after getting the tickets realized we had selected the wrong seats. We called customer service to change seats to much more expensive ones and were told they cannot change the seats because it was a pre-sale and that we should buy the new seats and call back to get a refund for our initial tickets.

We bought the new seats and tried to call back but somehow never got anyone on the phone anymore. , I do not know what VIP ticket are iff the most expensive ones are not. Employees are not knowledgeable and the company simply does not care.

Can I give them less than 1 star? I made a typo in my email and cannot get my tickets. "Help" does not seem to understand this. F'ing morons. I hope the current lawsuit succeeds and some good will come of it.

I have spent HOURS trying to deal with this. No concert is worth this.

StubHub transferred my tickets for Billy Joel for 4/23/23 to you I paid for the tickets and accepted them on your site. Nothing has appeared o my upcoming events and your site indicates that the tickets were accepted by another email.

Tried to get with you in several ways with no success. I like you to know that your 800 # or corporate # do not work. If I don’t get satisfaction. I will complain to the Attorney General and the Consumer Complaint Bureau.
