I am extremely disappointed with the exorbitant ticket prices and bogus fees charged by Ticketmaster/Live Nation. Years ago, a fan could attend a concert featuring 3 top notch bands for a fraction of todays rip off prices. Allowing for rising production costs and inflation over time, there is no legitimate or logical reason (other than greed) why concert tickets and fees are at todays bloated levels.

Until Ticketmaster/LiveNation substantially reduce ticket prices, I will not be attending anymore concerts organized by your company.

Ticketmaster has not refunded my original payment for tickets that I resold on the Ticketmaster resale site. They would not refund the original form of payment and told me a check request was my only option and that this would take 8-12 weeks.

That was in November 2023. The tickets were for an event in Canada and were charged to my Bank of America credit card with no issue. The tickets were originally purchased in March 2022, resold by Ticketmaster on July 3rd for an event on September 3rd.

The event took place and Ticketmaster claimed they could not refund to the original card the tickets were purchased on. 8-12 weeks for a check request is baloney. Not being able to refund a Bank of America credit card is baloney.

Ticketmaster: Really? Why? I went to purchase tickets this evening, but was prohibited from doing so because I was identified as a “bot.” Well, I am just a regular guy who wants to purchase tickets to my favorite band. That’s it! I purchased tickets on the band’s website. I want to have very little to do with you in the future. I do hope that Congress finds you, and Live Nation, to be a monopoly. There is no reason for this state of things and it should, if you have any company ethics, not be allowed to continue at all.

I have been trying for over 1 week to download 2 tickets to a 3/2/23 showing of Come From Away at Chrysler Hall in Norfolk, VA. To no avail and the technician on your end has been unsuccessful. The process has been ludicrous and represents extremely poor customer service.

I purchased a ticket to the Les Meserables show for February 2023 in October of 2022. I couldn't make it. I then tried to sell it back to TicketMaster 2 hours before show time (7:30PM). Their app/site were having issues - my inquiry was sent to an error message 3 times.

I got as far as submitting my IRS info which was weird because who does that just to sell a ticket just because you couldn't make it? You know who I am as I verified that that was my account, I plugged in my details - everything.

And get this: the IRS info went through after the show. Unbelievable. Anyway, I reached out to customer support and all they are telling me is that I need to do this and do that - EVERYTHING I've already done.

I successfully was in the que to purchase tickets online for the Duran Duran show for Sept 13th in Washington DC. As I am purchasing tickets with secured seats, it stops loading midway, gives me an Error 001 code and then the seats I reserved are gone and now the show is sold out.

I have never felt more cheated out of a service in my life. I will never make a purchase through Ticketmaster ever again.

I recently bought tickets to an event through Ticketmaster as a gift including a parking upsell. When I went to transfer the tickets I was informed the parking upsell was not transferable. I lose the fee I paid for parking and my gift recipient will have to pay more and have to walk blocks to the venue.

Purchase 3 tickets to a Jacksonville Icemen game and payed the additional $10 for will call pickup. When I got to the arena was informed that Veterans Memorial doesn't print tickets. Had a terrible time convincing them to let us in and im out my $10.

Doesn't matter how early you are, tickets are always sold out, the bots and resellers somehow get all the tickets. Pre-sales are a scam. They claim they are trying to fix the bot problem but haven't done a thing. They are never going to fix it because all they care about is money, not getting the tickets into the hands of actual fans.

How are there zero tickets left for sale when there is a fraction of the venue capacity in front of me in the queue? Ticketmaster is a scam and artists need to pick a different website to sell their tickets if they want to keep their true fans.

Ticketmaster has completely ruined the fun of concerts now, it's such a struggle to even get tickets, and if you do they cost an arm and a leg thanks to the asshole that is dynamic pricing.

I have had a terrible experience with selling my tickets with this company. I lost my job and can no longer afford the concert tickets so I listed them for sale and sold them on January 13th. I received an email that I would receive my funds between 7 - 10 business days.

I was then told to check with my bank since the funds were sent to them. Now I am being told I will be paid after the event. This is completely ridiculous that I keep getting a different answer. No one is responding to my email any longer!! Where is my money!!!!!

Ticketmaster charged us DOUBLE the amount of the ticket face value. We could have driven driven five miles to the local venue's ticket office and purchased better tickets for less than HALF what we paid through Ticketmaster.

Additionally, Ticketmaster's site was frustrating and confusing from start to finish!!! Wd will NEVER, EVER use Ticketmaster again!

On March 4 2022 I bought two tickets for the May 8 2022 concert of the Harlem Gospel Choir. 93. Since these tickets were for visitors from overseas I wanted to have tickets in hand after I paid for them, but despite numerous fruitless contacts I was told that the tickets would only be available on my phone the day of the concert.

I didn't trust this system so on March 20 2022 I traveled from Long Island 70 miles to the city to buy two tickets at the box office. I got two VIP tickets (much better seats) for $90. I understand that Ticketmaster is entitled to a commission, but the difference in the price amounts to theft.

I purchased four tickets for the Gary Owens, Bill Bellamy, and Faizon Comedy show to be held on March 31, 2023 in El Paso, TX. Each ticket cost $175. A few days later the price for the seats I purchased dropped to $125 each, which is a difference of $200, not including the taxes. Is there away I can adjust my purchase to reflect the difference? On January 11,2023 I purchased 2 tickets for my senior relatives to attend the Brian Culbertson concert to be held April 1, 2023. The venue does not accept paper printed tickets with or without a barcode. m. was very rude an un-professional.

I requested to speak with a manager and Jacob denied this request several times. He did create an e-ticket in which displayed a bar code and demanded that I take this print it out and go to the box office with no problem.

I bought tickets for an event with Ticketmaster we ended up with too many tickets so we sold 2 through Ticketmaster. The tickets sold in a matter of days which was back in June 2022 and they still haven’t returned my money.

Because the tickets were bought on my sons account they said he would have to verify his I’d which he did then they refused to communicate with him because the purchase was on my card so I got in touch and they just keep making up excuses not to repay me.

When you email them it takes about 3 days for someone to get back to you then they say I’ll look into this for you and you’ve to wait another 3 days and then someone different gets back and you’ve to go through the whole thing again I’m getting no where with them and don’t know what else I can do

I purchased 4 tickets for Rod Stewart at the 02 and I did not get the mobile tickets. I needed to sell 3 of the tickets but I was unable to because the mobile tickets were not sent. Bought 5 tickets to Detroit/ New Jersey hockey game Jan 4. Brought relatives from Australia only to be very dissatisfied with the seats. Mezzanine is almost nosebleed seats! I am six feet one and my knees ached from the crampness of seat back in front of me. 700+ dollars for this?

Ticketmaster sucks I just sold two tickets on Ticketmaster. It has been over 7 business days since they were sold and still haven't received my money. I contacted Ticketmaster about this, and they have my checking account on file. They told me in order to receive my money I would have to go and buy a Ticketmaster Bank card for two hundred dollars.

I told them they were a scam and I have now filed a complaint with the better business burro.

I tried for three days in a row to get tickets to the Death Cab for Cutie and Postal Service reunion tour. While I was trying to find ways to get legitimate tickets and presales as someone who has listened to them for all of these 20 years, I saw tickets up for resale on vivid seats and seatgeek, etc.

while the PRESALES were still happening - meaning they were being resold DAYS BEFORE the general public sale even started. When the general public sale opened today, I finally got in the queue and was kicked out because for some reason it decided I was a bot.

I purchased two seats last week for a nba game on Friday which I couldn't use because my tickets expired on the ticket master page. I was not notified that my tickets would not be valid if I tried to verify the same day.

I lost $234 dollars because of the expiration and wasn't able to get my seats back! After the fact the representative tried to explain to me that I could purchase a ticket master gift card but I didn't have a way to get one after I paid for my parking.

Besides there was no store close by. I just wish that everything was clear that my tickets would expire and that it couldn't be used prior to the event. Won't be using this way of paying for my tickets again.

I attended the Eagles Concert last night at Legacy Arena in Birmingham, AL, along with my husband, daughter, and her friend. While we were in line and walking up to the entrance door, a gentleman approached my husband and I; He had just come out of the ticket office.

He showed us his phone and asked us if we could help him find his ticket on his phone as he did not know how. In purchasing a ticket, a pop-up appeared stating if I joined Rakuten I would receive a 10% discount on my purchase. There were no instructions given on how to receive this discount from either Ticketmaster or Rakuten. In checking my billings on my credit card that I used for this purchase, I was still charged the REGULAR price (no discount) for this ticket!

I believe this false statement had me join a group (Rakuten) that I would have never considered, I also now receive constant reminders from Rakuten for discounts they offer on most of the sites that I visit! I tried to talk directly to Ticketmaster (since it was on their site where this misleading information was contained), but was unable to contact anyone since their advertised phone number is constantly busy!

Could not buy Taylor Swift Tickets two days in a row. Ticket Master failed to uphold safety of tickets to actual Taylor Swift fans as seen by scalpers posting tickets for thousands even as the presale was still going on.

My personalized verified fan code would not even work! I am very disappointed and disheartened by the lack of security that allowed hackers to get into the system. Large amounts of traffic doesn't make any sense because you gave every one personalized codes and even asked us how many tickets we would get.

I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and united states justice department as well for your lack of regard for actual fans. You didn't even give us a second opportunity to get tickets as an apology.

I was trying to get Taylor Swift tickets in the capital one presale. I waited in the queue and was let in after about 30 minutes. When I selected tickets it kept saying that it was unable on my device.

I was using my phone and was only logged into one device. This is after I got kicked out yesterday while at the front of the line. This is absolutely ridiculous.

When purchasing a ticket last week, a pop-up on the screen indicated that I would receive a 10% discount if I signed for Rakuten!! There was no procedure that was outlined on how to get this discount, only id I signed up to Rakuten I would receive this discount. I believe that the way it was presented was totally MISLEADING and I received NO DISCOUNT even though I did what they asked to qualify for this discount!

My tickets for The Eagles concert did not scan tonight at the Enterprise Center in St. Louis on 11/15/22. I was escorted to the box office to stand in line and received different tickets on the fifth row of section 118 instead of the second row, seats 1 and 2.

No amount of "unprecedented demand" excuses the lack of tickets, the long delays, the "sorry techical difficulty" restarts, and the "no tickets" availble even when you change the filters.

I had a presale code for Taylor Swift.

I did everything right.

I got booted out of the queue TWICE through no mistake or action of my own, and now I can't get tickets for the show I was authorized to buy.

If you are going to have Taylor Swift presale and YOU KNOW that you site is going to be swamped, how about you BE PREPARED and not screw over people who just want to go see a show with their child.

Ticketmaster is fcking horrible.. you can't get tickets day they go on sale, you can't get tickets via pre sales.. their whole system sucks. SCALPERS eat up the tickets. How is that fair. Getting tickets only if you get lucky.

And then the people sell back cause they can't go etc. Resale. I have learned the scalpers release a lot of good seats a couple days leading up to the date of show or the day of. Then. It's like a bait lure.

They pull them back in super quick so you have no chance of getting them either. Dont tell me someone else has these tickets. I have seen them release alot of good seats then, couldnt get them

Negative stars given!!! Customer service rep Daniel told me "that's how it is! As my issue with signing onto the app early to purchase 6 tickets for jamfest majors on January 20th and the app wouldn't continue my process to purchase the selected seats twice!!!

As to when tho I wanted the seats someone can also ask for those seats at the same time! How is this fair as to I'm on right away signed in and ready to purchase but not able to buy the selected seats cause it's offered to others at the same time!

Why can't it be that if I want the seats I have selected I should get them and n9t released to anyone else once selected?!?! This is horrible process and app needs to be adjusted to when selected the tickets I can purchase them!
