I can't get the tickets I paid for because I don't have a ticketmaster account???? I don't want a ticketmaster account. I didn't know about this until I paid for the tickets. I paid for something I didn't receive. They won't let me have an account because something is wrong with my browser or something.

I purchased tickets for Korn Concert on 3/15/22. I ended up breaking my hand and wasn’t able to attend. So, I put the tickets up to sell and they were purchased on Ticketmaster (at least someone else enjoyed the event).
I still have not gotten my money. Its one excuse after another I bet I sent over 100 emails because you can’t reach anyone by phone.
Finally Friday I reached two people by phone-the first was pretty useless. They second opened a claim or case so it would be resolved. I talked to my banks neither of them declined funds as Ticketmaster said they did. They owe me back around $429!

Ordered tickets - 2 separate orders - one order was a mistake - the other order was for NYE and the concert was rescheduled to a date we couldn’t make. Months and months and months of contacting Ticketmaster was the worst experience ever.
In the end, I was told a few days before the event, that I couldn’t get refunds because my email address was wrong. What? I have return emails from agents acknowledging my requests for refunds and so??? Poor excuse, poorly handled, and I will never use Ticketmaster again. What a sham!
Order Number: 25-59198/SCS I purchased Chicago tickets to the Saenger on Saturday March 12, 2022 for my parents for Christmas. I called the ticketmaster phone number every day for a week and was never able to reach anyone. I sent half a dozen emails requesting help and I received vague answers and never received help.
I was unable to print my tickets nor was I able to transfer my tickets to my parents. I was specific in my request but I was never helped. I live an hour away from my parents and was unable to help them in person.
Finally, I figured out on own with zero assistance from ticketmaster that I had my mom log into the ticketmaster app on her phone and use my login credentials. She saved the tickets to her apple wallet. This process should not have been that hard!

I purchased tickets to Toto over a month ago through Ticketmaster. The concert was canceled at the beginning of March 2022 due to Toto currently being on tour with Journey. I contacted Ticketmaster and they stated that the concert is still happening on their end and the only way I would get refunded was if the concert was canceled.

I purchased UCLA basketball tickets from Ticketmaster on 2/4/2022 for a game on 2/19/22. On February 14th I received an email stating that my tickets were ready and that I would receive an email from "the original ticket provider". " Why is Ticketmaster preventing people--not just me--from purchasing tickets. It is interesting that today those same tickets in complete rows are offered up for RESALE at extremely inflated (price gouging) prices.
This should be illegal and something should be done to the company for violating anti-trust laws (monopoly). Why is this company allowing people to purchase tickets and immediately turn around and sell them for VERY INFLATED prices. This should not be allowed until at least a couple days before the event and unforeseen circumstances have caused the people not to be able to attend.

I filed for a refund through the Ticketmaster website and they approved it. Later I saw that they only refunded me about $6 for some random taxes. I have contacted them multiple times about an event refund and received no response.

I had bought tickets for a RAMS game for Sunday, December 19, 2021 and it was rescheduled due to Covid. It was rescheduled for Tuesday, December 21. I spent $220 total for 2 tickets. I couldn't attend the Tuesday game due to work and as a result, I was not refunded the money. Customer service said they don't refund money and I tried selling but no luck. My complaint is that I should have recieved my money back or been able to use towards another game. Bought tickets for Trans-Siberian Orchestra (TSO) on Dec. 4th. Was told the DAY BEFORE the event that you must either be fully vaccinated or have a negative test result (in the prior 72hrs) in order to get in. My husband and I are not vaccinated, were unable to get tested in time, and refused to may the $100 to test on site.
We listed our tickets on Ticketmaster (WAY discounted) and never sold them. Have requested a full refund on 3 different occasions and have been denied. My event was postponed and they offered a refund. I requested the refund and they approved it. every time I tried to contact them they told me the same thing in an email that the refund will be refunded to the same card that I bought the tickets on if I don't have that card they would reach out to me to get a new card.

I bought tickets for a broadway play in NYC and I was not notified that I needed both doses of the vaccine. NYC mandate only requires one dose of the vaccine. The event holder provides refunds if you cancel within 48 hours before the event, and a ticketmaster representative told me that they would go by the rules of the event holder.
Which was not the case. I cancelled the tickets and requested a refund and they refuse to give my money back. There was no place telling me that I needed to be FULLY vaccinated before I bought the tickets!

My dad purchased VIP tickets for myself and a friend to see JLS on 31/10/21 in Cardiff. We went to the event and we’re taken straight to our seats by staff at the Motorpoint arena but had VIP packages to pick up that we’d already paid for.
We tried to look for the stand and couldn’t find it so we’re asking all the staff who said they’d left and apologised to us as was there fault. I used the resale option on Ticketmaster sell my Eric Clapton Tickets for the concert in Taqmpa on September 25th. The tickets sold a few weeks prior to the concert. I then started getting emails from Ticketmaster saying "Reminder: Action required to get paid for tickets you sold! Whoops, We Couldn't Deposit Your Money Hi Ticketmaster user, turns out the debit card info we have for account ending ########2098 is incorrect. Could be the expiration date changed, or maybe an error when you added it. Get paid - delete the card in My account and add it again, or add a different one."

Very bad experience. When purchasing NBA tickets on their website, I encountered a number of errors. Once I selected my tickets, and confirmed payment, I was sent the wrong tickets are charged for tickets that I never selected!! I had no option to contest the purchase at that point. I attempted several times to contact Support for assistance. I received generic emails that did not address the issue of THEIR website. I was then told “there are no refunds”

Ticketmaster’s World Series Atlanta sale was an absolute disaster. How is it possible scalpers can get whole rows of tickets (see below) when there is suppose to be a maximum ticket limit? TICKETMASTER IS A RIP OFF!!! Call the venue first. Bought tickets and supposedly were the last two tickets. After getting to the concert, found there were plenty of seats left. We were charged 3 time's the price, seat's were a row off from the map they showed (putting us to where our back's were to the stage) and then the Ticketmaster app kept closing on the day of the show.
Was a pain in the butt to access our tickets. Talked to the people next to us just to find the similar situation. They paid four times the price for their tickets. We came to the conclusion that Ticketmaster makes you think that you purchased the last tickets so as to charge you a higher price.

I purchased 4 tickets to see counting crows in austin texas. I received a notification that my seats were changed and if i did not want the seats i could get a refund. I replied to customer service that i wanted a refund.
I followed up later in the day restating i wanted a refund. I heard nothing back, i received an email several days later stating that the time had passed to qualify for a refund. I followed all the ticketmaster rules, i followed up and now i am told that i cannot get a refund.

I bought tickets on May 26, 2021 for the sold out Austin City Limits Festival on the Ticket Exchange from Ticketmaster. They do not show up in my Order History on my Ticket Exchange account or in My Events on the Ticketmaster App, even though my credit card was charged.
It is now a week before I leave to go to the festival and I have heard nothing about getting my tickets. I have emailed and called multiple times, multiple numbers that I could find, and at least three different email addresses that I could find.
I have had nothing but generic responses directing me to go to my Order History and click on a link from there.
