I sold two tickets on your site order #3-15161/CH1 on June 16th 2022, I followed all the instructions including providing the banking numbers to receive my money for the sale of this transaction, I also submitted my tax information many,many times and never received confirmation that was ever accepted. I am VERY FRUSTRATED WITH YOUR COMPANY.

ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY AS PROMISED. I PLEASE ASK THAT YOU HELP ME FINALLY BRING CLOSURE TO THIIS MATTER. THANK YOU.

I went on to ticketmaster on 12.11.22 to purchase tickets for a Pater Kay show in Glasgow. At 10am I logged in and was given a position in a queue no. 61000 , I hung on for around 4 hours and only got down to 52500 in the queue.

I have since found out that the Glasgow tickets were sold out within minutes so why did the system not recognise this? When you log in you are asked which venue You want to attend. I was disappointed that I never got the chance to purchase a ticket but more disappointed in a system that treats the customer likes this. I have wasted many hours queuing for a ticket which realistically were gone in ten minutes.

I know the demand was extremely high for Peter Kay tickets but surely your booking system should be able advise when a venue is sold out by location?…

I have been holding in the queue for over an hour to buy tickets for Peter Kay at the O2 in May and eventually I got to the end of the queue and tried to purchase three £151 tickets and was told I had to set up an account, by the time I had done that I was told that my time was up and

I had lost the tickets and had to go back to the beginning of the queue. 5 minutes which is not quick enough for somebody of my age I’m 75 years old and desperately wanted these tickets. I went into your website an hour before the tickets went on sale so it would’ve been helpful if you had said on your website that you needed to open an account to purchase the tickets as I have plenty of time to do so

if only I had been given that advice

I have spent now over an hour and a half trying to access tickets to an IU v University of Miami basketball game. The links bring me to a Pacer’s site that is somehow affiliated with Ticketmaster, but it shows I have no tickets.

In an effort to get my tickets, I’ve downloaded adobe and a Ticketmaster app, but with no luck. I believe I’ve ended up reseting my password to my two Ticketmaster accounts at least five times this evening, which is at least the third day I’ve tried getting tickets.

All together, I’ve probably wasted two hours of my life trying to get these tickets. Is there some reason you can’t just send me a link I can print? Ticketmaster is a nightmare to deal with. Your “contact us” brings me no where. This is infuriating.

I have been trying for over three weeks to get tickets for an event handled through their “chat” to no avail. I will get a random answer but not a helpful one and when I respond I get nothing back. Like days of waiting.

I had tickets that needed to be exchanged for another day, I ended up with more tickets for the same day. It has cost me way more money and I still have 6 tickets for a show I can’t get to and only three tickets for the show that I want to go to with grandkids and kids.

Now because they have taken so long and not responded I can’t get all my seats together. What was supposed to be a fun family event has caused me so much frustration and money…. And there’s nothing they will do.

A concert we were attending was canceled. A year ago. They keep stating they sent a refund. We have not received our refund and it’s been a year! We have plenty of correspondence verifying they haven’t sent our refund. They’ve just been giving us the run around.

I sold 1 of my 3 tickets for the Stevie nicks concert on Oct 16th. was told 5-7 business days…still nothing and today is the 7th day. I call customer service and she informs me (FIRST TIME HEARING OR READING THIS BS INFORMATION) that it’s actually 7-10 business AFTER verifying my account which wasn’t done until the 20th.

You all are shady when it comes to paying out. Too many hoops and false red tape from you all for money that is already ours. I’ll never use Ticketmaster again due to this lame crooked way of dragging your feet on paying people that sell their tickets on your site!!!

you might want to add that tid bit of info on your “faq” comments so people know the REAL truth about the wait time on their money. Ridiculous!

They took 2000 dollars for tickets that where forgot but the tickets were in my friends name which ended up in the hospital and they will not help them they made me spend another 800 dollars on gift cards and said sorry we can’t help u and said they will call me in a few days and hung up on me after wing on the phone with them for 2 hrs and now we’re out 2800 dollars and now going to if we can rebut tickets

I bought 4 tickets all my seats were stolen by someone else. I talked to your staff they refused to honor my seats.. said I was on my own... Seats were not in the area they were advertised to be in on diagram I ended up behind the curtain in a handicap section....

I am completely disappointed in the staff the false seating description and the lack of commitment from your staff... I feel entitled to a refund please let me know what the outcome is..

Went to a Sabaton show last night, it was a mobile only event. The app did not work at the venue. The latest one was installed, I was logged in, the tickets were displayed, but the bar codes would not scan. They asked me to close the app, and then the tickets wouldn't load. I had to go back out to the box office to get a paper ticket and then wait in line again missing most of the opening act Epica. Competely ruined my enjoyment of the night. As much as I love going to shows, I will NEVER do buisness with ticketmaster again.

I bought the tickets for an artist named Vir Das from the platform on jun 21, 2022 and later the artist was changed to Joel. The event date is Sept 26,2022 and ticketmasters representative on the chat have declined to give a refund even though they changed the artist and they were not supposed to be selling tickets for Vir Das event. 02 for nothing?

For them the event has not been canceled but for me its cancelled because if the artist i booked tickets for is not there how am I supposed to go to an event where I don’t even know the artist? Order number - 67-32023/TOR

Bought my daughter tickets over $400 transferred them to her as a surprise and we didn't know she had a wedding 2 go 2. Someone ay TM told her we needed 2 call with last 4 of card # to make transfer to another venue.

Rep said because it was a resale we couldn't escalated for Mgr call back and still 5 days later no call back. If I knew they were resale I wouldn't have bought them. That's why I went through TM not a reseller.

horrible customer service and now we're out over 400.

I bought tickets for the O'Jays final tour in Memphis, TN . Three days before the concert in Memphis, TN I found out that Eddie Levert would not be performing because he had Covid Pneumonia. The O'Jays without Eddie Levert just isn't the O'Jays.

I was initially told that I would be given a refund.

However Ticketmaster refused to issue a refund for my ticket order.

I purchase tickets for a JoJo Siwa concert in 2020 which was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic. I never received an update of when the concert was rescheduled to I never received new tickets to the concert and now the concert has taken place so even though I paid for tickets I can’t use them because no one from this company bother to let me know that the concert was even still happening.

Customer service says they mailed new tickets in February 2022. They were mailed to an address I have not lived that for over two years. No one told me they were mailing me tickets no one verified my current address to mail the sub tickets to and how am I supposed to use tickets that I don’t know about.

All I want is my money back, $400 is a lot to me but not to a company that sells millions of…

27am. after 10 minutes if buffering the website kicked me out. I logged on again to find I was now 57,109 in the queue. This is awful service and obviously an issue with the site. I work from home therefore there are no problems with connectivity.

I required 4 tickets and now I will have none. I do expect a reply to this complaint and what action will be taken for me. Thank you

I sold my postponed Santana concert tickets after almost 2 years of waiting and no way to even get a refund. I sold those tickets back in February 2022 and as of August 29 2022 I still Have not received my money and have not been able to speak to anyone at Ticketmaster to figure out why this has happened. They make it impossible to communicate about anything .

I bought 2 tickets at $388 and some change each for the Chris Brown & Lil Baby concert in Concord CA on 8/23/2022. The venue had no control over the crowd, people blocked the walkways which was a major safety hazard.

I had tickets in row B and the walkway in front of A had more people then our section could hold. I complained to Live Nation security and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Why???? Major safety hazard no open walkways, people standing in front blocking our views that we paid a lot of money for.

I’m requesting a refund for these tickets, I plan on Taking this further if I get no resolution. I’m attaching some pictures of my tickets and pictures of the crowds of people in front of us preventing us the views we paid for and safety issues.

Hello from a really disappointed Coldplay fan

Coldplay at Cardiff on the 06.06.2023 I went to your site on line and waited until 10.00 am on the dot and was really excited to find I was 17000 in the queue and in good time I found I was able to pick my tickets for 4 people so went through to purchase ( over the moon at this point)only to be redirected to a sign into account which I didn’t have so quickly filled out account details with password , all going well until the dreaded OTP!!!! It wouldn’t send to my phone so I lost the tickets as I had run out of time…..Absolutely gutted is mild , my favourite band now unable to see.Have I missed something ? Is there a prompt to say you must sign into account before purchase?? If so I didn’t see it and lost maybe the only chance of ever seeing…

We paid $500 to see nothing for 2 tickets where our seats were in an area where we couldn’t see anything. They were the original Joan Jett poison motley Crue def leopard tickets. The venue was at the US Bank Stadium.

No big screen to see for us, and no catwalk that was supposed to jet our direction. Plus I know we paid way more than people who had good seats! We were low enough for descent sound at least but I know the higher up was terrible!

This was the worst show and waste of money I have ever spent. Tickets were shit, meet and greet was non-existent and I have yet to receive a several pieces of the VIP Package I purchased. My order number was 24-47565/MTN.

I ordered tickets to Hall des Lumieres for Oct. 13th a few days ago. I found the Ticketmaster website a nightmare to navigate and had great difficulty completing the order and getting it on the Ticketmaster app. Two days later I realized that I had made an error in the date and that I have a doctor appointment on Oct. 13th.

It took me 2 days to find a number to call Ticketmaster. This event is 2 months away. I am a senior citizen who found the whole experience of working with Ticketmaster more than difficult. On top of everything they are charging em$10/ticket to change me seats to one day earlier. I bought 4;tickets.

This was like salt on an open wound. I will avoid ordering tickets from a ticketmaster as much as I can!

I am still waiting for a resolution to the ticket situation. I have not received any refund for the 5SOS tickets from Woodland Texas. There is ample emails. I am thankful for the several individuals who have messaged me. I printed off each email and am now mailing it all certified to Mr.

Michael Rapino, Marla Ostroff and a few others on the executive Team. Each will receive a letter detailing our situation and how I have been treated. It should have never gotten to this point. You have to do better. you have to treat people better. Being Kind is free.

Paid for a meet & greet at War on the Catwalk Seattle. Ticketmaster never sent the meet & greet time, as a result my wife a daughter missed that part of the show. It was a birthday gift for my kid-I am very disappointed.

I repeatedly tried to contact Ticketmaster in UK,regarding tickets I had purchased 9 months previously for an Ed Sheeran concert. They have no UK available contact number. I emailed at least 20 times,because a UK Rail strike was planned for the date of the concert & we would be able to get there .

I got no response other than a generic irrelevant message pertaining to Covid. I had purchased Allianz Missed event insurance so believed I was covered as the things covered was trains not running to schedule.

However after a month of trying to get in touch with Allianz Missed Event Insurance including hanging on the phone for hours at a time, they have finally responded to say that as the trauns not running due to strike action the insurance is invalid. I wouldn't be over £460 out of pocket.

I have been trying to chat with a representative and obtain support for almost 3 weeks and I have not been able to. I have sold my tickets and no money has made it into my account. I received an email from a representative days after my chat attempt, and this is the answer (see image attached) which did not solve the problem, my bank is unable to use this reference number to obtain any deposits, and I ran out of options.

It is impossible to have this issue solved. No working customer service number or email. My money has been stolen by this company!

I stood for hours in line and ALWAYS physically purchased tickets to any concert.. This has to STOP... ITS MORALLY WRONG. A normal human has had No chance to purchase a ticket. Bootlegging Scalping flat out in the obvious in your face Broker's gobble up every Chance to buy a true experience Anymore.. this should be illegal!!

My daughter bought me tickets for the Eagles for the 24/6/22 in Dublin. I am flying on the 21/6/22. I have not recieved my tickets and am really upset trying to contact ticketmaster since last week. I am going to inform the Ombudsman because this as cost my so much money booking flights, hotel which now is a waste if time as I have not got the tickets for the arena.

I purchased tickets through Ticketmaster, due to inclement weather, the concert was moved from the outdoor venue to an indoor venue which I did not feel comfortable attending due to COVID. The email I received from Ticketmaster said that a refund was available for un-scanned tickets if requested prior to 6/19/22.

I did not attend and requested a refund on 5/27/22. I have emailed back and forth with Ticketmaster customer service and they keep saying that I am not eligible for a refund since the date of the concert has already passed but I have an email promising the refund up till 6/19/22.

I can’t believe they are allowed to till he in business. I bought tickets and writhin 10 hrs I wanted to cancel. Was told after I bought them you can’t cancel through the receipt. No one will contact me even after hours of texts, emails and trying to call.

Then less then 24hrs the tickets I bought are now half the price so I can’t even sell to get my money back. I just want to cancel. I never want to use Ticketmaster ever again!

We purchased tickets for a kiss concert last year. Due to illness we had to sale our tickets, we dropped the price and tickets sold. The concert ended up getting rescheduled and we were informed we would receive payment 7 days after the event.

It has been 3 weeks since concert and still no payment, and what's worse is I purchased new tickets and attended the concert. We are being told now our tickets didn't resale.

However you sent an email confirming the tickets sold, and requested our social so you could send a 1099 for income earned. We are reporting to BBB and federal trade because this is ridiculous. We work very hard for our income and never dreamed we would experience this.

There is no way to reach a live agent for this company! I have been trying for 5 days now have been on hold for over an hour and a half before hanging up. I tried doing this all different days at different times and when calling at there time it says there closed to call back.

All I wanted to do is update my phone and and address since I moved and there is no way to do that. My cell is broken and I am working on a landline from home. I have emailed so many times and the response I get is this email box is not being monitored.

When I finally got a response by email 3 days later they said sorry go to the website can't help you . The tickets purchased were a gift how do I get these tickets to the intended persons without a cell phone.

I’d like to complain about the the description and price I paid for my Queen Glasgow tickets as there was no mention of an obstructed view. My sister and I had little or no screen views which was imperative for the seats which I knew were reasonably high.

She has a brain tumour and I was extremely disappointed she couldn’t see them properly having paid £700 and the girls next to us had paid less than half that price. Please advise soonest.

There is no phone number to access help to tickets sorted for up coming ed sheeran concert on 12th of May 2022. My number and email have changed since buying tickets on 27th September 2021. Therefore I can't access my ticket master account or the tickets as this event is only issuing QR ticket recognition on phone.

I recently purchased tickets to a James Taylor concert, with the "print at home option" but there was no print option. After a 60 minute phone call to customer service, were I was repeatedly told "well sir your tickets are in your your account "FUCKING USELESS information" if I CAN'T ACCESS the print option area in my account!!!!!

What a joke. Here's a company that could care less about their customers. If they did they'd have someone you can call to fix a problem in their system. I'm placing an order on the last two good seats that will work for me and my health issues.

I'm logging in and it says I have to change my password so I do that then it asked me to do something else so I do that and then I start entering all my info and I'm down to entering the date for the CC and boom it times out and the tickets are gone.

Once you are into the payment page their timer should stop!! They also should not be requiring someone to change passwords and all that crap when they are under a timer to by seats. I tried repeatedly to get the seats back but someone else got them so screw it.

I'm not giving my money to ticket…
